Peters delivers an exceptionally high level of customer service. Kim met every expectation to getting my brother into the right vehicle at the right cost. Though there were tricky factors involved, she did not let him down and found a way to make a new vehicle work for him. She did not try to trick him, set unrealistic expectations, or ignore his concerns relating to payment amount. Throughout all of our questions, concerns and the time the sale took, she was extremely patient and so polite and courteous. My family has been doing business with Peters for years and we were so happy to have a sales rep like Kim. She is an exemplary employee to Peters and they should be thankful to have her.

I give my rating top notch! No pressure at all, very concerned i got into a vehicle i would be happy with and enjoy! Went over every little detail about the car, showing me as well which helped a lot! Kim did such a terrific job, that im sure i will be with you guy's when it's time for the next! Ron greeted us at the door when we first arrived at the dealership. The was no high pressure sales tactics he simply talked to us asked us what we were interested in and showed us what was available. He was very knowledgeable showed us features of different vehicle trims and helped us decide what was right for our needs. Test drive was excellent. Again Ron was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating to our family through the whole process with our 2 young kids present. He even went out of his way to get kids snacks from service dept. :).

From the moment that I pulled in to a parking space to the last moment driving away in my new Honda HRV I received the same genuine attention and time that one could expect. Whether it was Ron, Steve, Larry or Lucas it was the same!!! This was so consistent that I asked the person who had been the original first day greeter/Larry what that approach was all about and he told me that this is the culture at Peters Honda. I was at this dealership on three different days and each day it was the same! I have been sharing my experience since day one and will continue to tell others. I look forward to the same when I return for the first oil change due in several months.

Having worked with Kim in the past referred to me through a friend I had purchased a Kia Rio for my son. I was short of time (unable to get time off from work) but Kim assured me not to worry I will make it work for you. Kim had stayed alot later than her usual hours found the perfect vehicle for the price, even after I completed the purchase Kim kept in contact making sure I was happy with the purchase and let her know if there was anything I needed. Recently I made the decision of trading in my two vehicles for a new Honda and of course I contacted Kim to make arrangements. This was again an awesome experience. Kim found the perfect vehicle for me, she knew me and knew this was the perfect fit-I LOVE THIS VEHICLE. Will be a consistent customer going forward. Thanks Kim you are the best.

Bought a 2014 Honda CRV. Larry Stevens, my salesman was exceptional. He had a difficult time finding me a car because I had negative equity. He didn't stop until he found a car for me. I think he went above and beyond what salesmen usually do. I've bought cars before and have never felt as comfortable as I did with Larry. I tried to get a car last year from someplace else, and I wasn't approved. The salesman I had didn't do anything else to help me. He didn't even try for a different car, different price. Peters Honda is the place to go and when you do, ask for Larry. You'll be very happy you did.

I worked with Kim for many hours on Sunday, and was able to test drive multiple vehicles before I made up my mind. Kim was accommodating, easy and fun to work with, and had tons of patience as I just wanted to look at one car after the other. When I finally decided on one, she got through me the paperwork quickly, and even helped me clean out my old car! Kim is the best! I would recommend the dealership to anyone, having bought my last 4 cars there.

I've been through xxxx and back with Honda dealers in NH. No one's impressed me more than Paul Morrison and the Peter's crew. The moment I stepped into the dealership I was greeted like I was part of the family.I've been in sales for 6 years and Paul is a one of a kind salesman I can respect. He's extremely knowledgeable about his product and honest with you. He went through every electronic feature of the Honda Accord Touring with me (there are a lot). And once I purchased the vehicle (he got me a fantastic deal), he continued to help me configure the settings that will best fit my style. 30 minutes later, I had my phone connected, speed dials and voice commands set, and my radio presets ready to go. He went over every button in the car. Most salesmen forget about you once you purchased the vehicle. They have that on to the next one mentality. Not Paul. He stuck with me until that car was driven completely off the lot by a satisfied customer.I'm very satisfied with my purchase and am happy to say I was stress free during the process. I've been going to different dealers on leasing a car. Other dealers where pushy, didn't take me seriously, or really tried taking advantage of me. I walked in Peters Honda of Nashua and Brandon was the first person to come up and ask if I needed any help or information. He helped me trade in my vehicle stay in my price point and made sure I was comfortable and I never felt obligated to anything. If i wanted to say no I would say no and thats what made me happy I felt like my opinion mattered and I wasn't just a number, He gave me his number in case i had any questions or concern. The people in the dealership were personable enough and it was an easy process but we felt railroaded through their financing. In the rush to get through it all we did not find the interest rate listed in the paper work. We wound up with over 4% APR. If that had been pointed out at any point during the sale, i would not have gone through with it. We had already obtained pre approval from our bank for 2% APR.

