I was barely out of my car when a saleman approached me and asked what I was hunting for. I told him what type of vehicle I was interested in. He looked up his inventory and discovered he didn't have one on the lot. He said he would speak with a manager and see if one could be obtained. I waited for about 15 minutes and he finally came back and asked me again what I was hunting for. He said he'd be right back after he checked with a manager. After another extensive wait he came back and said they would be able to get one in just a few days and call me back. I waited a week and followed up a call to Oliver, the salesman. He said he would call me back that evening. Again, never heard anything. Called Oxmoor Toyota and askd to speak to a manager, none was available at that time, but was told a manager would call be back in just a little while. It's been days and I have never heard back from anyone.

Just bought a newer vehicle for the first time, being a 19 year old it was a big decision to make to take on a new car payment. However as stressful a situation I was dealing with a great group of guys who were willing to cooperate and understand that college students aren't always in the most financially stable situations. That said, they did what they could to help and I ended up very happy with an awesome vehicle to drive. My salesman was a man named Bobby, great salesman and even greater guy. Made the process quick and easy! All around great place!

I test-drove a used Scion FR-S at Oxmoor Toyota. I had barely stepped out of my car when I was approached by a salesman. This was fine, and I was initially pleased by the prompt service. "Prompt" quickly became "rushed," though. It wasn't 30 seconds before he had asked for my drivers' license and pushed the keys of the car into my hand, before I had even had a chance to ask any questions about the car. I test-drove the car and liked it, but didn't love it, and thought the price was a little high (New ones were just a few thousand dollars more.) I also couldn't make a purchase that day, as I did not yet know how much money I would be receiving in payment from the insurance company for my former car. When I told the salesman that, he said, "well, it'll be gone tomorrow," brusquely took the keys from me, and drove the car away. I then went into the lobby, where the finance manager proceeded to treat me like a small child who couldn't do math. I had calculated payment and interest rate based on the internet price of the vehicle and my excellent credit rating, but he ignored these and calculated the full price of the vehicle and a high interest rate, based (I suppose) on my appearance as a young woman. He treated me like I was stupid. I left, and the salesman has been calling me and leaving me voicemails to come back in, but won't leave a message telling me why, or what he has to offer. After being treated like a dollar sign, I'm not interested.

Not Customer Friendly

When I was interested in buying another car, I found one at their lot and emailed them trying to get more information about the vehicle. I requested interior pictures of the car and had a few other questions. Since I live about an 1 1/2 away, I figured I would find out as much about the car as I could before I drove that far to look at it, test drive it, or even buy it! Someone responded within the same day, but told me since it was raining they would send me pictures as soon as it stopped raining. I did not receive pictures for the next 3 days, so I emailed again requesting the same information and it took another few days before I got a response with very little information that I had requested. I did not find them to be very customer friendly or eager to help me find a car.

My experience at Oxmoor Toyota was excellent! I found what I wanted to test drive online & emailed ahead of time, my email was returned immediately. When I arrived the vehicle was ready & waiting for me. Scott Terry was my sales consultant, he was very patient with me! I had been to several dealerships before ending up at Oxmoor Toyota. Scott treated me like an individual wanting to purchase a vehicle. The other dealerships treated me like old lady that could be disregarded. I love my Toyota Camry, Thank you Scott!

Thomas B. Heitler is exceptional at his job and made the buying experience amazing for our entire family. We appreciate Tom and will refer others to him. My sister plans on purchasing a future vehicle from Tom even though she lives out of state. We were that impressed with Tom and his professional, courteous and exemplary salesmanship. We will never go to any other car dealership as long as he is there. The 2014, black, Toyota Camry LE is beautiful. Our mother is very happy with it and so are her adult daughters. Calling the internet dept. was worth it. Ask for Tom! Thanks again Tom! Juanita's oldest daughter, Linda

I cannot say enough nice things about Erin, my Sales Consultant. She actually listed to me, worked with us and got the Camry and financing we asked for. There was not hours of back and forth, just pick out the car, got the best price and financing and drove off in our new Camry. It was easy and we felt no pressure. We will be back! Thank you Erin and Oxmoor Toyota.

I looked at 3 local Toyota dealers before buying at Oxmoor. Their pricing was straightforward and they always gave the out the door price that asked for. I actually enjoyed my experience- as I had done most of my paperwork online and only spent about an hour at the dealership. No other Toyota dealership in Louisville/Clarksville seemed to be able to answer my basic questions, give me online pricing, or just follow upOxmoor did and earned my business.

