Highly recommended! I had a great experience all the way around. David was very easy to work with, not pushy at all like you would expect from a salesmen, he was very prompt and patient. It took me a few days to decide on a vehicle :( David's communication is some of the best that i have experienced as well. He worked with me every step of the way to find the right vehicle over several days.I love my new journey and i couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had been shopping for a used Dodge Caravan, but in the end decided to purchase a new one. Shopping on the Internet, I came in contact with David Reaper, Sales Associate with Performance Chrysler, Columbus, who did an excellent job listening to my wish list of items that I wanted on the car. He worked with me via the Internet & Text messages to find the right car & the right price. This took less of my time & for us worked out very well. Brought in an older jeep for a couple issues and service. I was dissatisfied with my last 2 dealerships. They resolved in issues in very short time and did not try to sell what I didn't need. Since then I have been back multiple times with different cars and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Great service, friendly people who know what they are doing. Couldn't ask for more, give them a try. You will like the experience!

While the staff was courteous the service was terrible. I had an appointment, but I had to cancel it because the service department forgot that I had asked for a courtesy vehicle. I did not find out about this until the day I arrived at the dealership! So, I made a trip for no reason. The appointment was rescheduled for the following week so that I could have a courtesy vehicle. My vehicle service ran a day past what was expected because the only transmission tech in the shop called off. I had to call several times and prompt them to tell me when I should expect my car to be finished. My car was finished two days later, which I understand delays happen, but they weren't even going to go over what was done with the car until I prompted them. They checked the courtesy vehicle for damage and that was it! After I asked, they gave me a crock of nonsense stating that "since the vehicle battery died they could not retrieve any information from the on board computer pertaining to vehicle's transmission". If this were the case then why did it take so long to get my vehicle back? Also, if the battery died, then why were all of my radio station presets unaffected by the battery dying? Now, to top it off, I also purchased an oil change and the "change oil light" was not reset nor did I receive a windshield sticker that identified the mileage that I should get my next oil change at. With everything else that has happened with their service department, it leads me to believe that my oil change was never actually done. They definitely made sure to charge me $69 for one though. My conclusion, avoid the Performance CDJ Service department at all costs. I have heard good things about Bob Caldwell's Service which is where I will probably go in the future.

I did some research and liked what I read about Performance CDJ so my daughter and I stopped in Friday to look around. Tyler Brown met us at the door and offered us a seat. I didn't think I was quite ready/able to buy just yet and explained that. He asked what I was looking for, offered to run some numbers and off we went. He showed me exactly what I asked for, let me test drive it, then informed me that I was where I needed to be financially and could purchase the car that day if I liked. Before the morning was over, he had upgraded me to a much nicer version of the same vehicle and still kept it in my buying range. I was worried about getting one of those pushy salesmen we all worry about getting. But that wasn't Tyler. He let my new Jeep Patriot sell itself while he guided me through the process. Very smooth. I never felt pressured and I didn't leave feeling like I had just been hard sold something I wasn't sure I wanted. I drove the Jeep a bit this weekend and I love it! Many thanks to Tyler. I just hope he's there the next time I'm looking for a new car. In the meantime, I'm going to enjoy the one he sold me Friday!

Buying a brand new car was a huge stress to me, I inquired about a new Chrysler 2ooc and was immediately contacted by Ted and Gary. the following morning I received a call from Barbara. I made an appointment to test drive the car I wanted for the following day. I walked in and was greeted immediately and everyone was very friendly. I had an appointment with Gary. Gary was very friendly, put my nerves to ease and answered all my questions. I test drove the car I saw and I loved it. Within 2 hours of walking in I was driving off the lot in the car I loved at a great price and interest rate.Rodney explained my payments and all the options. I highly recommend this dealership as the made the whole process easy , gave me a great deal and treated me with the upmost respect.I have found a dealership that will get all my business from now on. Thank you Ted,Gary,Rodney and Barbara!! you are all amazing!! I love my new car;)

If you want your pristine car interior dirtied with grease and grit, cap gone from the oil filler, your truck driven 4 miles on a joy ride, and your appointment for a free oil change (because of the joy ride) not entered into the computer this is the place for you. Also, is it really necessary to turn the a/c on full blast (changed from automatic), the radio turned to the employee's favorite channel and the seat pushed back as far as it will go and the back tilted as far as it can go - these are our vehicles and we take excellent care of them. Too bad this dealer doesn't.

