Don't buy from PARKS! They don't know how to communicate with their customers, one named Jeremy actually screamed at me and told me to basically shut up! Ask to speak with John he refused to give John my phone number! All over paperwork they needed when they did todo their job up front! No apologies for their screw up whatsoever!! Caused me to have a panic attack!

Why would I drive 4-1/2 hours passing up 4 dealerships on the way for this experience? Let me explain.Treated like family by down home people. Second purchase in seven months. Thought the first visit was wonderful but this was hands down the absolute best in my years of buying vehiclesBeen doing this for more years than I want to think about. The deal was unbelievable. The knowledge of their products was the best I have ever seen. The store was and lots were clean. Believe it or not even the service department. We were greeted upon arrival by many employees and I mean greeted not jumped upon from money hungry sales people. My wife wanted two demo three cars. The cars were brought to us in a timely manner and were clean. We were allowed to drive each one without a noisy sales rep listening in on our reviews each car. She chose the car and we visited with our sales person. He offered a deal and beyond my expectations it came in where I thought it should be. No four square games, no back and forth haggling and most of all NO DISREPECT. Treated like a king and queen. My wife does not like purchasing a car but she really enjoyed it. I do not know what else to relate about this except there are not enough adjectives. On a personal note to Dairry our sales rep), what a wonderful visit. Your knowledge of products was outstanding. You demo and walk through of the new Chrysler the best. You explained it all and satisfied our questions which were many.Jeremy (sales manager), thanks for creating a wonderful deal, the first time around.Austin (business rep), thanks again for such a short time on the paper work. In and out in a matter of few minutes.John Culver, don't know where you get such wonderful employees. Must pull rabbits out of your hat. Noticed the same faces from seven months ago, tells me no turnover. A lot of dealerships can learn from your family. Maybe you should be a motivational speaker for local dealers. Your way is the old way, a nice chat, cut a deal, shake hands, become friends and go home with a smile and money still left in the bank account.Dairry, thanks again for our conversations. People if you want to do business with a fine CHRISTIAN gentleman ask for Dairry.

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with any mechanic. They have had my car for 9 days and now say they can't figure it out. It might not be so bad if the service rep I have would keep me up to date or even return a call...

I was in a car accident a few month ago. My car was towed to Parks Motors for repair. The body shop replaced the front end and painted as approved by the insurance company. It has been six months since the work was done and now the paint is chipping off. I returned the car for Parks to look at their work and I was told that was normal wear! These people are crooks! Do not allow them to touch your car. They cut corners and provide subpar quality.

I took my car in for warranty work still covered under the 3yr warranty plan. I explained the problem in full detail. The car was making a loud rubbing/squeaking noise when the steering wheel was turned in either direction even upon backing. The car only had approx. 20,000 miles on it. I asked for them to check the power steering fluid level first to see if it was low or there was a leak. They checked it, called me to let me know they never heard the noise nor was there a leak. Shortly after that they called back a second time to advise me they found 2 leaks on the power steering line. They ordered anew rack & pinion and changed it out. Then called me to pick up my car that it was done, I said are you sure the noise is gone, they said yes. Drove out to pick up my car, as soon as I backed out of the parking spot the steering was making the same noise, customer advisor came out to take a look and turn the wheel, he said that is a normal noise when you turn the steering wheel?? Not a normal noise, why did it just start making the noise at 20,000 miles as opposed to 0 miles when it was brand new, and the noise just keeps getting louder & louder & more frequent??? They did not offer any other solutions so I left upset not taking the time to do a walk around on my car to check for any damage while it was in their hands. I got about 1 mile down the road and noticed something hanging down below the dash getting caught on my accelerator foot & pedal. I pulled over to park & see what it was, it was a long quick disconnect hanging from beneath the dash, not sure of what it went to, upon further investigation I did a walk around of my car and found they had backed into the rear bumper and put a deep scratch clear down to the primer approx. 6" long, then on the back right quarter panel they had also scratched the paint in 2 different places approx. 3" long above the wheel well, those scratches were also down to the primer. You could tell they were fresh scratches as the paint was still ruffled up on it and there was no dirt deposits in the scratches themselves. I immediately called Parks, they ask me if I could come right back so I did. I advised the tech of the 3 scratches that were not on the car when I brought it in and that you could tell that these were fresh scratches ( I hand detail my car once a week so I know where every ding & scratch is, there were not on there when I brought it in). I then told the tech that there was a wire dangling from underneath the dash that was not like that when I brought it in, and it is still making the same squeaking/rubbing noise it was before they replaced the rack & pinion so that was not the problem. The tech then had the mechanic that worked on the car come look under the dash, he said he did not know what the wire went to but he had disconnected it, then I looked in the backseat and he had thrown the plastic cover panel back there. Then he said oh, this disconnect goes to your lights, lucky for me it was not dark out yet. Then the tech said now we will have to repaint your car which nothing is ever like the factory paint anyway. After having the car over 2 wks it was ready for pick up. I will say the paint job on the rear bumper & rt rear quarter panel does look good. The point is not only did they not fix the problem I took it in for but they created more problems for me than I already had. When I called back to try to reschedule, they kept telling me to call back or would take my name and number and would never return my call. I really did not feel comfortable about taking it to them a 2nd time but since they were the ones who did the factory warranty I thought I should start there. I did have a face to face conversation with the owner John Parks about the complaint and every time I called back and ask to speak to a specific tech they were no longer there so that tells me there is a reason for their high turnover. Finally I got tired of waiting and went to a different dealership, the tech said the rack & pinion they replaced was not the problem, it was the steering shaft and column causing the squeaking rubbing noise. The 2nd dealership replaced the steering column as well as the shaft, no more squeaking rubbing noise and better yet, no new scratches or dents in my car. I definitely would not recommend this dealership for anything. No respect for others property, poorly trained mechanics not to mention shoddy work.

