Jake Kesler was nothing but professional and easy to deal with without the stress of high pressure purchasing. I explained what my wants and needs were and he was able to get me what I wanted without the buying hassle. I then dealt with the Finance Manager, Sarah. She was beyond reproach and truly professional. All my questions were answered without hesitation. She's a breath of fresh air and the dealership is LUCKY to have such a valuable individual working for them! Very good experience!

Our vehicle buying experience with Jake McCarthur was extremely positive. His knowledge of the Lexus product made it very easy to find the vehicle that was right for us. Jake was very professional, polite, and did not pressure us to make a fast decision. Overall, it was one of the more positive vehicle buying experiences that I've had. Went in to purchase my first Lexus. Everyone was so friendly. Michael took his time to help me answer all my questions and make sure I was going to be satisfied with my purchase. From the knowledge of the cars, to the test drive, to making the purchase, he made it seamless. Sarah made the process of financing and choosing warranty options very easy. The reason I said what I did is that I did my experience with the personnel are very gracious very helpful and they seem to know their stuff . How ever I am not so sure that management is totally behind their employees . The sales process is the same as what was done years ago . Also if some one has a problem as I did it is up to the employee to fix it . I would recommend looking at ways to improve customer satisfaction

This dealership only cares about making profit. Once you have already bought the car, they no longer act nice or even consider you as a customer. Especially if the car you bought from them wasn't a Lexus. I believe that in order to be a successful and reliable business, their should be some type of equality when it comes to customer satisfaction. Management is aweful and they only care about you as a customer until you actually sign the sale agreement.

We were looking for a new car (suv). We had previously owned a Lexus ES 300 , we had it for 15 yrs and loved it, we went to petersons Lexus and was immediately greeted by Tony, he was very personable, and knowledgeable. We told him what we had in mind and he showed us everything he had on the lot. That was on a Friday and the following Wednesday our 2017 rx350 was here. Tony was great to work with us on optionals. After hitting a deer and our previous Lexus was declared a total loss, we chose to purchase another Lexus. Foremost was the protection the Lexus gave us as we were not injured at all and attributed that to the safety of a Lexus over many other brands. Michael was extremely helpful in assisting us in our purchase. He did not pressure us but was available to answer questions and help with our decision.

As I live 500 miles from the dealership, our purchase decision was carried out over the telephone.The dealership lived up to its agreement. The sales person (Michael Diaz) was kind enough to transport the vehicle to an independent AAA garage of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection as well as pick me up at the airport upon my arrival. As the dealership did not have the 2nd remote key for the vehicle, Michael retrieved it from the original owner and sent it to me in the mail. My only recommendation for this dealership is to secure customer car maintenance records (at the least call the former owner and request records for the new buyer) so that the buyer does not have to duplicate performed services especially for cars with low mileage which requires servicing not only on miles but also on time since last service whichever comes first. For example the particular vehicle I purchased requires timing belt changes at 6 years or 100,000 miles whichever comes first at $900.00+. Also all fluid and filter changes run $580.00--Needless expense if the former owner had timely taken care of these maintenance areas and service records were available to the buyer. In my case they were not, even thought I requested this from the dealership (sales person & finance mgr.) I would personally have called the owner if the dealership would have released the name and contact number which they would not. The vehicle purchased was a 2009 PT Cruiser Limited with 19,071 original local one owner miles, traded in for a new Lexus per dealer.

We were just beginning a search for an AWD SUV. As owners of an ES 350, there was no need for anyone to sell us on a Lexus. After seeing the features of the RX350 and dealing with Jake Kesler, our wonderful, low-key, knowledgeable, and all-around nice guy, we decided not to look elsewhere. Jake was honest, forthright, and eager to please us in putting together a deal. We'd had a bad experience with Peterson Toyota so we were very pleased with Jake and his style. Everyone has always been super nice. I do want to mention how pleasant Tonya is in the front area.

We looked at so many different dealerships, Tony Ramos our sales person at Peterson Lexus, went above and beyond for us, even on his day off! He was so friendly and did not pressure us in anyway, which several other dealerships did. Everyone we dealt with was so nice and helpful, the waiting room is so very comfortable and the lobby is beautiful. We received a very reasonable price for a gently used SUV and all the above is why we rate this dealership so highly.

