Came into service to take care of an open recall on my vehicle, not only was I greeted promptly and professionally by Ludwig but he took the time to explain exactly what I was coming in for and answered several other questions I had. You could tell he knew his product and enjoyed explaining it, which made me feel very comfortable. They had also provided me with a loaner vehicle, a brand new QX30! That was a very nice touch. As long as I continue to service my vehicle at Pepe Infiniti I will continue to see Ludwig.

Went in to get into a 2017 Infiniti q60 coupe red sport and the experience was exceptional. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and there is no pressure. This is my 9th lease/purchase but this was actually an enjoyable experience. The moment you walk through the doors, it just feels like home. They make you feel like family. Hands down this is the best dealership I have ever been to in my life. Not only are the staff EXTREMELY courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and fun, but they know how to make the car buying/leasing experience first class. Not only did Pepe have BY FAR the best prices of any dealership I checked at (I went to 6 others too), but they also had the largest selection of cars I have seen as well. When I started going to the dealership for service I service rep was Jack Sheridan and he always took care of me. If I called for service he said come on and gave me a clean car to use while my car is being serviced and never Tried to oversell me on service. Now I call and they tell me it's going to be three weeks before they can even give me a car to use and try to push services that I don't even need. I was told that my last service that I needed brakes and rotors to be replaced and the fee would be 540 I brought the car in a few weeks later and instead of giving me new rotors they cut the old ones and gave me pads for the same price. I also asked for an oil change which day did they feel the old sticker off and threw it in my door. I also asked him to have one of the mechanics take a look at my muffler that's been rattling for years and when I picked up the car I asked him if he had them check it out he said that they did look at it and it was just a broken hanger on the muffler. I knew that he was lying because I knew that it was an internal rattle so basically he forgot to ask the mechanic to look at it and just straight out lied to me. He said that's why you're hearing that rattle when you hit a bump and then he said it's not going to bother him. And every time I get a loaner car they're filthy. Other than that I think it's a great dealership. LOL I'm probably gonna take my car somewhere else from now on.

When I leased my car 2 years ago and was asked by the finance manager about a service contract I asked if it covered all scheduled maintenance and was told it was, the cost was almost $1000. I just found out that this contract only covers oil changes and tire rotations. I went to speak to him about it and showed him the maintenance I asked him about. I remember specifically asking him about the 15000 Mile maintenance .he told me that isn't required it's recommended so those maintenances are not covered. I told him I was completely mislead and canceled my contract. Why would I travel 30 miles and pay $1000 for oil changes. Ridiculous and I would've bought from this dealership again.

Leased my Q50 from Pepe Infiniti and very happy with my vehicle. My salesperson Scott Brownstein is one of the best at that dealership. He was not pushy and was straight up with everything pertaining to leasing my Q50. I have been leasing all makes of vehicles for over 10 years now and I must say Pepe Infiniti has been the best hands down to deal with. If you go to Pepe, definitely go to Scott Brownstein.

I had an appt for 8:45am and there was a woman in front of me waiting. No help and no loaner cars. To make matters worse, the Service Manager, Al PROMISED me a loaner car to my house at 9am the following two days later, which I was happy about. 9am came, 9:15am...called Pepe Service and seemed like no one had a clue. The Service Manager was not even there that Friday. Another service guy called me back (it is now about 9:40) and said a car would be there in about 30-40 minutes. I had an appt around 10 so could not hang around. Called the Greenwich Infiniti and am now a Greenwich Infiniti convert.

Went in for a 25,000 mile tune up & was told in the phone it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait so I chose to wait. When I got there they told me it could be up to 2 hours "once the tech gets to your car" which I guess wasn't for almost 2 hours because I didn't et out of there until 4 1/2 hours later! Appointment was at 9:30 & didn't leave until 2! Outrageous. They had no loaner cars, fine. But to add insult to injury, after being there 4 hours a man told me he could have driven me home or the train station - that would have been nice to have known when I got there! I asked to speak to a manager. Some guy named David came out and had nothing to say or any apologies to offer. In fact, he tried to make it that me asking for a faulty insulation strip to be replaced is what caused the wait but I know that took less than 20 minutes bc at first they said they didn't have it in stock but when I went to ask where the car was they had already installed it (surprise, they did have it) and only 20 minutes had passed. David let me know that he couldn't care less about my outrageously bad experience so I hope if you're reading this you'll save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

