Excellence From Start to Finish
Over the past 30 years, I have purchased 12 Honda's from the same dealer (we have four drivers in my family). When I decided to purchase my 13th Honda, this time an Odyssey, I returned to my usual dealer but was disappointed in the negotiation of my trade in as well as the price of the new vehicle. Loyalty did not seem to matter. I submitted a request for a quote from Performance Kings Honda and received an email with a quote from Natalie Yale. We corresponded several times, including discussions about my trade in. Natalie responded quickly and thoroughly and with fair pricing. My wife and I decided to make the 45 minute drive to Performance Kings Honda because of Natalie's excellent customer service, fair negotiations and follow through - Kings also had better inventory than other dealers. Must have been lucky 13 because our experience in-person was excellent as well and together with Joe and Jenny, Natalie made a fair deal and we are very happy with our new Odyssey. We will gladly make the drive again in the future and applaud Performance Kings Honda for their professionalism and excellent customer service.

Phil, my salesmen, was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy. All my questions were answered thoroughly and he took all the time needed for me to make my final decision. This was one of the only dealerships to not turn their nose up to me because I had a very difficult lease to get out of. Everything worked out great and now I am driving a new beautiful car :D Jenni, the Finance manager, was able to get me in and out even know time was limited. If possible ask for her if you choose to buy from here. Ash Mall and Lauren Sells in the service department are top of the line as well. They gave me any and all the information that I needed when it comes to servicing the vehicle. This dealership will be my number one choice from here on out.

This is the worst experience I've had with a sales person
My girlfriend and I went to Kings Honda with every intention of purchasing a car. Then, we met Will Parks. This was the rudest salesperson I've ever dealt with. He acted, frankly, like he didn't care about us or selling a car at all! After doing my homework on the car, I was ready to negotiate and we got to numbers. He tried using the "quick numbers" tactic and wouldn't write anything down. When I finally started writing down what he was telling us, it was clear that his math wasn't adding up. Upon showing him, he insisted that "we can't break the laws of math"! - Really? What a stupid thing to say, but I digress. This continued for a bit until (using my paper) I asked if this was the best deal he could offer. He replied: "This isn't even an offer, these are just numbers on paper". At this point, I was all but done with this guy and Kings Honda. He finally got around to asking what our "magic number" was and after telling him he, using the calculator on the computer, did some barbaric backwards math and told us that we shouldn't be looking at this car because we can't afford it! I know EXACTLY what I can afford, [expletive]!This was the proverbial straw and we got up to walk out. He didn't say thank you, sorry or attempt to shake our hands or anything!To be fair, what we were asking was very reasonable, so it's not like we were being unrealistic here. This guy just didn't care to help anyone and thought things would come to him easily. It was our first time at Kings Honda and the impression left by Mr. Parks has certainly tainted our view of this dealership as a whole. My girlfriend was very hurt by how we were treated and, believe me social media is going to hear about this visit. I truly don't understand how he has a job!

Natalie Weaver does not know her product. She did not know the differences between models, how to operate the settings of the car and she told me I would not have to pay a registration fee because I was transferring plates. Save yourself the aggravation and deal with someone else.
Inexperienced, Smug, and Condescending
I am new to the Cincinnati area so I don't know one dealer from the next. I buy a new car every three years or so and operate my own company in the area. I looked at this dealership's rating and saw some concerning comments but thought they may be isolated cases or trouble-maker customers. I have decided I was wrong about that. I am certainly not a trouble-maker customer and I had a terrible experience with this dealership. Started on the internet and received response from Melissa Bailey. She seemed inexperienced (was not listeed on the website) but got a good price. Trouble is that they had no inventory and had to get a car from another lot. Required a $500 deposit to do this although we had no documents reflecting the terms of this "deposit". Finally agreed to the questionable "deposit" but requested they sign a note saying the funds were fully refundable if we could not come to an agreement. This is when Melissa gave me over to John DeLuca. He is the reason for the "smug" and "condescending" parts of the review title. He said I would get my "deposit" back if we could not get a deal done but would not sign my document. Said, "I'm not going to pocket your money". Claimed only their corporate attorney could sign such a note (even though it said the same thing both he and Melissa said to me on the phone). So they are willing to say just about anything but don't dare ask them to stand behind their words. DeLuca then said, "Go ahead and try to find a deal as good as this one somewhere else". Wow! Does that make you want to do business here? Not me. All of us decide everyday how/where and on what to spend our hard-earned money. I will gladly spend my car dollars somewhere else this time and every other time. In this case, I had two other offers already and both agreed to match the offer from these guys. And they had plenty of inventory already so no car-transfer deposit needed. Wow! Unbelievable. Good luck if you decide to work with these guys.
They fixed what I needed fixed on my may car and I even got a loaner. They did a good job on getting my car back to me in a timely manner.
Drive out of our way to take our cars here to be serviced
Ash Mall is a great service manager and we have trusted him with our cars for nearly 17 years. We followed him from another Honda dealership and now that we recently moved to another state, realize even more how much we appreciated having Ash as "our car guy". Ash has always gotten the repairs on our cars right the first time, offered us free loaner cars or rides, and helped us out with warranties and discounts whenever possible. We miss him greatly!
Service Department needs to get it together
Car was shaking. Took it in on a Thursday. Told we would hear back. Left two different numbers. Five days later... No call. Tried to call every three hours during business hours. Either hang up or put on hold for many minutes.Finally went in and arranged necessary repairs. In person. A week later. That day , we were told that the car would probably be ready that day but they would call us THAT DAY to let us know. No call. We finally called two days later to find out that the car was ready.If you don't intend to call your customers, then pick the phone up when they call you.
My second car through Performance Kings Honda
I had purchased a 2006 Honda Odyssey from Performance Kings Honda, on March 2015. It had high miles on it and it had risk associated with it that old cars carry. Since I was new to US, I had not option, considering my family size and my requirement it was an ideal deal. In May 2016, I realized that I should go for a lesser used car, may like, 2016, 2015 model, with max 20K miles on ODO and landed up again at Performance Kings Honda in July 2016. Sales Associate Natalie Yale was very polite and patience to listen at my multiple requirements wrt model, finance, trade in, etc... she tried her best but I could not strike a deal due to my financial issues. Later on Sept 13, 2016, I realized that on their website there are couple of Certified Odysseys, with very low Mileage, less than 4K on the ODO and send a query again. This time it landed again in Natalie's inbox. Within 2 days, Natalie was able to draft a deal and this time, I could not deny it! I must say, her willingness to help and understand my problem, helped me exchange my car. A great Experience, If I am in a position to buy a car, again, then it has to be at Performance Kings Honda, and I wish each time, Natalie is there to help!
His was my 5th Honda that I purchased from the dealership. In the past, I had been dealing with another sales person but due to his excellent performance had been promoted. Marc has taken his place and has provided me with the professionalism and services that I had received in the past.Jenni, the financial,person was wonderful to work with. She handled everything wonderfully.
My first time at Performance Honda
After shopping around, talked to Brook there at the dealership, she was very helpful and found the car I was looking for within 1 hour, made 1 1/2 hr trip from Springfield to Cinn dealership, met with Brook, they looked at my car, made a deal on new Honda touring model, everything went very smooth from start to end. Would highly recommend this dealership and Brook, the salesperson I worked with.
Not So Good.
My experience with Performance Kings Honda was less than average. I found a car on the internet and send an inquiry. I was contacted by a salesman Ray Forsee, (Monday), who told me the car was being checked and detailed and I should send him a text to remind him to email pictures and details on Thursday.I did that. No reply. Nothing. So, I get an email from John DeLuca regarding my experience. I wrote to him about my disappointment with his salesperson and most likely would not shop his dealership in the future. On Sunday, out of the blue, I receive a text from Ray. By this time I have moved on and I asked that he not contact me anymore. However, the nit-wit had to poke the bear and get the last word in by reply to my text, that I not contact him. He must have made quota for August and put me on the back burner.It seems that most reviews are good for this dealership, my experience is probably a result of my salesperson.
Terrible Service & Sales Experience
Kings Honda is the worst dealership I have ever done business with both from a sales and service perspective. I purchased my vehicle there two years ago and have been a loyal customer in the service department since. A month ago, I encountered a service/billing issue and could not get any of the managers (Bob Brewster - General Manager, Danny Cahill - Sales Manager, or Ash Mall - Service Manager) to help me or return my numerous calls/voice mails. This is how they treat loyal customers, therefore I have pulled my business from them and would not recommend them to anyone.
Brooke was just great, she went out of her way!
I had my grandson with me, Brooke went out of her way to make him fee comfortable and he really enjoyed himself. I think that says it all. An 8 year old boy talking about her on the way home. Not to many kids enjoy going to a car dealership, Ryan ask me if I was going to buy a car from Miss. Brooke? No pressure there! Lol