Going from a luxury brand to a Honda is NOT an easy transition but let me tell you... Brandon Kent made it easy. He treated us so wonderfully that it felt better than LUXURY service. Brandon had our backs during the entire process. He fought for us to get the best deal possible. He was open, honest and real. Not once did we feel like we were pressured because we weren't. Brandon knows the importance of making his customer be IN LOVE with their purchase. If we aren't happy and in love with the purchase then what's the point?!? I recently visited Peters of Nashua to purchase my second Kia vehicle. I purchased a 2014 Kia Forte Coupe about 3 years ago, and loved every second of it. More so than the actual car, I have to commend my talented, compassionate and over the top salesperson, Kim Richards. When I came back to trade in my coupe for its big sister, the Optima, she went ABOVE and beyond to ensure my happiness. From the trade-in to the final steps, she made sure my experience was painless, enjoyable and full of joy (as buying a car should be). I can't say enough about her attention to detail and her ability to exceed all expectations. I am a huge Peters fan, but an even bigger Kim Richards fan. I came in never having a car loan before, so I wasn't sure what would happen. Kim was very helpful. I felt comfortable right away. She went over every step of the process. If I had to wait, she explained why. After all was said and done, I was able to get the exact car I wanted for the monthly payment I was shooting for. So far I've bought 2 cars and 1 truck from Kim and no doubt when the time comes I will be buying a fourth from her. Kim truly puts the customer first she listens and directs to what she feels will be the best fit,no sales pressure matter of fact the first time going to Peters I originally came in to see a particular model which I really didn't like after driving Kim suggested another car I choose not to look into at the time I left with no pressure at all I did come back a couple days later and checked out ,drove and bought the car she had recommended and it worked out great.Kim's after sales skill maybe the main reason I keep going back each time I've brought my car in for routine service (peters service dept. is also top notch) she always checks to be sure alls well and that I'm happy with the car she is sincerely concerned about her customers.In closing if your looking for a car you owe it to yourself to contact kim at Peters she'll make the whole process a pleasure

In much need of a newer, more reliable vehicle, I asked my son for advice, he suggested Cars.com... I filled out the form, telling it the car I wanted and my Zip Code.. It showed several cars I could view..When I saw one, fully loaded, in great shape, I decided to go take it for a test ride... I had never heard of Peter's of Nashua..and half expecting to find a dirt parking lot with only 16 cars for sale, was very impressed to find a very large establishment with 3 service buildings and about 1000 cars to choose from... The car I was interested in was perfect for me and Eli, the salesman whom I had called and invited me to come visit, was very very helpful in getting me into that car as fast as could be managed. John, the sales/finance manager was very helpful as well... they are a great team... Even Jeff in the service department went above and beyond to make buying a new car a great experience . I had a great experience at this dealership. I walked in unsure what my next move was - I had a leased vehicle that I would either trade in for another new leased car, or buy the one I already had. I was over my miles, and unsure how the experience would go. Brandon helped me explore all the options, and I ended up getting a new leased car. I received a great deal, and Brandon was very thorough in making sure I was happy with my new car and comfortable with the deal I was getting. This was the second vehicle I have leased through Peters Honda and I could not be happier. After dealing with 6 other New England dealerships this past week going to Peters was like a breath of fresh air. I've bought many Honda parts here and from Bernardi Honda's online dept. over the years. They are for servicing a 2003 CR-V and 2006 Pilot, both purchased at Peter's from Bob Bozak (great guy, sorry he retired). I do my own service, along with my son who is an ASE Certified Master Tech. Several years ago, I found the parts people to be friendly and willing to work with me on pricing. They usually would at least match the Bernardi price after including shipping. Now the parts dept. acts like they're doing you a favor to even wait on you and forget about getting a good discount. They even make you prepay for ordered parts. Their "list prices" are even higher than the list at online Honda OEM dealers. I now wait until I need several parts or fluids and buy online for better pricing. I know any business needs to make a profit, but since I work at a large auto parts retail chain (prefer OEM parts for my Hondas) and understand the huge markup on parts to the retail customer, I'm very disappointed that Peter's won't work with a good customer.