We met with Nathan Haughton on a Sunday afternoon about 4:30. My husband drove the 2015 Dodge Ram and was very impressed. Nathan ran some numbers and we liked what we saw so we completed the deal. Nathan was very courteous, knowledgeable. We were in and out of there in an hour and half which was nice because we have purchased other vehicles from the same dealer for the past 15 years and it was nice not to have to spend all day. All and all we are pleased with our purchase.

I purchased a 2012 Highlander on 8/12/15. I was initially contacted by Tim on 8/11/15 and went in the next day. Tim was off that day; however I was assisted by Nathan and everything went great from the test drive all the way to getting financed. I received an outstanding trade in allowance toward the purchase of the Highlander. I was assisted by Rodney during the financing stage of the buying process and everything was spot on. Nathan and Rodney were able to answer every question and concern that I had during the buying process. The buying process took a little over an hour and a half to complete from test drive to final document signed. I received no less than outstanding service throughout the buying process from Nathan and Rodney. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

took my van in at 8:45 to be repaired and was told it would take 1hour and a half or 2 hours to repair. I waited and waited and 3 and a half hours later I decided to see what was going on with it. I was told it was done over an hour or ago and no one even bothered to let me know it was done. I guess going to lunch was more important than letting your customer know the van was done. If I had known it would take 4 hours I would have made arrangements for someone to come get me. I did talk to a manager who took some off the price of my repair. My time is important to me. I had things I had to do instead of sitting around for 4 hours when I could have been out of there sooner. They need to put the customer first and not themselves. I will never go back again for anything. Hope you enjoyed your lunch RICHARD !!!!!!!!

We bought a used Lexus 330 ES in Oct. Researched this and was a fair price. The salesman was nice though seemed to "fill in the answers" to questions. We were told the navigation system would be updated and about a warranty (this comes into play later). As we're signing the papers, the lady assisting made comments to my husband about how we had just purchased a "high ticket repair car", added along with a nod and a wink. She also didn't seem to consider I was there, except for getting a signature. The GM gave me his card, with his cell, and said if our experience was less than Disney to call him. After the experience at signing, I left feeling like we made a huge mistake. Once home, we discussed and I called the GM that week. He asked if we were offered a warranty and I assured him we weren't. He said he'd "check into it" and that she shouldn't have made those comments. I assured him this was a less than Disney experience. I also asked about getting the navigation updated. I gave him a couple days to call back, and hearing nothing, I called. Several times over the next few weeks. Left messages on his cell, his work number, no response. As the 30 day tag was due to expire, we still didn't have the title. My husband called and after about 15 messages, got someone who didn't have a good reason, seemed unconcerned. We purchased another temporary tag. Called them, again. The man that answered said he'd reimburse us, had to get the title from the other person? Wait, shouldn't they have had that before they sold it to us? We did get it, a week later. No reimbursement. No navigation update. No warranty (not even an offer!) No Disney experience. We're looking to get out daughter a different car after graduation this year. We had considered them. Probably not.

I own a 2010 Dodge Charger R/T Hemi & 2013 Dodge Charger purchased at Performance Auto Group off Georgesville Road, Columbus, OH [easy to reach from I-270 S.W.Cols]. Currently am shopping for new Ram truck. I have previously visited 3 other Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram dealers in Zanesville, Heath, & Columbus, OH closer to home. However, none of the others made me feel welcomed, appreciated my business, nor offered me 'value for the dollar invested' that the people at Performance exhibited. From the young and professional management team that appeared to be minded on the future of a quality relationship, to sales team members like Scott W. who became a friend before assisting me on choice of vehicle[s], to service advisors like Mollie B. who went above and beyond the needs to accomplish repairs of both my Dodge Chargers; I will continue to drive some 140+ miles round trip in order to do additional business with this modern facility. From the free coffee in the customer lounge to the self-serve automatic free car-wash conveyor belt system, the entire complex offers a spacious layout along with the ultra-modern new car feeling everywhere at this location that includes a variety of parts and accessories displayed. During my most recent auto purchase, I arrived at the dealership along with a 'pre-approval' financing from my personal banker in my hometown. Yet, without any pressure to offer dealer financing or "shopping" my credit worthiness at multiple financial sources, Performance Auto Group was able to beat my personal banker by some 4 percentage points. I was offered credit life, disability, extended warranty, and protective coating packages of which I declined all extras. The finance personnel gave the friendly impression that my personal choices were met, again without any pressure I have experienced at past buying experiences elsewhere. I look forward to continued contact with Scott W. as I research options available on my upcoming Ram truck purchase; and feel comfortable that even if the desired vehicle is not available in stock, their eagerness to either locate from another dealership or place special order to the factory will accomplish transaction. Before I retired, I worked some thirteen years in the auto industry at four different dealerships; leaving each to upgrade location choice or differences with management team. No dealership in my 45 year driving life has became as close to perfect as that of Performance Auto Group, Columbus, OH.

