A year or two ago, I was anticipating a financial windfall and began looking at Boxsters. I stopped by Park Place and met Mr. Wade Days. I told him exactly what I wanted and he found it ... again and again. However, the windfall didn't come for the extra weekend car. Recently, I decided it was time to sell my BMW X3 before it got to 100K miles. I came back to Park Place and Mr. Days. I wanted another compact SUV -- Audi, Rover, Mercedes, or BMW. Once again, Mr. Days was excellent in helping me figure out what I wanted. Even in my indecision, he was quick to call me when a Macan S came in that looked like a good fit for me.I purchased the Macan S from Mr. Days for several reasons. He is very easy to work with, he is extremely knowledgeable, and he is articulate. He transcends the stereotypical, pushy, less than honest car salesman. He is a gentleman, a professional, and a great representative to Park Place. My purchasing experience was very good with Mr. Days. He helped me with the trade-in of the BMW and the cash purchase of the 2015 Macan S. He has been just as attentive after the sale as he was before -- that's impressive. He spent a lot of time familiarizing and training me with the vehicle -- the learning curve on the controls was steep for me. Right Sales Expert Finds Right Fit

I had never considered a Porsche before. Never saw myself as a Porsche guy. Plus, with three kids, who can get away with a two seater sports car? As I was driving down car dealer row in Dallas one day, my wife suggested I pull into the Porsche dealership and take a look. What the heck, why not. I met a gentleman named Wade Days who, to my surprise, was a sales representative who knew his products, knew cars in general, and most importantly, knew how to listen. After visiting several other higher end car dealerships who employed, well, not higher end salespeople, I was surprised and excited to have a knowledgeable rep to work with. Had just started my search for a new car when I went to Park Place Porsche Dallas. Chris greeted me quickly and he was friendly and helpful. Excellent Sales Experience with Eric Mazariegos, Park Place

I was searching for a CPO 911 Turbo S and Park Place had one which was built with the main options/features that I was looking for. I was ready to buy but the initially listed price was way above market.I contacted the dealer, and Jordan Price initially told me we were too far apart on price. Eric Mazariegos then picked up the lead a couple of days later, and he was more positive and quickly understood me as a disciplined car buyer. He put my original offer to their sales manager and then worked to help me get a fair deal.In addition, the rest of the transaction was awesome. Eric took care of having everything ready for the pre-purchase inspection, he coordinated with the trucking company to ship the car to Atlanta, he followed up after the purchase. Everything was super smooth, fast and easy. From making the deal over the phone on Tuesday, I had the car delivered in Atlanta by Saturday. Amazing sales experience.And one more thing - the car is an absolute peach. Several of my friends have brought cars from Park Place and they definitely have some very nice immaculate cars in their CPO collection.

My wife and I went to Park Place Porsche looking to purchase a Cayenne to replace her larger SUV. We met Chris Allen and cannot say enough positive things about his knowledge and patience as we went through the process. The first visit, we drove a couple of Cayennes (Reg/S), then switched to Panamera (Regular/S/GTS)...many cars, a lot of his time. Chris stayed in contact and remained consultative but not pushy at all. A couple of months later, we went back with the intent to purchase and while deciding on the Panamera, we also bought a 911. Both transactions were quick and easy and the service since the sale has been phenomenal. Chris loves the product and has the buyers interest at heart.

Scott helped me with my new 2016 Cayman GT4. This was not my first Porsche but it was my first experience with a semi-limited production car as well as my first experience with Park Place. I was definitely late to the game as this car was sold our before it was even officially announced, nonetheless Scott was the consummate professional knowing there was only a small chance he would get a sale from me. Scott even spent more time with me when I was contemplating a back up plan if I didn't get a GT4 allocation. Again this time did not result in a sale but it built loyalty with Scott. Scott called me just before Christmas to let me know that I had an allocation and continued to be extremely patient with me for the next three months while I change my order at least three times. Nine months later he delivered my new GT4.While other dealerships out there are adding a "market adjustment" for cars like the GT4 Scott and Park Place sold it to me at MSRP. In June, I purchased a 2016 Porsche Cayenne from Chris Allen at the Park Place Porsche Dealership in Dallas, Texas. Chris was a fantastic salesperson and my experience with him was excellent! Having previously owned two Mercedes, I had no knowledge or real familiarity about Porsche, but Chris was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me while I learned more about the car and made my final decision. I always have the best experience when I visit Park Place Porsche and my experience on 5/30/2016 was no different. Even though it was a holiday everyone was still as inviting and friendly as any other day. Stopped in to purchase key chains and ended up working a deal with Chris Allen on a 911 Cab... I drove a couple of cars and Chris was quick to tell me not to rush as I was trying not hold him up because it was a busy day. As I said I stopped in to buy key chains but thanks to my experience with Chris I walked away with 2 more key chains that came attached to a new car... Thanks Chris you're the best.

