My wife and I were in the market for a new Jeep and noticed a very well priced Cherokee at Pierce Auto. After contacting Jon Stolz, he arranged for us to test drive the vehicle which was waiting for us when we arrived. The whole process of test driving as well as finding a loan rate that suited our needs was very refreshing. At no time did we feel pressured into this or that. Not only did they offer us the price we wanted for our trade in, they also priced the new car very competitively.Highly recommend a stop by Pierce Auto Center if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

My pickup was scratched during recall service.

I took my Dodge Ram pickup to Pierce Auto Center to handle factory recall work. I was treated fairly well by the person with whom I dealt. However, I was treated in a condescending manner by one employee. After driving my pickup to Sandpoint, I noticed that someone had scratched the left rear door. Apparently he or she scraped the paint with the rivet on a pair of pants. I was able to correct most of the damage by waxing it a few times. There is a small nick where the rivet first made contact but it is barely visible. I am disgusted with Pierce Auto Center and I will never patronize this dealership again.

Requested information on availability and a few pictures of the vehicle since they had used a stock picture in the advertisement. There was no response to the request on the initial request or on a second request made the next day. At least they could have notified me that the vehicle was not available or taken off of Cars.com.

in my opinion they are not trustworthy. I would never recommend or refer to anyone. I would look elsewhere for a more professional experience.

Loving our Ram 1500 Sport from Pierce Auto Center!

We recently purchased our Ram 1500 Sport from Pierce Auto Center in Sagle, Idaho. Nick Pierce was extremely professional and made the ordering process a breeze. When we came to pick up our new truck it was detailed and ready to drive off the lot. Preston was immensely helpful with all the paperwork and explaining the different warranties to us. Ian was extremely knowledgeable and educated us on how everything on our new truck worked. The Pierce Auto Center team was a dream to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Gary and Diane

Not a real 5 star dealership here

Purchased a 2009 Nissan Altima from these guys back in August of last year. We did the initial test drive with their salesman and the usual stuff. The salesman informed us that the vehicle had been through their service department and all needed repairs had been done. While on the first test driver I noticed that the TPMS light was on and I was told that they would take care of it and that a tire probably just needed air. Now Im no newbie here. Ive purchased a lot of used cars in the past and I know what to expect. When you go to a smaller car lot you have to be aware. Dont just kick tires etc. Get it on a rack and check things out. Do your home work. I guess I was a little bit confused with these guys as they claim to be a 5 star Dodge dealership. They supplied a carfax which showed a clean history. Wife really liked the car so we cut a deal which included new tires and a full detail. We were to pick up the car in 3 days. I called them 2 days later to make sure all was in order. Was told it would be ready to go. Next day I get a phone call that the car would not be ready as they had to order different tires. When we finally go to pick up the car a day late, the TPMS dash light was still on. The manager told me that they had only agreed to put air in the tires and since the sensor was physically missing they were not going to fix it. I should have walked away from the deal right there but they had already cashed our deposit check. (Same check that we were told would not be cashed till we picked up the car). On the drive home problems continued. The factor radio would not display and the cruise control would not engage. Both these things had worked fine on our test drive. I figured it was not a big deal and I replaced the radio at my expense purchasing a used one from a wrecker. I took the car in to my local Nissan dealership for an oil change right away so I could get a fresh start. They handed me a list of needed repairs that added up to costing almost as much we paid for the car. Car needed brake, struts, fluid changes, transmission work and lots more. None of the needed repairs had been done as I had been told by the salesman and the manager at Pierce auto center. The service manager at the Nissan dealership was shocked at how bad the brakes were, less than 1mm the rear pads and the front rotors were shot. I ended up having full brakes done the first week we had the vehicle. And the list continues till this day. I get a card in the mail from these guys asking me to give them feedback. I explained all the repairs that I was having to do that should have been done by them. Their reply from their salesman was great: Sounds like youre going to leave me a negative review so.... Thats it. Thats the extent of their customer service. I never heard back from their sales manager or anyone else. These guys are not anything in the same class as other main brand dealerships. I highly suggest you look at a more reputable dealer when shopping for a used car. This is not the place to go.

Just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Pierce, and it couldn't have gone better. Called first to see if vehicle was still available, upon my arrival I was greeted right away and set me up on the test drive. Came back, we agreed on a great price quickly, no bickering back and forth like you usually get at other dealerships. These guys are new in North Idaho and I would definitely recommend them for a new Dodge/Chrysler/ Jeep/ Ram or pre-owed vehicle to anyone. They want your business and have certainly earned mine along with a future purchase.

My husbands' 25 year old Chevy PU finally "gave up the ghost". We started looking around for a new used PU. We stopped by the dealership on Sunday, to see what they had available. On Tuesday, we were purchasing a new pickup. Our salesman, Ian, was very helpful and made the process very easy. I would certainly recommend this dealership to family and friends.

As a woman who is NOT a car expert, buying a car can be intimidating. However I had an afternoon free and was feeling brave so I headed into Pierce Auto Center with the intentions of "just looking." My salesperson, Ian, was so friendly and helpful I ended up trading in my old SUV for a newer Dodge Durango. I couldn't be happier! So glad there is a locally owned dealership with great service! I will definitely be back to visit the service department and will be recommending this store to all of my friends!

Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. I normally avoid buying cars due to the process. However, my 15 year old Durango needed an upgrade. I went down to Pierce Auto Center on a Saturday and looked around. The dealership had a great selection and was even able to order in custom anything I wanted. The process was quick and fair. There was no crazy negotiation and back and forth stress. I ended up with exactly what I wanted for a price I felt good with paying. The financing process was easy with and they made sure to get us a great rate. The owner even came over to make sure everything was going smoothly. Everyone was so friendly and exactly the place that I will keep coming back to and recommend to my family and friends. Thank you Pierce Auto Center! Glad to have a Chrysler dealership in the area.
