Overall my experience purchasing my new vehicle was very good. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The vehicle and specifications I was hoping to get in my price range was not available on their lot, but they found and met all my preferences in just one day. The Finance Manager (Ryan), was very professional, explained the financing well, and answered all my questions. Savanna, the sales person, though new, was easy to work with and listened well to what I wanted. I was also impressed that several other staff members and managers introduced themselves, even though they were not part of my sales process. I would recommend ORR Chevrolet to family and friends. They were both outstanding people to do business with. I know that Mike is no longer there. You lost a great asset to your business. My latest purchase was a Used Truck for my youngest son to drive to college next year. It is very nice and low miles which is exactly what I wanted. Joe Gillaspy worked with me in every way possible to facilitate my internet purchase. He took the time to answer all my questions and provide me with the information I needed to make my decision and then arranged to have the car delivered to my home - almost 200 miles from Fort Smith. Delivery was on time and in excellent condition. This doesn't seem like an exceptional transaction until you learn that, for most of it, my wife and I were on vacation in the Kiamichi Mountains of Oklahoma, I had only a cell phone with intermittent service, and yet Joe and I still got the deal done. The car was at my front door the day after I came home. Thanks Joe!

I just went online Monday to inquire about a car me and my wife looked at Sunday at Smith Chevrolet and within what seemed to be minutes I received a call from Douglas Eubanks, who was more than helpful who set an appointment for us and stayed late on a holiday just so he could help us find what we needed. Douglas was able to give us top dollar for our trade and gave us the best financing that fit our budget. During the buying process it was the best experience I've ever had. Quick and easy and got a great deal for my trade and on the new 2500hd I bought. But after I bought the truck I sent it off to Tulsa for the dealer to put wheels tires and a level kit and steps and now I can't get the saleman or the sales manager to contact me and let me know when my trucks gonna be done or to even get a temporary tag for my loaner. They completely ignored me the minute after I pulled off the yard and they had the money from my sale!

My name is Chelsea Heinrich. I reside outside of a town in Kansas called Baldwin City. I recently went online looking for an impossible find, a used LOW mileage Cadillac Escalade Platinum. Needless to say I was able to find several, but then there was the hard part finding one in my price range. I found one online at Smith Chevrolet Cadillac that would fit my budget perfectly! I made and inquiry and almost immediately it seemed I was contacted by phone By Douglas Eubanks, he was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and not only talked to me over the phone about the vehicle, he took pictures himself and sent them to me with his cell phone so I could see the vehicle better. I instantly knew I wanted this vehicle, then came the hard part. I was trying to trade my 2013 Ford Expedition that I had only recently purchased 8 months prior. Douglas was able to give me more than I expected to get for my trade and even found a way to get me financed within my budget all with me never having to leave my home. Douglas was more than helpful in the process which made it an easy decision to drive all the way from Kansas to Fort Smith to purchase my Cadillac from Douglas at Smith Chevrolet Cadillac. Purchased a 2015 LT2 Impala. We did not have a great new car buying experience. We got the car purchased. It was the resolving of issues and final delivery of the car that was not handled with customer satisfaction. It took 2 weeks after close of sale for us to take "final" delivery. Sales staff seems to be lacking in Customer Service. Service and parts associates are very knowledgeable about their job and their product. Thank you Brad Brown and Adam Harvin for a job well done! Hopefully other clients have a better experience.

At 300K it was time to buy a new car and now that has been over two years. I wanted a newer vehicle but the daunting task of searching for a newer model was overwhelming. We found the Cruze 2lt we wanted online and filled out the pre-approval form. Withing minutes we were contacted by Ryan and set up an appointment to come in and test drive. Ryan was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions. They offered us a fair amount for my trade-in. We did have to wait for a while, but that was no issue when we found out it was because the loan officer had been working to get us a reduced interest rate and gap insurance added in for less than the original monthly payment we had agreed to.

Not only do they take care of their customers but our son, who is an Active Duty Marine, came into town last week with a problem with his Tahoe and was only here in Alma for a 2 days - Smith Chevy fit him in, got all his work done on his Tahoe and got him back out again in order to keep him on schedule with his service. I've bought from Smith before a few times over the years, both new and used - I feel like I have been treated fairly each time. I recently bought again for our youngest and the experience was the best I have ever had anywhere. It was a used Jeep but we feel so lucky to have gotten it thru Smith auto group. Steve Hatwig really looked out for us and jumped fast to help us when the right one came thru on a trade in. It had been about 5 years since I had bought at Smith and it's light years ahead of where they were...which wasn't bad at all, it's just great now. The whole process is super streamlined. When we buy from a dealer we have it serviced at that dealer....be it Honda, Toyota, or Ford or Chevy... And the service department at Smith was always great with our Tahoes - we bought 3 of them over the decades for my wife to haul everyone around -- before the kids started driving. Smith service dept. always took care of us well.

Engine warning light on. Dealer insisted I needed knock sensor and new harness . They had the truck for almost 3 days over a thousand dollars in needless expense and engine warning light still on. I even went to autozone and had a scan done, took it back to the dealer, they told me to bring the the truck back for another full day. I looked up the fault code and changed out the air flow sensor myself , about 70.00 . This service department either completely incompetent or crooked.

I DESPISE the whole car buying process, a fact I made very clear to Steve Hedwig, the salesman at Smith Chevrolet who I interacted with. Steve did a great job. It was obvious that he took me at my word, and made the process a very-straight forward purchase, without all the back and forth, one-upmanship that typically happens. The guy in the financing office did try some typical "up-selling" of service plan options, but he wasn't aggressive about it, and was completely cordial when I took a pass on it. Overall,if I normally view buying a car like getting a root canal,this was more like a routine dental visit. Next car purchase, I'll be going back.

There was a recall on my Chevy Cruze, the parts were replaced. Battery Saver light came on since the last repair I had done so that had to be diagnosed and repaired as well. This took several days to figure out but was eventually fixed and has not come back on. I was a little disappointed that I dropped my vehicle off with 1/2 a tank of gas and when I picked it up the tank was on empty... I guess after all the test driving. The car that I was put in while mine was in the shop I made sure was washed and gas was exactly where it was when I got in it. The staff are very friendly and kept me updated through the entire process. They are very easy to work with.

Our experience started out by being greeted by Gill immediately upon getting out of our vehicle. He was right there to answer any questions without any pressures to buy. The Smith Chevrolet Dealership did not have the exact vehicle I was looking for but was willing to search for it. I had explained I had tried to buy from them before but did not because of the sales staff service level but this was a whole new staff and level of service then I had dealt with in the past. I left and Gill let me know he would track down the truck and call me as soon as he did locate it. Gill called within 30 minutes to let me know he had found the truck I was looking for. Cody and Allen were right there supporting Gill the entire way. I had already planned to go to several other dealerships which I was doing when I also found the vehicle I was looking for but did not find the same level of customer service. I came back to Smith Chevrolet and they traded the other dealership for the vehicle I had found. They made me a good deal on my trade in and a good deal on the new truck. Everything was finalized with Morgan (great to deal with), including the extended bumper to bumper warranty, and the transaction was finished by Gill with a complete walkthru of the truck, a meet and greet with the service staff, and a hand shake. It took the whole team and it was a great experience. P.S. They need a new facility for the sales staff and the customer.

Their staff is always so helpful. I recently needed some service records to prove I had been rotating my tires as needed. Billie House was more than willing to assist with my request. She was able to email me the records on short notice, saving me an 1.5 hour round trip to personally pick them up.