FRUSTRATING purchase of new Civic with broken radio system

Two days after our purchase of a brand new Civic, the radio/Bluetooth system would not work at all. The Sales Department was useless in helping us with this issue. We requested that Peters replace the car but Brandon and Andre told us they couldn't do that. Brandon told us that sometimes the cars are a dud. They told us to contact the service department and that we should call Honda America. Peters Service department attempted to fix it twice but the radio/Bluetooth system is still frozen and will not work. Because of the trouble with this car, we decided to cancel the extended warranty. Steve, a team leader, was quite rude when he found out this was what we planned to do. Our call to the General Manager has not been returned. We were so excited to be buying a new car but unfortunately our experience with Peters and Honda America has been and continues to be extremely frustrating. What should have been a wonderful experience has turned in to a nightmare. We are now stuck with a car that does not work through no fault of our own.

After researching online, I already knew what I wanted so my mission was clear. My wife and I were greeted at the door by Tom McDevitt. Tom went over the 2017 Honda Ridgeline RTL-T with us in great detail and answered all our questions. We went for a nice drive in the vehicle. The whole knowledge exchange and interactive experience was fun; Tom is very personable, easy to talk to, helpful and patient. We enjoyed this part very much. There was no high-pressure sales effort like we experienced elsewhere. Admittedly, the '17 Ridgeline is in demand and supply is limited so the sales situation is different than with a Civic. Tom was upfront and clear that there were no incentives and no discounts on this vehicle. That's business. With a vehicle in short supply, if you snooze, you lose because there's someone standing right behind you ready to snap it up.Once it was "go" time, I was impressed with how quickly the process went. We didn't expect to leave that evening with the vehicle but folks stayed late to make it happen. Thanks Tom and Matt for cranking through the process and making this a very enjoyable experience.

I have a 2014 Honda CRV that I am leasing and will expire December 2016. My husband and I stopped into Peters of Nashua regarding the advertising we saw about turning your lease in early. We love the CRV and thought about purchasing it at the end of the lease. We met Matthew Benson, Honda Product Specialist when we arrived and told him our situation and possible intent. He had us test drive a 2016 Honda CRV and explained to us the changes that the 2016 has from the 2014. We were impressed with the car but found a shimmy while driving. When we arrived back at the dealership he immediately got another 2016 Honda CRV and again we did a test drive. It was a different model with the driving experience a bit different. After sitting down and reviewing the test drive, Matthew arranged to have the first car we test drove to be checked over and have it available for us to come back the following day to drive it again, which we readily agreed. We returned the next day and found Matthew waiting for us by the door, we test drove the car again and the shimmy was gone. We signed a new 36 month lease with no delay with Matthew Atherton and could not have been more delighted with the service by both Matthew's and the staff at Peters Honda. Matthew Benson was professional, attentive, knowledgeable and approachable. For a young man so new to the industry he holds a great future in the service industry with his people skills. First, someone must be pumping reviews into this site to bury the bad reviews. They read like someone is getting paid to write reviews and post them on this site. I purchased my 2006 Pilot from Peters Honda of Nashua and never went back for service except for an airbag recall. I was reminded why I never went back for service. My latest experience was downright horrendous. I sat in the service bay for 40 minutes without even getting a 'hello'. I overheard one of the service reps complaining that she was supposed to leave at 4pm (it was actually 4:30pm). I was told to go back and sit in my car and wait until someone took my info. After 40 minutes I walked into speak with the Service Manager who was hiding behind his big screen computer monitor. He was perplexed that I waited 40 minutes without being greeted. Get a clue. I took my business elsewhere. And, I'm not going to buy a new Pilot at Peters. Not only did you just lose my service business but you lost me as a new vehicle customer.