I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door, everyone is really friendly. I got a general overview of the the dealership and I enjoyed my salesmen, Bruce, who walked me through everything about my car. I'm very happy with this dealership.
Best price, exact specs, and terrific service
Toni Hockenberry was fantastic. I called her late Sunday afternoon because a deal I had been offered by another Honda dealership fell through (they sold out of the year/make/model/trim I wanted and did not have anything satisfactorily comparable). Nevertheless, Toni matched that deal on exactly the year/make/model/trim we wanted - note that I had to be able to document that deal, in writing that included the other dealer's letterhead, in order for Toni to be able to match. Considering that my prospective deal was below invoice, I think that requirement is more than fair. The closing process probably would have been faster (~2 hrs) but they had to prep the car for us - it was fresh off the delivery truck! I really cannot complain about that. In addition, Toni linked our phones to the new car's Bluetooth, walked us through some of the cooler features (we hadn't actually test driven this particular trim) and personally moved our plates from our old car to our new car. Finally, because the service shop had closed and they were missing one part for an upgrade package we chose, Toni is coordinating the scheduling of our package installation, saving us more time. Very Upset with overall buying experience
Sales Manager like Danny and Ken Howard need to learn how to check their voice mail and get back to customer. Bought a brand new car-no free oil change or car wash. All i get set of all season floor mat and sales person promised to deliver it to my home but no communication whats so ever from anyone in dealer when i called about my floor mat. Finally i was able to talk to sales person who is acting so busy and expecting me to drive 70 miles to get those mats. I would not recommend anyone in this dealer.

I stopped in on a busy Saturday and all of the associates were busy. I could tell that all of the customers were here for a good reason. John , a sales manager, greeted me at the door with a bright smile and asked how he could help me. I told him I was currently in a Toyota and was comparing with Honda. All of his associates were busy so he opted to help me. He explained the pros and cons of the accord vs the Camry as well as financing vs leasing. He was extremely knowledgeable about his craft. I am happy to say that John DeLuca convinced me to buy an accord and trade my lease in early. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had and will refer ALL of my family and friends to John and Kings Honda. It says a lot about John for him to take me through the entire process from A-Z. Thank you Performance Kings Honda!

My husband and I bought our 2015 Honda Pilot here last March. We had a great experience at that time and so we went back there this past Saturday to purchase a 2016 CRV. The sales woman, Natalie Weaver, was great. We really liked her. However, when it came time to negotiate price, the Internet sales manager, John Deluca, spoke to us like we were lower than dirt. He was aggressive, loud, and condescending. We have never been spoken to in that manner and we were absolutely embarrassed and shocked to be treated in such a way. So much so that we left and have now purchased our new 2016 Honda CRV from Jeff Wyler Honda in Colerain. We were treated with the utmost respect at Jeff Wyler and we will absolutely never ever go back to Performance Kings Honda ever again. John DeLucas aggressive and rude behavior should be addressed by upper management or you will continue to lose business due to his behavior. I can tell you with 100% certainty when friends ask us of our experience at Performance Kings Honda, this is exactly what we will tell them.
Worst customer interaction with John Sales Manager
We went to buy a 2017 honda civic and they didn't had the model and color what i need, So we thought of trying the Honda accord 2016 which is obviously at a higher price. But the they gave me a quote and i asked my budget is this much so Brooke went to the Sales Manager John, he came back to us and started talking very rude as if he is giving the car at no cost, all the customers cannot pay the price whatever you say and they will bargain and that's their right to bargain, if you can give the car at that price you can say yes or no, but the rude behaviour and treating the customers very cheap since they bargain is really bad customer handling ethics and hospitality. Also they never felt sorry about what they did.I got the same car with a different dealership for less price and a awesome customer experience and they also dropped me to my home along with the new car which is very nice of them and they were very polite and genuine no fake talks.I would never recommend any of my friends/relatives to to performance kings honda for kind of purchase and i will never visit this dealership again.This was the worst customer experience ever in my life and i know that these people will not do anything to recover that, so better stop going to this dealer.Thanks.

Electrical problem after lethal air bag replacment
We have 2 hondas, both subject to the lethal air bag recall. The most recent a honda Fit. Taken in for the recall on a hot summer day, Friday June 24, 2016. Returned at the end of the day and the cabin cooling fan would not operate in positions 1,2 or 3 but would in position #4. My wife complained of this to Ash Will (?) service manager, he said the work they did could not possible have caused the problem. My wife used the A/C in position 2 and 3 on her way to deliver the car. Funny thing with the engine off if you turn the fan to 1,2, and 3 the engine cooling fan comes on. (when I push the radio button will the airbag deploy or will the airbag not deploy when I need it). I called to day and spoke with Kevin...same result when my wife spoke to Ash Will (?). I asked to speak to the service manager and Kevin said he wasn't available and he could set up an appointment for me to speak with was not acceptable to me as we have been with out of our two hondas for the last several months, to be fair they did provide loaners.

