Took our 2012 Ford Fiesta to Packey Webb for some Recalls, Transmission issues, and an oil change. Called ahead to talk with their Service Dept. to make sure they could get completed in one day - was told yes, they had plenty of parts.Dropped it off the night before. Started calling at 11 AM to get updates because if they weren't going to finish it I had to make other car arrangements. Called 4 times thru 4:30 PM, spoke with a Keith and a Brian and only got excuses on how busy they were. Also left multiple voice messages with Morgan, who I was told was the Service Writer for my vehicle. Never got much help from anybody. Brian did say to call back about 4:30 if I didn't hear from Morgan by then. Well, I didn't, so I called once again and got a Michael - finally some action. Michael tried getting Morgan on the line and when that didn't happen, he asked for my PH# and said he was going down to Morgan's desk to get some answers. Michael DID call me back about 4:50 to say the car will be done by 6 PM. Morgan finally called me at 5:45 PM to say the car will be done by 6 PM and we could pick it up after that.Went to PW at 7 PM and what another adventure. Went to cashier, paid for what we owed, and was told a Porter will bring the car out front - NOT. Waited for a while and then went back inside - looked thru the Service Windows and saw the car still in a service bay with the hood open - ugh! The Porter came thru the door and said 'this isn't good'. Finally someone from Sales came over to see what the issue was. He had to call the Service Mgr. at home to see if the car was done. It was, but they had to get it out of there and clean it. We finally got the car 1 hour after showing up to pick it up. My time is as valuable as theirs.Would I go back there or recommend them for Service - NOPE. I'll drive further and go to Willowbrook Ford where they know the meaning of Customer Service, actually call you back, and the Service Writers are responsive.

I went to packey Webb ford to look at leasing a Ford Escape, the salesmen was very nice at first but once we started talking money became very condescending. With telling me the fair category in Kelly blue book is immaculate condition and then coming up with a lease payment he couldn't explain. Before shopping, like most responsible adults, I did some research online. I was able to make the same car with a lease payment of $195 and he came to me with a $320 payment per month! He then proceeds to tell me that the taxes are what makes it so much different (that is $4500 dollar taxes over 3 years on a 29,000 car! And from my understanding you only pay taxes on the amount of the lease.) so I asked him to see what the taxes are and he told me they don't have those numbers. He then pulls up the ford calculator and makes the same car in front of me- resulting in a $195 payment- his excuse now is that their calculators on the website are wrong and instead of putting $4000 down you'd actually have to put down $8000... A manufacture wouldn't last long having such a faulty calculator on their website. Avoid this dealer and their shady business practices at all cost.

This review is for my father, a retire on a limited income. He bought a CMax from Packey Webb Ford and had a good experience with the purchase and sales person. He really likes the car and the gas mileage he gets. After the car purchase, he wanted a roof rack installed and had Packey Webb Ford order and install it. When the parts came in, he took the car to the service department for installing. When it came out, it wasn't the roof rack he asked for. Now they are telling him they will only rebate $130 of the over $500 it cost due to restocking fee, etc. IT WAS THEIR ERROR and they are expecting a retiree to pay for their error. This is pathetic service. It's been 3 months now and they are doing NOTHING to fix this.Very, very poor service. We expect a resolution to this soon.

I am writing this review to express my displeasure with a particular sales person and dealership. It is my opinion that they participated in deceitful and dishonest business practices. I went to Packey webb ford in downers grove IL with a particular truck in mind that I found online. I was introduced to Tj Orlicz, test drove the truck and we talked numbers and settled on about 54,800 for the purchase price of the truck. Unfortunately, the monthly payments were a little high so Tj Orlicz suggested a lease. I will admit that I was completely naive about the workings of a lease but TJ explained to me with the lease that my monthly payments would be $100 lower. To my surprise, TJ never mentioned that the purchase price of the truck would go up by 8000 dollars.I was under the impression that the numbers he and I worked out were the numbers for the lease as well as buying the truck outright, Now I have a truck that I over paid by 8000 dollars and when I went back to talk to Tj Orlicz he insists that its fine. He agreed that we negotiated a price of 54,800 for the purchase but he could not lease it for that price. This information would have been much more helpful for us at the time of signing. I never would have purchased or leased this vehicle for $62,000. When I confronted TJ he actually asked if I would have still bought the truck at 62,800 and I said no and he used that as an excuse for this behavior saying he wanted to "get me in that truck ". I don't believe this is an honest way of doing business. Yes, my monthly payments are important to me, but the bottom line factor for me is the purchase price. We have tried speaking with TJ and a sales manager but they do not offer any type of compensation or negotiation. They said in the end we should be happy because we have a beautiful truck. Unfortunately they are not the ones making the monthly payment.

