We are expecting our second child and our little sedan wasn't going to cut it for our growing family. We went and visit three other dealers that were closer to us and we were not impressed. These guys are great. Recently bought a Audi A5 2015 white, black sunroof, original rims. I am very very content with the entire process. I was able to test drive the car with out any problem, received exactly what I looked online. The guy was very friendly and informative. Very pleasant experience. I would recommend you make an appointment and you look up their inventory rather than just walking by, just to save yourself time if you're a bit impatient like me.

Awesome Dealership

From start to finish, Ottosource and Vicent worked with me. The SL550 was a surprise for my wife. They worked with me on getting a great trade in price and on the price of the SL550. About 3 weeks after the purchase, a small interior button broke, without hesitation they fixed it.

The best by far

Buying a car isn't always a particularly fun experience, in fact it can be a real chore. However, I bought a Infiniti G37 back in January and I had the best car buying experience ever at Ottosource. The staff was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and just over all amazing. Great Saleman, great service, no hassle

I was looking for a newer vehicle for my wife and found this dealer online with a nice selection at the best prices. So I sent a email and received quick responses back from ( Mike the salesman) on the vehicle we were interested in. This was our first vehicle bought out of state , but we drove 8 hrs to Dallas , Tx to look at it. We test drove the land rover and decided it wasn't for us, because we travel a lot . So we test drove a 2011 BMW X5 and decided it fit our needs, but it through a check engine fault during the test drive. The dealer sent it to BMW place at no cost to us and agreed to have it shipped to our home address at no cost to us. The owner even drove the truck home to verify repairs were made correctly and wouldn't happen again. These people really want you satisfied with your vehicle you select. We received the vehicle in our home town a week later in excellent condition. My wife and I are pleased with everything this dealer done for us and will be using them in the future. Good experience, good people

Bought a used car here -- they were pretty upfront about the process, extremely polite and good about getting back to people. They don't negotiate for that long -- pretty fixated on their prices, but were polite and nice about it. We agreed on some repairs, they worked hard to get the financing done at a good rate, I came back and signed the paperwork and they'd done exactly as they said they would. Great experience.

I live in Houston and found the car I was looking for at their location in Dallas. The employee I dealt with went through the process with me over the phone. He did not try to haggle with me or hard-sell me (which was a relief). He ended up driving halfway to Houston to meet me with the car. Highly recommend this dealer, I have no complaints - great experience.

Sadly disappointed

I was pleased that my email inquiry was responded to within several hours of my question. However, when I called the number in the email for Jafet and spoke with him about the trade in value of my Tahoe, (which the average trade in value according to NADA is $7100), he had to call a third party. Shortly thereafter, he returned my call and said the value was between $3000 and $3500. I expressed my disappointment to him that he was only willing to offer less than half price of the NADA value. I felt like that was a little extreme. I offered to pay cash for the vehicle I am interested in, without a trade, and he said they would take full price only. His final response to me was "maybe next time". I find myself sadly disappointed because the reviews I read on this sight highly touted the excellent customer service. That was certainly not my experience. With an experience like this, there won't be a "next time".

Peace of Mind!

I have to say that the whole process was refreshing, from start to finish. From the time I called to inquire about a certain vehicle to the time we drove it home with smiles on our faces, we were more than pleased. I personally don't like being tracked down by car salesmen with phone calls after I've looked at a potential vehicle. I love Ottosource's ethic concerning this - no pressure to buy and no follow-up calls during dinner. I admit, I did have a little anxiety about purchasing a used vehicle but the whole inventory, and the inspection process they go through, is marked by excellence. After asking my salesman (Jafet!) question after question about any potential problems my car may have with 83k miles on it, he knew it was road ready and was confident about it. From the moment I called and inquired about our car, my salesman was courteous, professional... and just different from your average car salesman. I love OttoSource's ethics in that there is no pressure to buy and they don't make follow-up calls during dinner. The facility was impressive... both in inventory and cleanliness. My biggest take-away from my experience at OttoSource was how my 'used-car apprehension' subsided when I saw the inspection process a car goes through before being sold. I didn't have to worry about getting a pre-sale inspection somewhere else. Everything was super clean and the salesman was very confident that our car was road ready. That's what I was looking for!

