Went to Penske Cadillac based on the recommendation of a coworker who purchased a vehicle from them a few months ago. What a refreshing experience! It was quick, no hassle and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. We met the General Manager, Catherine Sommerville, who personally thanked us for buying our Cadillac though them and made sure we were being taken care of. I will definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location to my friends and family. Has a good atmosphere and the vibe feels really good

Horrible service with the Body Shop & the GM. I HAVE TO OPEN CLAIM WITH GMAC and BAR. The GM of this particular dealership is a very rude and unprofessional person, after numerous conversations, complaints about errors on the workmanship of the body shop I was treated horribly and even xxxxxx slurs was thrown my way my insurance company still paid $10,000 for work relndered and I was stuck with $2,000 car rental due to the fact my car was in the shop for 61 days and still uncompleted the GM never apologized or did anything about it in a professional manner or concern. The district manager for this location should really be concerned

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Penske Cadillac for your next new Cadillac! This dealer is on top of things! Their attention to detail is simply amazing! I dealt with Thomas Woolsey in sales and Cathy Sommerville, the general manager. Thomas configured my 2017 CTS-V order exactly how I wanted and Cathy (an awesome general manager) put my order in the very same day. The vehicle arrived quickly and I was in and out in about an hour with my new car. From the moment my order went in to the moment my vehicle arrived, Thomas was outstanding! He sent me email updates as my order moved through the entire production process and for an automotive enthusiast is a very nice and exciting touch. I would like to publicly thank Thomas and Cathy for an amazing customer experience!

Buying or leasing car can be stressful and overwhelming, but Dana Jack made this experience great. We went to look at a car and ended up walking out with a new one... I definitely agree with all the other reviews on here. I took my 2014 buick enclave which I purchased there for faulty gear shifter that had bad clicking vibrations. Its under warranty and a week later it WASNT fixed. Gary Anderson their service manager claimed it was NORMAL! He was being condascending, unprofessional and a total jerk saying they wouldn't fix it. I've owned a cts and srx at other cadillac dealers and never had a bad experience. I have never felt so disrepected and unappreciated as a customer as I did there. Service there is horrible. Needless to say they lost me as a customer and I will take this up with their guest relations office for sure. Take your car to boulevard or martin Cadillac. They are courteous and professional there and have a much better team.

Herb passed me to primo both failed to email me spec sheets. Manager Jon B told me 2 trucks listed where on lot and would be washed. Trucks were never available. Drove 300 miles round trip to be passed off to two different sales men who also couldn't find mystery trucks for four hours. Waste of time and unprofessional establishment.

These people are either idiots or crooks. I purchased a car through them and they screwed up nearly every aspect of the deal, causing me problems with both the lender and the DMV. Worse, they simply did not respond to my written complaints, nor to my calls. When problems registering the car arose, they claimed it was because the car needed a smog check, which the DMV said was not true. Rather, according to the DMV, Penske had failed to send them the Certificate of Title (pink slip). Worse, the paperwork shows that Penske charged me for a smog check they admit was never done, but they never responded to my request for a refund of that charge. The didn't even respond to a complaint filed with the BBB. Avoid this dealer!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I bought my car and 2 days after the sale the car wouldn't start. Because I live in OC , the sales manager told me to get a rental car through the Enterprise down here while they tow my newly purchased car out of my garage. The rental place had to, however, get my credit card for guarantee. My car was back within 48 hours with a new battery and the person who delivered it drove away in my rental. A month later I had a charge from Enterprise for $400!!!! Turns out the rental was never returned to their location and this is what they charged! It took 4 months to receive $300 back on my card! No apology, nothing! I purchased a higher option of an extended warranty from GM Protection. I receive a card in the mail for the lower plan, called the dealer and they assured they have processed the right one and they will have it corrected. I now have a broken water pump (who my mechanic says has been leaking since the first oil change 3 months after the car purchase) and the GM plan is, of course, the lower option. Another call to the dealer and a run around! I left a message for the manager and I haven't even gotten a courtesy call from her! I am going to contact the ownership as this is just not acceptable, Too much trouble, waste of my time, energy, no customer service! No wonder all the terrible reviews here! Should have learned my lesson! They better make this right!

She lacks professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail. She actually told the driver who tried to deliver a terrain that was in an unacceptable condition to our home that she did not care about our concerns. SHE DID NOT CARE! Friday 1/30/15 was my first and last service experience with Penske Cadillac Buick GMC Southbay. It took 40 minutes to drop my car off for service, a ridiculous amount of time. The employees are harried, rushed; either not well trained or have too much work on their plates. When I picked my car up there was a bonus on the passenger seat a receipt from 7-Eleven. It seems a Penske employee took my car to the 7-Eleven on Prarie at 1:10 pm to get some Fritos and a coke and left the receipt for me. Nice. The part Penske ordered for me (warranty repair) is in, but they wont be installing it. Boulevard Buick is re-ordering the part, they will be performing all of my service from now on. If you want to be treated poorly and have your car used as the employee errand-mobile then go to Penske. If you want to be treated well, go somewhere else.

they sent me some numbers and then when i drove there (which took me 1 hour) they said they dont know how they calculated this numbers. they wasted my whole day and at the end the sales manager Mike Ildefonso told me if you don't want this you can go. he was totally rude and impolite. he doesn't know anything about how to talk with customers. they just waste your time without any apology. I wouldn't go there even if they offer unbelievable deal just because they are liar.