Dealer won't provide 2nd key/remote for new Escape

Customer Service: 1.0 Overall Experience: 1.0

I bought a brand new 2015 Escape from Jerry Cizek at Packey Webb Ford in Downers Grove. I chose this dealership for its big inventory of used cars, but I ended up buying a new one there, which is my own mistake. (It's 50 miles from my home and many Ford dealers are closer.) I felt comfortable with my sales rep, but as often happens, once the sale was made, the assistance ended. When I picked up my car, only one key/remote was available and they wrote me an IOU. To get my 2nd key, they have told me that I would have to make the 100 mile round trip to their service department. Yes, I chose to drive that distance to buy my car. No, I will not be driving that distance for service when another Ford dealer is 5 miles from me.It's been been three months and I don't have my key/remote. Last month, after many calls/emails, the sales rep finally agreed to arrange for me to get my key from a local dealership. I am still waiting. It's my mistake for purchasing my car at Packey Webb. They could have easily made me a happy customer, by simply making a phone call to my local dealer to arrange this. I won't make this mistake again and I'll make sure that anyone I know who is considering a new car will not either.Tim Sokley

They might have a great service department if they can't see you until two weeks in advance. First day I went in for a drive up oil change and was told it wouldn't be possible to have an oil change done. I needed to call in to set an appointment up. Couldnt do it there. So I called in and no answer, and kept calling in. I called 5 times throughout the entire from 10AM until 5 PM and never got an answer. I left a message with a receptionist at lunch and was never called back. Finally on the 6th call just before close I got through, and was told I wouldn't get in for two weeks. Who schedules oil changes two weeks in advance? So I went to local mechanic for the oil change. While there asked him to refill the ac because it wasn't working. The mechanic said it was a crack in the ac unit and needed to be seen by the dealer because I'm still under warranty. So I call Packey back and go to set up the appointment and say I'm close to mileage and Packey Service Department responded with I should drive the truck to not hit the mileage. Is this place ran by a bunch of fools or what. I need to drive to work. It's been a day and am still waiting to hear from the manager of the shop. I am going to find a different service center to help me out with the warranty claim, one that doesnt ask me to not drive my vehicle for two weeks and one that can see me with two weeks.

I had worked with the Internet buying team to schedule a test drive of a used car. When I arrived at the dealer, the car was not there. I spent two days in the showroom negotiating on price and features only to have the terms of the final agreement rewritten, not including features offered and agreed to. I'd thought we had a deal, so I brought vehicle to my mechanic to inspect. I would never have done so had we not agreed to specifics up front. Very disappointing, and needlessly costly. I thought I'd give them a try, even though their Roosevelt Road location sold and installed a part in my daughter's car that she did not need a few years ago. That makes 0 for 2! A Complete waste of time and money! I will never buy a car here. I'm still awaiting my refundable deposit....

On one of the coldest mornings of the year and to have our 2014 Ford Explorer not start was not on the agenda for the day.. The key would not turn in the ignition. I called the dealership and was given the road side assistance number. Within fifteen minutes, I had road side assistance at my front door. The mechanic was able to start the vehicle, which I drove directly to the dealership. Mark, in the service department was waiting for me and knew I needed to get to work. He provided me with a loaner vehicle and had my Explorer ready that afternoon. In the past, I have had terrible experiences at other dealerships and am still on guard about service departments. I will be a loyal customer to this dealership.

Took my 2010 Mariner in for repair of a transmission leak. Was met promptly by a service advisor who efficiently documented the issue. Since the repair was expected to be several hours, he arranged for a complimentary ride back to my home. The service advisor called me when the repair was completed and sent the Packey Webb shuttle to pick me up. Morgan (service department) and the team made my move from California to Chicago so easy and smooth. Two days after I had driven my leased 2013 Explorer from Fresno to Wheaton, I stopped by just to familiarize myself with the dealership and to notify them I was a new customer. Morgan immediately jumped into action, volunteering to perform an oil change and anything else needed after the 2300 mile trip, including a car wash. He did all of this in less than one hour, which was great since I had not planned on giving up that time for the stop. I did not discover until a week later, as I was listening to the telephone hold announcements, that Morgan is the service manager. This reassured me I had made the correct decision: the Packey Webb team is genuinely interested in serving me as a customer. I feel very comfortable with this team and will continue to use Packey Webb.

