Everyone always assumes that buying a car is a battle. An uncomfortable, pressure tactic filled, unenjoyable experience that you will regret once you realize you've been sold something you didn't want, can't afford and just don't feel good about. Well, you haven't visited Jeff Welsh's Subaru Dealership and dealt with his group of professionals that make buying a car a wonderful experience. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Jodi Law. Jodi lead us through the entire process of what we were looking for. She didn't try to sell us anything at all. We bought a car. After describing our thoughts and listening to Jodi's ideas she simply said, Why don't you try driving this Legacy that we have right out front? Not only did Ginny and I fall in love with the car but it was exactly the color and specifications we had hoped to find. We didn't haggle about price. I simply made Jodi and offer and we bought the car. It was an extremely joyous event after meeting with Steve to sign the paperwork and drive our new Legacy home. Our car search started in January when I was 7 months pregnant. We had never looked into getting a Subaru before, but thought we'd stop in since they have a good reputation. Welsh Subaru was convent to us so that's where we went. We worked with Tom since day one. We met with him 3 or 4 times to figure out which vehicle would work for our growing family, discuss details and get everything straightened out. We were approached by Tom with respect, knowledge and ease with flexibility pertaining our current leased vehicle. He was responsive by phone and email within a matter of minutes and always knew the answers to any questions we had. When we figured out which vehicle would work for us, we were then introduced to Patrick - the Sales Manager. He understood our tight budget, worked with us to get the best deal possible and did it with grace and ease. He and Tom were more than helpful and made this car buying experience the BEST experience we've ever had. At no point were either one of them pushy and they never acted like your typical car salesmen. We couldn't be happier that we chose Subaru as our next car and I'm so thankful that Welsh Subaru made it such a memorable experience for us. We will buy all our Subaru's here without hesitation. (We've had the Forester 2 days and have already recommended the car and Welsh Subaru to two people.)

We went to Welsh Subaru on 4=25-2015 looking for a crosstrek to buy. As member is PHS we were eligible for a nice little discount. Well when we drove the car it felt small to me. We then looked at a Forester and it was a great fit. We did end up buying the 2015 Forester XT Touring with turbo!! Our salesman was Sy Nguyen and we also met and had interaction with Patrick Gilbert the General manager. It was busy for the weekend but we did not feel hassled or rushed to make a decision. The price we got and paid was very close to what I was thinking I was going to have to haggle and try to get. At 46 i must say this is the first time I was shocked and happy to get a dealer price. No need to haggle. No need to sit and wait for hours. I think including test drives of both cars ( neither of which were short in time or distance 10 - 15 miles ). We were in and done in under 3.5 hours. Bob is also who we dealt with in F&I. We could not have been happier with all the staff there and the time we were given and the service and how happy people seemed to be in the dealership. I can honestly say when i am ready to replace my pick up I will be getting a SUBBIE.

Jody Law made the purchase of a new car a painless and pleasant experience. After hearing what I was looking for, she brought my attention to the new Legacy with its many new upgrades. It was exactly what I wanted -- a comfortable sedan with the addition of good mileage and safety features. When the car arrived, she took the time to walk me through the features that were new to me. I love the way the car handles and with our cold winter, the heated seats are a great big plus! All in all, I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I just bought the 2015 Outback 2.5i Premium was the first purchase since 1998. Prior to that I was fortunate to be provided with a company car, which I selected and dealt directly with the dealers, but needed the president's blessing of the final negotiated price. My experience at that dealer was very unpleasant. Knew I was being "had". Had gone with a my idea of what I should pay. He chose to push back with a lot of sales gobbledygook. After taking the final offer back to the office, my boss called the same dealer . . . He was given a much lower price by the same salesman! Was it because I am a woman? My experience at Welsh Subaru was just the opposite. My immediate sense from the sales woman, Jody Law, was that she was someone I could trust with the first handshake. There was respectful and polite negotiations. I walked away knowing that the final cost was extraordinarily fair and with a thorough understanding of and confidence in the Subaru I had just purchased. I know anyone at the dealership, including the service side, will treat me with the upmost respect and will always provide me with the "facts" without any evasiveness! Thank you, Welsh Subaru!

