tried to trade in here they were not very good at offering a decent trade value but the staff was very friendly .I would recommend talking to jermy if you go there he is honest and wont pressure .you .

Awful experience. So many things have gone wrong with this car. I puschased it 4 months ago and have had to take serval days off of work and pay several hundred dollars to have repairs done that are not covered under warrenty. The sales people were extreemly pushy. I am not a mechanic but I truly feel they are purposfully not fixing things so that i have to come back. I asked them "so you are telling me these problems are happening over night?" And the service person was snarky and said yes, ALL these mechanical issues "just happen" and I have to pay $100 deductible every time. I will never suggest anyone shop Here.

Once again Paul Brown Dodge and Jeep has gone above and beyond by accommodating us with pick up and delivery for a service call when my wife and I are not able to bring it to them!! Thank you Jason Anderson for being a great guy!! And thanks to the service department for taking such good care of us. This is why we keep coming back!! Great service, great people!!!!!!!!

I really enjoyed purchasing my 2010 Lincoln MKZ from Gary down at Paul Brown motors. The customer service and friendliness that Gary showed allowed me to feel at ease and the sales pressure was non existent. We were able to negotiate a fair price and overall I am satisfied with my purchase 3 months later. I was in the market for a used Jeep Wrangler. Since I have previously purchased two other vehicles from this dealer, and they are a Jeep dealer, they were my first choice. The sales associates were very friendly and helpful, but "gave you your space". They are NOT pushy, over baron people. They are great to work with. We easily reached a mutual agreement on the vehicle. Follow up,The Jeep I purchased needed repairs. Since all titlework had not been completed, I ask about trading out to another Jeep. They would not commit to a deal until titlework was complete. It was then an inflated asking price. I opted for the warranty repair on my Jeep. This involves several extra trips to the dealer, plus several days downtime on a just purchased vehicle. NOT happy!!!!

I had a great overall experience at Paul Brown Dodge. My salesman, Jason was very friendly and helpful at answering all my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I knew the price of the vehicle right up front, the numbers were not kept secret like I have experienced in the past at other dealers playing the 'what payment do you want?' instead of dealing with the actual purchase price. I feel I got a fair price for my trade in and did not feel pushed or pressured in any way to make the purchase. After purchasing the vehicle Jason has followed up with me several times to insure I was happy with my Jeep Patriot. I would recommend and have already recommended Jason and Paul Brown Dodge to my family and friends. I will return there when I am ready to trade in.
