I just wanted to give a shout out to Ourisman Honda of Laurel and Anthony Daveinport. My husband and I purchased our new 2017 Honda Accord back in September. Anthony made the purchase smooth and easy. He was very friendly and helpful. Now 2 months after the purchase I have reached out with a few questions regarding maybe adding a few things to our vehicle such as a remote start and I received a very quick response with all my questions answered. I had an awesome experience here! As a first-time car buyer, I was, of course, full of questions. Both Anthony Davenport and Robert Mil were more helpful than I could have ever imagined. Always responsive to emails and willing to answer any questions I had, Anthony and Robert went above and beyond to make me feel both comfortable and prepared. It was such an easy and FAST process something I never thought I would say when it came to buying a car. Best part? I came out with a brand new 2016 Honda CR-V EX that I absolutely love. I happened to walk into your Laurel VW showroom...upon entry, I was warmly greeted by Goldie, formally known as Bill Goldsmith. And what happened from there was one of the best customer service experiences of my life! Goldie helped me find the perfect car for my son...and then Mohammad worked out the numbers to find me a match that was suitable for my budget...finally, Joe put it all together and the deal was sealed! Goldie walked me around the showroom and into the service area so that I could meet everyone. Ron jumped from his chair to welcome me to the family. The staff was full of smiles and warm welcomes...not to mention that the facility was absolutely impeccable.The car was delivered to my home by Jordan and a thank you email came from Goldie minutes later. This morning, my first phone call was from Goldie just to check and see how happy we were!My sincerest appreciation goes to this team...along with a huge round of applause. They're amazing! The experience I had at Ourisman Laurel was the best car experience I ever had. I initially went in to see about saving my 2005 Honda CRV, but, with the assistance of Brandon Hickson-Hamilton and Debbie Lewis, I ended up with a new Honda FIT 2016!! The salesman, Brandon Hickson-Hamilton, met me with a bright smile and an extremely helpful attitude. He listened carefully about my concerns (about a new car payment), patiently showed me the two styles I thought I wanted yet surprised me with me by showing Honda FIT 2016. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles which blew me away!! From collecting my information to the end of the sale, his famous words were "It will be fine!!" as he expertly handled the transaction. For the past two days, I have been in hog's heaven with the car. Debbie Lewis, in finance, was a dream to work with. She patiently shared her vast knowledge about financing, which allowed me to buy the car. Both Brandon and Debbie exude such a positive, caring, and warm energy,(which is rare to find these days). Both thoroughly explained all terms carefully, and didn't hesitate to repeat answers to my questions. I will definitely steer my friends to Ourisman Laurel, where customer service is supreme, and the customer gets more than I bargained for!!

After shopping around at several Honda dealers, and having a fairly negative experience at one in particular, it was a breath of fresh air to come to Ourisman Honda of Laurel. Laura was kind, attentive, professional, and very helpful and knowledgable from the first hello to the final handshake. Everyone stayed over 1.5 hours after closing to finalize our sale so that we could leave the lot with our new car that night. We chose to buy our new Civic there specifically because of the level of service we experienced.

It was the huge American Flag flying out front that brought us into Ourisman Honda of Laurel, but it was the salesman, Anthony Davenport who helped us make up our mind to purchase our brand new 2017 Honda Accord Sport SE. We had gone out to just begin looking at new vehicles when wandering through the lot one vehicle caught our eye. We went inside to talk to someone and get more information. Anthony was both friendly and informative. He answered all of our questions and filled us on details we didn't even think to ask about. One of the things we liked best about Anthony was he was NOT pushy at all. He told us all about the car we were interested in and then asked if we wanted to see any others. When we said, no we liked what we were looking at, he did not waste our time trying to show us other more expensive models. He listened to what we wanted, listened to our payment range and I believe he helped get a deal we were all happy with. After the purchase was complete, he made sure we had his contact information and told us to feel free to contact him if we had any additional questions. We did have a few questions and when we emailed him, we got a quick response, the sale was done, but he was still there for us. I would most definitely recommend both Ourisman Honda of Laurel and Anthony Davenport.