Sold my 18 year old a vehicle and let him leave the lot. They screwed him over so I called and spoke to Matt the sales manager on the Friday stating since they screwed him over we were returning the car. He said no it was a done deal and that wasn't an option. His payments he signed for were 284 a month for 72 months and then 10 days later they called and stated he needed 500 do dollars more down or return the car. If he paid the 500 dollars down his payments would go down to 250 every 2 weeks is what was said. I called Matt and told him we are returning the car and that how can someone sign all the papers and sign a contract to be told 10 days later it wasn't approved. I said well that is bad business and he said he could tell me a 100 ways that I could do my job better but he doesn't. So when we took car back we asked for keys to our old car and our 800 dollar down payment. Matt said we could have it back but had could do 500 on my son's debit card and 300 would have to come at a later date cause the business office was closed. Unacceptable. He was the rudest person ever. Never once apologized for anything. John took me and my son into Brian's office, and let me vent but he wasn't the friendliest person either. He told me that they did not have to give us our 800 back but they had good news. They got him approved with no more money down. Brian is the only person that apologized for dropping the ball. His payments dropped to 108 evert 2 weeks. Very shady business and would never recommend business. Put bad review on their page and was asked to remove it. Absolutely not. Was told the store manager would call me today and nothing.

I bought a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a full lifetime warranty. Basically covers everything but cosmetics for the life of the vehicle. Plus was told I would get a free loaner car every time we brought it in for service. Well both of these services have been awful. They never have a loaner car even when they told me I would have one. ITS A CAR LOT they have cars. Let me take a test drive. The last 3 times I've taken it in for service they have told me my bill would be over 1000 dollars for the repairs even after my warranty coverage. Knowing this was wrong, I had them recheck the parts they replaced to make sure they weren't covered and every time they were. I end up walking out paying my 100 dollar deductible. CROOKS! Trying to make a buck off of people not knowing any better. Plus they never answer their phone, never call you back, and always make excuses.

First time I bought a vehicle from here was about a year ago. I purchased a Chevy Spark lime green. The only thing missing was rough racks. In the contract they promised me racks from the manufacturer that would be bolted in. A month later they still had not ordered the racks. Turns out they were unable to get a rack from the manufacturer and ordered us one from a local business that just clips on to the top. We could of bought these ourselves cheaper somewhere else and they had already included the price into the contract. Not only that but it took forever just to get floor mats in for it as well which should come with the car when purchased.Attempted to buy another vehicle over a month ago. Bad mistake Bacon was very energetic and found us a truck we loved and in our price range even though he did not know a thing about trucks. We were approved for what was the highest we wanted to pay for a monthly loan but they kept it at our budget. We made a deal and took the truck home. The next day they sold our trade in. Four days later they call us saying we ended up being denied the loan they had thought we were approved for because it was an older truck with high mileage. They had to go through a different loan company due to this which made our payments $100 more! We had no other choice they already sold our trade in vehicle so we were stuck! Now paying way out of our budget. Luckily, they promised us we didn't have to make payments for three months. Did they stick to this?? No of course not a month later, couple days ago we got a call we were late on a payment. Not happy. Then the check engine light came on yesterday took it in for service and of course nothing they can do to fix it under the warranty. Horrible service, would never recommend this dealer to anyone if you want them to keep their promises.