My mother, who will be 83 years old next month, has been trusting Penske Cadillac (formerly known as Ronald Moran Cadillac) for 15+ years. Over this time, her & her husband (who is now deceased), have purchased MANY Cadillacs from Penske and chose their service department as well, EXCLUSIVELY. Now that my mother is a recent widow and going on 83, I started keeping a closer watch on things and unfortunately, I have Penske to thank for that... In February of this year, she brought her 2007 XLR (yes, she's elderly but quite sporty) in for some regular maintenance: oil change, complete fuel system service, transmission service, 4-wheel alignment, power steering fluid, brake fluid, rear diff service, A/C evap core service & replaced cabin air filter. Since then, I have taken ownership of this car & live out of state. I took the car to a very trusting & reputable Master XLR Tech last month to have some work done on the top (its a convertible) and established a trusting relationship with him. I had him go over the receipt my mother had from Penske in February, to see if there was anything further that needed to be done. He thoroughly checked over the car and brought 2 very disappointing items to my attention. Everything was done to the car the receipt had stated, with the exception of the service on the fuel system. So right there, my mother was cheated out of $279.35. The brake fluid exchange was questionable ($171.00)..and here's the KICKER ... the most simple & less than a 5 minute process: They replaced her passenger side cabin air filter. The filter itself was $40.02. Not only did they CHARGE her to put it in, but they charged her 1 full hour of labor ($139.95) to do so! The other two issues are very serious to me for sure, but this filter? If the filter was the only issue, I would still be just as furious! Penske has lost a valued customer over this! THEY INDEED, HAVE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AN ELDERLY WOMAN! Don't send your mother, sister, daughter or wife there, EVER! In fact, no one should trust them!Mike Palmer was the service writer and should have written off the labor charge, or AT THE LEAST, just charged her for 15 minutes of labor!I left a detailed voice message for the service manager, Dave Driscoll and no returned call has been made.UPDATE: By the way, go to the Better Business Bureau's website and look Penske up! They aren't accredited with the BBB and they have an **F** rating!Factors that lowered Penske Cadillac Hummer's rating include:* Failure to respond to 5 complaints filed against business.* BBB does not have a clear understanding of this business.

I made sure that I had an option contract before I left the dealership at 10pm . They said I have 7 days to come back with the money for the car.. I went to my bank the following morning and also called my sales person (NATE) to let him know that the bank already had the info and just waiting for the approval. He texted me back saying he was with a customer and will call me back. At 3pm, I called NATE from the bank with my banker, to ask who the check will be payable too. He hesitated, and then later on told us that they have just sold the car that morning. You can just imagine how infuriating it is for me- and I did not even get the courtesy call from them to let me know that another sale was in process. THEY TOTALLY DISREGARDED the option contract!!!!And of course, trying to call them back to speak to his manager, who I also spoke with the previous evening (NIKO SPACIC) just took me to voice mail. TThe least they could offer was a sincere apology - but instead I was told that there is nothing he can do. And then even made a point to tell me, that I was calling him on his personal cell phone... which by the way is the number he gave me to contact him....Unbelievable...

First of all there is a huge discrepancy between the internet prices and the prices at the dealer. Once we mentioned the internet price, we were told by the manager on site that was a misprint. We went home and after going through all the internet deals, we found a 2008 GMC acadia that was listed at $21,900 on the internet and 28,900 at the dealer. We printed the internet price and went back to the dealer. The sales person who had helped us earlier had a terrible attitude and ended up walking out on us and telling us he was not going to sell us a vehicle. We ended up with a new sales person. We purchased the car. After driving it for a couple of weeks, we realized something seemed wrong. Took it to a body shop to be inspected to find out it had been in a previous accident. Bumper and right fender had been replaced with after market parts. The whole left side had been repainted...with a cheap paint job, the paint was already peeling and if you paid close attention you could see the paint didn't even match. The dealer claims that they inspect the vehicles, but didn't realize this car had this much work done???? When we went back, the manager on site that day was unable to help in any manner. He was clueless! We contacted corporate office, took the car back and requested a refund. The manager said that he did not have to disclose that information if the cost of body work did not exceed $500. Body work is expensive and I know that exceeded $500. Anyway, they took the car back, but its been a week and they have not returned our downpayment. Still waiting. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. They have an F rating by the better business bureau. They are not accredited by the bureau and have not attempted to apply for accreditation by the BBB.