I just purchased a new HR-V from this dealership. Jay Rivera was my salesman. I hate buying cars as I always feel pressured and hounded by the salesman. Jay Rivera was exactly the opposite. When I told him what my price range was he came back immediately with what he could do. He took me out while I test drove two vehicles and didn't rush me. He checked in on me when I went to other dealers but was never pushy. He was low-key and low-stress and I appreciated that.I will recommend this dealership and Jay in particular to my friends and family that are looking to purchase a vehicle.

I was searching the internet for a vacation vehicle, a van of some sort. After putting in my info I received quite a few emails form various dealerships, I choose ourisman Honda of Laurel. I made an appointment with Anthony D. and after speaking with him I was so comfortable with the phone conversation that we made an appointment for me to come in. It was a Saturday, I had so much to do that day but since I promised to go I went, Anthony D. met me at the door and got the keys and took me for a test drive, while we were test driving he was explaining all the features of the vehicle, when we got back I was so impressed with everything that I signed the papers and got my new Honda Odyssey 2016. I love my new van and I would definitely recommend Ourisman Honda of Laurel and Anthony D. I did not go to purchase a new vehicle but after talking to Anthony I was glad I did. I recently was faced with the challenging task of buying a new car. After a lousy first experience of buying a car from a dealer I was a bit apprehensive this time. However, I had an amazing car buying experience at Ourisman Honda of Laurel. The interaction I had with Mr. Anthony (sales manager) made the experience tremendously easy. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions patiently. We were able to negotiate a good price for the car with him. I worked with Brandon Hickson-Hamilton to purchase a new Honda Civic 2016 EX. I came in to the dealership already having a car picked out - as I did most everything over email. It was a completely painless buying experience. When I came into the dealership, Brandon guided me through the paperwork incredibly quickly and we were well on our way. I had driven the car I was looking into previously (though a slightly different version). Brandon made sure that I was set up before I left the dealership with my phone connected to the car and that I had a good understanding of all of the new features and controls. This all took place after the sale had already taken place - I certainly appreciate all of the additional assistance and I would recommend dealing with Brandon Hickson-Hamilton, personally.The dealership was very nice, there was plenty of parking, it was bright, and it was clean. The price on the car was pretty good too. I have only good things to say about this dealership.

We went to a dealership in Ellicot city, MD which I didn't have a good experience a day after we went to this dealership Emmanuel Osei welcomed us even before we step in to the dealership. We worked with him and got a good price , the buying process was a bit long however we could get the exact color and trim even though they didn't have it in the lot. I brought a Honda Pilot from this dealership. When I arrived, I was unsure what vehicle I wanted to purchase. The sales associate Brandon Hickson-Hamilton was reassuring that I could test every vehicle Honda or Volkswagen. He asked questions to aid in figuring out the vehicle that would best fit my needs. He was relaxed and understanding to my family needs. He helped us compare vehicles and various features that we would be interested in. One thing I appreciated was, he didn't push the most expensive vehicle and focused on my needs. It's rare to find a salesman who is not focused on making the sale but on you as the consumer. This made buying a vehicle less stressful.

But, Laurel Honda actually made the whole process pretty painless, and I felt like I got tto really good deal. JJ and Michelle worked with me to find the kind of car I was looking for, within my price range, without ever pushing something that I didn't want or could not afford. When it came to the paperwork (the most torturous part for me), Walter was not only efficient, but pleasant, friendly and interesting. Stanley Brooks was an amazing salesman. He really fought so that the car we wanted, we could have at the price we set. He took his time, despite the cold and the rain, to show us each and every car that we we were interested in and answered all of our questions. Once we got to finance , we had the blessing of meeting with Debbie Lewis, who took the pains of explaining each and every aspect of our contract with us so that we were comfortable with it. She answered all of our questions, and didn't mind going into depth on policies, insurance and even the best way to get a good interest rate on our loan.