Adison Verdan was an excellent sales person. He provided lots of information and guided me to find the right car. I have been an Infiniti customer for 7 years, and am always pleased with the service and professionalism of Pepe Infiniti. I purchased a new 2016 Qx50 in November at Pepe Infiniti, where I had purchased my previous Infiniti.The car had an annoying vibration when it went into idle at a stoplight. It also had a vibration in the steering wheel between 60-65mph. I returned to Pepe a month after purchase. The mechanic assigned to me, Fernando, took it out for a test drive and informed me that it was because I wasn't using premium fuel . When I told him I was, he said only Mobil or Shell premium would do ! What BS !I brought the car to Lynbrook for 5000 mi service last week. Dave Irace listened to my story, promised to do all he could, gave a me a loaner too .The idle air volume was adjusted and all 4 tires needed balancing , the car drives like it should now.How Pepe prepped a car and delivered it with unbalanced tires is beyond me. So much for paying a "prep fee".

My daughter got a car here a month ago and I just picked up my own QX50. The car is terrific and the entire buying experience was first rate. The salesman, Mario Mareta was on top of everything and gave me a great deal. Sales managers Mike and Percy were right there throughout the process and the finance manager Brian Grund could not have been nicer and more efficient. The showroom was beautiful, all of it made for making what is usually a nail biter into a relaxed and pleasant time.The actual delivery by Mario was great, explained all the features and made me feel comfortable in the new car, even met the service manager. All in all I would rate this as the best new car buying experience as excellent. No fast sell....everything is spelled out and the Sales people know their product. After driving a 6 speed most of my life, Mike would not sell me a car until I gave it a test drive. OMG steering assist is not for the person who likes to control the car. However, I was thrilled with the drive on the (regular) Q50 and was given a different choice in a matter of minutes.BEST Dealership..I was considering an Audi, but you can't beat Pepe.. Great staff and I give Pepe Infinity a 5 star rating. Mario is very professional and a straight shooter that delivered a hassle free transaction. I own and have owned several exotic cars and they hands down out class my previous experiences with Porsche and Ferrari. Ferrari of New England was the best if your in the market for that make but I'll never step foot into their NJ or Chicago location again. Kerbeck Corvette is the only other dealership that ranks up there with Pepe Infinity from my past experiences. Good luck shopping and enjoy the indoor showroom if your in the market for a new or used Infinity at Pepe. Overall, I'd say I had a good experience at Pepe Infiniti. Look, very few people enjoy the process of process of buying a car. I know that when I was looking I was worried about getting ripped off so I did a lot of research, but ultimately I can't pretend that I'm an expert. That said, I ended up going with Pepe because (i) my sales guy (Roger Larocque) did not at any point make me feel pressured to buy the car and was honest with me through out the process. and (ii) Pepe went farther than other dealers for certified pre-owned cars (for instance Pepe replaced all of the tires, brake pads, wipers, etc. even though that is not required for certified pre-owned). Some of the other certified pre-owned cars I looked at other deals had scuffed up rims, cracked leather, and other stuff that is not a huge deal, but on the margin is negative. All dealers are going to try to negotiate the best price, as well they should, and Pepe is no different. For a car buyer experience, I'd say the process at Pepe was about as good as it gets.

Over the course of two weekends I had been "power shopping" for my next car. Pepe Infiniti was on my list. Once I walked into the dealership, I realized Pepe should probably have been the only dealership on my list. Adilson Verdan became my assigned rep and right from the start I was impressed with his knowledge, honesty, professionalism and true passion for cars. He was patient and extremely helpful while I test drove three cars. He will be my car go-to guy for many years to come (and I have never said that of any other car sales rep)! I also greatly appreciate Pepe's approach in terms of combining new and pre-owned car sales, making it easy for a client to explore both options. My finance person, Brian Grund, was courteous and pleasant and made the purchase details easy. The gals at the reception desk were also lovely. Kudos to the Pepe group and to Adilson in particular!