I SPOKE WITH TED JOHNSON "USED CAR SALES MGR. .WE WORKED OUT SOME NUMBERS, HOWEVER THE TRADE IN OFFER FOR MY 05 MONTE CARLO WITH 64,300 MILES WAS INSULTING. I TOOK THE LEXUS OVERNIGHT ...AGAIN THIS BLACK LEXUS WAS HOT...AND RODE NICE.....EVERYTHING I WANTED...ACCEPT..NO 2ND KEY ($400) AND DRIVER FLR MAT HAS A HOLE IN IT...CAR NEEDED BUFFED...BUT IT WAS STILL HOT!!! Came in looking for a Ram 1500 in a specific color. Met Scott Worman at the door and he took the time to ask all the right questions about the type, make and accessories we were looking for. With information in hand we went to the exact truck we were looking for. Scott was extremely knowledgeable about this vehicle and answered all our questions and pointed out features we didn't know were on the Ram 1500. From start to finish it was the most pleasant buying experience. I appreciated not having to play the usual game of back and forth. The GM worked with me and we closed the deal in a short period of time. Fair trade in for my vehicle. Now it was in to see Greg Stynchula the finance guy and he also was professional courteous and didn't play the usual up sale games and for that I appreciated it. Quick and easy filling out the paperwork and enjoyed the conversation I had with him. I just purchased a custom made Wrangler Rubicon X Unlimited from Drew Haag. I have been dealing with Drew since this summer on working out exactly what type of Jeep I needed. Drew was great to deal with the entire time. He is the new age sales person, not pushy or shady but rather completely honest and open with prices and trade-in quote. He would email back immediately (even when he was off for paternity leave). I emailed him exactly what I wanted to pay for the jeep and what I wanted for my trade-in. We setup a time to meet and signed the paperwork- no questions asked. I spent my time to workout a great price which allowed me to work with several dealers in the region. I asked each dealer to give me an out-the-door price with all the breakdown costs. I emailed about 12 dealers and Drew was the only sales representative who did exactly as requested on the first email response. He is extremely professional to deal with and made the experience enjoyable. I pickup my Jeep in 6-8 weeks and "finalize" the sale at this time. I will leave a final review at this time, but as of now have only positive experiences with both Performance and Drew Haag.

After having a horrible experience at another local Jeep dealership, I found the Grand Cherokee I was looking for at Performance CJD. Drew Haag returned my e-mails, met with me in person, showed me the car, took my info and found me a fantastic deal. I was in on Columbus day, so no banks were open. I am so disgusted! I can't believe that the following happened. I took my car in for an oil change and it was returned to me with much damage to my driver side door. I asked what happened and no one seems to know. Anyone and everyone who saw my car before I did should have brought it to my attention but NO ONE DID. There was no way to open and close the door so I entered and exited from the passenger side door. I have a left hip replacement and it is very difficult to climb over from the driver side to the passenger side. I contacted my insurance company. Thankfully, I have a loaner car and my car is at the body shop getting repaired. I am still waiting for the dealership to take responsibility.

We purchased a JEEP Commander a year ago, I thought if I took my car to a dealer we would get the best capable service. Was we WRONG,our Jeep is worse now then it was when we took it there. We had the car serviced before our vacation to be safe. We spent $600 to have the A/C & lines repaired the air is now running loud & isnt as cold as it should be. They were also checking why the check engine light was coming on, it still comes on. They were repairing the left front cylinder, it is still whinning when you turn the wheel. Basically I want my car repaied correctly, i truly thought if we used a Jeep dealer for repair our car would be fixed right! Very dissapointed!