My son in law and I went car shopping for the Grandbaby mobile so that my newly retired wife would have a car while she looked after their four month old son. We had done quite a bit of online surveying of prices and car deals available in our area. On a particular Sat, we started out our car buying adventure by going to one local dealership which we had purchased a Honda Civic from years ago. However with all of our information, the sales person told us that they did not believe the emails and deal descriptions that we were given by other dealerships and they literally refused to even talk to us about purchasing a Honda CRV from them. So we came to Ourisman, We had been in contact with salesman Ramon Hart earlier in the morning and my wife and I had purchased several VW from them..When we got to Ourisman, Ramon met with us and we told him of our experiences and we showed him our emails and other pertinent information that we had received and without question he said that Ourisman would love to work with us and we ended up with a very good deal, even better than any of the deals we had in hand. Ramon brought honesty, integrity, and professionalism back to Car buying. I bring this up because many car buyers today do not use these three adjectives in describing their car buying experience. From here on out, Ourisman will be our only choice. Speaking for my son-in law, wife, daughter, we thank Ramon for helping us and when I went back yesterday for the new tags it was like meeting an old friend.

My husband and I have been VW owners for over 20 years now. I recently have been driving the GTI Autobahn and absolutely love the vehicle. About two weeks ago I received a phone call from Sales Consultant Chad Yingling at Ourisman in Laurel , in regards to our Leased GTI. He was very polite and very well knowledgeable on the New 2015/16 GTIs as well as the incentives VW was currently running. After talking it over with my husband we decided to stop in to see Chad. Issac the Sales Manager has always been a great help as well , and its nice to see he has such Sales Consultants like Chad on his Team. After a Test drive and working out new Lease numbers I has able to drive home in a brand new 2016 GTI. They truly make the buying experience hassle free and fun. I always talk highly of Ourisman and their true professionalism from Sales to Service. I would recommend anyone to stop in and see Chad and Issac , even if you don't own a VW. You will leave well taken care of and to me and my Family that's what matters most when purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you again Ourisman.

I first met Ramon Hart in early 2015 while doing information gathering for the purchase of a new CRV. I was so impressed with his knowledge and expertise, I held on to his business card and asked specifically for him when I returned months later, ready to purchase. After dealing with Ramon Hart at Ourisman Honda, I will not purchase from any other dealer. Ramon's professionalism, integrity, and knowledge of Honda vehicles is exemplary. Everything was laid out for our sales rep that I only had a certain amount of funds and wasn't planning on buying a car today but wanted to see if I would be approved for financing for future options. Knowing this, the rep sat me and my family down and went through some paper work, asking a few simple questions here and there. The rep then chooses a car for me to test drive that is way over the price range that I had set previously and gives me wrong information on the vehicle as well. After the completely random test drive is over, we go back inside and the rep fixes a price and tries to pressure me into signing to buy the car without even asking if I was interested in buying this car in specific and with the knowledge that I had no intentions of leaving the lot with a car. Once my family and I try to reexplain my situation, the rep rudely acts as though we wasted his time today and that we were a burden to give any information to. With this said and done, I will never be buying a car from this dealership as the reps mood quickly turned sour after he realized he would not be making a sale through me today. The staff made my family and I very upset and very uncomfortable.

They were patient and pleasant. It made car buying pleasurable, guess what, I went in for oil change for my 2013 Pilot, left with 2 cars, 2015 Pilot & 2015 Accord. My wife loved her car and my sons had fun looking around at the cars in the showroom. Don Little was extremely helpful in finding me the best car for the money, he was professional, and a pleasure to work with. Tyrone Cypress got me the best interest rate and sold me the service plan I needed, not the most expensive. He also helped me get a substantial discount through BMW USA. Though the process took a little longer than I'd like, I did drive out the same day, with the deal completed. I'm very pleased with my used 2010 335i xdrive AWD sedan. I never bought a car before so I was not really sure what to expect from the experience other than the pop culture references to sleazy and high pressure car salesmen. Luckily, working with Ramon Hart was the complete opposite of what I had braced myself for. Of course, I did not have a pressing need to purchase a new car immediately so if Ramon was not pleasant to work with then I would have just left and went elsewhere. Ramon was calm, laid back while not giving any sign of apathy, knowledgeable, and engaged all while listening to what I was looking for and answering my many questions. That was exactly what I always look for when working with sales associates and vendors but, unfortunately, do not always get. I am sure Ramon wanted to make a sale but he also seemed genuinely interested in making sure I got the car I wanted and with the options I needed. Even after the car was purchased, Ramon followed up by phone and a very nice email to make sure the car was what I expected and to see if I had any questions. As expected, my brand new Honda CRV is fantastic and I love it! After some casual research, I knew the CRV was the car for me but finding the right person to make the purchase from was very important to me especially with a big purchase like a car. My husband will definitely seek Ramon out when it is time to replace his Volvo in a couple of years. Keep in touch with us and a big thank you, Ramon!