I researched several models. My choice came down to a Mazda6 or the new Honda Civic. After test driving the mid sized Mazda and being confused by their infotainment( radio) system, I decided to give the compact Civic a test drive. Natalie was able to schedule me for a test drive at my convenience. She met me at the door and quickly found the car I wanted to test drive. The Civic was much more visually appealing and the engine more responsive than the larger Mazda engine. The entertainment center in the Honda was very easy to understand and program. Once I decided to buy the car, I made an offer based upon the research that I had done.Natalie took my offer to her sales manager and after a brief review, she came back with an offer that was within $3 per month of my target for a 60 month loan.I was pleased with the no hassle buying experience and professionalism shown by Natalie and the rest of the Kings Honda Team.I will recommend Natalie and Kings Honda to any of my friends who might be in the market for a new vehicle.
Fantastic service by Tim O'keefe and Joe Jarvis
On 5/29/16 we had stopped into the dealership just to look at what they had available,and happened to talk to Joe Jarvis. We had an appt.on 5/30 to meet with him and Tim .Even though it was not our. Scheduled time or day Joe stopped what he was doing and took the time to talk to us and get some preliminary info from us to get the ball rolling on getting us a new vehicle.the next morning he promptly got in touch with us just as he had promised and got busy working on getting us our car.By 2:30 pm that same afternoon we had our car and was done and had the rest of day to enjoy it.I cannot express enough gratitude we have for Joe and Tim they made this the easiest and most pleasant buying experience we have ever had . Thanks Again to Both of you for all u did.
Poor Performance Honda
Took my Accord in to get serviced for an SRS code (seat buckle) ... was told it was under warranty and would take about 90 minutes to replace. Called for an appt with the info needed to have the parts ready ... dropped off my car. Got a call later that they didn't have the right parts and that the frame motor was broken by the technician ... would order the right parts but didn't know when they would arrive ... received a call that the parts were ordered and would be a couple of days. Now I'm needing a courtesy car for the extra days' delay. Finally got the right parts (hopefully) in and made the original repairs. A week later, I took the courtesy car in to pick up my car and asked a "manager" if they would pick up the cost of gas I needed to use in their courtesy car, but was given the old "pass the buck" ploy that he couldn't provide any compensation for their week's delay. Also, I told him politely that if nothing was done to recognize th inconvenience they put me through, that I would never do business there again (this is the 2nd time they have mismanaged my service), to which he curtly replied, "That's OK." Then when I went to get my keys there was a charge of $342, which I refused to pay, and they did honor my position on that matter. A very unpleasant and poorly managed service.
Purchase of a Honda Fit
It was an excellent experience. I had done a search for Honda Fit and Civic and decided on a Fit.I had just come from another dealership where the situation was very uncomfortable and quoted a price that I knew should have been negotiable. Coming to Kings Honda was a relief. The price was perfect, the experience very good. Brooke Riedeman did an excellent job. I would like to thank the sales manager, John DeLuca - he is outstanding.
Only care about sales - not customer service.
I have sometimes received 3 phone calls in the same day trying to buy my Honda Fit so that I can buy a new Honda. However, the customer service has been horrible. I recently contacted the service department to schedule an appointment to have the airbag fixed. I was told to drive out and a rental car would be available. When I drove out, I was told that there were no rental cars available and that I had to call first when enterprise rental was open. Two young attendants chastised me for not calling first. I DID CALL FIRST. So on the following Monday, I called the service department to make sure I could get a rental car and drop my car off. When I got out there they said that I needed to have someone with me because there was no room to park my car and I needed to drive the rental car and my honda back home. A month later the service department called to schedule my service. I needed to drop my car off the night before so that the next day I could drive the rental car back. When I arrived, I was again treated very poorly by two young attendants. My car already had been tagged with a number on the first visit. They would not listen or check to see that I had an appointment scheduled. They questioned me "Was I sure the airbag part had been ordered." I have also had the car out for servicing and they would not service anything unless the service lights were showing something needed to be done. I recently read the manual which stated the brake fluid needs to be completely changed every 3 years. The light has never come on in five years to indicate that. I will find someone else to service my car. Unless it is a recall I will not go back to this Honda dealer. I have had three Honda cars and will never buy another.
We went shopping for a used van, our sales person- Jahrell Thomas, was extremely nice, easy going, and had knowledge of their inventory compared to what we were looking for. The financial advisor-Joe Jarvis, was very helpful in helping us get the best deal on our loan. The whole process was quick and easy! Would highly recommend!
New Car Buy
Overall, it was a very good experience. My wife had a scheduled oil change, so I asked for information on a new Accord. Phil got me the information, met me at the dealership early and was able to meet my needs. Very easy to deal with.

We bought Honda Odyssey and had a very pleasant experience dealing with John and Amit. They were both very friendly and professional.I was told that there is no option to buy the car without the splash guards as all the minivans already has this installed. We had to wait for an hour for the car to get cleaned before we received delivery after all the paper work.Overall, it was a good experience buying the car. I will definitely recommend Kings Honda to anybody looking for a Honda vehicle.
Top Notch Sales and Service!
I was extremely pleased with the customer service that my husband and I got from Performance Kings Honda. The buying process was painless. We purchased a 2010 Odyssey and our salesman, Amit was terrific. He and his wife/assistant, Meagan, were so easy going and easy to talk to. There was no pressure to try and get us in a car higher priced than what we were looking for. We had our baby with us and they were so accommodating to her needs as well. They even went so far as having someone leave their office so that I could feed her in private, away from the hustle and bustle of the sales floor! The great service continued even after we took the van home. I called Amit the next day because I was experiencing vibrations while braking as well as some pulling. I was called back by there service department and they made an appointment for me to come in to have the van checked out. When I got to the service department I was greeted by Brian who said they would take a look at my concerns and let me know the extent of the problems I was experiencing. I had my daughter with me and Brian showed me to the waiting room. About 45 minutes later Brian came over to me and told me that they would need to resurface the rotors (front and back) and rotate the tires to address the problems I was having. He told me that I could have a courtesy car so that I wouldn't have to wait the 3-4 hours there with my baby. He said that all of this would be taken care of by the dealership and that I would not have any cost to me. I was really impressed. So, my baby and myself got in their Civic (which was a cute car, btw) and headed home. A few hours later, I got the call to go and get my van. Brian again helped me and told me that he had the service manager take my van out for a drive to ensure that there was nothing else going on and that the van had been fixed accordingly. He said where I have young children, he didn't want me worrying about having to come back in again because something wasn't fixed and that he wanted to make sure it was safe. I appreciated that very much. I look forward to a long relationship with the service department, and would definitely by another car from the sales team!
Great Dealership and Sales Team
I have bought two used pre-certified Hondas from Tim O'Keefe at Performance Kings Honda. The process couldn't have been easier. Tim is a real pro, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I got a great deal and a great car both times and was in with my trade-in and out with my new car in just a few hours. I highly recommend the dealership, Tim, Joe Jarvis and the service department. A great experience two times. When I need another new/used car or replacement I will return. I will probably never buy another car anywhere else!