As a senior citizen, I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. I have to say that this purchase was the most satisfying that I have ever had. I requested quotes from several dealers and told them all that I would make a decision on Monday. After receving the quotes and talking to them all (including Chris and Dave at Packey Webb), I made my decision on Saturday and closed the deal with Packey Webb. Dave Gurtler, my sales person and Kevin Sponburgh in finance were simply first class. If I ever find the need to purchase anouther car, Packey Webb will be the place.

I'm really more of a MOPAR guy living in Downers Grove but needed odd sized tires for my wifes' RT. After a few hours online it looked like Sears could order a Continental tire but would not do it over the phone, I would have to come in just to order it. I kind of randomly stopped at this dealership to see if they would price match and they did. Saved me 2 trips to Oakbrook. I had my son drop the RT off on Friday and later kicked myself for forgetting to remove my stainless steel valve caps. I know every tire shop replaces valves with tires and I figured I would get a new set of plastic crap. Oh well, I was out of town and too busy to call. To make a long story short, my wife was delighted her salt encrusted SUV was now shiny clean (roads had been a mess a few days earlier) and I was thrilled my stainless steel valve caps were on the new valves. Still can't believe the tech who did the work understood and took a moment to put them back on for me. Attention to details we see makes us believe what we can't see was done right. Thanks Packey Webb!

I had purchased a used vehicle from Packey Webb in May of 2013. One month later the transmission went out. I took it back to Packey Webb for repair. The told me that they replaced my transmission with a "rebuilt transmission" with 12 mo./12,000 mile warranty and it cost me $1300.00. The service manager Mike at that time was NOT at all personable. 11 months later I stared experiencing some slipping in the transmission. I was over the warranty mileage so did not bring it in. 6 months later the transmission stopped working. I called and spoke with the present service manager Morgan who was very polite and helpful who said that "They would work with me to get me the best deal on repairing the transmission." I wanted to deal with him directly, but he wouldn't be there by the time I would arrive. He would inform Brian the asst. manager of the my issue. When I had the vehicle towed in on 12/30, unfortunately Brian was assisting another customer at that time. I stood there waiting 5 minutes while 2 other service writers, with whom I made eye contact with, stood at their kiosks doing nothing. Finally one of them Ryan asked "Are you picking up or dropping off?" Ryan's voice and demeanor were cold, and his replies short and curt when I explained my problem. Ryan said they would try to get me a diagnosis by Friday. I called on Friday and left messages in Morgan's voice mail but never heard from him. If Morgan has a short coming it is not returning calls when you ask him to on his voice mail. Due to the upcoming holiday I wasn't able to get an answer on the diagnosis for 6 days from when I dropped of the vehicle which came from Ryan not Morgan. My options were a new transmission for $4200 with a 3yr/100,000 mile warranty which would be 3-4 days. A "rebuilt" transmission for $3600 with a 12mo/12000 mile warranty, which would take 3 weeks. Or what they called a "used" which is a junk yard transmission with a 12mo/12000 mile warranty for $2700. I did not think that any of the choices were a good deal, especially that the price for a junk yard transmission had over doubled in a year and a half!! I also had to pay a $140 diagnosis fee for them to tell me the transmission was junk which I already knew and anyone could tell by trying to drive it and looking at the condition of the fluid. I chose to take the vehicle to a transmission repair shop closer to me to have them rebuild the transmission for $2000 with a 24000 mile/ 24 mo. warranty. When the transmission shop had the trans out and apart they found that it also needed a new pump and rear portion of the planetary gear. They found the transmission that Packey Webb had put in was NEVER rebuild, but instead a JUNK YARD transmission which had only been repainted. This in turn cost me a extra $450. The shop showed me the pump and gear which had excessive wear on them. I called Morgan but was sent to his voice mail where I asked him for some sort of monetary assistance seeing the transmission that Packey Webb installed earlier was not what they said it was. Again and to this day have never received any call back from Morgan! For if the transmission was rebuilt as they said I'm sure there wouldn't have been a problem with it. In the next several months I will be trading in the vehicle for a Ford pick up. I have bought several cars over the years from Packey Webb Ford and I WILL NOT be giving them any more of my business now or in the future and will let everyone I know about there untruthful and unfair practices! I plan to pass on a letter to Greg Webb on my experience with his dealerships practices. I hope others have had a better experience than I had!

