Good experience

I bought my 2007 Dodge Durango from Peter Kay Auto Sales about 3 moths ago. I had 2 small issues with the vehicle about 2 months ago after purchase. They repaired both, and didn't charge me! I am very pleased with my overall experience, and plan on buying a vehicle for my wife in the coming months.

2006 G6 purchased from North Tonawanda

After searching around for quite some time I came across a 2006 G6 at Peter Kay. Got the car at a great price, and Mike at the North Tonawanda store was able to get me an interest rate that was less than half of what every other dealership was able to get for me, and made the buying process sweet and simple. I absolutely love my new car, it was delivered on time and looking great! Would definitely recommend!

Pleased with purchase

The car buying experience was very easy and smooth here. They are prompt and anything that needs to be done to the car is done before you pick up the car. The staff at Alden is very friendly, and Mike from North Tonawanda is very helpful.

My experience at the North Tonawanda location was an absolute nightmare. The staff was so very unprofessional, they never returned phone calls, they had told my husband and I we were financed on his income alone, before a raise, but then went back on their word, and without our knowledge, pulled the extended warranty we had opted for out of the deal. We literally had to hunt them down to get information. We did buy the car, and so far 5 things have went wrong with it. I had called several times to ask for an appt. at the Alden location to get the issues repaired ( 2 of these issues they knew about before we even took the vehicle off of the lot) and every time I called, they promised they would get in touch with the other location and I would receive a call back, and still to this day have not received a call back. Absolutely horrible business, I would not recommend to anyone.

Advertised but not really there

I found a Buick I was interested in seeing on auto.com advertised by Peter Kay in Alden.seeming I was to be in Alden that weekend I asked to see the car."Nope not here it's in our lot in Erie and we don't have a driver to go get it"But we have other cars I hate it when they advertise something and don't have it thinking they will get you to buy something else.

The buying process could not have been more easier than at Pater Kay, they even switched over the plates and insurance for me. I got a reliable car with good gas mileage for a low price which is exactly what I wanted.

Peter Kay's Car Shop Experience

The overall process as outstanding. The dealership people especially Aidan worked very well with me to get the deal completed. Great experience. One small caveat was the timeframe for them to get my registration and new plates, took 3 weeks. Not much of an issue but would like to see this happen quicker. Would definitely be my first stop when looking for a used vehicle.

I was extremely impressed with their level of customer service. Joe was very eager to show me many different ways of going about the financing process for a first time buyer. He even showed me how it would change in the future. They are very customer oriented and not stuck up dealers like I have seen upon looking at other dealerships. Definitely recommended!