Great service!!! Friendly and ready to help
We started the process online and received a call saying they had an Odyssey that we could come look at. We arrived to the dealership and went straight to the office. They called a sales lady and she drove us to look at the car. We went back to the office, started the paperwork and within a hour or so we were on our way home. Horrible experience with service department!
We took my 2015 Honda Civic Hybrid to King's Honda for service when some warning lights came on. It took them a month and a half to finally fix my car. When we picked up the car, we noticed on the way home that some of the instrument panel was not lit at night. We called the service manager the next day and were told we would have to bring the car back in. After having the car all weekend, they called and told me that there was nothing wrong with my car, and that those parts of the car were not supposed to light up. We went in to the dealership that night, and ended up arguing with them for an hour, while they insisted that there was nothing wrong with my car. At one point,the service manager told me that if I was not happy, I should go to another dealership! FINALLY, they decided to check the fuses, and realized that whoever had worked on my car took out a fuse and didn't replace it. After this, they just walked away, no apology or anything! I have never been treated like this from someone in customer service.
For my birthday, I wanted to purchase a 2016 Honda CR - V. The morning of my birthday 1-16-16, I made the journey to Kings Honda to buy my present i hoped! I had done my homework and I prayed that morning for favor/wisdom, so I was ready for my car buying adventure. I was greeted by salesman David Evans, I told him what I wanted and let him know upfront, if I felt like I was being take advantage of I would leave. I had two other dealerships I planned to go to, if I was not satisfied with Kings Honda. He assured me I was in good hands. I was very happy with David. I decided to purchase the CR-V, let the negotiation begin! I met with Jonathan K. the Sales Manager. I am prepared to negotiate to get what I want or walk away. What negotiation? Jonathan, made me an offer that I was pleased with and I accepted. Next, is the financing and paperwork. I met with Jenny,she was awesome! She explained the process and what each document entailed. I had several questions and she explained each in detail. She was very patient with me and I appreciated her patiences. My wife and I just bought a brand new 2016 Honda Pilot. We were first helped by Eric who took us on a test drive and explained everything about the car to us. Robert was also very helpful making sure we were taken care of. Eric was very patient with us while we selected the model that better fit our needs and discussed the price with us. I was very impressed on how accomodating they were with my demands. I pushed back on them on the price on multiple occasions and their answers were always: "Not a problem" "let me see what I can do" or "I believe we can work with you" not once I heard the word "NO" that speak volumes about their commitment to customer service. We also wanted a sunroof installed in our car and they agreed to do it for us, later we changed our mind and again they were very accomodating. We received the CAN DO attitude that was offered to us all along. Let me mention that we wanted to trade in our Honda Accord. They offered a reasonable amount the first time, I asked for more and once again, they worked with me. Needless to say, we were demanding customers and they did everything in our power to make us happy. Dustin helped us set our financing up, discussed everything with us and was very professional, even though we were past the store closing time. The highlight of the night was when Eric was outside of the store showing my wife every single feature on her new vehicle and the store was already closed! I mean who does that? His commitment to making us happy was refreshing. Actually the whole staff was comitted to satisfy all of our request. Bravo Performance Kings Honda!
Service department customer service is terrible!
This dealership doesn't really care about your business, especially when they are doing warranty work! They had my car for over a month, trying to figure out what was wrong with my new car. When I finally picked up my car, some of the dash lights were not working. They insisted that those parts of my dash were not illuminated. We had to argue with them for over an hour, and they finally decided to check the fuses. They realized that whoever worked on my car removed a fuse and didn't replace it. Not one person even apologized or acknowledged that they were wrong.!I don't really understand how they stay in business when they treat customers that way! The service manager even stated at one point that we should go to another dealership if we weren't happy with them!

In December of 2015 I bought a used Honda civic. Turns out the car is not comfortable for me at all. I found a more suitable vehicle at this dealership and was offered $7,000 less than I had paid for the civic I had bought from them 5 weeks prior. There was no negative equity because I had no trade in when I bought the civic. Obviously they do not care about their customers or their satisfaction. This was a total shock. My salesman's name was Michael Young. He seems like a very nice man and I believe he would have helped me out if he could have. There is a manager named John that is the problem in my opinion. DO NOT BUY A HONDA AT THIS DEALERSHIP!! 7k LESS is worse than an insult. And Hondas are supposed to have high resale value. Not in my book. I had driven Toyotas since 1989. I should have stuck with them.

Very Pleasant Leasing Experience
Leased a new 2016 Honda Accord EX after considering several other dealer offerings and holding meetings. Honda greeted me (genuinely) even before I entered the front door in a very friendly manner and let me look around or talk to them, Did the latter, following up on an internet sales inquiry with Brook Riedeman who also introduced us to John Deluca (Internet Sales Manager). I told them my situation (replacing a vehicle with no trade-in and that I was familiar with Accord's) and told John of an offer negotiated with a Ford dealer to which he invited me in a very down-to-earth friendly way to think out what I'd be willing to pay for a lease from them to steer my business to them. I went to lunch and returned with an offer which was ultimately accepted. My wife & I really wish to commend the three staff we dealt with on this transaction: Brooke, John & finance manager, Gary Folk. There was never any stress and, as a person trained in financial analysis, I felt very satisfied with the price package. Gary was great in how he went through the rather cumbersome paperwork requirements and Brooke "bent over backwards" to coordinate the whole deal including a very welcome and thorough demonstration of the features of the vehicle we selected.

I negotiated a price by email, using true car. They were the lowest, and now I know why: Because they had no intention of honoring the emailed price. When I arrived at the dealership, the dealer promptly insisted on converting me to "payments" from a sales price. I bought the car trusting they would convert the price of the car to payments fairly. Big mistake. Since I did not have the email price with me, I signed the contract. When I arrived back home, I noticed the car was 1400 dollars more than the agreed price in the email. I called and decided to see why.The sales man had no clue. The sales manager said it was my fault because of negative equity, insulting my intelligence that I did not know how to add and subtract. Then, I finally got to the head honcho, and asked him to explain the discrepency in an email. I got "vague" numbers, and not the details as to how much the doc fee, the sales tax, the acquisition fee, etc. In short, this company overcharged me 1400 dollars more than the email quote. Again, the head honcho tried to make me feel stupid by being "uninformed" at the true cost of the various dealer fees, and it was ok for them to charge me double for "doc" fees, and leasing acquisition fees, because I traded a car in. I contacted Honda and they told me to contact the dealer. Yea right. It is important to note this was NOT Brooke Riedeman's fault, it was management.
Customer Service was fantastic
Rob Larson and Bob Moeller were great to work with. I am along time customer, having purchased four Honda Accords in the last 20 years from this dealership. The experience I had yesterday with leasing my new Accord was extraordinary. They gave me a good trade in on my 2005 Accord and worked with me to get my payment to where I wanted it to be. They have also serviced all of my vehicles over the years and I have never been disappointed.