We met Keith Jensen at the dealership early one morning as we browsed the lot. Keith showed us a number of available Lexus RXs and GXs while thoroughly describing various details of each model. Keith's insights and knowledge of theses vehicles was not only impressive but explained in ways to help us make what turned out to be a very difficult decision but one that we were able to confidently make. Keith answered every question we threw at him with expertise and his easy going manner. Ultimately, he helped guide us through our purchase without pressure. Overall great experience!

I am very unhappy with my experience buying a certified pre-owned Lexus from Lyle Pearson. Once the sale was handed off to the finance guy is where the issues started to surface. Please be advised they will use every sort of dirty sales tactic to get more money from you after you agree to buy the car. Whether it be trying to increase the APR on your loan without telling you, or changing the terms of what was agreed upon to trying to get you to buy GAP insurance on a used car. If you do decide to buy from the company, I would advise you to read all the fine print and be very specific with any requests.

I had a bad experience at another dealership. I found my vehicle on line and called Peterson's. I explained my bad experience, and they worked with me very well. Got a great price on my vehicle. I drove for nearly 6 hours to see the vehicle, test drove it, and completed the deal. Amber, Brandon, and Anthony were great to work with. Got the vehicle home (another 6 hour drive) and started going through it. I couldn't find the factory code for the door key pad. I've sent two emails and haven't had a response othere than "I'll get back to you". I feel like they got my money so now I'm just a memory. Still waiting for a response.

We bought a used 2013 Toyota from Peterson Lexus. We parked it for two weeks in our garage and when we tried to start it, it was dead. We had a great sales experience, so when I felt like our problem would be easily solved by calling our saleswoman. But, the Lexus and Toyota sides passed me off. They convinced me to take it in for a possible warranty issue, then charged us for a new battery and a service fee. If their pre-owned guarantee doesn't mean that I can drive the car the next time I want to use it, then it's meaningless.

Since the Lexus RX 350 was on our list of possibles, we stopped at Peterson Lexus in Boise. Our salesperson was Tiffany Nebeker, a congenial, knowledgable representative, who showed us several options. She explained the purchase process and answered all questions very satisfactorily. Negotiations were generous and fair, and we ended up leaving with the car we wanted. We are very happy with the entire process, and recommend Tiffany for her knowledge and skills.

Eddie met us on the lot at 11 am and directed us to the cars that matched our criteria. After a thorough search and a few test drives, we left without a car and without feeling pressure to buy. Tiffany was an excellent service writer. She kept me informed of progress, advised if additional service or parts were required. I was given a loaner vehicle while my 90,000 mile service was completed - suprisingly convenient! Although dealer shop rates can be higher than other shops, I have faith that Peterson will do the job right the first time. Tiffany was amazing. She and the mechanics answered ALL of my questions, no matter how small. She was even willing to get on the ground and show me how to remove my spare tire.I had to have 3 of the 4 recalls worked on with my car, and that meant having to keep my car for a few days. I live 3 hours away and was not available until the following weekend to return to Boise. Visit a result of recall and oil change. They were able to accommodate me on very short notice and everything was done exactly as described. Good job to everyone. The only possible constructive feedback might be the waiting room. The cushions are stained and a bit disgusting. They need to be cleaned or re-covered if the stains can't be removed. There were very few to sit on that looked relatively clean.

Approx. 1 month ago, I purchased a used 2008 Lexus 350RX. This was the second time I had to bring the car in. The first time was for the car battery. This time the warning light for the tires was on. It turned out that one of the sensors went out in the tire. Tiffany approached me and told me that they would fix this No Charge. Tiffany then offered me a loaner car in order to minimize the impact of the inconvenience to me and my children on a Saturday. The car was fixed the same day. Washed and ready to drive. I got a new lexus in September of 1991 before Mark Peterson had the franchise and have had all my service work done there since. I put 246,000 miles on my LS400 before selling it and I still see it in town now and then so I know it is still running and I know that Peterson Motors was a big part of that. I first called to see if I could use a Toyota coupon for a brake repair and was assured something could be worked out. While checking in my car, Gary explained what to expect and the approximate cost. I also asked if he could reattach my original wiper blades and change the rubber as the aftermarket ones my husband had installed were not working as well. The last 2 times I've had my Lexus RX400h in for service - the service was NOT up to par. The first time it was for it's 25,000 mile oil change. The service person marked off that they checked everything, but a couple days later, while at my tire store the mechanic noticed that one of the struts was "wet". The tire place suggested I take it back to the dealer as it might still be under warranty.So, I had to take it back to Peterson's again. The mechanic said it was "wet" and was under warranty and replaced it. I feel it should have been caught the first time.Then this Wed, Apr 4 I took it in for an inspection because my warranty was running out. They discovered it needed a new water pump. It was scheduled to be installed the next day (Thursday). I took it in Wednesday night and left it to be worked on Thursday. When I picked it up and drove it off the lot the check engine light was on. I had to take it back. According to the mechanic they knocked the timing belt off when they replaced the water pump.Let me say that Traci Recla has been very nice through out the whole ordeal, but I expected more from the Lexus Dealership. I could take it other places which wouldn't cost as much, but thought that the dealership would take better care of my car. Based on my past 2 experiences, this does not appear to be the case.Traci did give me a card for a free lube, oil, and filter change (which I assume would be good for my 30,000 mile check up. That was nice, but I'm still leary of the maintenance people.