New to the Porsche brand, we decided to visit the dealership on Lemmon Ave to learn more. We walked on the property August 2015 just to look. Since that day, we have purchased 2 Porsche vehicles. Came to test drive and see what I might get for trading in my vehicle. Happily, Wade ascertained that I was familiar with the car and my desired options and so the entire process was handled quickly and generally via a few email exchanges. I live in Hot Springs, AR and I needed service on my 2014 Carrera S. So as usual I brought my car to Park Place. The service and commitant personnel was outstanding as usual.The loan car we were allowed to drive was a new Cayenne. My wife fell in love with the car, so,upon return as I was checking out with my service advisor, my wife began to look at the Cayennes available on the floor. There she met Jordan Price and his associate John Mossey. What an outstanding pair of nice guys. when they found out what my wife was looking for they made it a point to find exactly what she wanted. We decided on the Cayenne S and the exact color and trim was not on the floor, Jordan searched all the stores records and found that the exact car she wanted was due to be delivered in a couple of days.Long story, short,they both made the purchase, trade of her car that was still in AR, smooth and easy. Honest, Dependable, and Reliable

I'm an Out-of-state buyer and could not fly out to look at the Porsche in person. I asked Jordan to be very critical upon inspecting the car. Jordan couldn't have been a better choice, he called me back in 1/2 hour and told me the car was a 9-10, sent me pictures of the imperfections, and gave me his personal opinion on the car I was looking at. I made an offer on the car and it was accepted. This has been one of the most enjoyable car purchased i've ever made. Effortless experience

We purchased a Panamera GTS from Stephen last month. No pressure, completely knowledgeable, easy going, and willing to work with us. With our hectic schedules he even brought the car out to my wife's office and finalized the transaction there! Park Place is truly a dealership of distinction and we will be a long-time customer.

An extremely high level of service

I have now purchased six Porsches from Jim, the last one being a GT4 in March. I will take delivery of a GT3 RS in a couple of weeks, and that will be my seventh Porsche I have purchased from JIm. The level of service I receive from him is very high, and he is professional, follows-up, and provides advice at every step of the sales process. For example, over three years ago, he told me to place a deposit on a GT3 RS, and I did so. When I wanted a "paint to sample" (PTS) color, he encouraged me to make a quick decision before the PTS order window closed. I put in my request, it was approved, and within a couple of weeks, the PTS order window had closed. I have referred many friends to Jim, and they are very happy clients of Jim, and Park Place. I should also add that Park Place sells hard to get models (GT3, GT4, RS, R, GT2 etc.) at MSRP. Most dealers do not adhere to this sales philosophy, and charge a significant premium over MSRP. They are a highly ethical dealership.

It's easily just to say WOW!

I have had just over 30 cars in the past 26 years, and have become what i feel as a pretty good expert in the experience of buying a vehicle. Dream Maker

I was at park place having a service done on my Mercedes. While waiting for my car, I walked around the Porsche dealership. Chris and I struck up a conversation and asked him about the new spider. Could not be better