I was in a car wreck and needed to find a replacement car. On a Wednesday I ran into the loan officer from my credit union and she told me that if I purchased a car by that Friday I would qualify for a special interest rate they were offering. I found a Dodge Charger on the Parks website and called to see if it was available. The salesman said it was and that he would have it ready for me to test drive. I arrived 30 minutes later, about an hour before they closed. The car wasn't ready, the salesman I had spoken with was gone and it took 3 other guys to finally locate the car. I took it for test drive and really liked the car. They also had another charger that had just come in so the salesman offered to let me test drive it also, which I did. The first car was the better deal so I told him that I wanted it and he printed out the specs so I could drop them off at the Credit Union the next morning. He then offered to let me drive the car home. I declined but explained that I had preapproval for loan and made arrangements to pick up the car during my lunch break the next day to bring it by my mechanic & pick up the money from Credit Union once they wrote up the loan. He agreed. The next morning I got approved for the loan before Parks opened. The car was no longer showing up on their website (it was removed sometime during the night) but I thought it was because I was buying the car. I called as soon as they opened to make certain the car would be ready. The salesman said he would call me 'right back'. 4 hours later I still hadn't heard from him so I called him before leaving work to go pick up the car. He stated that he had called me and left message (he didn't) stating that the car was already sold. Apparently BEFORE I test drove it (and before he offered to let me drive it home for the night....bet that would have thrilled the new owner!). I was not too happy but asked him if they could get the other charger into their shop for inspection ASAP since I really needed to make the deal happen by end of the day on Friday (it was Thursday at this point). Sure. On Friday morning I received a call from Parks. I assumed it was to tell me that the other car was ready for me. Nope! It was a customer service rep wanting to know how my 'experience' was. I told him what had happened and he said he would speak with the staff involved. He stated he would call me right back to let me know what was going on ....that was 3 MONTHS ago. I am still waiting for the call. Obviously they don't care if they make a sale or not - I wasn't just a tire kicker; I had the money and the desire to purchase a car immediately. I had treated everyone with courtesy the evening I did the test drive and apologized that we didn't have much time to get the deal done. I might write this off as a one time bobble but last year I was in the market for a truck to pull my horse trailer. I needed a one ton, long bed with at least an extended cab. I spoke with a Parks salesman who told me that they had exactly what I wanted. I drove 30 minutes to the dealership. When I got there the truck had mysteriously 'disappeared', however he had 2 others to show me that would be 'perfect' (his words). They were both 3/4 tons. I explained to him that they were not powerful enough to pull my fully loaded 40' living quarters horse trailer (granted they would for awhile, but it would take a huge toll on brakes, transmission, etc.) Their max towing rating was at the very limit of what my trailer comes in at. I am a woman but I was raised on a farm and have been pulling horse trailers since I was 16 years old (almost 30 years). He admitted he had no experience towing trailers. Anyway, for the next few months I would get weekly calls/emails from him telling me that he had just got in 'exactly' what I needed.....the truck would always turn out to be a 3/4 ton and usually a short bed too. I finally had to block his number and email address. Anyway, I am very disappointed in Parks.

Best experience ever in a car dealership. John Culver and his great team made this a most pleasurable experience. The knowledge his staff has is hands down the best I have ever seen. They put together a tremendous deal in no time at all. In and out of the great business office in twenty minutes. This was a no pressure atmosphere and was wonderful. John and his staff attended to our every need. They made sure we understood the details of the vehicle and that we were happy. The only problem I have is I can only rate five stars. This is a ten star dealership. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Will do it again the next time.UPDATE, UPDATE; Went back today to have a couple of add ons installed. Had an appointment. Vehicle went to the service department ahead of time. I was told to allow around three hours. Brought the truck to me in less than two hours. The bay was clean as well as the service technician. Very surprised at this. Vehicle looked as if no one had ever been in it. When I did the deal I had my own financing and was happy with it. But while waiting on the service there was some discussion on my intrest rate. After a few minutes I allowed a credit to be pulled and I'm glad it was. Austin Denny in the business office saved me a few thousand bucks. Pleasantly surprised. This was in addition to the huge discount in the sales department. Folks if you want a pleasant experience, take a leisurely trip a little east of high prices and high pressure to Augusta. Join the Culver family as we did. You will not be disappointed. Request Austin in the business office. He will do a great job. Ask for Dairry Walker for sales. They are great to work with. Thanks J.C. to you and your team for a most memorable couple of daysD.H.

Called just before Christmas to schedule service for a recall notice. Service was scheduled for 8am Jan 1st. After I got off the phone it struck me as a little odd that they would schedule work on Jan 1st. Additionally the service manager didn't check to see if they had the parts. This was and axelI live about 30 miles away from the dealer, and I had to get someone to follow me there to drop off the vehicle. We pull up and of course they are baracaded closed. These days you have to know there business better than they do to not get screwed. We have tried to do business here several times, both for new purchase and for service. My advise, go somewhere else.

I had been looking for a specific car for weeks. The first one I found listed on the website, was sold when I called about it. A few weeks later same car was still on website, called again they said it was sold. Started working with Mark, seems like good guy. He says he found the car I was looking for emailed the details.....same car that has been on website. Called Mark, he stated that it had been placed in their service program and that they did indeed have it to sale. OK, I will take off work Monday and be there to purchase car. This is a two hour drive for me (4 hours round trip). Call Mark Monday before leaving no answer, called dealership. Ryan states Mark out sick but they have car and I can still drive down today. So after my long drive and road construction we arrive. First words Ryan said, almost sold car a few minutes ago...... really?? Test drive car seems okay. Ryan comes back out states he can not sale me the car.... what the?? I ask for sales manager...not sure on his name. States that car is part of service program they can not sale it.... they do not understand their own policies.... WOW. Then he states he WILL sale the car to me, just because?? whatever?? Sale manager very disrespectful. Laid back in chair would not stand or even sit up straight to speak with me. Told them I could not purchase a car from them..... it is now a trust issue. THEY SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST OFFERED TO PAY FOR MY GAS. Very bad experience!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.