We needed a vehicle to replace a family van that was finally giving up, so time was of the essence. We called Honda, hoping our previous salesperson (from whom we got a Civic) was still at Peters, and she was - but she'd transferred to a new department. We told her we wanted her, or someone very much like her if she was no longer in sales...and on her recommendation, we got Alex, a good move!Being end of the quarter, our color choices were quite limited; the last car of our preferred color had gone that morning (and the remainder was blah to us ;-) ...so we left thinking all was lost...until Alex called that she'd found our color in a Civic that was to be delivered later than ours, so we could have that one. Well done there, Alex! Then came the finance end, again as simple as our previous Civic, and the was pricing both straightforward and simple. We highly recommend Alex and offer the advice that anyone who doesn't at least talk to Peters for a Honda (and probably Nissan or Kia) is not doing their homework!

Recently my wife, Barbara Charles, purchased a 2016 Civic Touring; so far she's been very pleased with it's style, handling, and technology. Our sales person, Darnell, patiently guided us through the different models and reviewed (in some cases demonstrated) the Civic's many features. We appreciate Darnell's relaxed approach and the detailed explanations he provided regarding safety and comfort features that we had never had before. This made the Civic an easy choice for Barbara. When we took delivery of our car - we learned that the rear windows were not operating. Darnell and Peter's Service folks have been attentively addressing this issue. Today, my wife (Civic), I (Pilot), and our two sons (both CRVs) all drive Honda's.

I had just left another dealership that was being very aggressive and pushy.They got extremely mad when I said I wanted to go look at a Honda CRV. From the moment I walked into Peters Honda, I was greeted with smiles and the energy in the shop was amazing.Alex was able to answer all of my questions and respected the fact that I wanted to sleep on it before making a decision. I was also dealing with my Dad having triple-by pass surgery, and didn't feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. I called back the next afternoon and said I would be in later to sign the papers. When I did, Alex asked how my father was. I then came in Saturday to do the financing, and I was there before opening and they welcomed me in to get things rolling. Pam was very professional, and she knows her job. Because it was a holiday weekend I still had to come back on Tuesday to get the car. Alex meet me outside and I never had to go inside and then was quickly on my way. Peter's is the only place we buy our cars. We bought our first car from Peter's in 1987 and we keep going back. The service is outstanding. We purchased our 8th car, a 2011 Accord and had the pleasure to deal with Chris and Matt. Both men were extremely professional with no high pressure to buy. I started my search online as we live in CT. Chris was great at answering questions about the car, sending pictures and following up to make sure all my questions were answered. We drove to Nashua to take delivery on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. We didn't get there until after 4pm but we never felt rushed to complete our transaction before they closed at 5pm.

Peter's is the only place we buy our cars. We purchased our 9th car, a 2014 Altima and had the pleasure to deal with Jim Jackson and Chris Olsen. We bought our first car in 1987 and we keep going back. The service is outstanding. Jim was extremely professional with no high pressure. I started my search online as we live in CT. Chris was great at answering questions about the car, sending pictures and following up to make sure all my questions were answered. This was our first experience with Peters Honda. We are very thankful Joe Orlando was our salesman. Joe is very friendly, easy to speak with and listens to what you say. Our negotiating process did take quite a while, but we felt Joe was working on the deal in our best interest. He went over the options in the car and set up the Bluetooth as well. We brought the car back for an additional service, and were very pleased with the service, how friendly and helpful everyone was. We met with Pam Crocker to sign paperwork; she is very thorough and knowledgeable. I will return to Peters for a new car when the time comes, but will request Joe as our salesman.