I had a great experience with Jordan and Park Place Porsche. They were very professional, helpful, and extremely patient with an indecisive buyer (me). I went without an appointment relatively late on a weeknight to look at a few cars. I first looked at a Macan S and really liked it. I wanted to see if maybe I'd like a little more space, so Jordan took me on another test drive in a Cayenne S to compare. I wanted to check out a few other brands so didn't buy anything that night. Park Place was hands down the best dealership experience. It never felt busy or crowded, and I never felt rushed like at BMW. After a few days I started thinking maybe I should get a Cayman instead. I went back to Park Place and Jordan took my on my third test drive in a Cayman S. I wasn't sure if I needed the power of the S so he took me on a 4th test drive in a base Boxster to compare. I fell in love with the Cayman but unfortunately they didn't have one I wanted. Jordan tried everything he could to find one for me. After a week of thinking about it, I came to my senses and realized a Cayman probably isn't the best decision for me. I went back to PPP for the 3rd time and Jordan took me on my 5th test drive in another Macan S. It was perfect and bought it that day.As a 28 year old, I am extremely impressed and grateful that I was taken seriously as a buyer from the start and Jordan let me test everything I wanted with no qualms. He probably dreaded every time I walked in the door but was always courteous and professional with a sense of humor. I buy a new car every year, and this was hands down my best car buying experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I'm actually looking forward to next year when I get to do it all again.

Terrific overall experience.

I had a great overall experience dealing with Chris Allen for the purchase of a new Porsche Macan S. I live several hours from Dallas and was somewhat anxious that I would spend a day driving to and from Dallas, only to be disappointed. Chris was able to provide reasonable information about trade-in values prior to my arrival, had a number of vehicles ready for me to inspect side by side and test drive, and provided a great deal of information in a very easy going manner. Arrived at Park Place Porsche to test drive a Cayenne, not at all sure what kind of vehicle I wanted. Kevan was a pleasure to work with and made the buying experience enjoyable. I met Chris about 6 months ago when I walked in to look at a Panamera Turbo. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted at that time. He allowed me test drive several cars, showed me some other options, and answered all my questions. Over the course of the next several months, he continued to look out for cars that fit my criteria and would periodically send me pictures and information without acting frustrated or trying to pressure me to make a move. Chris made the sales process efficient. I traded a Boxster S for a Cayman S and wanted to trade out the wheels that were on the Cayman. Lack of professionalism from the manager

I would not recommend this dealership. I have purchased two vehicles from Park Place Mercedes in the last two years. I would have my third but unfortunately, Park Place Porsche lacks any class or ethics in the way they conduct business or better yet lack of.

Wade Days was asked to locate a 2013 Porsche 911 with a manual transmission. It is a difficult car to find, however, he worked with patience and diligence. Wade located a vehicle at another Park Place dealership. After several test drives and discussions we arrived at a deal which worked for both and he coordinated with the other Park Place dealership to finalize the details. He is very professional and never initiated a cold call to ask how it was going. He responded only to my calls and let me work through the process at my own speed. I never felt pressure to move forward. This is probably my last 911. I wished he sold Mercedes so that my spouse can purchase her next car from Wade.

After searching for over six months for the right car, I ended up buying a used 911 from Wade Days. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of my questions promptly. When it came time to purchase, Wade picked up my wife and I from the airport and gave us a tour of their their very impressive facility. We had a lot of fun and got a fantastic car at a great price. I had owned a 2013 911 Turbo for almost two years and it was my favorite car of all time. I was so thrilled with it that I wanted to stick with the brand as I upgraded. Bought car sight unseen

I was searching for a loaded corvette and came across the dealership through an Ebay listing. I am very picky about my cars and I asked the salesman, Chris, to assure me the car, a 2014, was spotless. He called me while he was looking at the car and examined every inch, assuring me it was in fact spotless. I live in Vegas, so looking at the car myself was not possible. Buying a car like this sight unseen is a risky venture, but Chris and the dealership answered all of my questions and even helped arrange shipping. The car arrived just as promissed! Here's where my story changes. The shipper damaged one of the wheels on the car. I have spent weeks now trying to get them, firstclassautotransporters.com, to honor their word and pay for the replacement wheel. I have had the car now for a month and frankly, Chris could have left me to deal with this shipper on my own. But his follow up has been exceptional! I have spoken with him several times, AFTER our deal has been completed, and he is still working to get this resolved. It is hard to truly judge a dealership or company's customer service, unless something goes wrong. This level of customer service is truly rare and I cannot overly state how impressed I am with Chris and Park Place Porsche.