My experience was great from beginning to end. Christine Vaughn, in charge of internet sales, was helpful and pleasant. I called several dealers and she offered me the best price of all of them. I'ts the second time I leased a car using Christine, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The salesperson who helped me when I signed the lease was Rares, Ruck, Constantin. What a gem! He was knowledgeable and patient. He spent two and half hours with me going over the features of the car - all of which were new to me. I will certainly come back and ask for Ruck again. Finally, the manager who signed the papers with me, Chris Fey, was also fabulous. Open, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. I felt that everyone at the dealer exhibited honesty and integrity - and they were truly nice as well.

I brought in my 2011 Infiniti QX56 for service. This was my first encounter with Pepe Infiniti so as with any new business relationship I was apprehensive. From the moment I walked in George Brunner (Customer Relations Manager) was very attentive. He came to my aid and took the time to listen and empathize my service concerns as I've had the same problems reoccurring and "addressed" by an Infiniti dealership in Florida. George assured me his team would get to the bottom of this and almost immediately had a knowledgeable tech assessing my vehicle. Soon after I received a call from George providing a detailed scope of the issues going on with my vehicle and confirmed that my previous complaints to the other dealership were valid. The highest level of service didn't stop here. George also went through my history and saw my complaints were done prior to my emissions warranty ending with Infiniti recently. George advocated on my behalf to Infiniti Corp advising my concerns. He was able to get Infiniti Corp to address the issue honoring the warranty and previous complaints done through another Infiniti dealership. George is an asset to Pepe Infiniti and is a great face for the Infiniti branded name. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and George in particular for his stellar work and great communication. A+++++++

First of all I apologize to Pepe Infiniti as a dealership and to the service department, specifically to George Brunner! George and I had a miscommunication regarding an issue with my car and I was frustrated and jumped the gun by filling out a very negative review. I was just venting. In actuality, George has been very helpful to me and has reached out to me to try to make the process I am going through as easy and smooth as possible. There was a minor mixup or confusion as to a procedure that needed to be taken care of. In the end, George and I spoke and now we are on the same page trying to work with my insurance company. George has reassured me that he is going to bat for me and I appreciate that! I would like to make one suggestion however to the service department. Pepe Infiniti sells so many cars, which is a great thing, but now as a result you have many customers constantly coming for service. So if you call service, you usually don't get an advisor because they are dealing with the customers in person. Answer.....please get hire more service advisors. Thank you, Tom Cecere

I explained my issue and he was extremely helpful and accommodating. We couldn't resolve the issue over the phone so he asked if I could come in (On a Friday night almost closing time). With an Acura MDX leasing ending, I was looking to lease a 2015 Infiniti QX60 and was getting ridiculously high quotes for 39 months and 15k miles with 0 down all rolled in from local dealers on Long Island. Was about to go with a great deal from a leasing agent when decided to look at Pepe and other dealers further out from me. Chatted online and within 20 min. got a call from Roger who told me he can do MUCH better than my lowest.Having leased many cars and dealt with lots of deceitful sales people and dealers in the past, I was VERY suspicious of the quote, especially since it was a 45mi drive from me and thought it's another get me in and screw me situation I've gotten a few times with local dealers. Called Roger a couple times to confirm that we're talking about the same car, features, and terms. He not only provided the VIN and link to the car, but confirmed everything I ask in an email, something few are willing to do! Still very skeptical, my wife and I went to the dealership to get the deal done and WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY with the whole experience!Roger was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful walking us through the deal and the car features. His manager Michael was also a pleasure to work with, helping with the paperwork in a time crunch. And Chris the finance guy was great as well, answering and explaining all our questions.I've already recommended these guys to 4 people that love the QX60 we got!

I did my research and had my number, and they made the process quick and simple. This was the best experience I've had in buying a car. They allowed me to cut to the chase without over-complicating the process. There was no run-around, or any undisclosed hidden charges in the end during contract signing.I came to Pepe after getting the run-around at another Infiniti dealership nearby, and it was like night and day and a breath of fresh air when I stepped into the showroom at Pepe. You can tell their cars are well cared for, and they ensure that all new certified pre-owned cars have new tires, leaving no room for issues with safety or quality. There was no sales pressure or any of the gamesmanship hassle that you'd typically run into when buying a car - they were quick, concise, and right to the point on price. They worked hard to get to my number and get the deal done. This will be the first place I try for my next trade-in. I'm so happy with the experience.