While dealing with Traci, we were treated very well. We were given a loaner car so we wouldn't be out of transportation while we were having work done. They also looked into things that hadn't been properly fixed by an auto repair shop and we had paid for so we were able to get these things fixed the right way and our insurance covered it. This visit was great. The two previous visits, I was disappointed that the complaint I had about a flapping noise under the hood was not fixed. They said it had been, but it wasn't. I Iive 150 miles away, so it is hard to bring it back.At those visits I also had an inoperable back seat belt which the said was fixed, but also wasn't and they ended up replacing it the following visit. Of course this was a big inconvenience as we have 2 kids.This visit was solely for a service and Traci was great. It was done very quickly, and washed quickly. I have given up asking to have the flapping noise repaired and will live with it.They had said they could see where the inner lining was not well attached, but apparently have been unable to fix it and I gave up asking.

Traci is always so friendly and helpful no matter what the question or need. We just took our 2003 ES300 Lexus in for the 90,000 mile service and they gave us a car to use until the next day and the service was great. We have always had our service done at Peterson's and have had no problems. We had to call Traci back two days later as the starter went out and she got us in that day and it was replaced. We purchased a 2003 RX300 from Petersen Lexus in 2008, and opted for the supplemental warranty which was offered. After our car developed an engine knock, we took it in for analysis and were told that the engine was badly damaged, and would need to be replaced. Since the engine was a covered component of our supplemental warranty, we expected that it would be covered. However, the claims manager (who is not part of the Peterson Lexus dealership) said that because there was sludge in the engine, it would not be covered. We had been very careful with all of our service events (although they were not performed at the dealership, but at a third-party shop), so our service advisor Traci intervened on our behalf with Lexus. Lexus asked us to provide the records of service, and Traci was able to get them to repair it for free! I'll definitely be starting there for our next vehicle purchase!

The service I received was very professional. Traci was friendly and explained all of the services that were to be peformed and when the service was completed she gave me a run down on the condition of the tires, brakes, etc. My vehicle was ready about 20 minutes EARLIER than expected. Traci's response was let's get it right in and get it fixed, and she did! She was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She got my car going again, and even for less money than the original estimate. We had a recall on our 2004 RX330. Traci handled setting it up for us, as well as getting us a loaner to use while in their shop. She kept me apprised at the status of the recall work, and they also found a couple of minor things that needed attention so we had that done the same day. We picked up the SUV at the end of the day. I was pleased with how the gentleman explained the work and the results. We do need to take it back because one of the idiot lights is flashing, and my need to be repaired. You often hear about the dealerships being more expensive than a locally-owned repair shop. I've found just the opposite with Peterson. They're very reasonably priced, have convenient service hours and always wash my car afterward!Most recently, I took my car in for the regular 5,000 mile service and the repair was a little more than I expected -- not due to something they did, but because a mouse had taken up residence in one of my car's filters. I had my 25,000 oil change and tire rotation done. They replaced my battery and fixed my dead high beams. They said I needed an allignment.I took it to my tire dealer the next day, who found I needed a new strut as one of mine was "wet". So I had to call the dealer and bring it back another day to have them replace the strut. They said on their checklist that they checked it, but obviously they didn't, so I had to make another trip to the dealer.Other than than, everyone was very nice.

When I call for an appointment for service, I always get in right away. The customer service is great, I just drive in and within a few minutes I have my car checked in and a loan vehicle ready to take out. Recently, I made an appointment for my regular oil change and in addition needed a new battery. I made the appointment for a time that was convenient for me the following week. Then my battery wouldn't start and we had to jump it, so we decided I better get a new battery sooner than the other service. So we called and they got me in the next day.