According to Carfax records the service department at this dealership had performed an oil pan removal and gasket service on the vehicle with 31000 miles on the odometer . Over the course of placing another 17000 miles on the vehicle since purchase, 5 oil changes had been performed by us. On this day unfortunately, this oil change would be different. Very large metal fragments were found on the magnetic oil pan bolt and a few were so large that they would not fit through the pan bolt hole. The service station performing the oil change mentioned that we need to take the vehicle down to Chevrolet immediately to have the oil pan removed and to remove the remainder of the parts that were in the pan before any damage could result. Since we had an extended warranty and without a doubt thought something had worn down and or had failed internally the issue would be taken care of due to the extended warranty covering all internal lubricated parts. Not so. What they found was a foreign object that was not part of the vehicle! Evidently the mechanic when removing the pan dropped a measuring tool into the bottom of the oil pan. Luckily the only damage that resulted was the breakdown of the tool. The cost to drop the pan and gasket along with rental fees was 800+ dollars. We were only asking to have the bill paid. We could of asked for an extended warranty to cover all internally lubricated parts within the engine due to the possibility that there could be or may have a failure due to other foreign objects that had broken off and that were possibly still floating around in the upper or lower end of the engine. Most customers would ask for a rebuild. Parks would not take responsibility even thou this had been the only time the pan had been removed and or serviced since the vehicles production according to car fax and service records. Most customers do not service their 60,000 vehicles at home if you know what I mean. Furthermore their comment was to hold the other dealership accountable since it was purchased there. What does that have to do with finding a tool that was left in the oil pan by your service tech? Any time a vehicle has service performed at a dealership the service is documented in the General Motors service records of which I have access to. This dealership was trying to place the blame on the dealership that we bought it from. Are you kidding me! Its hard to believe that such a large dealership would push you under the rug without taking a moment to say: the possibility does exist that an accident had occurred while removing the pan and replacing the gasket (and by the way the records showed that this was the only time it had ever been removed and at their location). The tool was 4 inches long and partly intact, large enough to be able to positively identify what tool it was. In closing I would highly suggest that all customers to not purchase or service their vehicle at this facility due to the dealership not taking accountability for their service departments actions. I will also never refer a customer to this facility. When you take care of your customers they refer customers. When you push your customers aside I assure you they will tell 20 or more of their friends on how disappointed they were with your ability to do what is right. I have been a top sales performer for the region and I took care of business. To start, you have to be able to place customer service in customer service and take care of your customers and stand by your commercial ads.

I have purchased numerous vehicles in my lifetime. I find it curious that all the vehicles from Parks came with only one set of keys. The salesman told me that if I called in a few weeks and told the dealership I lost my keys they would get me another set. Why all the hassle for an extra set of keys? I think it's a crock. I also question how well the vehicles sold are checked for mechanical difficulties. Other than these issues it was a typical car buying experience. The salesman was decent and the owner did fix an issue with price to my satisfaction. The key issue really bugs me so that issue alone would prevent me from buying from them again. Three cars with only one set of keys each! I don't believe it.

I worked with Chuck Goff to purchase a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee, and I am one happy camper. He helped track down a tough to find vehicle for me, and met with me several times to go over all the different options to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and could afford. Everybody I encountered was kind and helpful. I recommend Parks of Augusta!

Quan was helpful in working with me and finding a truck that came real close to what I was looking for. He was honest when he didn't know the answers and found answers for me. He did keep dodging the question on price until we got into the process after considering trade in. I wasn't impressed with the process at the dealer as once I told Quan what I was looking for, he came back with only one vehicle. I think I would have liked walking the lot a little. I didn't buy because Parks' first offer was ridiculous. Their 2nd offer was more reasonable but by then I changed my mind about the truck.

I found this dealership online and drove out the 20 minutes to find them. What I found was a very friendly environment of people who cared about what "I" wanted to get into. I carefully explained all the details of what my ideal truck was. They listen and we took a trip out to what I had seen online and what was on the lot. No tricks no gimmicks. I got the truck of my dreams with payments I can afford. Also my relationship with this dealership has not ended with just the purchase. Yes, I baby my truck and gave him a name. But even just getting my tires checked, cause the bells and whistles were going off, was a good experience. Thank you Quan "Best Salesman Ever!"

He brought me refreshments and I was happy with my car choice . Quan was very funny, caring, and very easy to work with. Gives all the details on the car and makes sure it is looking it's best for you! He was very attentive to all my needs, helped every step of the way, and made this a truly fun experience. I've referred many people to Chuck since I bought that Sevring 5 years ago. He is awesome to work with and really know how to streamline the process! Thanks again, Chuck!

Came in looking at a new Challenger RT. Quan was my salesman and did a fantastic job as did the manager. I did not buy due to the fact that I was looking at way more car than I felt comfortable paying for (my fault) but I was very happy with the visit.About a month later I returned to look for a school car for my daughter. Quan helped me again as well as a brand new manager and John Culver (the owner). They were aggressive but that was because I know they REALLY wanted my business the second time around. I didn't feel pressured but they made it obvious that they simply wanted to earn my business.....BAD. Unfortunately I did not purchase a car during this visit either but it was because I was looking to spend under $5,000 and they only had about 4 cars in that range and my daughter didn't want any of them (minivan for a 16 year old for example). Quan was disappointed as was I that we could not put a deal together but the entire crew was polite, professional and they were very aggressive in their pricing. I did buy a brand new Dodge Ram from them back in 2009 and will continue to consider Parks of Augusta anytime I am in the market. I also highly recommend Quan in sales!

I purchased a 2015 200 Limited Chrysler in October 2014. I have regretted it every since. The company used the old "strong arm" sales approach. Every time I tried to leave the dealership, they would bring in more sales people, finance and sales manager. I showed them the price suggested on line for the car and they continued to manipulate the numbers. I ended up buying a car valued by the state at $19,000.00 that Parks Motors priced at $29,104.51. When you subtract the trade and tax that was paid Net price was $27,904.51. So I lost 10,104.51 buying a car from this dealership. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE PURCHASING A CAR FROM THEM AND MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID!