From the minute I contacted Pepe Infinity I found the people that assisted me to be extremely helpful and knowledgable. The 1st person I encountered was their Internet Sales Manager, Christine Vaughn. Christine took the time to explain all about the Q50, it's option packages and the pricing. I never felt rushed as I have with other dealers. When I visited Pepe, Christine introduced me to Chris Hernandez. I found Chris to be one of the finest sales people I ever did business with. I never cared for the car buying experience. However, I have to say that Chris made the experience a pleasure. I felt that Chris was straightforward and upfront with everything he presented to me. I also found him to be extremely knowledgable about the car and it's features. Again, like Christine, Chris took his time with showing and explaining all the gadgets in the car. I never felt rushed or like I was putting him out with my questions (and there were many!!). He made the entire process was a pleasure!! So, the most important part, I visited 3 different dealerships, Pepe gave me the best deal hands down; good enough to get me to come out from Eastern Long Island. I would say anyone in the downstate NY, NJ, Connecticut areas that doesn't give Chris Hernandez of Pepe Infinity a shot is bordering on foolish!!

What a guy! Chris Hernandez is THE MAN! If you wanna ride out in style, call C.H.! I'll never forget the hard work and effort he put in to help build my dream car (The Infiniti QX60). Gone are the days of stuffing all of my daughter's friends into the back seat and trunk of my 2007 FX 35! LOL! Chris made sure those days were over! When we finally negotiated a final deal, I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT MY FAMILY AND I WERE ABOUT TO CHECK OFF ON OUR BUCKET LIST!! Not only did we get all the amenities we wanted, Chris threw in some extras that one could not believe for the price AND he contacted another gentleman who got me the greatest insurance rates you wouldn't believe! After a few emails with christine and her notifying me of there local offers I Walked into Pepe about 2 hours before closing, and was surprise on how beautiful the dealership was. I was directed to mario where i told him i was interested in 2 vehicles. Q50 and qx60. Within 10 minutes Mario already had me in a car test driving it. After both test drives we sat down and went over some numbers. He was very patient with me as i could not make a decision. After running numbers on both vehicles i decided to go with the q50 awd premium. Mario put all paper work through and advise me that it was to late that the fianiancal advisor left for the day. He told me he would call me monday to let me know if everything went through. By 10am Monday i received a call from Chris, notify me that i have been a approve and that i may pick up my vehicle. I head to pepe where i met with mario again and he went through everything with me step by step. I was out of pepe with 2 hours. As i did paper work, they had the car being service and assuring nothing was wrong.

Once I visited Pepe Infiniti, I was treated with respect, and a very knowledgeable staff that included Misael Rivera, Bill Kendall, and Michael Telep. They each were very patient with me, answered all my questions, and presented to me in a very clear cut way my financial position. Once I decided to lease a new Q40 AWD, the experience was great to say the least! Also Chris Frey, in Finance, clearly showed me all my options with the vehicle and answered all my questions. This dealership is top notch and a classy one at that! So I would definitely recommend anyone interested in an Infiniti to visit this dealership. You won't regret it! This was my first time buying a new car and it went great. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Telep and Adilson Verdan. They were both great and never disregarded any of my questions or request. They were completely honest when it came to prices and I was surprised at how much information they provided in order to make my purchase as easy as possible. I was able to compare prices with other dealerships but none of them could beat Pepe Infiniti. While contacting other dealerships some were either non professional and not very helpful.. They would not give me basic information about the car I wanted and did not want to look for the car configuration I wanted. Michael and Adilson went out of their way to get the exact car configuration I wanted for my Q50s. I usually don't like to speak negative about other dealerships but the difference in customer service and salesmanship between my surrounding Infiniti Dealerships was like night and day. I do not understand why some dealers do not want to sell cars. I did not visit any other dealers because they weren't willing to answer my questions over phone or e-mail and I am definitely not going to waste my time visiting them. If a dealer cannot catch your attention over the phone or e-mail I would suggest looking elsewhere. I do not like to waste people's time and I do not like my time being wasted and that is something I greatly appreciated about Michael and Adilson. Everything was straight to the point. I would highly recommend anyone to stop by and check them out. Great prices and people that are willing to work with you not just sell you something for the heck of it.

