I went to Phillips Chevrolet for an oil change and was greeted by Curt in the service department. He got me register for my oil change. The technician took the car in and service my car and had me out in a reasonable time.

I got camero in June from Phillips chevy and was so pleased with tj service I came back for a second car. Throughout the months tj would call me to make sure I was happy and if he could help me with questions or problems. He stood in contact with me and researched the dealerships inventory to find a great affordable car for me, he's the salesperson you want to deal with. Just a few words regarding my overall buying experience at Phillips Chevrolet. I stopped in and began browsing the parking lot when salesman Ferlando Batts came out to greet me. Ferlando was both professional and pleasant. We went for a test drive and then came in to talk business. I am retired but worked in sales for years, so I am very familiar with how the sales process should work . First purchase from Phillips Chevrolet

I was in the market for a newer vehicle. I was specifically looking for either a Chevy Equinox or a GMC Terrain. I visited several dealerships and wasn't too happy with the high pressure I received from a few salesmen. That all changed when I visited Phillips. I met Barth Eastman one morning and I said "All I was doing was looking." Barth said "Ok, and if I had any questions, just ask." I did have a question and we spoke. He gave me his card and that was it. I then decided on 2 different vehicles from Phillips huge inventory. I visited the dealership once again. Barth and I spoke. A few days later I called Barth and said I was interested in 1 of the 2 we spoke about. The Terrain was at the Frankfort location, but Bart reassured me he would pick it up for me to look at. He picked up the vehicle on his day off!! Talk about dedication. I came in, drove the Terrain and was immediately sold on it. From the initial visit to the closing of the deal with Mark Hawkins, I was dealt with nothing but professionalism and both Barth and Mark made sure I was at ease with the deal on the Terrain.I would MOST DEFINATELY recommend the fine folks at Phillips to anyone in the market for a new or pre owned vehicle. Shocked to leave with new Traverse LS

I stopped in to just look at some new SUV's and to my surprise, I left with a new 2017 Chevrolet Traverse LS. I was searching for a new 2016 LS Tahoe and began corresponding with Jorge Rios via the internet. Jorge was great. He wasn't pushy and kept me informed of new internet deals as they were published. One of the deals was unbelievable and I scheduled a date and time to test drive the vehicle at the Lansing location. That is were I met salesman Eric Pickett. Eric too was great. My husband seen a truck on line the night before and we had a very busy day so we stopped in to look at the truck and was greeted by Shawn. We told him we wanted to look at the particular truck and we went for a test drive and liked it. We went inside to discuss price, and I told him we wanted a backup camera installed in it and if he could do that for the price he quoted we would take it. He came back with an offer to split the price of the camera and I asked for $100 less and we would put a down payment on it and come back and purchase it, because we had plans made with friends, he came back and he said yes and I put down $7,000.00. We came back later and filled out more paper work and we would be back tomorrow to pay the rest since the banks were closed today. Everyone was very nice to us especially Shawn. Thank you very much.

Everything done at this dealership is first rate..

My salesman, Mr. T.J. Pacocha was waiting at the door when my wife and I drove in the lot. He is a very good salesman who was very patient with an old man and an old woman. He explained everything and answered every question. He spent a lot of time with us not knowing whether we were going to buy or not. We were supposed to pick up our car at 12 noon on Wednesday October 5, 2016 .Mr. Pacocha did not start work until 1:00 pm that day but Mr. Troy Ivory got us started on our finishing paperwork as if he were our original salesman. Mr. Mark Hawkins, the finance manager, painstakingly explained everything about our financing. Mr. Henry King explained all of the aftermarket car necessities. Very Disappointed

The problem I have with this dealership is that I was lied to several times and was almost strong armed to stay in a deal that I could not afford. Went in bought a car on 9/27. I called on 9/28 and told them I could not afford to keep the new car. Was told my car was sold and since I signed electronically I couldn't return the car. Never was offered to come find anything lower just no and that was final. Once the finance company called I was honest I told them I loved the car and would love to keep it but it didn't fit into my budget. The dealership then told me to just tell them I wanted it and then come back and they would lower it after the deal went threw. When I refused to do that they said my old car was sold they wasn't giving me anything for it so I would have to leave with nothing. No old car, no new car, and no money for the value of my old car. After 7 days I told them to take their car and it just wasn't fair they couldn't do nothing about my car. I began to leave told them I'll just have to hire someone to help recover my car they said your car is in the back and gave me my old car back. Been lying for 6 days to keep me in a uncomfortable sale. Sad part this has been my dealer of choice for2 years now I sent in 3 ppl 2 bought cars. I am never going back not even for a oil change and I never will refer anybody else.

Very satisfied

We were on a tight budget and our salesman, Phil Derkacy, did a great job working with us and didn't try to push us into a higher priced car at all. We drove out in a new car that the wife and kids love and stayed in our budget. We were there late (after the dealership closed) and Phil stayed til after everything was finished to help my wife with all the features in the car. He even set the radio stations for her. Everyone there was very nice and the finance representative, Tom, was also exceptional.