Buyer Beware

When you look at the vehicle & when you pick it up is two different stories. Be sure and take inventory of all accessories and check that list when you pick it up. Can you believe I didn't even get a jack or owner's manual-much less a $900 interior part?! Personnel is polite until you start questioning what happened to your missing accessories. Of course they denied them even being there. I might have been born at night, but it certainly wasn't last night! I will not recommend them to anyone, nor will I ever purchase another vehicle from them.

I was in search of a replacement car. I searched many dealerships and websites. I went to cars.com and found a few cars to sparked my interest based on the listing details. I completed some research of the dealership and everything checked out with no major concerns. I sent a interest to them and received a response back. I made an appointment for a test drive and the car meet my wants and needs. I completed the next step of working out the deal to complete the sell which was rather painless. I did have one concern that the listing showed some options which was found to not to be on the car. I brought up these concerns as this was rather disappointing. I am in communications with dealership to try and resolve my concerns. Overall an easy experience.

Best Car Buying Experience

I saw the ad for a 2006 Acura MDX Touring Model SUV on OttoSource's website. I had been looking for a luxury SUV for awhile and this one seemed to good to be true. The price was great, the pictures looked fantastic and the CARFAX indicated a two owner car that had received excellent service from an Acura Dealer. I called OttoSource and talked to Daniel. I asked him to walk around the car and tell me anything he saw that I might not be able to see in the pictures. He did this and told me about a few dings and some very small hail dents on the top above the windshield. Otherwise it was near perfect. I decided to take a chance and took a Greyhound Bus from Abilene to Dallas to see the car. Daniel met me at the bus station in the Acura. It was everything that he said it was and it drove like a dream. When we got to OttoSource, I spotted 3 Lexus RX models that looked equally nice. I asked him if I could drive them and encourage me to and let me take them out on my own. I drove them and came back to the Acura and drove it again. I finally decided on it. Daniel was very patient and answered all of my questions about each car and even pointed out a couple of defects that I had not noticed. He spent nearly 3 hours with me. Needless to say I am a happy camper. The Acura had been flawless for over two weeks now and drives better than any car that I have ever driven including my daughter's Porsche Cayenne S. OttoSource has a great inventory of excellent used cars. They appear to really do their research before buying them. I would buy another car from them and would recommend them to my family and friends.

A few days ago I wrote a review on cars dot com which was from my perspective gave me an opportunity to revisit my car buying experiene. I started this process well over a month ago and still haven't found the car that I am looking for for several reasons. Having had an opportunity to speak with OttoSource yesterday and after seeing that you the public have no way of seeing the rating that I actually gave them and Daniel, I felt the need to set the record straight. I did have a wonderful experience with OttoSource. Everyone there from the time I walked in the door and was greeted, to the young man who showed me to Daniel were both professional and courteous! The place was clean and well kept and the vehicle that I was there to see was exactly as it was claimed on the internet. I rated OttoSource a perfect 5 stars for customer service, 5 stars for the buying process and 5 stars for facilities, all of which cannot be seen. I gave no ranking to overall or repairs as I recall. I did not buy a car from this dealership and that's just how buying cars goes but I did not want my words to affect people whose lively hood is based on what may or may not be written about them! Confusing?????