The biggest issue most consumers have in dealing with car dealership is the lack of transparency and pressure they exude in order for you to make a quick purchase. I started looking and cross shopping lexus and acura about 2 months ago. The Q40 was where i started and mentioned I must sell my current car prior to any deal. I met with Adilson who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the car, and i explained i was not a buyer at that time. He still spent quite a bit of time with us not knowing what the results might be. I returned after selling my car and changed my focus to the Q50, as i thought it would be a better fit. The time he spent explaining the car during the sales negotiation and then in the car showing the functions in person shows his product knowledge and desire for the customer to feel they feel comfortable with their purchase. The financing went smooth and the price was aggressive. Thanks to the pepe staff, as i got to know quite a few them during my experience.

First of all we just picked up our QX60 and are very happy with our choice and hope we stay happy. Our Representative is George Brunner who is a gentlemen, very kind, patient and opposite of most we came across in other dealerships we went to. We visited a few dealerships in White Plains including MINI, BMW, Lexus and while we found good inventory of choices, when we came to Pepe Infiniti, we found a very well stocked showroom, very well lit, comfortable as well. George approached us with a very soft sell approach, not pushy but very helpful. Was very eager to educate us about the car. My recent experience at Pepe Infiniti was so positive that it deserves the time that one usually spends ranting about a negative customer experience. I am a former lease customer of the now-defunct Manhattan Infiniti dealership and when my lease came to an end, I was a free agent. I spoke to several other dealerships and even wasted a half a day at Bayside before fate cast me to White Plains on a Saturday afternoon and left me enough time to visit Pepe. I thought through the whole process that I should have been an easy customer: I lease Infinitis, I like them, I knew exactly what model I wanted (just wanted to drive the Q70L, which is the same as the Q70 - and the M37 before it - only 6 inches of legroom longer), and I had been through the process before. But the other dealerships played games with me, (Bayside had me come to the dealership despite not having ANY 2015 Q70's on the lot, not to mention Q70L's)before I ended up at Pepe where leasing the car was about as complicated as buying a new pair of shoes. My salesperson, Mike Locatelli, was friendly, honest and efficient all the way through. I was disappointed when he called to tell me my car (in a hard-to-find color arrangement that was finally located in Pennsylvania) was in but that this was his last day, as he had realized his dream of becoming a cop. I had reservations that maybe the positive process I had was a Mike Locatelli thing but learned immediately that it was a Pepe Infiniti thing. Percy Montes, the manager, arranged with my new (and future) salesperson George Bruner for me to complete the pickup on Saturday, which was vital since I live and work in Manhattan and there is no way to guarantee getting there on a weeknight. The process of pickup, led by George and by the finance person, Chris Frey, was seamless. I love the car, and am grateful to the staff at Pepe for all their help. Displaced Manhattan customers should beat a path to White Plains. The Infiniti website will list 4 or 5 other dealerships as closer geographically but Pepe will beat their service hands down. I will be back in 39 months for another Infiniti. This was a huge relief.

This was by far the easiest and most convenient lease deal I have ever agreed with a dealership. Both Percy Montes and Anthony Hernandez were friendly, knowledgable, and experienced. High marks for both of them and I would highly recommend this dealership over the other Infiniti dealerships I visited in the NYC and Long Island areas.

I didn't believe the excellent service I received from Chris Hernandez and Chris Frey, when I initially purchased my Q50, could be duplicated until I met George Brunner. I brought my Infiniti in for its one month checkup and was amazed at the exceptional care both my car and I received. The facility itself was clean, comfortable and the staff went out of their way to make my visit enjoyable. I was having some difficulty with the navigation POI application and was referred to George Brunner for assistance. George was patient, took his time and went out of his way to resolve all my issues correctly and efficiently. Thank you George for making my second visit to Infiniti as great an experience as my first. This is my first Infiniti, but with Pepe's high powered sales, service and finance staff, I'm sure it won't be my last.

I've been with Infiniti and Pepe Infiniti for over 6 years, my last two cars. I always appreciated the service I received from Ed Bock in the service department who went above and beyond to look after me like a brother since day 1!George Brunner was terrific as a salesperson and as an advocate to try and get me the best deal possible which he did do.