.I recently bought a new Highlander through them. The experience was not in the slightest degree what I anticipated. It was laid back, I was dealt with well and I feel I got a reasonable deal without the pressure I anticipated. They were a joy to work with. I hope I don't need to get another car for a while. But on the off chance that I do, I wouldn't hesitate coming back to Oxmoor Toyota

I wasn't sure what car I wanted to get. I went to the good folks over at Oxmoor Toyota, Scion and they made the process so easy and straightforward for me. There was no pressure and I got many quotes on different vehicles before I at long last settled on my decision! I am extremely happy with my buy and how the transaction process occurred. I would profoundly recommend you buy your next vehicle through them!

I actually bought a car online without a hassle-- not from Oxmoor anyway. I was going to Indiana to buy, but the Clarksville Toyota dealership neglected to tell me that as a Kentucky resident, I pay higher Indiana taxes when I buy there. I emailed Oxmoor, they beat the other deal, and got me on the road with a couple of hours. Painless! Thanks Oxmoor Toyota!

I sent a quote request to 3 dealers in town, only Oxmoor Toyota sent me pics and prices of 3 models, but also videos as well. I love dealing with Brittany as she answered all of my questions, right down to having the Camry I wanted priced and finance before I came in. I came in to inspect the car, spent 20 minutes signing paperwork, and drove home in my new Camry with no surprises! Toyota also give 2 years of free maintenance-- no brainer.

I had negotiated a deal on a prius a few days ago which was fair. I told them I couldn't make any deal without my wife's input and we'd be back. In the meantime I found out from a friend a dealer from my hometown were advertising some pretty great specials. So I called and talked to them, and their special was only slightly better than what I had negotiated at Oxmoor. So we made the decision to go back to oxmoor to buy the car. My wife beat me to the dealership by about 10 minutes, and could not get a salesperson to talk to her. When one finally did, he treated her like she was a waste of his time. As a side note, she has an excellent job and is more than capable of buying a car. So after I finally arrive with our 18 month old son, we pick the one we liked and head inside to deal. They put us in an enclosed room so my son can't run free which was nice. We let them know our final terms, which was just barely off what I had negotiated just a few days prior. The salesman leaves for a few minutes and comes back with a counter over $3000 higher. We were taken aback and kindly explained the deal we had already negotiated. He huffed a little and left again. We sat for a while, and after at least 15 minutes, my wife noticed he was standing outside with other guys who were waiting on walk up customers. He had given up on the deal and didn't bother to tell us. He left us in the little room to sit for no reason. We packed up our stuff and started heading out. On our way out the manager made a few snide remarks unprovoked as we had no clue who he was. It was a terrible experience. I have bought 3 brand new Toyotas in the last 7 years and the prius will be my 4th, but it will not be from oxmoor.

I had a young ex-serviceman as a salesman, who new his product and was very cordial and enjoyable. He made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to, being a veteran myself. I thank him for his service. This guy is a great young man. The process was mostly fair and respectful. Unfortunately, the overall feeling was somewhat arrogant from the general sales staff and management, kind of intimidating. The salesman had to give me 2.00 for a coke! Maybe they should be treated more respectfully by their employer than to have them put out of pocket money for a drink! Seems like no matter how much homework I do, I always pay more than I think is fair!!!

I was there today, 5/28. I found a Camry I liked but it was the wrong color. Salesperson said he could get us the color we wanted. Being that I was there during lunch I told him, "there are 100's of Camry's within 30 miles from here. Call me with your best price and if it is the lowest, I will but it from you." He replied, "sounds good. You will hear from me by 5 pm." Well. I never heard back! I guess they just dont want my business! I decided to leave the guys name, despite having his card, off of this email. Very poor follow through!

Have bought 2013 T. FJ CRUISER from Oxmoor Toyota/Scion. That was our the worst experience in buying cars for export distantly for the last couple years. A total lack of normal customer service, absolutely irresponsible front desk people as well as a sales rep, neglect to the ppwk/titlework preparation, almost never reachable, never calling back, unreachable management (except Patrick O'Donnell - thank you very much..). Their "customer service" had totally ended when they rcvd the funds... The sales rep is an absolutely irresponsible and lying person, neglect to his duties. It's still going on... hope, it will end very soon. We would never deal with Oxmoor Toyota anymore and we don't recommend this dealer to anybody. TOYOTA, WAKE UP!

I contacted all of the area Toyota dealers and asked for no calls and their best out the door price on a specific Camry. Both Swope and Wyler Toyota in Clarksville never gave me a quote, and both called me. Oxmoor Toyota sent me a video of the car that I wanted, and their best, out the door price. They actually read my email. Sold! Lance Alm, the Internet Manager made sure everything went smoothly with no surprises. Thanks guys!