We recently purchased our 2013 Ford Escape at Packey Webb. The dealership as a whole was friendly, efficient, and accommodating from the moment we entered the parking lot. I was expecting to be there for hours and debated going in another day. I am so thankful we didn't, because it was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had...and at a dealership. We got there at 5pm, knew exactly what we wanted to test drive (via website), and by 7:15pm we were driving away in our beautiful new car! We are thankful and blessed that we decided to go to Packey Webb--GREAT customer service ! And thanks Mike Schlamadinger for making our experience and purchase--special and stress free!

I bought my car at Packey Webb, and they have always been wonderful. The best thing about Packey Webb is their Service Department. No one likes to bring their car in for service, but they make it so easy, and they really take care of you. I highly recommend that whatever service you need for your car, Packey Webb is the place to take your car for this service. I always leave with a smile!

Bad Gas ~ Engine Saved from a World of Problems

I took my car in for a diagnostic because my engine light was on for a couple of days. Packey Webb found out it was bad gas. I am thankful they did, the foam gas sitting at the bottom if it was water, could have frozen in my tank and caused a lot more problems with bigger expenses. I was a bit surprised to find out the diagnostic was not complimentary., ouch $129.00 Then again, we all must get paid. My suggestions would be for your customers to accumulate points for future diagnostics or other smaller services such as oil changes etc. Packey Webb has been good to me providing extraordinary service since I started going there after my Lincoln dealer closed. Someone had to care for my Zephyr and they have!! They also like my dog, Daisy Mae who travels into the dealership with me sometimes. :).Friendly atmosphere and very busy dealer. Go Packey Webb, capitalism is not yet dead!!

I have been to many dealerships over the years, but this one definitely is the best. There is never any high pressure sales tactics when you bring your vehicle in. The service advisors tell you what needs to be done and although they also recommend some items, they will flat out tell you if you actually need it or not. At times the wait can be a bit long, but that should be expected as I have not once ever see the service department not busy.

I worked with Nick B. on finding my 2014 Ford Focus. I was also talking to other dealers to see what they could do for me, but all of them we're just trying to get me in the door. Not Nick. Nick was calm, answered my questions, and was upfront about what he could do. When I arrived at the dealership, I had my own financing. They did offer to find me a better rate, and while they probably could have, I chose to stick with my lender. Nick and I ended up working with one of the Webb brothers themselves (always a good thing to have the people who's name is on the sign helping you out in the dealership itself). We came together on a price, and I couldn't be happier with my new car. The whole process took around 2.5 hours (compared to the 3.5-4 Ive spent at past dealerships) and I was out the door. Five star rating mostly due to their ability to be upfront. They did not try to play a single game with me, or hide anything.

We went to Packey Webb Ford to test drive the 2015 Mustang GT. They are one of the very few dealers in the entire area that even had the car on the lot. After a very informative drive on a bad weather day, (with Carl, our salesman crammed in the tiny back seat!) we decided to purchase the car. Carl managed to find us the exact car we wanted, saving us the time of ordering from the factory. In a week, we had the Mustang & the deal was handled, mostly over the phone since we live almost an hour away. This was a painless experience, no high pressure, no constant phone calls and we were in & out in an hour when we went to pick up our new car. Thanks Packey Webb!