My wife and I went to look at Boxster and Chris Allen helped us. We live several hours away and he was great at following up about the condition of the car (it had just come in) and whether it was available before we drove up for a test drive. Didn't intend to do it!

My wife and I started our search for our next vehicle since our lease was coming up in the next few months. We had visited other dealerships and decided to come and just "see" a pre-owned certified Cayenne that Park Place had on their website. We weren't buying! Enjoyable car buying experience

My wife and I recently purchased a Macan from Chris Allen, and wanted to share our experience. We met Chris in the lot, and told him we were looking at the Macan, He made a few suggestions and then we loaded up for a test drive. Chris has a very easygoing manner, and is not a high pressure sales type. This was helpful as my wife was a bit nervous taking the car for a test drive. Chris did a great job explaining all the features of the vehicle and answering our questions. After the test drive he took us for a tour of the Park Place facilities - which are impressive to say the least. He spent at least an hour with us showcasing the campus (as my wife calls it), which in the end gave us a great feeling about who we were buying a car from. Once we were ready to talk details about purchasing the car, Chris stepped up again to assist us in turning our leased vehicle such that it was a seamless process for us. Best Car Buying Experiences. Period!

This was the first time I've ever purchased a car without seeing the car first. I live in PA and Park Place is located in Dallas. I had the pleasure of working with Eric on the purchase of a 2011 BMW 335 Convertible. Eric was extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He responded to each of my many requests very quickly and ensured that comfort level in purchasing the car was high. He provided all the details about the car including a car fax report, detailed photos and even close up pictures of any minor defects (which were very limited). He arranged the documentation and transportation of the vehicle and kept me informed of all status updates through the time the car was delivered to me. Eric even provided brand new BMW floor mats even after we settled on the price because he thought the existing mats looked worn. I've leased / purchased over 20 high end cars throughout my life and this experience was one of the best, even thousands of miles away. I highly recommend Eric and Park Place.

Surprise purchase of a used 911 Carrera GTS.

A friend of mine was in town visiting, and on a early Saturday morning, we made what we thought was just going to be a quick stop to just look at the new Macans sitting in the front row. Sales associate Chris Allen came out to greet us with a very genuine, friendly, and low key fashion. He answered all of our many questions, even though we had already let him know our intent was to just look. My friend & I were wearing our typical weekend causal clothes, but were never made to feel judged as to whether we were worth his time. As it turned out, when we went inside to get some water to drink, we saw a very slightly used 911 on the showroom floor. We looked at it, and the more we looked, the more I realized that this was a car worth my interest. I let Chris know I was, and it was a good thing I spoke up when I did, as it turned out there were other buyers interested that showed up in the next 1/2 hour. But they were told that they would have to wait on making a deal until I decided one way or the other first. Once the lengthy test drive was done, I agreed to buy the car. The process of doing the paperwork was all done with Chris, instead of being passed from sales to sales manager, to financing, to make ready. I liked dealing with just one person. Chris is a low pressure personality, soft spoken, and knowledgeable about the cars. He listened to all of our long unrelated stories & bad jokes. And after the sale, he followed up multiple times with phone calls and email to make sure that I was doing well with learning the new car's differences from the old one.

Excellent service

Chris is a pleasure to deal with. He asks the right questions to find out what a customer is really looking for and then does his best to meet those requirements. He was excellent in letting me go for a long test drive and there was no pressure nor any of the usual "sales tactics" that salesmen like to do but customers hate. Best Car Buying Experience....ever!