We wanted to trade both our cars in and get just one car payment. With my credit I wasn't sure that would happen. We went to Welsh Subaru and was greeted by Jody. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Then we spoke to Patrick and since all the banks were closed he said he would make it happen the next day. Well after I got off work I stopped by there to see what was going on and they were working on it. I drove out of there that night in a 2015 Forrester with everything on it that I wanted . With todays poor road surfaces, high traffic volume, and harsh winter weather, I needed a safe and reliable car. Meeting Zann at Welsh Subaru was the best experience I ever had. Zann's pleasant personality, and knowledge cemented my car choice. The Crosstrek was the car for me. Zann provided a very relaxed and no pressure atmosphere, considering some of the preferred features I wanted in a car and she was able to for fill my requests. The last time I purchased a new car was about 10 years ago and man was the salesman pushy! It was time to move on from the minivan but I wanted something that still offered storage space and I wanted good gas mileage this time. I was a bit gun shy when I entered Welsh but I was greeted immediately by Jody's friendly welcome and felt no pressure whatsoever, at any time during the process. Jody was very well informed and answered all of our questions professionally. At no time did she make me feel pressured or rushed. I took a few weeks to review other brands and each time I returned to get calcification or to test drive again, Jody was ready to help. I LOVE my Outback!! I just moved to Philadelphia for school, and I needed a car to get around. I knew I needed an all-wheel drive car for the snow season here. We went to visit a dealer closer to us first, but the choice was very limited. We also felt a little bit cranky because the sales person there was overbearing and pushy. Jody was the sales person who worked with us at Welsh Subaru. After we parked our car and walked into the lobby, she waiting by the door to greet us. She was so friendly and patient. This is my first car, and I didn't have much experience of buying a car. I asked so many questions again and again, and Jody always answered them with patience. Even though I was in desperate need of a car, I never felt being pushed. After testing driving I decided to buy it, and I got a really good deal. Unfortunately, I had to go to my bank to get a bank check. It was Friday, and it was pouring. When we went back (a lot later than we thought), Jody was waiting for us! Jody taught me all the features and set up phone connection for us. Overall, this is a wonderful experience for me.

I wanted a car that was safe and had good visibility. Tom Emmons, the sales person that worked with me was patient and kind. My previous car had poor visibility, so I wanted to make sure that I bought a car that I was comfortable driving. I asked Tom many questions....some over and over again. He was very patient with me; In fact; he let me test drive it 3 times....He even let my son drive it to my house to make sure that my garage was big enough for the car. After I bought the car Tom explained to me how to use it. When I was scheduled to have the Zurick Shield done on my car, Tom came to my house , picked up the car, took it to the dealership to have it done, and then brought the car back to my house.. What great service! My adult son even said to me that Tom was very patient with me and didn't pressure me into buying the car..

I initially stopped at Welsh just to take a peek at a Tribeca. I work in a rather small office (~15 full-time staff) and of those five drive a Subaru. I heard horrible things about Welsh from my co-workers so was reluctant to start a relationship with them but since they're so close I figured I could peek the Tribeca quickly to determine if it was something I wanted to pursue or cross it off my list. With my kids in tow, I did not see a Tribeca in the lot so decided to take the few steps inside and ask. That's when I met Jody! She was extremely friendly and patient and she explained Subaru is taking a break from that model. While we were chatting I/my kids noticed the Forester in the show room to which I eventually ended up falling in love with. I told her my situation (lease ending and unsure of what I wanted next). We traded info as I cringed at the thought of being hounded by yet another salesman/woman. NOT THE CASE. She eventually called just as I was ready to call her and schedule the test drive. Once I decided the Forester (touring) was the one, I was the one hounding her with my wish list of accessories while staying with in my budget. Once we made it through with the negotiating (a typically stressful event yet this felt like we could've been sipping beers while munching on pretzels it was so laidback plus I got to met "the man behind the curtain" (Buying a car reminds me of the Wizard of Oz) and my car arrived with all the trimmings, Jody walked me through and taught me how to use my car! Even programmed my voice commands! Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had! Those men should take some pointers from Jody! Being pushy, rude, overconfident, and overbearing are not the ways to make a sale. I've found the vehicles I have purchased/leased in the past including this one have sold themselves. The "salesman" is just the middle man that make spending the money a little easier! Jody was a pleasure to deal with and I hope others have the opportunity to work with her! PS-My Forester is A-Mazing!

I cannot imagine a better car buying experience than I did with Welsh Subaru. I primarily dealt with Patrick (General Manager) and briefly with Tom who assisted me further. The entire process took less than 15 minutes! - from the minute I entered the building to the minute I left with a great deal.I'm one of those guy's that spends A LOT of time trying to find the best deal on a new car - so much time that I had contacted 9 different Subaru Dealers in the area (Fred Beans, Concordville, Rafferty, Glanzmann, Roberts, Delaware, Matt Slap, Cherry Hill). Welsh Subaru of Limerick was BY FAR the best deal I was offered from any of these other dealers. Their prices were so low that the other dealers were actually forced to break their "promise" of beating or matching another dealer's prices. If you can believe it, when I told them Welsh's prices - they actually told me to get in my car and drive there immediately because it was a "deal of a lifetime." Don't get me wrong - some of the sales guys at these other dealers were super nice - but if you want the overall trifecta of friendliness, customer satisfaction, and cost savings - I'd highly recommend going to Welsh. Best buying experience to date by far (this makes #4 for me).