I had a written offer from a competitor, but while I was driving there, they blew me off, so I contacted Carlos, told him I had a written offer and can he beat it. He called back, offered me a better deal, and when I got there, the car was ready, I signed some paperwork, did a little back and forth with Rene in financing (I did my homework) and chopped the price down even farther. They were no nonsense and I buy two cars every three years. Just run your numbers through Carlos and he'll beat them.

I wish I had the options of zero stars, this dealership is dishonest, rude & the sales people and managers alike have no respect for the common person. WILLIAM FUENTES, had promised 2 vehicles we on the lot for me to look at, 2 hours later I went to look at them, once i got to Penske, William was paged and he was in the car driving it around for me to look at until William himself came to "greet" me and saw that I was a young Mom (my husband and other daughter had gone to the restroom) he completely disregarded me and said "umm, the cars were sold, you can drive to our other dealership 16 miles away if you want, but I don't know what else to tell you". His arrogance continued as I told him that was too far to drive, he couldn't care less and did not want MY business, he turned around, walked away & even laughed to one of his co workers. Little did he know or care how eager to purchase a car I was. When my husband got wind, he was furious & spoke to William, still lackluster & ignorant and called his manager who had a very similar attitude. Not once did somebody ask us how they could help us, and even after my husband called and complained, the Manager never personally offered his services to us, or even extended an invitation back for a different experience with another sales person, something we would have gladly excepted. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, unless you are a fan of a unwelcoming, rude & dishonest sales approach.

I sent out a quote request for a Denali Hybrid and Grier Steele sent me a quote. I called him on the phone and he was very responsive, answered the phone every time, and we consumated the purchase price. While I was driving to the dealership Grier took my information down so that when I got there I was ready to go. The Sales Manager, Jorge Virgen was very helpful and ensured that I got the lowest price possible. I was in finance to pay within 45 minutes. Rene Amaya was very helpful in explaining the different financing opportunities and the prices. Rene was very quick and the whole purchase took place over the phone and within 1 1/2 hours I was driving home with my new Hybrid. Very professional dealership. Grier and Jorge were very focused and I negotiated and bought the SUV in one day.I would strongly recommend this dealership, they are large, have a lot of stock and are very interested in moving out their inventory at low prices.

My first experience with the them was when I brought my parent's DTS to have body work done. Todd and his crew assisted me and as a team we worked out the issues of the repair. He was up front and honest about the events that took place. When my car wasn't ready, he put me in a rental car at his expense.I shared that I was looking to trade my car for a new one but was hesitant about dealing with sales people. He assured me that I would be taken care of by Elmer the manager over sales. It was a pleasure meeting with Elmer who had my best interest at heart. He treated me as if I was his little sister. We found it very easy to work with Carlos Clemente. He was always friendly, easy to reach, and was very service minded. As we could not find the GMC model with the features we wanted, a new car had to ordered from the factory. His advice on what options to order was right on the mark. For instance, he found we do a lot of long distance trips in high heat and at altitude so he suggested the "trailer package", not for the trailer hitch but for the larger radiator. My wife and I needed a new car, and we have been partial to GM products for over 30 years. When my 1995 Camaro, with 135,000 miles on it finally quit in the middle of the intersection in West Los Angeles and had to be towed away, we knew it was time for a replacement. We looked at several GM dealerships, and even included a test drive of the new Camaro and Malibu. But when we arrived at the Cadillac showroom, it was all downhill to a purchase from the time we walked in the door. Carlos made us feel like family, sharing personal information, and proceeding to make the best deal we could have possibly imagined for our new Cadillac CTS. His attention to detail, and the overall experience of purchasing the car was nothing short of amazing. (He even kept his cool when his demo vehicle had an electrical problem in our back driveway!) The dealing, the explanations, the detailing, the test drive, and the questions answered all led up to the best decision we have made in many years. Of course, it could not be a Cadillac without all of the additional creature comforts, such as OnSTAR, and hands free calling, the amazing sound system, the DVD player right in the dashboard, the turn-by-turn navigation, and even the IPOD dock for a more extended digital system. Somebody was thinking when they put this car together.I now am happy to have placed its license plate surround in position, which reads: SPACE SHUTTLE TEAM MEMBER. This car is the closest thing to a rocket I have ever owned, and, in my opinion, rivals the performance of my Z28 Camaro. While a salesman at another dealership left me cooling my heels so he 'discussed my purchase with his manager' I used my smart phone to request internet quotes from nearby dealerships. The quote I received from Penske was thousands less than the final bottom-line offer of the dealershp I originally wanted to use. I left the original dealership and within 24 hours I had purchased my new car from Penske without ever walking inside their showroom.