Given the stigma of car salesmen, I would say everyone we interacted with was genuine and up front. Our first visit to the dealership was a little slow to take off, but once we got in contact with Jonathan, things became much easier. Everyone we worked with, from Todd, to Jonathan, to Dustin in finance, was pleasant and personable, yet not in a scammy kind of way.
New Car & Trade-in Search
Excellent "cold call" following my internet search for expected trade-in of Audi. Very pleasant meeting with same salesperson. No pressure; simply answered my questions or found the staff person who could. Dealership met my legitimate price requests without corny responses like "This is the best anyone could do for you." Finance representative explained the myriad of forms clearly often asking whether I really understood how the calculation had been made. During my second and last trip to the Dealership my wife was included in the conversations as an equal partner.
Buying My First Car
This was my first time purchasing a car. And I have to say that Performance Kings Honda made it a great experience from the multiple test drives, to the prompt email responses, to the final sale. Eric was patient during the entire process, answering all of my questions no matter how trivial. He seemed to genuinely want me to be happy with my purchase and took time out to show me all the features of the car before I drove away. He also worked to get me the best deal on the car so that was fantastic! The final sales process was super quick and they explained every document that I was signing. Buying my first new car!
I came to this dealership last Saturday with my dad to purchase my first new car. The salesman Todd came up to us and began showing us Civics I was interested in. Todd was extremely patient with me and even took us out to the back lot to hand pick out the car I wanted. Once I found something I was interested in, we worked with Danny to come up a deal and then with Jeremy in the financial department. Overall, it was a wonderful, exciting experience and I felt like I got everything I wanted in the car and a little more! Todd was extremely helpful throughout the whole day and was a pleasure to work with. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and patient, even as it was getting close to close!

I had a 2013 Civic Honda and I upgraded to a 2016 Honda CR-V. Eric was very helpful in showing me the HRV and CRV. He answered the millions of questions my family and I had. He walked out to us when we arrived at the dealership bright and early to look. We left for little bit during the afternoon and when we came back he got to us quickly to work on the paperwork.

Making sure my family is safe!
We had purchased a 2015 Odyssey earlier this year and unfortunately it kept having some frame/structure issues that were from when the van was built. (An almost unheard of problem) After a few attempts to fix the problems we became very concerned for the safety of our family. We were very worried that if we were to be in an accident the van would not preform as it should and result in serious injury (or worse). After expressing our concerns with Jonathan he whole heartedly agreed that safety was of the upmost importance. Got what I wanted at a great price
They had Cash for Clunkers where you can trade in an older car for $2500. I got rid of a 2000 Ford Taurus for this amount. We wanted a very specific upper model of the Fit. They did not have it in stock. Eric Spicer looked it up and they had one being built for them the week of the middle of September with delivery in October. I put a deposit on it and they let me know when it came in. We just picked it up last night. Everyone had to stay a bit late for us but we got what we wanted and my wife loves the car. We drove almost 2 hours for this, both when ordering and last night when we picked it up. Worth the drive. Great buying experience.

Bent wheel cover
I bent the wheel cover on my 2014 Civic going through a car wash and immediately took it to Kings Honda for a replacement. As soon as I got to the facility Ash Mall was there to greet me. He took me to the parts counter and got me a very good price on a new wheel cover. Upon inspecting the damage further, Ash discovered that he could fix it without charging me for the part or the service. I returned the wheel cover and was on my way in 10 minutes. This is the type of friendliness and attention to detail that will keep me a Kings Honda customer.

I had the best experience ever! I bought a used 2012 Honda Civic with hardly any miles on it. George was great with getting me into a car that I wanted and Joe was great getting the car in the price range I was looking for. I'm not picky when it comes to cars but this is hands down the best purchase I have made thus far!

Not the most ethical dealership
Purchased a 215 Honda CRV. Performance King's offered an $875 "discount". However, I had a price from another local Honda dealership for the exact same car, but with a $2,800 discount. Just a little difference...maybe they thought I was stupid and didn't comparative shop, but the assumed incorrectly.After they begrudgingly met this price, lo and behold - an additonal $499 was on the bill of sale for mud flaps and "heavy-duty" floor and cargo mats. This was not listed on the manufacturer's sticker, nor was there a dealer add-on sticker anywhere on the car indicating. To me, that is highly unethical - they just tried to slide this by me - and will undoubtably try to slide this by other shoppers. As I got up to walk out, the salesperson asked what they could do to keep me there. I told them to remove the mud flaps from the car and keep the mats, because I didn't ask for them. The salesperson replied that Performance Honda adds these items on to every car as a standard practice.We went back & forth on this - I know that it would cost the dealer something to remove the mudflaps - but they were not seriously negotiating the $499 surcharge. I got up to leave again - and offered them $200 to keep the mudflaps and extra mats (if you shop online for WeatherTech floor mats, you'll know that they're not cheap). This was agreed to.On to Financing - I have no credit cards, and pay cash for everything except for large purchases (cars). So my credit report wasn't the greatest. The dealer's first offer was using their bank at 8.9% interest. What? These people must really think that their customers are dumb. I increased my down payment, and told the to use the bank where I had financed my last car - and amazingly the interest rate was exceptionally lower. Go figure...Frankly, the only reason I finally purchased the car there, is because I don't like trying to be taken advantage of, and enjoyed making them squirm. I know that Performance Kings Honda made a profit - which I don't have a problem with. And I'm sure that they won't change how they operate because of me. But now I have the change to let others know.
Very reasonable and open negotiation!
I negotiated my new car's purchase with Phil Gellman, and since I new exactly what model I needed and what additional accessories I would like to get installed and also how much I wanted for my trade-in old car ( I have done my homework), I tolled him what I wanted. I also had offers from a couple of other places, so I knew what a bottom price could be.From the start Phil said they would beat other competitor's prices, so I considered it as serious talk. The deal breaker was my trade-in car pricing, since it had failed air conditioner. However, they agreed with my price without even starting the engine!I came in around 6 p.m. and drove home a new vehicle the same evening, so it was great! Not to mention that I even did not bring a check book or title for my old car, I did not plan to buy a car that night. They provided great financing terms and let me charge my credit card for down-payment.So everything went great, reasonable people, will deal with them next time!

pressured sale. bad communication
I drove an hour out there to look at a car. Called them a few days in advance to let them know I would be there and they said the car would be there and ready for me to test drive. When I get out there however the person I talked to on the phone was no where to be seen and they tell me the car had sold. Seeing I was upset he tried to get me to look at some other cars and then starts pushing me to test drive one that I wasn't all that interested in since the car was $2,000 more then the one I was looking at online and had 3X as many miles. but figured I made the drive. After the test drive I told the guy if I were to think about buying it I would need the price to go down ALOT since this car was a worse deal then the one I was originally looking at, which I thought was fair considering I drove all the way out there and they didn't even call me to let me know the other car had sold and since this car I was looking at had way more miles. The sales man, phill, brought me inside and kept asking me what he could do to get me to buy the car TODAY. Which he and his sales manager asked me several times. To which I told them several times I didn't want to buy today. That I still needed to sell mine and figure out the money part of it. That's when I started feeling very scared and a little interrogated. They started asking me where I got the price I was asking and why I came out there if I wasn't ready to buy. I had to lie and just to get them to let me leave. Later when I got home I checked the website and found the car I was originally interested in was still posted and that they had lowered the price! I called them and asked what was going on with they car. They then asked me if I would be willing to come back out to the dealership if the car was still there before they would tell me if it actually was or not! WASTE OF TIME and very scary!!!