Excellent customer service in helping me find a car to replace my hailstorm damaged one. They were courteous, patient and kind. Also returned my call within a half hour of placing it asking if vehicle was still on lot. They got it ready for me while I was driving down from Reading, PA. Worked with me as my funds were limited due to insurance claim. They have a family atmosphere and it shows when dealing with people. I would definitely buy another car from them even though they were about 25 miles from my home.

I purchased a used car with Gary Long as my salesman. Had the car about 10 months and put 8k miles on it. I got to this mileage mark and the battery and brake pads (front and back) needed to be replaced. I was told since I had the car for such a long period of time (10 months) that there was nothing that they could do to help me out, even a little. Gary Long is a fraud and I would avoid having to deal with him. Gary only cares about the initial sell and wants nothing to do with a lasting working relationship with a customer. Everyone else at the dealership was friendly and normal to deal with, but my experiences with Gary Long were enough to keep me away from Welsh Suburu for good.

My experience with Welsh Subaru was quite positive. I made several trips as I was deciding between an Outback, a Honda CR-V, and a Forester. During each visit to Welsh, my salesman was knowledgeable and informative. I had several test drives and was allowed to poke around the vehicle to my pleasure. I requested a price via email and received a response within hours, not close to a day as I did from another dealer. When finalizing my deal, I was given a trade in price that exceeded KBB/Edmund's trade in price, saving me the time and trouble of disposing of my old car myself. Finally, my salesman needed to find the model and color I requested elsewhere. I accepted the Welsh offer late on a Friday afternoon, and my car was acquired and ready for me by Tuesday afternoon. In short, each time I made a request, my salesman came through in a timely, helpful manner.

I can't say enough about my experience purchasing a new Subaru Legacy from Welsh Subaru. I happened upon their website by chance while researching cars. My local Subaru dealership in New Jersey couldn't/wouldn't match their price (or their great customer service) so my husband and I drove two hours to pick up our new car at Welsh. Even with the cost of gas, we saved plenty! The sale couldn't have been easier, thanks to the prompt attention to my every email by their Internet Manager, Dan Tezla. Within three days he had the exact car we wanted and we were driving our new car off the lot. There were no high-pressure sale tactics, and there was no game-playing. My husband and I had a horrible exerience with Becker Subaru and we were forced to have our car towed to Welsh Subaru. (the complaint on Becker Subaru is listed under that dealership) We explain what happen to Andy and he was beyond helpful. The dealership ordered the transmission and had the car fixed within 5 days wish we would have dealt with Welsh in the first place because we probably wouldn't have the view on Subaru of America as well do but I wanted to make sure that people who do have a Subaru (as well sold ours as soon as it was fixed) would go to Welsh. My trusty Ford Expedition was reaching its retirement age, and I obtained a Consumer Reports Car issue of 2012 to plan my next possible car. Subaru was rated excellent all-around in safety, gas mileage, etc. Eventually, our "House on Wheels" Ford stopped running, and we were in a hurry to get a new car. I first submitted an online query about an Impreza hatchback & received an email response from Dan right away. We then went to Subaru in Limerick. Everyone was genuine, professional, and made the purchase a lot easier than expected. We wound up ordering a 2013 Crosstrek, a new make and model of Subaru. I love it so far! It came in earlier than expected, and had the hitch for our bike rack affixed to the back in efficient time as well. All-around good experience!

After checking out a different Subaru dealership that actually had the car I was interested in stock, I decided to check out Welsh Subaru simply because they were closer to my house.They were more than willing to search nearby Subaru dealerships for the car I wanted and were able to successfully work with my quick deadline of one day.Throughout the buying process Gary and Patrick were friendly and honest about what they could do to help me out. I never felt under pressure or obligated to purchase something I wasn't completely satisfied with. They professionally answered all the questions I had and addressed any concerns I brought up.After the purchase, the basics of the car's instrumentation and the process of scheduling service was explained.I left with the feeling that I could call them or drop by if I had any issues in the future. That hasn't always been the case with the other dealerships and salesmen I encountered in the past. I would fully recommend working with them and with Welsh Subaru.

Me & my wife went to 5 other dealerships and mostly got the the run around high pressure sales bull. We were coming from another dealership from the area after another disappointment and right in front of us was a Subaru Outback so we went to welsh Subaru the next day and all the staff was very helpful and got us the deal we wanted at what we could afford. We also met the owner Jeff and his dog blaze. If you want to make your deal short and sweet with no BS go to Welsh Subaru you wont be disappointed. Also we love are new car it is the best of all the ones we looked at and we are very happy!!!!!