When I arrived I was greeted by Ramon Hart, whom is calm and soft spoken, but knew his stuff and a very genuine person. I was specifically looking for a Honda Civic Coupe, but after seeing them in person I decided against them and went for the sedan. But Ramon, was calm and helpful in telling me about all of the lovely features the Civic has and the differences between LX, EX, and EX-L. I went to for the most cost effective for my budget. We sat down to talk about the car and the terms of buying the car we were joined by Julius Green. Who is outspoken and gregarious, seemed to be an effective leader as a sales manager. The experience of buying this car was not what I expected. I was expecting to get taken advantage of because I was a single female, but I really feel like they tried to help me as much as they possibly could and were honest with me. Once it came to financing the vehicle, I worked with Tyrone Cypress. Who I felt should be a lawyer. He was thorough, direct and made you really think of what your answer would be. But at the same time I really felt like he was extremely helpful and honest as well. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed buying my first new car from Ourismans Honda of Laurel. I will without doubts recommend all friends and individuals that just complement me on my car to them. I went to the Ourisman Honda about 5-6 months ago looking to trade in a car that my parents had brought for me. Unfortunately, they did not get a good deal on that vehicle and it still had a balance left on it. I was looking to buy my own car since that car wasnt in my name and not helping my credit. Anthony D was nice enough to tell me even as a first time buyer, my credit was well enough to get a car without a trade in and to attempt to buy a car on my own. Recently I visited the Ourisman Automotive Group in Laurel, MD with my college-age son and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Anthony Davenport. He was informative, pleasant and patient. (he answered a million questions) and never once became frustrated. He showed us around and we test drove 2 different vehicles. After my son made his decision he stayed with us and helped us with all the paperwork and even gave my son some good advice. Let me preface this review by saying that I am only giving Ourisman Automotive of Laurel Honda Service Center a 1 because there was no lower option. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of professionalism, thoroughness, and knowledge of the employees in the Honda Service Center. Mike Spears, a service technician, and Ed Weedman, the General Manager, were patronizing and just down right rude. I understand when people have a job to do and that they should be paid for their services. That said, it is just poor business practice to charge a customer (and a first time customer at that) money on a job that 1. I did not authorize and 2. I was not even given an estimate for prior to the work being done. While on the phone questioning this, I was told that I am out of line for suggesting that the workers should not charge me and that if I "went to a doctor and then went somewhere else too, I would pay them." Not only that, but the quote they are now giving me is nearly three times as much as the work at any other automotive repair place. Both of the phone calls ended with me being hung up on. Never will I ever return back to Ourisman Automotive. Ever.

Robert Davis was recommended to me by one of my best friends. She bragged about how great he was; so there was no surprise that I asked for him as soon as I walked through the door. From our initial meeting through the entire process Robert was such a great person. He went over everything with me. After we spoke he knew the exact CRV that would be a perfect fit for me based on what I wanted and my price range. Sure enough he pulled up to the front for me to test drive the next car of my dreams. As soon as I sat in the CRV I feel in love. The car is beautiful, the price was terrific! I couldn't believe how affordable it was. The CRV handles so great and the look of it is magnificent. As soon as we returned to the dealership, I wanted to seal the deal. I had a trade in; or at least I thought I did. It turns out that my car was too old with no trade in value. Although that happen, he was very kind when explaining the process regarding the trade in rules and the 150 point inspection. We even laughed about it. I was worried about the credit process and he was very reassuring and calming. He hooked me up with Tryone Cypress and that was the best choice and person I could end up with. Between Robert and Tyrone I was in the best hands possible. I enjoyed my experience so much. Robert made sure to be available after everything was said and done. He walked me out and helped me sync my phone to the car Bluetooth and finished going over all the features on my new vehicle. I must say this was the best dealership I've ever worked with.