My 08 Honda Fit has only 60,000 miles. I had been servicing and taking care of the car regularly. So, when a transmission failure cost me $4,200.00 or a $2,000 trade in value, I was at my wits end. A Honda car is supposed to run without such issues up to 200,000 miles, they say. it has great resell value, they say. A highly reliable car, with low maintenance they say. Unfortunately, my extended warranty had expired. I have to say that purchasing a car is not my favorite thing. Usually the salesperson is overly aggressive. My experience with Will Parks at Performance Kings Honda was fantastic. He was easy to talk to and informative. He was assertive but polite. Everything went very smoothly and I am just loving my new Honda Accord. George was very helpful in helping us decide on the right vehicle. He did not seem frustrated that we did not buy on our first visit. He was right in recommending the Odyssey to meet our needs.
I've bought a few cars in my life and after yesterday would never buy one from Performance Kings Honda again. They offered a very low ball on the trade in, after going through the salesman and the manager they finally came up to the low end of what it was worth on trade in, I checked this morning and they have it listed for 3x the trade in offered, so almost 5 times the original offer they gave us. I was with my mother helping her buy the car. I had to repeatedly ask questions and they deflected not answering directly. The salesman and Finance person obviously didn't like me there because I can see through the B.S. and when they were trying to get her to buy all the extra warranty stuff, where they make the real money, they tried to get me to leave the room. They prey on the un-informed and are just plain money hungry, don't give a crap about the customer. There are better dealers out there!
Just awful. Stay away!
So we went and looked at one of their used vans. It was nice but the DVD player wasn't working. So we told them that we were not interested. Well they told us it was an easy fix so we started talking numbers. We ended up walking out again after they offered me 8k for a truck that blue book trade in was 13 k. After that we get a call saying they will give us 11k so we came back. We were told that the DVD player would be fixed in two days. So we signed paperwork and drove off in a rental. 8 days passed until it was fixed after the day after day of it will be ready tomorrow. Finally it's ready we drive up there and it works! So we drive it home. The next morning what else but it doesn't work! Now the guy I bought it from won't answer my calls or blows me off. Current status is I'm stuck with a van ! They screwed me ... Stay away!

One that met most of my criteria was at Kings Honda in Cincinnati - about 425 miles from my home in Buffalo, NY. Like the title says: they are transparent and friendly. Very helpful, especially Nate Myers and Gary Champine. They shared all information, which facilitated comparisons, but it was not even necessary as they had excellent pricing.
worst salesman ever
I was in kings Honda last week and got the displeasure of dealing with Will Parks. He was the r udest most arrogant condescending person I have ever met. He argued with my husband about everything and lectured him when my husband tried to get a better price but ended up accepting what we offered after many "meetings" with his manager. I had done my research and knew there was another car just like the one I was looking at for the price we were asking him to give us, he looked it up on the internet being very rude the whole time then proceeded to tell us those were lesser cars at lesser dealerships. I ended up buying at one of those lesser dealerships and had a wonderful experience there. After visiting both dealerships I of course started researching again and found that kings Honda reviews are far worse than the dealership I purchased from and kings honda is not a member of BVB and have lots more complaints than the one complaint that was resolved at the dealership I purchased from so in a way I guess I am glad Will was so unpleasant that I didnt buy from kings. He even asked my husband in a spotty condescending tone what he does for a living when my husband said we would be writing a check and would not need financing. Almost like we couldn't afford to write a check for $20,000, I assure you we can and did at a different dealership that was a pleasure to deal with. Will was so awful to deal with I cant believe he doesnt have any other reviews, we left there shocked and feeling like he argued with us the whole time. Missed out on cash because of Will.
Great sales experience at Kings Honda
My wife and I were very happy with George Tierney and our sales experience at Kings Honda. The first time we began looking at new cars George spent over two hours with us as we test drove different models. Even though we told him we were not ready to buy he was patient and followed up with us until we were ready to move forward. George was not pushy but stayed in contact with us which we appreciated. We felt George was honest and tried to answer our questions throughout the process so we could make the right decision. It was a pleasure getting to know George and hope to do business with him again in the future.
Best dealership in the Kings Automall!
Went car shopping around the Kings Automall and glad I went here. Looked for a used car and found 5 to look at. They went over the Car Fax with me and let us take our time test driving it. While being there for a while looking at 5 different ones at a time they had a whole selection of coffee and tea. I found the car that met my standards, affordable, and in excellent condition. This dealership is highly recommended.

Went to test drive a few used mini-vans on Memorial Day weekend, Rob Larson spent a lot of time finding more vans in our price range. Although we were only interested in vans less that 10K, Rob treated us like "New" car customers. Would recommend asking for him. Jenni in finance was also very helpful.

Greatest Dealership on Earth!
I just leased my second Honda from this dealership and will continue to lease, or purchase my 3rd, 4th, and 5th from them as well. The salesman, Eric Spicer, was wonderful ...and really came to understand my wants in my latest Honda and got me exactly what I wanted. I also don't dread taking my car in for service there, as they are always on schedule and are very courteous to deal with. I will continue to take my business to Kings Honda and hope to work with Eric for my next car needs. I came in after seeing the 2012 civic on line. I was greeted by Jonathan DeLuca. He showed me the civic and answered all my questions and concerns. I found him very knowledgable about the car. Glen took me in his office to set up the finance and worked to get the best for me. My overall experience was wonderful. I thought so much of this experience that I brought my son there to see Jonathan to buy his first car.

Purchased a Mini Cooper S yesterday, I have been wanting one for about 10 years, so it was a big deal. John DeLuca and Tim O'Keefe did pretty much all the work over the phone, I came over on my lunch break and all I had to do was sign some papers. Literally could not have been any easier. Drove back to work with a huge smile on my face. Extremely satisfied!!!!!! BTW my mom bought a Honda Accord from John DeLuca back in December and also couldn't be any more pleased.

Worst Service Ever. I will never go back
Most folks write negative reviews after getting bad service, however im going to do the opposite. I attempted to get service after making an appointment for a express oil change. Made it two days in advanced as I wanted to be sure i could get it done during lunch. Made the appointment for 11:30, arrived at 11:20 and after waiting one hour i noticed my car was not even taken back yet. Not sure what they consider an express oil change, however after making an appointment to expedite my visit it did absolutely nothing. After 30 min i did ask them how much longer and they said i was next in line. Well after another 30 i confronted them again and was told i was next and but at this time i was fed up with waiting plus i had to get back to work. Overall this is a horrible place to get service. This was my second trip to the service department and this visit was to fulfill a free oil change which was given to me after bad service the first time. I would rather pay full price for a oil change at another dealership versus waste my time going back here.