We have bought and sold many cars over the years. This experience was by far the best. My husband had been researching luxury cars for some time as a gift for my 50th birthday. After narrowing the field, one Saturday we walked into Park Place and there stood Chris Allen. My husband knew exactly what he wanted to see and within 10 minutes we were test driving the Panamera e-Hydrid. Chris talked us through the motor, the electric battery, the modes of driving..the entire car on our test drive. It quickly became apparent that Chris knew Porsche. To our delight, Chris knows CARS! I took delivery of my new Cayman S on Friday July 10th. Unfortunately there was a problem with the PCM in the car that I did not notice until early Saturday morning. I took the vehicle back Saturday and learned the PCM was the issue and that we would need a part from Germany. I returned on Monday morning and met with Scott and things from that point forward went fantastic. Scott took control of the situation, coordinated with the service department, arranged for me to have a loaner. Scott kept me informed of the progress and I dropped the car off at PPP on Tuesday afternoon. I picked it up Wednesday morning around 8am. Several things really impressed me. First Scott handled the situation in a professional manner and most importantly kept me up to date about what was going on. The service manager when I arrived on Tuesday expected me, knew my name, and knew exactly what had to be done. Scott was waiting with the key for my loaner. But what blew me away was this morning when I came in about 7:45 the guy working the service line, knew my name, knew my car was ready, and sent me on my way. What a class act. I mean here was a situation that could have had a very upset customer that was turned into a totally positive experience with a VERY happy customer. Honesty, sincerity, follow up, doing what they said they were going to do all in a expeditious manner made a very happy customer. PPP legendary reputation for quality service lives on and will get praises from me to anyone who asks. My opinion Scott was the guy who made it happen, he ran point on the whole process for me. He even texted me late Tuesday evening to let me know the car was ready. I am just flat xxx impressed with the whole thing. I did all of this by phone with Kevins help.He offered a fair deal.He factored in changes to the car in the deal which led to the sale.He sent pictures periodically to up date me with the changes.He helped me resist making too many changes that in the long run would not have suited the car.The whole process was seamless and trouble free.He never once resorted to high pressure tactics such as warning that other people were looking and pushing to close the deal.I am not sure that had there not been the confluence of the perfect car and perfect salesman I would have made a purchase.

Scott Reynolds is a true professional! I found him completely knowledgeable on the product he was selling (a Lexus sc430 pebble beach edition). We could not reach an agreement on the price of the deal, based mostly on the value of my trade-in, we left and he tracked me down latter that night and explained that he had done a nation wide search and the price he offered was the best in the country. He was right! I went back the next day and bought the car. As a side note: my trade in showed up a couple days later at twice the trade-in amount at a car lot on I-35. Scott was so helpful in our evaluation about whether to purchase a pre-owned or new car. Ultimately we purchased a new car but he made the decision making process easier. Amazing experience

I was really pleased with the service. Wade was very patient with me, and had no problem gradually piecing together my preferences. We could talk about a variety of things, not the hard sell. He was very informed about all of the models and how to meet my needs. We looked at a set of cars, and from that we were able to decide what I wanted broadly. He sent me an email for a second set of contenders and we fine-tuned things. The moment the car was available with my parameters, I was contacted. We talked through the details of financing, made sure all of the tech worked with my needs, and set up for the next day test drive - all while the car was still working through it's detail and CPO inspection. They moved up the schedule for me so I could test drive that next day. My wife tested things out as well. My child was accommodated from test driving all the way to paperwork. The staff were very supportive, even when there were "complications" with keeping a toddler in one place that long (they covered us from snacks to her own "test drive" of a toy version of dad's car to just interacting and sharing her excitement). Wade worked with me through the entire process, no passing around to the finance guy or the boss or the 5 other people at other dealerships trying to get you to buy the scotch guard, the tint, the spray tan package to ensure you look tan enough to drive it... It was just with Wade. The "extras" are only the "real" things - road hazard for Dallas potholes and such - presented on an ipad in a drag and drop menu if I wanted them. No pressure. He demonstrated the car for me, he stuffed himself in the back of another car we tried (He probably could have used a referral for chiropractic intervention) so he could simply coach through the differences we needed to consider and try out about this model. I didn't feel like it was a "nanny state" joyriding preventative. A range of driving was encouraged. He simply walked me through the initial driving experience and shared the enjoyment. He walked me through the paperwork and we sorted how to make everything fit my needs. He gave me the manual, the keys, heck he even took the family picture with the old car and the new. He didn't scoff at being a bit sentimental, and shared that moment with us. This is how buying a car should be... Oh, and ask for Wade.