Worste experience I have ever had with a dealership. Looked at their website first before we went out there. Upon getting there and choosing a truck I liked, they come in the office with the price $3000 dollars higher then what they have it listed for! Show it to the gentleman and he asked where I got that from. I say"your website" So I finally get the price dropped down. Then we go to finance department. Other than the fact that he kept pushing the extended warranty ( on 2013 truck) it wasn't that bad there except the fact that they never gave us the paperwork to register or insure it. So we call them several times the next day to aquire it and nobody will return our phone calls. Customers apparently do not come first at this place.

He told me the dealership was having some great deals and told me of an older Jeep Wrangler for sale. I went to Augusta, from Salina, to take a look at an 2003 Wrangler thinking I would be lucky to afford it. I seriously left with a $100 more a month for the car of my dreams BRAND NEW! My better half and I are the new leasers of a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. Travis was the most genuine and honest car salesperson I've ever met! Bought a new Durango 2 years ago....one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. That was with the old regime. Bad experience in every aspect of this purchase. Found out the Dodge Ram 1500 truck has a long history of problems. Contacted what I thought was the previous owner, but he informed me because they lied about fixing the problems he backed out of the deal after having it a few days. After signing sales papers I got ready to leave and noticed truck was empty (with fuel light on). Salesman told me "sorry, we only put fuel in new car purchases," so my first stop after driving what I thought was my dream truck was to the nearest gas station. Lots of other negative instances of very unprofessional customer service.

I was searching for a replacement car for my son. I found a car on cars.com. I filled out the contact form in the morning and received an email from a lady late afternoon! I headed out to the dealer about 20 miles away. On the way there I received a call from the dealership and was told to ask for a Destiny and they would take care of us. I arrived at the dealership and was handed off to another person to go look at the car. We were put on a golf cart to go to the used car area. On the way there I was told the car had been sold early in the day. We were taken to the back row and told nothing was in our price range anyway. We attempted to get back on the golf cart and my wife was almost injured as he just took off before checking to see if we were actually on. I purchased a 2010 equinox from parks I decided it was time to upgrade from my 2007 dodge nitro, I chose parks because I had a friend who was working there. My overall purchasing experience was ok a bit lengthy but that is to be expected since I have some credit challenges. I chose the equinox and finished the deal. Then my problems began the first time my car got wet (which was within a couple days)my AC would shut off and my information panel warned my of possible ice and said the temp was -40 degrees thought it was a glitch and went on then I start hearing a thump under my car, when this happened I thought I just hit something in the rd. After the second time of hearing this I immediately called parks, after all I was sold a "bumper to bumper" 3 yr warranty, this all took place before I had owned the car for 30 days and I hadn't even my first payment. I was told to bring it in... After parks having it for a day they called the AC sensor was unplugged and an easy fix but my struts were bad and wanted $800 to fix those SERIOUSLY? I was told it happens to be one of the few items not covered in my warranty and it's wear and tear so they won't fix it basically SOL unless I paid to get it fixed... I was furious I asked if my car was ready and they tried to tell me yes but owed for the diagnostic and for them plugging my sensor back in I DON'T think so. After speaking to the service mgr they waived that and I picked my car up promptly I have owned the car for 2 months yesterday and it squeaks w every bump I hit and I have even tried to trade it but I'm upside down and with my credit I am unable to. I WILL NEVER BRING MY BUSINESS BACK AND IN FACT I HAVE REFERRED 2 people to a different dealership in Wichita and have had an excellent experience I DO NOT RECOMMEND PARKS MOTORS!!!!!!

Received sincere apologies from salesman and sales manager, and promises to 'make it right' even if it was at a loss to them. Sadly, they only had vehicles in higher price ranges. I also highly recommend Sari the saleswoman she went beyond the call of duty for us . She was understanding, kind, and very kid friendly. Sari was also very patient and not pushy. Many sales people today lack that today. They dont care how much they push you as long as they get a sale. mMy husband and I purchased a Chrysler 300 from parks motors. we had a very friendly car dealer named Sarri Bruck. She was very friendly and great with our kids. Sarri even let our son ride and his favorite car the Camaro. I would highly recommend Sarri as a salesperson when buying a car. She is not pushy and very understanding. The only problem we had was the sales manager named Andy. He kept making promises he could not keep. And would not listen to us when we told him about problems with the car . My husband told him the battery was bad and Andy said we did not know what we were talking about. That they did a full inspection of the car and everything was good. Withen 24 hours of buying the car it would not start and my husband had to jump start it. after we got it running we drove it into town and it stalled. Parks called a tow truck and had it repaired very quickly. Of course it was the battery that was bad. They re inspected the car again and all is good. Sarri called to make sure all was good and that we weren't having any more problems. We have been very pleased the long run with parks motors and their customer service. With the exception of Andy.

Rick Baskin did an amazing job finding us vehicles, he is kind and considerate of our needs. However, we purchased a vehicle that had so many problems that I was in a loner car more than my own car. It got so bad that after 6 months we traded it in for something else. This current vehicle, which has a warranty, is now in service "again"!!! And it has only been a month and a half! At first we thought we had a lemon, now we know it's the dealership who just has crappy cars! Kinda feel like was I'm trapped now!! P.s. Service department has been amazing!!