I had some remorse over a brand new car I purchased, due to a near accident that left me feeling unsafe. I came to the dealership, basically expecting the worst. I was trying to trade in a 2015 Fiesta for a 2014 Ford Escape and my credit is eh - so/so. First, everyone at this dealership were extremely professional, nicely dressed and the showroom was clean enough to eat off the floor. While I know that the desks, decor and other things aren't something I should care about (and I never did before) it just made a difference here after visiting others. I have purchased 4 cars in my lifetime and I have to say, this was the nicest and well put together showroom I've seen yet. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and while I waited, people stopped to chat. The two gentlemen in finance, Chris and Kevin were no less than stellar. They basically pulled off what I'd call a miracle and got me financed. They were professional, courteous, friendly and never made me feel like I was just a walking wallet. My sales rep was Dave G and he was outstanding. He had a lot of patience and never made me feel rushed through the process. While I waited to find out the final approval amount, he explained everything of where we were in the process. When we test drove the car, he explained many features I didn't even know about after test driving at a different dealership. When the sale was completed, he helped me clean out the old car and set up my phone on Sync. He offered for me to call when I have questions in the future as well. I simply cannot say enough about the service he provided. By far, the best I've experienced. Keith (the Business Development Manager) contacted me with a simple survey via email. Before this entire process began, I had a couple concerns I addressed with him. None of which had to deal with any of the people I mentioned here. He called me within 5 minutes of receiving the email, he took the time to talk to me and listen to what I had to say. Customer service seems to be a "lost art" to me lately, but Keith and everyone at this dealership renewed my faith that it still does exist. Overall, I felt this entire experience was amazing. I'm extremely grateful for everyone here who helped me get into my "dream" car. I would highly recommend them and it's a dealership I'd tell my family and friends about.

We were in the market for a brand new 2015 Ford Escape Titanium. I worked with salesman Abdul Mohammed. He was exceptional from start to finish. Abdul has a friendly demeanor, has great knowledge of the Ford lineup of cars and their options and pricing, and it felt like he was up front about everything. There was no back and forth haggling that makes the car buying experience so painful, stressful and frustrating. Abdul was straightforward from the beginning. Packey Webb did not have the exact vehicle I wanted on their lot, but Abdul put in the time to do a dealer locate for the car we wanted. Our car was ready for delivery exactly when Abdul said it would be. He and the entire sales staff at Packey were were very courteous and friendly. My total time spent in the dealership was less than an hour, and it was nothing but a pleasant experience. This is the 2nd car that I've purchased from Packey Webb Ford and based on my experience working with Abdul, my family and I definitely plan on going back there again for future purchases. Best Ford dealer in Chicagoland hands down.

I don't know what more anyone could ever want in an oil change. They were courteous, thorough and efficient. They even took the time to go over the report with me to let me know that everything was basically in good condition and that I had X# of miles left on the tires and X# of miles left on the brakes. Another car dealer told me that the tires needed to be replaced immediately, but the Packey Webb rep said this was not the case--there were 10,000 plus miles left. At the other car dealer where I used to get my oil changed, they were constantly trying to sell me more services and I used to say to myself "This is exactly why people don't like going to car dealers for service--when will they ever learn." It was just old school customer service. Packey Webb is new school--treat the customer right and everything else will follow from there.

I was finally able to reach the service manager, Morgan Hackett(?) on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 PM who didn't return my earlier VM regarding the theft of my window mounted GPS from under the passenger seat in my auto that was at the dealership for 2+ days last Friday. I emailed both Ryan Jallick and Matt Horeni late Friday with info on my GPS and my willingness to file a police report the next day. This has been done. I never received a response to my email, and the inability to leave a VM many times for Ryan, service writer on Tuesday and Wednesday. Morgan said he replied to my email over the past weekend, but I never received a response. Note, Matt Horeni was extremely helpful. I discussed what action Morgan has taken, e.g. locking vehicles in your ungated parking lot, etc. And, what will the dealership due to replace the GPS--waiting for a response from Morgan as of Thursday , October 2, 2014. I vote with my $ and will consider the outcome carefully when I replace my 2001 Ford Focus next year, and subsequent service visits to your dealership

My review is based purely on their service department. I had to take my 2011 Ford Explorer in to get an oil change and to get the garage door opener built into the visor fixed. On the first appointment they never even looked at the visor because they ran out of time, they just assumed they need to replace the entire visor. I was promised a replacement part in a day or so, instead it took 1.5 weeks, and then another 3-4 days to get an available appointment. Next when I dropped off my truck the second time, I used their complementary shuttle to get to work. Once the repair was completed, I asked to be picked back up and taken back to the dealer. I called three times asking where the driver was at and kept being promised it wouldn't take too much longer. After an hour and a half of waiting, I finally just walked 1.5 miles to the dealer. What do I find once a get there? The shuttle vehicle just sitting there. I complained to the service representative, Ken, and he had nothing but excuses. He is there by himself, they don't have enough drivers, owner won't do anything about this, blah blah blah. His attitude showed that he didn't care on the phone nor in person. This attitude seems the same anytime I call the service department. Skip this dealer at all costs.