Lease of CRV LX AWD
I lease every 3 years and I have to say this was the quickiest and most pleasant process this time. There was no pressure to make a decision, they allowed me to take my time and get what I really wanted. If it weren't for the phone calls I received from Gary Champine, I probably would not have started this process before the end of my lease because of my very unpleasant experience the last time. The calls were not pressured either, which I appreciate. John and Jonathan worked with me to get the care I wanted with the payments I wanted to be making. Purchase of Honda Civic EX
I received in the mail an offer to turn in my leased 2013 LX for a new Honda lease or purchase. When I showed up at Performance-Kings Honda, I was immediately referred to Gary Folk who answered all my questions about my options. I was interested in a new Honda Civic because of the change from automatic to CVT and the addition of a right lane camera for a little more safety. Gary Folk was friendly and patient and did not try to push me one way or the other. The employee handling financing was also helpful. Both employees were professional in the best sense of the term.

We purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot. We were pretty sure the pilot was the vehicle we were looking for when we arrived at the dealership. Ray was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and the different options available to us. What impressed me the more however, was how kind, friendly and engaging Ray was to our kids. It's a lengthy process and young ones get bored easily but Ray didn't mind dealing with the added stress of having the kids there and was very interactive with them. I had to buy a car sort of in a hurry, and Rob and King's Honda was a great help. I pretty much knew what I wanted and what I wanted to test drive, so there was not a lot to do, but everyone was very helpful and made the car buying experience as painless as possible. I gave them 5 stars because I had no problems; that said, this was a pretty basic car buying experience so I can't really speak to what they would be like if I was looking for something obscure, wanted to negotiate, had more time, etc.

When we arrived we were not sure whether or not we would find an auto to fit our needs and budget, but ultimately he worked with us to lease a new car with a good deal on our trade-in as well; we couldnt have asked for better experience. Even the Finance team, with Steve and Danny, have a genuine interest in making a solid deal with the customer. We'll be spreading the good word to our network. Airbag recall...terrible customer service
My wife reccently called the Srevice Manager, Ash, at this dealership to arrange for an airbag recall to be done on our vehicle. He told my wife that Honda would not supply a rental car for us while the car was waiting to be fixed. This is a total lie, as my sister-in-law is currently having her airbag replaced and she will have a rental for over three months while the part comes in. Ash promised to call back after his lunch but did not, so I called back, only to be hung up on twice before using the direct line to service. He then told me that Honda would not supply an overnight rental for the car...again...a complete lie. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
We purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot Touring. Mr. Forsee was able to answer all questions we had about the vehicle and was even able to get us the highest end model at a rock bottom price. We chose Kings Honda because we received the outstanding customer service that other dealerships didn't provide. Mr. Forsee even took time on his off day to help us out with questions we had.
Bob took the guesswork out of choosing a car, and through his psychic powers, had the perfect car lined up for me to lease. I am delighted with my Accord, and wouldn't have done anything differently.

Mixed Emoitions - Update
In the interest of fairness I want to give an update of what has happened since my previously posted review. I received a phone call from Andy(Sales Manager) who said he wanted to reach out to me about my review of the dealership on this web site. I was a little taken aback at first because at no point are you asked for any personally identifiable information when placing a review - but given the detail of my review I can see where it wouldn't be difficult for them to figure out who I am. Any way, Andy said he was concerned about my negative experience and wanted to know what he could do. I explained that I don't give criticism for the purpose of seeing what I can 'get'. We talked a bit about why I am unhappy and I believe he is interested in changing my opinion of his dealership. He made me some offers to try and rectify some of what wasn't handled well and I reiterated that I would stand by the commitment I made in signing the paper work. I am still very disappointed in the fact that I was misled about a few things and regardless of Andy's efforts there will be some trust issues from here on out - as they say 'first impressions are lasting impressions'. But having said that the fact that Andy took the time to reach out, listen to my concerns, and says he will address what happened to me says something about his interest in my satisfaction. He didn't have to contact me and I am appreciative of the effort. He did state 'We are not in the business of selling a car to someone to have them not come back'. He did insist on buying us dinner to make up for the long wait to do the finance portion of the deal - not necessary but appreciated. I will retract my statement about not buying another car from here but rest assured any future business will be done with a watchful eye.
My wife were in the neighborhood so we stopped by the dealership. We were greeted by Steve J. and we started talking. I explained my situation and told him I was looking at the Accord Sedan as they were pretty much what I was looking for. He was very good at listening and showed us and explained all the different trim levels and what they included. I liked the EX model and expressed a interest in a test drive. He took my license and went to get keys. He came back out with Angel who had been trying to contact us based on the online app I filled out. Steve took us out and I decided I was interested in crunching some numbers. Now it gets confusing, Angel comes over and we discuss a few scenarios. We settled on the lease but the numbers weren't quite what I was expecting (red flag). I didn't question it immediately because I initially was thinking the higher payment was due to taxes, title etc. She made a comment that there was a $200 charge for mud flaps and they put them on every car and she wanted to be 'transparent' about thing. She then briefly and quickly mentioned the car had 3 years of 'free oil changes and maintenance'. She then asked for my insurance card and said she would make a copy and set us up with a finance person (I honestly can't remember his name). Steve then came back over and started explaining the appearance package warranty and how it covered stone chips and interior stains. He said we would need to bring the car back to have the protection applied to it. At this point I'm thinking wow, they really take care of people - car comes with a protection package, and maintenance, oil changes for 3 years not bad (although my Father and Sister both have Toyota's that have life time oil changes.) Then we waited for nearly an hour and a half to see the finance guy. By then I was getting a little irritated and my Wife just wanted to leave. He did come out at one point and apologized because they didn't have enough office space and someone else was using his office. I'm diabetic and it was past noon and I was going to need to find something to eat soon. He finally got us and we started signing paperwork. I am usually very diligent about what I sign but we had waited so long, my Wife was DONE, and I needed to eat so we pretty much blew through the paper work (see where this is going?) He did explain the appearance warranty and gave me a box full of stuff and said it comes with the warranty but not using it won't void the warranty. After we finished Steve met us and wanted to explain all the features in the car and sync my phone. At that point my Wife got in our old car and left. He spent about 30 to 40 minutes going over everything (I appreciate making sure I had a chance to see everything) I left having set up a time the next Tuesday to have the 'appearance' package applied. On Tues. while I was waiting I asked Steve about how the oil changes and maintenance worked. He was confused and I explained that I had heard the car had free oil changes and he said said 'no - Honda has a gas and go package but that is at an additional cost and to his knowledge I didn't get that. I left thinking I had misheard. I got home and it was bothering me so I got the paper work out and I did have the gas and go maintenance package as well as the appearance package and PAYED for them. Now is signed the papers so I take responsibility for having these 'add ons', but I do take exception to the fact we were led to believe these were included with the car (at NO time were we ever told these were for an additional cost - so much for 'transparency). Also there has been absolutely no follow up since I left the Dealership last Tues. I love my car but if I own another Honda it won't come from here. The sad part is with a little communication I probably would have been OK with them. Friendly Staff and comfortable Showroom and Waiting area
I only started out wanting to test drive the car. After meeting Gary Champine and testing driving the vehicle I found my self purchasing the car that day. Gary was super friendly and not pushy. He was knowledgeable about the hybrid SUV even though it was a Toyota. He was extremely patience and helpful while inspecting the SUV. After my decision to buy he worked tirelessly to get me a better deal for the SUV and my trade-ins. He made sure we were well hydrated while waiting for the finance to be completed. The SUV was ready to drive in a couple of days to allow for a complete detail and car mats to be delivered. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would HIGHLY recommend Gary Champine to anyone.
2015 Kings Honda Odyssey Purchase
My wife and I went to Kings Honda to look at the 2015 Odyssey, ready to buy either that or the Sienna. We like Kings because several dealers are in one location. The sales rep at Kings Honda was great (Michael Miglio). During the Odyssey EXL-RES test drive, he told us all about the car and its features. After the test drive, he was easy to work with on finding a price everyone was comfortable with. Before pulling the trigger, my wife and I wanted to look at the Toyota Sienna (Honda was our first stop because they close earlier, 8pm vs. 9pm). After 5 minutes in the Kings Toyota dealership, my wife and I agreed that a test drive in the Sienna was not necessary. The Kings Toyota dealer staff seemed exhausted and less enthusiast to work with us. Also, the 2015 Sienna did not seem nearly as "nice" as the Odyssey that we drove - even the top Sienna with fancier leather and fake wood trim. We headed back to Honda, grabbed Michael and the deal was finalized in no time. After some paperwork, we drove off in a 2015 Honda Odyssey EXL-RES and could not be happier. We struggled with the "should we get a minivan or SUV" decision for a while, and after driving a Hyundai Santa Fe for 4 years we were ready for more room and better fuel economy. My only regret is that we did not buy the van 4 years ago, when we bought the Santa Fe. After realizing that by having kids we are by default no longer "cool", there is no need to keep up the charade that we were trying to keep up with the SUV. Now, my wife and I fight over who gets to drive the Odyssey and who is stuck with the Santa Fe. She won. :(