Sonja was the reason that I drove from Mass up to Nashua to purchase my Accord. I had met her few weeks ago and gave her my contact info. She followed up with me the next day, as expected, but when told her something had come up (it did) and that I didn't have time to look at that point, she left me alone. We received excellent sales support from Lynn Vieira at Peter's Honda in Nashua. She showed us a wide range of vehicles but helped us locate the perfect car that met our requirement -- good size, great mileage, great safety rating with low mileage on the car. She found us a 2013 Honda Accord LX with only 6300 miles. Lynn did a great job matching up our needs for a larger safe car that managed to fit our desired budget. Lynn has many years of experience at Peter's Honda and in the industry. She was referred to us and she certainly measured up to the accolades she had received from others.Matt Atherton handled the financing. There was just no pressure in the meeting. Honda offers a great long-term warranty but also excellent tire coverage for pot-hole riddled roads of New England and good interior/exterior coverage at a reasonable price for the major life of the car.We cannot say enough about Lynn and Matt. I recently leased my 2016 Honda civic with Larry Stevens. From the very beginning Larry was extremely personable and down to earth with both my husband and I. My wife and I love Honda's. We recently traded our 2008 Accord EXL V6 Coupe. When we wnt out that day to look at cars our plan was to visit 2-3 dealerships. Because we are well schooled in the Honda product We new exactly what we wanted so it was just a matter of finding the best deal. We started at Peters Honda and never made it to other dealerships. Matt was our sales person, he was fairly new and I think I made him a little nervous. They didn't have the exact car we were looking for, but we had done our research and the exact car and color was going to be hard to find. They did have one with the correct color but had much more options than we needed. The sales manager introduced himself, his name is Doug. He told us that if we wanted that car he would give us a fantastic deal on it. Guess what, he was right. Before going to Peters Honda, I visited some other dealerships. I walked in with no intention of buying, because it was still early in the process and I wasn't sure what I wanted or how I wanted to go about paying for the car. I told the sales rep this, and they still tried to pressure me into buying a car. It was extremely uncomfortable and made me much more stressed about the entire process than I needed to be. However, at Peters Honda, this didn't happen. When I told my first sales rep, Lynn Vieira that I wasn't quite ready to buy, she understood. She was friendly and gentle about the whole thing, which made me feel extremely comfortable. She helped me find out more information about the vehicle I thought I was interested in, and I left feeling much more relieved about the process than stressed. A few days ago, I returned to Peters Honda because I remembered it being such a friendly environment. This time, I worked with Diana Daloia, who was also very friendly, gentle, and informative. She told me things about the vehicle that I didn't even think to ask about! I was able to go through the process with her and actually purchase my first vehicle, free of stress or pressure! I live 2.5 hours away from Nashua, but contacted this dealership because I have leased two cars from them in the past. I was on a mission to lease a CRV and trade out of my civic lease. They not only located me a car, but upgraded me to a 2016 CRV for the same pricing and held the car for me with a deposit until I could get down there. bought a 2012 Honda civic have had battery drain problems ever since I bought this new car. been through 5 batterys let the car sit for two days ,car is dead. brought car back to you guys, service manager tells me this is normal , and to put a trickle charger on the car. this is absolutely unheard of! I have since payed to have someone go through the cars electronics and they found the problem,the fix however was not something you should have to do to a new car! this issue needs to be resolved,as all the civics seem to have the same problem and not done with this problem or your service I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HONDA OR FROM PETERS!

Sent me a picture so I could look at it till I actually picked it up..Was having a hard time on color choice and he walked the lot showing me every color combination available.. On delivery my Civic was meticulous and Doug made sure I knew all about the new car and how to use the features. I was leaving for vacation and afraid I would forget a lot so Doug said when I returned he would be more than glad to make me an appointment to review all of the features.. I Highly Recommend Doug and plan on keeping in touch with him whenever I go in for my service visits.. Thank You Kara in Service for referring Doug to us as Our Salesperson !!!