Customer Service: 1.0

I was very interested in a car I had seen online. I contacted the dealer via 'dealer chat' the representative I spoke with said she would contact me back regarding my questions about this vehicle I was interested in. 4 days passed and I had not heard anything. I had then sent 2 emails and received emails in return saying thanks for my interested and so on. A month later I still have not heard anything from the dealership. Needless to say I now will be going somewhere else because they could not even assist me with my questions or keep their word and contact me back when they said they would. You would think a company selling cars would contact a client who expressed her interest in a particular vehicle that had been posted on the online website.

Took my vehicle in for service after receiving a recall notice in the mail. When making the appointment AND dropping off the car I made it very clear I was only there for the recall. The recall notice was very clear the work would be done at no cost to me. Dealer charged me for labor despite being reimbursed by Toyota HQ for this work. Filed a complaint with Toyota and got my money back. I wonder how many other people have been "accidentally" charged like this.

Customer Service: 1.0 Buying Process: 1.0

Bottomline: This dealer told me I was tax exempt, reassured me several times not to worry, I was tax exempt being active duty military. They told me I would not pay taxes when registrating the car. I told them I did not think this was true but they continued to reassure me they knew this business. So I signed the contract and brought the car. When I went to register the truck I was ask for the sales tax on the vehicle...1800.00. I immediately called Oxmoor Toyota of Louisville who told me "no you are not tax exempt..no sure who told you that". I visited the dealership the next day and we both agreed the contract was void due to this and I would return the truck. They agreed due to the salesman admitting he told me this no less than 7 times and that his supervisor had told him I was tax exempt. They ask me to give them 24 hrs to see if they could work things out. I called the next day to see if they would have my down payment waiting when I returned the truck and than I was told the contract was valid and I would have to pay the taxes because they would not take the truck back. I tried to remind them of the agreement we had the day before and the guy just continued to talk over me and not listen to anything I had to say. Like he was trying to bully me into paying the taxes. I told him he could talk to my attorney and I would sue them. DO NOT TRUST this dealership. They will tell you anything to sell a car. I do not fault the salesman he told the truth about the situation. The management knew they had not been truthful but refused to do the right thing. The way I see it is if this dealership would lie to a veteran they will lie to anyone.

So unprofessional, the receptionist was calling back and forth to get someone to come and speak with us. After WAITING, yet again, the sales rep comes over and is very un-enthusiacstic. And then there's the finance department.... Pittman (Mr. bow-tie) I think his name was said I didn't "Look" like I made enough. I am so disgusted. I will never do business with them again!

I was internet buying. I had sent several inquiries. My first response was Oxmoor of Louisville. I recieved emaild from Kevin Hayden and he called me and left me a message for the 2010 Toyota Camry that only had 14,616 mies on it. I arrived at Oxmoor on June 13, 2013 to test drive the vehicle. I was impressed because it was seating in the showroom and it was a certified vehicle with a warranty. I had the best experience from the time I sat down in the facility and during negotations of the payment. I hadn't planned on driving away that day. Now I am a first time Toyota Camry owner. I'm excited about my almost new vehicle. I would recommend Oxmoor of Louisville because they take care of you within your best interest.

We saw a used car online at Oxmoor that interested us enough to make the drive from Cincinnati. We spoke in advance with a person from the dealership, and set up an appointment to see the vehicle. After a bit of a drive down, when we arrived the salesperson was right there to welcome us and had the vehicle warmed and waiting for us! Unfortunately, the vehicle was missing a key feature for us (automatic transmission) that I didn't think to ask about over the phone, as such we couldn't even test drive the vehicle. Our salesperson was tremendously wonderful - he made sure the ad would be updated to reflect the transmission status (so no one else would make a trip for no reason) - he found another vehicle for us to look at and test drive, even thought it was not exactly what we were looking for, and ultimately he paid for our tank of gas for our return trip to Cincinnati. If the car had been an automatic - I would have bought in a heartbeat from Oxmoor, as they seemed to be really working hard to make a positive customer service experience.

When we got to that appointment we were not even able to get passed the first salesman to get to the 'internet sales desk' which we were told to go to. Of couse after we waited for a while we were told that the vehicle had already been sold. IT WAS SOLD SUPPOSEDLY A WEEK BEFORE WE CALLED even though we were told it was still available. This is the second time I have tried to get a car at this dealership - NO MORE. I will never be back - and beware if you want to buy a used car - they do not tell the truth!

I arrived ahead of the appointment time to find that they had already sold the car the night before but didn't bother to tell me this. In addition, I felt as if I was treated as a second-class citizen because I was looking for a vehicle on the "economy lot". They didn't even offer to show me any other vehicle or take any time to find out what my needs were. I for one will not be back to this dealership.