The Service techs were fast & consistent in their work toward the customer's vehicle. Always advising the customer of current or possible future needs. All these were fully explained along with potential cost of repair(s). I would recommend this dealership to all who ask for recommendations. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the young men who cleaned the vehicle before returning it to the owner. On this date they lived up to all expectations. Thank you!!!

I have bought 2 brand new Fords in the last 4 years. Both times I have purchased an extended warranty program to cover maintainence and minor repairs on my vehicles. With my older one, I was on my last covered visit and spoke with the service manager about what was going to be taken care of. He informed me that the brakes would be replace, and covered by my warranty. Pretty happy with this news I took it to Packey Webb to have the work done. Upone dropping of my car the service rep rudely told me that they would not be covering my brakes, and that he didn't believe what the other service rep had told me. It just so happens that this individual was off that day. So, after hours of sitting around arguing, I had to settle for just a basic maintainence stop. Just another example of a shady dealership.

On paper the truck looked like just what I wanted. Before I took the hour drive up to the dealership, I called and emailed repeatedly to double check. "E-Commerce Representative" Heather assured me that she checked out the truck and it was rust free and a non-smoker. When I got to the dealer, the salesman says there's a problem, the truck is at their Wheaton lot. And it's their plow truck. So Heather "checked out the truck" and yet did not notice the plow? And did she "check on the truck" in Wheaton and forget to tell me it was there? Or did she just tell me what I wanted to hear to get me in the door to sell me anything they had on hand? There are plenty of other dealerships. Do not do business with Packey Webb.

Bad Lease and constant changing terms

DJG on 08/24/2013

Customer Service: 2.0 Buying Process: 1.0

I leased a car through this dealer. There were constant changing terms. I went in to fill a credit ap and appraise my car. They appraised my car and quoted me a lease payment only to find out that they did not want to stand by those terms. They tried to raise the payment. Then we settled on the original. When they appraised my car I had a payment processing for my current car and the salesperson told me I would get that back from the loan company. Unfortunately after I signed initial lease agreements they took me to the finance guy where he showed me the payoff of my car. I assumed that they would stand by the initial appraisal. How ever they did not and shorted my appraisal $359. They also had contracts on a computer and could not see and they told us to sign thinking we were signing for the lease however we were signing waivers which we were not shown. Also they said the additional miles over 10,500 would be .15 however after he printed up the documents on the computer and I was able to read it and it said .20 mile. They also showed us a document in the store of damage the car could receive and we would not be responsible however the fine print contradicts this. Awful experience and it feels these tactics might be illegal. Why do car dealers not have go through licensing like financial advisors and realtors. They are selling expensive items and they can pretty much do anything they want. Never had a dealer do the trickery this dealership did. Completely dishonest.

Packey Webb Ford tried to steal the $500.00 deposit for a car NOT delivered. They lied about having the car I wanted. They told me it was on their lot and all I had to do was come down and get it. When I arrived, the car was not there, and they said, they could get it because it was at another dealer and it would not be a problem. I was told all I had to do was put down $500.00 cash and that would show good faith on my part and they would have the car on their lot in a couple of days. They could not get the car it somehow went away and they could not find it. I had to show them I was very willing to go to court and then with great fuss and grumbling and berating, then I got my money back.

I was looking for a late model used Ford Focus for my son because I thought a new one would be too expensive. The dealership was very helpful in showing us both used and new options. With the low price, incentives, warranty, free maintenance offer and the insurance savings, I bought a new Focus for less than what a used one would have cost. Kevin in the finance office was extremely helpful in setting my son up with a loan so he can establish credit for himself. Mike, our salesman, was patient and helpful in showing my son how to work all of the new technology in the car. I don't normally enjoy the car buying experience, but this time I did. Thanks!