I am going to put this out there do NOT use Parks Motor Company in Augusta. Let me tell you why. I am looking for a second vehicle (hubby's transmission went out). We found a vehicle online at Parks. I was really interested in the vehicle and my brother (who works 3rd) offered to go with me yesterday to look at the vehicle. I had an appointment for first thing yesterday morning. As we were about to load up to head that way, they called and said it had been taken to the service department for an alignment and would not be available until about noon. I told him then I wouldn't be able to see the vehicle because my brother wouldn't be available. Parks said they would bring the vehicle to me. He would call me at noon and no later than 12:30 to give me an update. At 1:00 p.m. I called him - he still needed to call and check on the progress and would call me back. When he did, he said it was waiting on a bearing which wouldn't be in until around 3:00. He would be in touch to schedule a show time -- and he would still bring it to me. Then I got a call from someone in finance to start paperwork to make sure I qualify for financing. 20 minutes later, I got another call asking for the same information I had just given for financing (that was at 2:00). Between 4:00 and 5:30, I called them five times, leaving three messages to return my call. At 7:20, I still had not heard. I tried the three numbers I had been given (direct lines) with no answer at any of them. (They close at 8 by the way.) I called a number I pulled off-line and talked to a fourth person who transferred me to the person I had been talking to. (Oh, I didnt know you called.) We made arrangements for them to meet at my brothers house at 10:00 a.m. this morning so he could check the vehicle with me before he returned to work for a meeting (still with little to no sleep because of trying to be available to see the vehicle yesterday at the few times we were trying to work out with them). I got a text at 9:00 this morning asking if I could come to them this afternoon and they would let me take the vehicle overnight. Why? Because, apparently, the van still wouldnt be ready until after noon today. Really? They didn't know at 7:30 last night that the vehicle still wasn't ready to be seen (even though it was being advertised on the internet as ready for sale)?? I told him I would not be coming up there today, nor would I be meeting them here anytime, because they have lost a sale. They have given me a run around and I wont be treated that way. He said he just didnt understand why I felt that way because they have corresponded with me as quickly as we could during the last two days. Of course they can always show me something else they can squeeze in my price range. No thank you. I dont deserve to be treated like that and the correspondence Ive received has been because I called them! Ok, that is my opinion on why you should not do business with Parks Motor Company in Augusta. They are not worth your time because apparently you need a lot of time to deal with them!

The service me and my husband received was horrible! The salesmen we dealt with was frankly and idiot, he couldn't remember details that were said multiple times and had to be corrected over and over again. We still however signed paperwork to buy the truck and was told everything was good to go. Upon leaving the dealership I noticed what looked like chips in the windshield but my husband said it was probably glue since the sticker was right there. However, when we got home and checked them out we immediately realized they were chips and it must of been extremely convenient that the stickers had been right over them...We called them, letting them know and demanding that they be fixed since the problem was there when we left they agreed to fix it which made the situation a little better, but the next day we received a call that the deal was off and there was a problem so my husband drove back up there to see what was going on. They claimed the bank "called the deal off," which to this day I don't understand considering I have a loan for more money in good standing with this bank and no complaints! They then said they could fix it but they would have to raise the payments $30.00 a month at that I told my husband to just take his vehicle back and leave!! They then tried to get him to stay and said they could get the original deal back just hold on, while on the phone in front of my husband the finance guy said he was not fixing the chips in the window since it was caused when we left and we are just liars, and when my husband confronted him about it he cussed at my husband and said he didn't care! He then left and took his vehicle back and called off the whole deal, we went to a different dealership and received a nicer truck for cheaper money with WAY better customer service. Seriously this company is nothing but shady practices and they will tell you any lie to get you in a vehicle

I live 3.5 miles from a Wichita dealership. For the past twenty years all my vehicles have been purchased at Parks and all my maintenance has been done by Parks. There is a reason or reasons why. Parks has the best people. They are both professional and friendly; providing a level of service that is worth driving 35 miles for. The sales experiences have been fun. The service has been great and never needed to be done over. The Dodge and Jeep vehicles have been trouble free. There are more "Parks" badges on vehicles in my neighborhood than any Wichita dealer. Seems my neighbors are choosing Parks with their pocket books also.

We just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and couldn't be happier! We had the most wonderful experience; everybody went out of their ways to make us feel at home. The staff at Parks Motors were like old friends, making the "car buying dance" fun and definitely memorable, especially when John brought the poor guy in to arm wrestle my husband for the final price. My husband is 6-4 and 265#. He out stood the guy by a foot! Clare was so sweet and easy to talk to..She even hugged me when we left! And Double D, well, he was just awesome! Thanks guys and gals for making our day memorable and tolerable and so much fun!! The main reason that we did not give an excellent rating on everything was due exclusively to the length of time the purchasing procedure took. We finished out test drive before 6:30 p.m. and did not leave the dealership until 9:45. Pat treated us very well and stayed with us until well after we were taken to the finance office. We have no problems with any of the staff. They were all very pleasant and helpful. We spent most of the time waiting for the finance department. Evidently there was only one finance officer working. Once we got into the finance office, we spent about 45 minutes with him which by that time was 9:45 p.m. Next time we will know to eat dinner before we go look at vehicles.