I had the best car buying experience that I've EVER had and I've had many. I started emailing with my salesman Marshall weeks before I came to the dealership to hash out a few numbers and wants. He was right on it! He was quick to respond not to mention totally fair. He worked around me (not the other way around) and was able to get me right where I wanted. It felt like I was buying a car from a best friend not an unrelated car salesman just trying to make their commission. I would recommend him a thousand times over he was great and so easy to work with and went above and beyond. The finance manager Tyrone was also a pleasure to work with not to mention funny. He was not pushy and took into consideration the customers needs/wants as well. I find this part of the experience can either have you walking a way happy or really upset that you may have been taken for more than you wanted to spend, not the case here. Tyrone did his do diligence and went into great lengths to educate not necessarily "sell" extras that in the long run really do protect you and your new asset. Bring up Leonardo DiCaprio to him and see what happens ;o) Super fun, good, great, happy experience and I am picky and expect A LOT, if that tells you anything, its just the way you would want and picture (in your head) your car buying experience to go!!

My wife and I were in the market for a second car so we could work different shifts. We had been looking for a few days before we were referred to Marshall. I contacted him on the weekend, and by Monday, he had a few options for us to consider. We worked on getting the pre-approval, and kept speaking about options. At first, we couldn't afford the Honda Fit, so we tried other avenues. Every used vehicle that I found that I think would work well for us, Marshall would check to see if it was still available, and every time it was sold. It was then that we started to give up hope. Marshall went above and beyond, searching for alternatives. Eventually he was able to secure a great interest rate, and helped ensure that we could afford the new Honda. We made a 2 hour trip to Ourisman Honda, and got started. The sale was smooth, even though I was under the weather. I would absolutely recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from Ourisman, and make sure that you see Marshall. He was a pleasure to deal with, great guy, and very hard working. He wants YOU to be happy with your purchase, not his wallet. Rare breed in the car industry these days.

After visiting several dealerships, we couldn't find one who was willing to match our desired price. We finally used the USAA car buying service which directed us to Oursman VW of Laurel. Within five minutes of clicking the contact button on the USAA website Christian called and offered me their bottom line price. This price offer was lower than the USAA online estimated price and of course lower than the other dealerships we visited...so we made a deal. However, they didn't have a manual car in our desired color on hand...no problem...they drove one in from PA. This is in stark contrast to one other dealer we had visited who specifically stated they could only offer cars on their own lot. Not only did Oursman VW of Laurel have a great price and went out of their way to provide what the customer wanted, their employees were kind, pleasant, and courteous. After we finished purchasing the car, we spent another 20-30 minutes just talking. Going to Oursman VW in Laurel was like walking in on family. I will definitely recommend Oursman VW of Laurel to others as a dealer who doesn't waste your time trying to squeeze every penny out of the customer for cars they want to get off their lot.

Horrible service!! A salesmen sold us a used vehicle that later had many problems with it a couple of days after we purchased it. While purchasing this vehicle we told Doug Killian (salesman) repeated that if we send it to our mechanic and find something major can we return and get our money back. He clearly said yes! The salesman and the manager were extremely rude. No interpersonal communication skills.

I was in Maryland for my daughter's college graduation in Arlington on Saturday, May 18, 2013. Friday at lunch Michelle's bank called to say someone had used her debit card number to clean out her checking account. Following lunch the battery icon on her Odyssey came on. She'd purchased a new battery for her three year old Honda in January, so I suspected the alternator had issues. We drove straight to Ourisman Honda. Arnold wrote up the vehicle and had it checked quite quickly. Arthur Howell began talking with us -- a pair of very frazzled females -- while we waited and when I explained that this was her only vehicle and eight of us needed to be in DC on Saturday for Michelle's graduation, he sent me to talk to Keith, who called around, found an alternator, and had it picked up Friday night. Keith took us over to the Enterprise people where we rented a car for the night so that we could pick up my son-in-law from the train station. As we left the dealership, Arthur handed me his card and said, "If you have any trouble, call me." What an angel. By 9:10 Saturday morning, we received a phone call to come get the working car. I can't begin to tell you how impressed I was with everyone we encountered at Ourisman Honda. Thanks to them, graduation day was a celebration, free from worry.