After looking at some used Civics, I went to Peters to check out the cost of a new one. Within minutes of sitting down with ales rep Brandon Kent, I was offered a great deal including some trade in value on my 2000 Civic with unknown mileage and plenty of rust. I know I paid the lowest price possible for new Civic and was offered 0.9% financing. After the deal was done, and the car purchased, Brandon went out with in the car to drive around the area and to familiarize myself with all the controls. So happy I stopped at Peters to check out new cars because I was all ready to buy a used 2014 Civic from Subaru dealer. The new car was less than 25% more than the used. We didn't expect to get a new car when we went shopping. We thought the best they could do is get us into a used vehicle, but Steve and Raphael worked with us, and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that we could afford to lease a brand new Honda civic! It is a great car for the money and came with all the bells and whistles. Matt Atherton wrote up all the contracts and financing, and he was awesome! He thoroughly explained all our options. He listened to our concerns and made wonderful suggestions about what he thought we needed, as well as what we could do without, (which was very important to our budget minded family). We couldn't be happier with our new purchase, and look forward to visiting the dealership for our future car buying needs!

Salesman Doug Carrier was very attentive, professional and courteous. Doug gave us some different lease options to consider. He spent all the needed time with us while we weighed our options and finally decided by a nose to go with the 2015 Civic EX. He took care of having the appearance protection done while we were waiting to finalize the lease! Very good sales person would recommend him to anyone else to ask for him. As it was getting late Joe Gindi did a great job of completely the paperwork for us.

I originally scheduled an appointment with the Nissan dealership but ended up having the Nissan dealer walk me to the Honda dealership. The experience was great and I was able to leave the same day signing papers to my new CR-V! Doug even went above and beyond and gave me a beautiful red ribbon on top of my car when I picked it up! What a "Great" experience I had today with my visit to Peters Honda!I don't usually write reviews, but i'm so excited and relieved about my visit to the dealership that I thought I would write!Since transferring from Toyota, I have just got my 2nd Honda & my Daughter has a Honda too!I went to Honda after I ended my long struggle with Toyota and got a Honda Accord, best car I've had in a long time. The visit was great, salesman was terrific, they really tried to accommodate me with the things i needed in a car and the price i had to keep to. We then bought my Daughter a 2009 Civic, great car, she loves it. They hold their value and last a long time. Now we make all her service appts with Peters Honda as well. They really take care of you and don't rip you off. You have to trust your dealership when it comes to your Daughters car needs!Then I just traded in my Accord for an EX Civic.Needed a smaller car.Even better experience than the 1st time. My team really went above & beyond to make my visit worth while. They gave me a great deal, I have car protection packages as well & and I always come away with clean car, full of petrol!!Not only did they help me get into a fantastic car, in my budget but then Paul help me set up the car settings inside afterwards! I purchased a Civic back in 2002 and was very happy with the service at that time so I decided to go back when I needed to replace another car. Fortunately for me, as I drove in and got out of my car a young woman, Sonya was just coming in to work. She was cheerful, outgoing and I never felt pressured in any one direction. I told her my needs and what would fit my lifestyle at this point in my life. She listened! She got me into a new car which I did not expect and a price I could afford. She informed my right up front that she was new (7 weeks into the position). Ai appreciated that but found her extremely knowledgeable. Also, my trade came in higher than I expected. Overall, I very impressed with Peters and that the experience mirrored the one from 2002. Finance was great. No pressure to buy extra packages.

I had not been to a new car dealership in 30 years. I came in with my defenses up and came away have been provided a positive experience that exceeded my expectations. Doug Carrier was the ultimate professional. He asked a lot of questions to find out what we wanted rather than push us into a vehicle we didn't want. In addition, he was very informative. He was excellent at educating us on the different models and different features. Steve Eosue was also very informative. I found him to be a 'straight-shooter.' All in all, my wife and I found this experience to be outstanding and we will be back to Peter's and Doug for our next vehicle. By the way, we love our new CR V.

I test drove the vehicles I was interested in not once but twice. Bob and the GSM Rick were incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process as easy as possible. I sent in a credit application online so all I had to do was sign the final paperwork when I arrived to pick up my car. Once I decided what I wanted to buy - the paperwork part was done in just twenty minutes.