Ray Forsee made a great experience for us purchasing two vehicles at Kings Honda. We knew we wanted to trade in our old car for a better one and up grade our van for our growing family. We were nervous about how frustrating that might be and we didn't want to spend all day shopping around. He made the process simple, friendly and relatively quick. Very poor customer service, When I bought my crv the spare key was missing. I had to come back the following Saturday to get a new key I also asked on pricing for a cargo cover. I waited over an hour and a half to be told they did not have the key and it had never been ordered. The girl in customer service said she was very sorry and that the service manager was informed of the situation and that because I would have to come back again next week the cargo cover would be taken care of. I left a little frustrated that it took them that long to tell me that they didn't have the key but happy they were going out of their way to take care of me. I come back a week later and had to wait 2 hours for a key they misplaced this time and to be told I was nuts to think they would give me a cargo cover. Pretty much "see you don't let the door hit you on the way out". I live 45 minutes away and because of their incompetence I wasted a good part of two beautiful Saturdays in their waiting room and then dismissed by a very rude service manager.
Got lectured on how I should have negotiated the deal
Disappointing experience. Did my research on price of used Civic. Made it clear from the start of pricing I would pay cash if Kings would accept a figure. Got the usual "I have to talk to the manager". After 2 rounds the sales manager appeared, never introduced himself and lectured me on how negotiations are about how each side needs to meet halfway. His attitude was as if he took the negotiation personally. We walked. We had to figure out who the sales manager was by going to the website. Sales associates were fine to deal with.
I have had bad experiences in the past with the purchase of my old Honda Pilot. This time around Gary called me and ensured that if I leased a new Pilot he would personally make sure that there were no issues and as of this moment, it could not have gone any smoother.Gary pulled both my old pilot and new pilot into there service area and stayed hours after his scheduled shift to help us transfer our stuff. First thing in the morning he called us to make sure that my wife was schedule to get our roof rack installed. Gary did a great job!
My family has purchased four vehicles from Rob Larson over the past three years. We have received excellent service and maintenance from King's Honda and especially Mr. Larson. Rob made the buying experience pleasant, even funny. Most of all he negotiated excellent deals for our purchases. Mr Larson has assisted with scheduling any and all maintenance. Great Experience at Kings Honda
I had purchased at Kings Honda a couple years ago and was looking for a newer car. I went back to Rob Larson and Christie who had helped me before. They were again very friendly listening to my wants and needs. They took may trade, gave me top $$, and made me a very good offer on a new 2015 FIT. Todd Loux did the financial paper work as he had done also a couple years ago. Danny and Nate both did an excellent job helping me from the management position. Buying a new car is very stressful for me. Yet, Kings Honda and it's staff worked me through it in what I would call a very pleasant experience. I would say give Kings Honda a try, you won't be sorry!
Bait and switch, price not as promised
Buying here is not recommended. I was very disappointed the "price they quoted" was not the price I paid. Instead, hundreds of dollars of bogus fees, mandantory mud guards, and/or duplicate fees were added to the price. Nowhere in my price quote was anything about mandantory mud guards, duplicate, or excessive fees. Instead, the sales manager quickly insisted on switching from car "price" to "payments", against my protests. Now I know why, its because hundreds of dollars of extra dealer profit were buried there. When I asked the sales manager what the residual value of the lease was, he responded, "too much". The sales manager also refused to itemize the fees in writing or email, for obvious reasons. I had to contact top management to get the fees itemized, and there remain hundreds of dollars of unaccounted for fees. Read your contract carefully if you bought a car there, and complain to the Ohio Attorney General if your price paid includes duplicate or mandantory bogus fees as mine did. Better yet, simply select a dealer with a better reputation. This experience has soured my opinion of Honda.
I just purchased two new vehicles from Robert Larson, a great experience. It was a pleasure working with him and his staff. He put my wife and kids in safe reliable vehicles. Rob made each aspect of the experience just perfect. My Wife and I couldn't drive the two vehicles home the night we made the deal. The next afternoon we arrived to finish up paperwork, the car lot was absolutely packed! Rob searched through the crowd, found us and quickly walked us out to see the two new vehicles, both topped off with fuel and washed, absolutely no delay despite the busy weekend. I had the absolute best experience at Honda. I was helped by Daryl storms and Tim O'Keefe. I am a first time car buyer and my credit was just average. Instead of making me feel bad about it or pressure me into a higher payment they worked with me to find something I would like and I could get the best deal on. I was amazed at how relaxed and non pushy they were. I felt very comfortable and they were not trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Ended buying an awesome car and even after I purchased Tim called me back saying another bank accepted me and my interest rate could be lowered. I thought that was great customer service because he had already got my sale. I had an amazing experience and we will be back again in a month to purchase a car for my brother!