Found an FJ online. Called about it and then did the research on the truck. I guess I contacted over 70 dealerships in the past two months but only visited one, OttoSource. I drove the car and wasn't sold on the price. Happens right! So far the story is a good one except after that, not one call from the dealership. Not one follow up. Not one did you buy. Not one thanks for coming by! A different car buying experience to say the least. Maybe I didn't look right to them, I mean, all that happened was I showed up to view their car and told them I was paying cash so either they didn't like my look or they don't want cash for a payment! wow

Good Deal, Good Service, Good Car

I purchased a 2003 Cadillac Escalade EXT. I was a little skeptical at first because the dealership was in Texas and I was in Tennessee. I contacted Daniel about the vehicle and he uploaded additional pictures on his website. He also Facetimed the vehicle so I would be satisfied that the vehicle matched the pictures. I put a deposit down to hold the vehicle. I was still nervous that there would be something wrong and I would lose my deposit plus the air fare for me to get to Texas. The risk was worth the trip. I arrived and someone picked me up at the airport and took me to the showroom. I test drove the vehicle and was very pleased. Daniel completed all the paper work timely and off I went. The vehicle was missing a remote and navigation disk. Daniel promised to send them to me and provided me with an I owe you document. I received my title within the 7-10 days along with the remote. I contacted Daniel at least once or twice a week check on the status of my items. He always answered or returned my calls concerning my items. My navigation disk was on backorder so he offered to send when it arrived or send me a check so I could purchase else where. I chose to have him send me a check. The checked arrived within a week. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the logistics of the remote and navigation disc. The price of the vehicle was great, the customer service great and one month later my vehicle running great. I took it to the shop to have them do an oil change and check it over and they found a loose idle arm but did not need to be repaired immediately. Can't complain for a 10 year old vehicle with low mileage. I would purchase a vehicle from Ottosource again and perhaps let them ship it too me since I saw the quality of the vehicles they had in their showroom and the integrity of Daniel to stay in touch and provide me everything promised. I decided to write this post after all my business was completed and hopefully someone else thinking about buying from Ottosource will find this helpful.

Painless process. The car was exactly as described. I thought my financing was set up but it fell through at the last minute and they were very good at helping me look. We got it all squared away and was in and out very quickly once we got the financing done. I have already recommended them to people and will continue to do so. Cheaper than a large dealership and no games.

Very Nice Experience

I put a deposit on a 2006 F250 King Ranch because the price was just unbeatable, there aren't too many of these type of trucks here where I live. My credit union needed more documents from me so it took me a little longer than expected. They were able to work with me on the time frame and we got it done in 8 days. They even picked me up from the airport. I have never seen an indoor showroom like this before, really nice cars inside. I would recommended it, would buy again for sure.

They will Steal your money

This is the worst dealership out there, please beware they will steal your money. They ask for a deposit to hold the vehicle but will to sell to someone else before you can complete the purchase. They will then not refund your deposit even though they sold the car from under you. Very dishonest people and not trustworthy.

Not Customer Friendly

I recently traveled 1.5 hours to Brogs Auto to lookat and possibly purchase a 1999 GMC Suburban. This waa my second attempt to look at this vehicle. The first time, when I got there, the place was locked up and noone was answering the phone even though it was 2 hourds after they were supposed to be open. This time, I called before making the long drive. After speaking to the sales manager, he told me that the vehicle was still there, he was not sure why the lot was not open before (no apology, though), and that they would be open, so I did not need to schedule a test drive. I told hime I wason my way and that I would be there in about 2 hours and I was very interested. After being stuck in traffic, it took me about 2 and a quarter hours to get there. Upon arriving, I was told that one of his other salesman had just soldit, and that is the way retail goes. No apologies, no we really messed up, just oh well. A phone call stating that someone else was looking would have been appropriate to me. There are only 3 employees here, including the 'sales manager' that I spoke with. It appears to me that the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Having the vehicle still on the lot but being told it was sold was very frustrating. Having been in retail for many years, I understand that if you have someone coming to look at something you tell the other people that we have someone else we have already talked to, if they are not here when they say, then, you cna look at it. At least, that is the way I was brought up..but I guess the rules are different in other countries. Be warned that the will sell the car out from under you.

Really pleasant experience with Otto & the team

Bought a Volvo from the Brogs team and we are very happy with the purchase. Car was clean, needed nothing and has driven very well thus far. Their new facility is terrific and the personal service we received was much more than you'd expect from a volume wholesaler. In this day and age, the used car business is a tough one but these guys seemed to be fair and honest dealers, I'd buy from them again.