This 2013 purchase was the 5th vehicle our family has bought from Mr. Dairry Walker at Parks since March 2000. How many car salesmem have been with one dealership for over 13 years? If and when we or members of our family are in the market for another vehicle, Mr. Walker will be our sales person. Mr. Woolley, General Sales Manager seems to run a very freindly and customer oriented business. Ms Lori Ratzlaff is the third Service Writer I have dealt with in 13 years. She carries on the service provided by her two predecessors whom moved up in the organization. Having service writers with this kind of lenghtly tenure demostrates the organizational quality of PARKS MOTORS. The blame for employee long term employment and experience; friendly and courteous service to customers in the sales process; and excellent and technically profienct service technicians, some whom have serviced my vehicles since 2000, are due to the owner of the business, John Culver. If you are in the market for a car, PARKS MOTORS is the place, just 10 miles east of the Wichita eastern city limit. A pleasant drive for an important purchase decision.

The best car buying experience we have ever had!!! When we arrived on their lot we were greeted by Rusty. Was very friendly and informed and able to answer our questions. He did not pressure us in any way. We told him what we were interested in. They didn't have any thing on their lot that fit it, so he went to his computer and found what we wanted. He did a dealer trade, and had the car brought in from nebraska at no charge to us.When the car arrived the inventory price was lower due to the price that was on it in Nebraska. He passed that difference on to us. They could have kept that money ($600.00) and we would have never known the difference, but they didn't. The car also had an option we didn't order so we got that extra option free. He did an excellent job showing us all about the car before we left with it. Dwayne, the finance guy also was very helpful. He pointed out interest saving ways to make our payments and ideas on how to make the payments easier to make. This was very helpful to us and we didn't finance through them. The service dept. was also CLEAN and very nice people. This is important to me. Parks motors also has an excellent car care program with benefits attached, to many for me to list. We know that all future auto or truck purchases will be at Parks Motors of Augusta!! We bought the new Dart. GREAT car. Fun to drive with many safety features and very good on gas. A BIG thanks to Rusty, Dwayne and Parks motors. Robert and Sylvia Richardson

Working or even visiting with Dairry is Walker is always a pleasure. He is a good Christian man that tries to walk in the way of the Lord.this deal was stressful because of a recent dealing with another salesman at Parks. Dairry tried his best to help clean up a mess. He found a vehicle that fit our needs and then found several rebates to help lower the cost. It would have been a better price if it wasn't for the dealings the past week. We should have walked out when Dairry wasn't there (he was gone for family emergency) the first time and return later.I would highly recommend working with Dairry to any of my friends.

went in to look at trucks. this was fourth vehicle to buy from Parks. Usually work with Dairry Walker. He was gone for family emergency so we talked with other salesman. Really wished that we would have returned later to work with Dairry.there was a serious misunderstanding about the price of the vehicle through miscommunications. Sales manager referred to biweekly payment and not actual prices. was also misunderstanding about what was included and who paid for it. wife and I were both tired and missed what the actual price of vehicle ended up being. we bought vehicle and later saw what we actually paid for it.( approximately %150 of Kelly Blue Book value). it was our mistake not to watch more closely what we were doing. Sales was doing his job to sell at their best price and make money. in past dealings with Dairry we had better info going in and clearer communications with him. I would definitely recommend working with Dairry. otherwise just pay close attention. lessons learned, deal was doneupdate:3/15/2013 best option they gave to get away from this really bad deal was to bring vehicle back and trade for different one. by the time the whole thing was done we lost about $7000 on this one purchase. paid all of full dealer fees for replacement truck. took loss on warranty that we didn't intend to purchase. even took loss on trade-in from one week of owning it. overall, I am sorry that I ever stepped into the dealership that day.would have been buying another vehicle in about three years. they made enough off this deal that I won't be back for the next one.

There is a woman that checks us in at the service dept. She is very good with people. She was the only one there and had lots of people and phone ringing, but took her time to make each one of us feel important. I really like working with her. They also helped us in Oct. to find the perfect truck for us. I enjoy working with them,

The dealership was very nice facility. My salesman was very personable. He was easy to deal with. I thought the original offer for my trade in was too low. After negotiations, I thought the price was fair. The vehicle I traded for needed two tires replaced. One of the good tires has a nail in it and will also need replaced. I could not get the dealership to pay for the new tires. I was disappointed that I paid so much for a vehicle and will immediately have to spend more money on tires. Thought a couple tires for safety reasons wasn't too much to ask for. It also only came with one key and phobe. Experience with dealership was fine, but thought some small extras such as tires and spare keys should have been included in the deal. A little more customer service could have made me a return customer. I would recommend this dealership to others as long as they make sure the vehicle is completely roadworthy prior to signing.

We had a great experience with Parks Motors of Augusta. Pat Blasi was our salesman and was very helpful in getting us into the Dodge Van that we wanted. All the people we dealt with while purchasing this vehicle were extremely helpful. We definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

A 5-rating from my wife and I, across the board, does not come lightly - if only all shopping experiences could be this pleasant. We honestly came into the dealership as casual shoppers wanting more to just test drive and 'do some homework.' But, after these guys hooked us up with a great used car and then made an irresistible offer, we were very comfortable completing the deal.It was closing time on the last day of the month and, after making it clear they really hoped to sell one last car to meet monthly quota, they were willing to let us walk and would still honor the deal if we came back later. Real class.Chuck and his boss (sorry I forgot his name) were persuasive, yet respectful and very professional. And Brian made the business part go equally smooth. Thanks everyone.