We purchased our first new car in over 15 years and had a very good experience at Ourisman Honda/VW in Laurel which was mainly due to our salesperson, Walter Fletcher. Water patiently worked with us over several months while we were making our decision. He answered all our questions and when he wasn't sure of the answer he did research to provide us with the information we needed. We got the right salesperson for us, someone who is patient and available but not intrusive. Once we finally were ready to buy the car, we had calls from several other dealers but we returned to Ourisman to finalize the deal because Walter had earned our business. We also worked with Marva in the financial department who has a great personality and knew her stuff. Since our purchase Walter has followed up a few times which we appreciate.

Just a great experience from beginning to end. Walter Fletcher my salesman went above and beyond what was required to make the deal on my 2013 VW Tiguan. This was only the second new car I have ever purchased but I enjoyed this experience much more than the previous one. Walter was superior in every way and has really demonstrated excellent skills as a salesman; very friendly, approachable, and even called me. In the hospital to check up on me, not to talk cars but to see how I was doing when we weren't even sure we were buying a car (many issues with our accident loss). Great dealership, great car, and a great salesman! Hope to use them again someday.

I was looking for a good used car, and my search led me to Ourisman Honda in Laurel. It was the first place I stopped on my car shopping day. Mike Scandora, the sales rep, greeted me at the door and helped me with my search. He was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I took the car for a drive and enjoyed it. Mike pulled up the CarFax listing and helped me compare it with other cars that I had on my list to look at that day. He helped me to see the value of the car they had, and I decided it met my needs and was the right price. He was even able to get a little bit more knocked off the price. Shortly after buying the car, I noticed the check-engine light came on and the cruise control was not engaging. Mike bent over backwards to get my car in for service as quickly as possible, even though it was during the very busy President's Day weekend. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem at no cost, and it really is a good car. When I am in the market for my next car, I will most likely start by calling Mike at Ourisman Honda in Laurel!

My wife and I recently bought our 3rd vehicle from Ourisman and are very happy with our purchase. Ourisman explained all of the options/differences between different models of the Odysee to ensure we were getting what we wanted. They even brought the agreement to our home to sign since we could not make it back that evening due to our daughter being sick. I kept my old car for 15 years, even with the misery of no air conditioning for about the past 5 years, since it would not have been worth repairing. One of the reasons I kept my old car so long is that I had unpleasant experiences in the past with buying cars. It was about as much fun as getting my teeth drilled. Now, because buying my 2013 diesel Passat TDI from Brian Deckert at Ourisman was such a pleasure, I might become one off those people who buys a new car every 3 years! I am older and a bit handicapped, and I dreaded going to a dealership to "try on" new car models. Brian Deckert, however, made the process not just painless, but fun. He clearly and thoroughly explained all the different models and helped me select the model that would be best for me physically and for how I would be driving it. I was very impressed with not just his knowledge of VW's, but with his passion for the cars. Then he brought the 2013 diesel Passat model to my house to test drive the minute the dealership got their first of these cars on the lot. Test driving in my own neighborhood was much less stressful than trying it out in an area with which I am less familiar. After I ordered the car, Brian prepared all the paperwork and brought it to me at my home, and he explained everything in a complete and straightforward manner; he anwered all my questions courteously. Brian Deckert also delivered the car to my house. In fact, the very day that it arrived on the truck at the dealership he immediately got it prepped and ready to deliver to me the same day. When he delivered it to my house, he had my favorite radio station already selected and other settings already programmed. These new cars have so many bells and whistles; I was so grateful that Brian Deckert spent over an hour sitting in the car with me showing me how to work everything, getting my garage door opener programmed, and setting up all the options on the many controls inside the car. Since then, when I have had questions I have just called Brian and he has been happy to help me figure out how to work everything, such as the fog lights that I don't use too often. In all, the only way that buying this car could have been easier and more pleasant is if Ourisman gave it to me for free. Then I really would get a new one evey 3 years!