I would never buy another car from Packey Webb again. I was looking for a small suv for my 17 year old daughter to get to work and college. Decided to look at a dealer and spend a little more money than I wanted so I could get a more dependable car for her. Bought a 2005 Ford Escape on Saturday. My daughter drove it twice and only owned it for 3 days when it decided to break down and leave her stranded. We brought it back to the dealer to have them look at it. They knew we only had it for 3 days and didn't want to cut us a break on the repairs. They ended up only charging us for the part and not the labor. $1300.00 for a part really? Talked to the used car manager and the service department manager and we were told that there was nothing else they could do for us. I feel that they sold us an suv that was ready to break and that they should have fixed it for free. Even if they would have offered to pay for half of the part I would have been satisfied. If you buy an suv from a dealer that they said they checked out and did some repairs on it.......you would think that it would last more than 3 days!

I ordered and purchased a 2012 F-150 from this dealer. When they put my accesories on, they scratched the paint in a couple of spots. They put window vents and weather tech floor mats in which I did not order and was stuck with. So they say, they sealed my paint but don't think they did. After a month of owning this truck, I had paint bubbling and peeling and took it back here. After 15 days and 3 trips to their body shop, the roof looked worse than before. I was told this was the best that could be done and there was no more they could do. My salesman T.J. Orlicz told me to just drop a match in the gas tank and all my problems would be solved. Now the paint peeling is worse, and the caulk lines on the roof are tacky and not even the same color as the rest of the truck. Anything that has fallen on the roof in those caulk lines is now stuck in there. Their body shop said he won't even touch the truck. I contacted Ford and they won't help either. Is this is what $50,000 buys you today? My truck is 4 months old and I have bare metal on two of my doors. I have tried calling and can't get a hold of anybody and nobody will return phone calls either. I would highly recommend you stay away from this dealer because they will sell you a vehicle but don't want to service them. If you have a 2010 to 2012 F-150, you better check your paint in all door seams, the tailgate, the bed, and under the hood.

I contacted Packey Webb using the IM chat. After couple minutes I was asked for my phone # to make the process easier. After talking over the phone and double checking that the info on the website was correct, I was invited to check the car by myself. I was told "the car is available and ready for you to test drive". Two hours later I was at the dealer. When I got there, the car wasn't there. One of the managers was using it and won't be back till the next day. The web ad said it was 15 miles new car but 2 hours later the car was more than 2,500 miles, was a demo, and wasn't there. I can't deal with people that is taking you for a ride and trying to deceive you. So my experience at this dealer was very poor.

Went to Packey Webb in search of a 2012 Ford Mustang V8. Walked into the dealer and was greated politely and was shown to a salesman's desk. Found out they dont have any V8 Mustangs in stock. Decided to show me a V6. Went out to look at one, salesman forgot the key. I waited for a decent 10 to 15 minutes so have a different salesman come to the door of the building and yell over the parking lot distance that he unlocked the car for me and that the original salesman will be back shortly. I got inside the vehicle and took a look around it, then waited some more for the salesman to come back. Then decided to walk the lot and see what else was available. About 30-40 minutes have gone by and no one has returned to help me. I decided to walk toward my car to leave and saw the staff buying lunch from a delivery truck. I walked by them and no one acknowledged me. Decided at that point that they dont deserve my money. Got in my vehicle and left. Exactly why I'll be buying from a Japanese or German automaker from now on. The customer service at those dealers is at par with the quality of their vehicles, UNLIKE this dealership.

I said I was interested in buying a used car but wanted one that was very clean and when the salesman took down my information and called me back he kept trying to sell me the continental I told him I was not interested in. My experience with dealership was horrible. I went in there to look at a used car and took it for a test drive and did like the car but still had some shopping around to do as this was the first vehicle I looked at. Bill witt was my salesperson and he asked if I would like to put 500.00 down to hold the vehicle until I made a decision and I agreed but I was very specific about the fact that I still was undecided and asked about the policy if I changed my mind and about getting a refund and he said that wouldn't be a problem. I also asked if I would be able to just phone in my decision to cancel because this dealership was about 45 mins from my home and he said that "could be worked out" as well. So I ended up deciding against purchasing a car from Packey Webb and phone Bill on the date that I specified that I would call him and again he said no problem. Well a week goes by and no refund so I call Bill again and he now has changed his tune. He now says that I agreed to buy the vehicle and wouldn't be recieving a refund after all. so they think it is ok to keep my 500.00 for test driving a car at their dealership. I would be very careful dealing with a dealership that has these kind of policies and manipulations!!