I just leased a new Jeep Patriot at Parks Motors and had a great experience. Very friendly customer service. It was the best test drive of any vehicle I have ever purchased. The owner of the dealership and manager stopped to visit with me and checked in several times during my transaction to see if there was anything they could do. I did not feel pressured at all. More a feeling of making my finances work, to get the car I wanted. I am so glad I gave them a chance to sell me a car. It was most definitely worth my drive to "the country". Thanks again!!

I live in Oklahoma and searched for dealers with inventory on the VPG MV-1 mobility vehicle. There were no Oklahoma dealers, but Parks had 5 to choose from, so I called them.Rick Baskin called me back promptly and got me a nice deal on a 2011 MV-1. I was able to close on the sale in just a day with a company check. Rick picked me up at the Augusta airport and we finished the paperwork in about an hour with Dwayne in the business office. Dwayne presented extended warranty options, which I passed on, and he moved right on to completing the sale, no hassle.Definitely give Rick a call if you are need of the MV-1.

I have never been treated so poorly in all my life! Bob is a terrible manager... When I questioned if a repair they did was covered... He got defensive and said I'm not going to pay for it! He continued to treat me with no respect in front of my 3 children. I called and talked to John (his Boss).... He told me that Bob is a brash guy! So does that make it okay to treat people with disrespect? The issue was when we purchased our van Parks was supposed replace the rotors.... Instead they only turned them... He had a big smile on his face and said..."you bought a used van, what did you expect?" he then said "you are a terrible dad to raise your voice in front of your kids" Way out of line... Considering I was respectful.... He wanted me to get upset. The owner said the same thing in a nicer way.... We won't pay for it! They lost business over a 77.00 part! The customer service at this place is terrible! I would never recomend this place to anyone!

Our experience with Chuck Goff was wonderful. We told him our price range and the ammennities we wanted in a vehicle and after considering 2 or 3 vehicles he showed us a Chrysler 200 S model that we loved. The price was right and everything went smoothly. This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from Parks Motors and my Dad has bought several vehicles from them as well and every time we go in there looking for a vehicle, they make it right. I will definately recommend them to everyone!

After 2 exhausting wks of dealing with Wichita area car salesmen, eBay motors, and countless dead ends via craigslist (scam-central), we finally made our way out of town to Parks of Augusta. Wish we'd found this place on day 1 - I'd have saved us an astounding amount of frustration. Seems every used car dealer in Wichita feels the need to explain how they're "losing money on this vehicle" and can't flex on price, when in most cases their "bottom line" price was a good 1-2k over suggested retail! Amazing in this economy! Every "good deal" on the internet was either a total scam (western union us money overseas and we'll arranged for the car to be shipped to you!) or some guy who conveniently forgot to list that the car was a salvaged title. So, to our amazement, a dealer just outside of town in Augusta was listing a vehicle with the asking price already under retail! Friendly internet service, no hounding phone calls, and quick/easy paperwork made this our smoothest, easiest transaction ever in the car industry. I highly recommend Parks Motors of Augusta and gladly wrote this blurb. I hope others experiencing the same sort of idiocy "in town" that we did speak up with their wallets and walk away from the dealerships that treat you like a newborn moron with a bulging wallet and give your money to a dealer that actually cares about customer service and whose prices aren't artificially high and play the dickering game for a week in person or on the phone. Also, this review was written from my home 2 days after the ink dried on the paperwork, not from the showroom with the promise of a price-break or free gadget from the dealer in exchange for a good web review (Wichita dealers, I'm looking at you).

You would think a simple oil change would be easy, but not for this dealership. When I purchased my vehicle I received several free oil changes. I have only used 3 and every time I take it out its such a hassle. Dont think I will be using the rest of the free ones. And I will be passing the word around. And it does no good to email and voice your concerns because no one contacts you back. So much for customer sevice after the sale...yeah right!

We went to this dealer early on in the car buying process and started working numbers to value our trade in. Visited other dealers and returned about one week later to move forward with trade and purchase of a used car and as we were completing the paperwork the price for our trade in was HALF of what THEY originally quoted us! Very misleading! Then a manager got involved and they wanted us to finance the difference and acted like they were doing us a favor! The closest they got to their original quote was $3,000! A huge waste of time! Beware of this dealership!!!

Stay far away from these crooks. They tell you how much they want to be your "friend" but will treat you with little respect and do whatever they can to pull the wool over your eyes. The sales dept will not work with simple numbers with you when trying to negotiate a trade and work a deal on a vehicle. They will always revert to typical shady car dealer tactics to make you think you are getting a better deal than you really are. We made several attempts to make an offer on a vehicle only to be asked, "Well where did you get that number from!?" They would not even have the courtesy to simply make a counter offer as they kept playing the trade in value game to get the vehicle price at the highest blue book value and the trade in at the lowest possible value. There was no give and take negotiating, just their wool over the eyes con numbers game. Walk away from Parks Motors!
