I went to see what they would trade my Cobat for and they gave me a good deal and the Nissan I got was a 4 door Sentra and Rusty was very patient and courteous to me... I drove several of their cars and I decided on the white Sentra... All the employees that I worked with was extremely nice and very courteous to me... It was so late when we got through they cleaned it up which it wasn't dirty good and told me to bring it back the following week which this was a Saturday and I did and they detailed it for me... I have purchased parts from Orr Nissan several times and have been happy with the service I received from them. The price was comparable and a good part. I have never purchased a car from them, but if I were buying a new one I would shop with them.

Car Shopping

I'm in the process of shopping for a used car. My lifetime best friend has been doing business with ORR Nissan for several years and wanted me to go there first. The first salesman I met was friendly but rather pushy and wanted to put me in a car that very day. I explained that I was shopping and not buying today, but he was very persistent. After taking me for a test drive in a couple of cars he said he had to meet with his daughter and another salesman would help me. Neal, the other salesman was very soft spoken, not pushy at all and did not try to sell me a car that day when I told him that I was only shopping and wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted. He took us on a couple test drives of a Nissan Versa Hatchback and a Nissan Sentra. I really liked them both and since then I've been looking online for both of those. I will be buying a car in the next month and I'll continue to look online at ORR Nissan and if I do go back, will ask for Neal and I would recommend him to anyone. The dealership is very clean, their cars seem to be good quality so I would recommend this dealership to a friend.

I am a regular customer at this dealership for servicing and have been for the past four years.Yesterday (11/29/2011) I was in there to have an oil change done. The oil change took about 30 minutes to complete and once done was sent to get washed.Some ten minutes after leaving the service bay I asked where my vehicle was and was told it was being washed. Another ten minutes later Matt checked and notified me that as new vehicle washes get presidence on service customers it will be another ten minutes.Finally when my vehicle was ready Matt informed me of this and I left. On arriving at home I noticed that some cash had been missing from my vehicle so I called the dealership this morning and spoke to Matt who passed the information onto their Head Sales man who called me and appologied and offered me a free Oil Change the next time I would be at the dealership.i will not be going back here again and would strongly advise anyone taking their vehicles for sevrvice to be very careful what they leave in their vehicles.this dealer ship lost a vauable customer and in future I will take my vehicle to another Nissan Dealership and make sure nothing is left in the vehicle prior to any work done.

We drove from Mountain Home, Ar to Searcy to look at a Juke which is about a 2.5hr drive. Our saleman Bo was very nice. He even offer to watch our 3yr for us so we could test drive. He offered us drinks and keep our little boy entertained. He is a very good person and saleman. He would get a excellant rating from us. The problem we had with this dealership is they had the car we wanted advertised on the internet for 23,600 and when we got there the sticker was 26,000. We didn't notice this until we were ready to purchasse it. The dealership lied to us and told us that they do not advertise and this was not the price. The would only go down to 25,000 even though it was listed on the internet under their dealerships name and the exact same car. These cars are very hard to find so this was the exactly car. They even looked it up on the internet as well to see for themselves. They also lied to my husband and told him that the phone number listed was not theirs. This was the exactly number I called and talked to the salesman on. I would not recommend this dealership. If you see something on the internet call before you drive hrs because they probably will not honor their price. We would have bought this car if it was not for them changing the price.

I went by Orr Nissan in Searcy to purchase a new car. The Salesman was eager to help but once he found out that I had less than perfect credit he became a little cocky and started treating me as though I were a burdin. He got me approved but told me I only had one choice in which vehicle I could purchase. I hated the car. When I asked him for the sale price and terms of the loan he said that he couldn't tell me yet. He made a comment to the service man that if my car for trade in made it to Searcy from Batesville then surely it would make it around the block. I was very offended. Lt Dan treated me as though I should be greatful that he was even helping me. I was very disappointed with this place and will never go back!