I can honestly say that this dealership is the most awful place to buy a vehicle and the staff is very discourteous. I purchased a used car from them and I completely understand that the car is very old. However I did not expect that quite a few VERY expensive things would break on it and render it pretty much useless in less than a year!!!!! Within 6 months, the power steering rack went out and that is a $1000+ repair, My Catalytic converter is bad ( the dealership service department told me it was my o2 sensor and would not work with me to replace it while it was under warranty) both my drivers side window regulators have gone out and now my key gets stuck in the ignition all the time. I have had other issues too that they actually did cover under the 2 month warranty like the mass airflow sensor going out. Who could sell someone this and not feel bad about what a piece of junk vehicle it was?? Ourisman Honda in Laurel!!! I called and spoke to a service manager and he told me that no one put a gun to my head and told me to buy it.. oh wait I'm sorry that this was the ONLY vehicle that fit in my price range that I could get qualified for and that I didn't want to lose my job and be homeless AGAIN!! He said he didn't understand me not wanting to be homeless.. how insensitive!! I work in customer service and as far as everything I have learned in this job.. Your supposed to help and appease the customer at all times!!! I was so disrespected by everything this dealership did!!! I wrote an email to the GM about everything and received no reply. You would think that he would be worried about a severely unhappy customer.. guess not!!! I DO NOT reccommend buying anything from this dealership!! Even if it is a new car! They will leave you high and dry and be rude to you when the vehicle starts heading downhill.The overall experience with this dealership was terrible!

This dealership has the best customer service. I bought my Jetta from Louis. He was very patience, never pushy and took the time to show me all the features of the car. The sales manager Paul also went above and beyond during the process. I love my new car! I will be coming back for servicing if needed to this dealer!

My wife and I recently purchased our 2nd vehicle from Ourisman Honda of Laurel. These guys are top notch. Everything is made extremely easy and they really prove to us that they actually care. From the minute we walk in to the time of delivery - everyone is extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend Ourisman to all my family and friends!

Isaac, Joe and the whole team made the experience enjoyable. They listened to my needs as well as my desires. I was new to Volkswagen and wasn't too familiar with their product line. They eased me into the various aspects of German engineering, they didn't over do it, they were clear and focused on what I didn't know and respected what I did.

We had been searching for a VW diesel and had a difficult time finding one in our price range. Isaac Chee called me often trying to help us find the right VW as they were traded in or became available. Finally, after looking at a bunch of them, he found the perfect car and we took delivery in a few days after Ourisman inspected and certified the car. Our family loves the car and we are saving every day on fuel.. Thanks to Isaac and Joe, it was a great experience. I'll return for service.


Drove 1 hour only to be told it has been sold

I corresponded with Frank on Friday afternoon around 5:30pm and he said he would call me back if we can possibly agree on a ballpark price on an Element I was interested in. I didn't receive a call and called back a couple of hours later and was told he was gone for the day. I drove to the dealer first thing in the morning with my family to see the Element in person and was told by Frank that it was sold last night. I asked why he didn't call me back and said he did and left a message which he probably did but not me. So I wasted a trip to Ourisman in Laurel only to be told the vehicle is no longer available. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had been shopping for a new Honda for a few weeks. I had been to many dealerships but once I walked into Ourisman Honda of Laurel I knew this is where I wanted to buy my Honda. I was greeted with a smile and treated like a person not just a walking check book. They took their time showing me all the different features and explaining all the options. Once I picked out a car the finance manager took her time going over all the programs available to me and offered me some wonderful products. Like I said had had been to many different dealerships but not anymore. I have no found a home.

I loved this dealer because there was no hassle from the first line of communication. I was very specific in telling my sales rep that I ONLY wanted a Mitsubishi Eclipse. My credit was a challenge my sales rep never tried to sell me on another type of car. He was very professional and efficient. Everything I asked for is what I got from newer tires on my car to the payments. They even surprised me with asking for less down than what I offered to give, what dealership does that?? I was extremely happy with the whole process.
