I have been an Orr BMW customer since 2005, it is the service after the sale that keeps me happy. Orr BMW employs high trained and skilled service technicians, my Tech is Brandon Roberts and he is awesome. If Brandon is working on another car I will wait for his availability. The Service Advisors April, Frank, and Sarah are true professional, they know my car as soon as I give my name. BMW is the ultimate driving machine but your service department is the ultimate team in my opinion.

Thay Replied a front drive shaft and seal and had to keep my 2016 BMW X5 a couple of days ,thay furnished me A new X5 I live in Texarkana when it was finished Sarah brought it to me after 5:30 this is a great team

Sarah was very helpful when I came in to get my car serviced. I had somewhere to be and she made sure that I was out of there in time to get to my appointment.

They have never even heard of customer service at this BMW dealership. I've owned BMWs for past 20 years and have lived all over the country. This is by far THE WORST BMW dealership I've encountered. They are inexperienced, unwilling to admit wrongdoings, and are void of any quality customer service. They make me consider purchasing a Mercedes.

My sales experience was mediocre, but the nightmare that followed was an unprecedented experience for me. After turning in my lease, paperwork wasn't properly filed and tags weren't turned in by the dealership. Despite numerous calls from myself and now BMW USA on behalf of myself, ORR still can't get things straightened out from their end. This has caused me all sorts of headaches with the state, my insurance company, and my bank as they think I still have a leased vehicle that was turned in over 7 months ago. I drove to Dallas to buy my new BMW. I encourage you to do the same.

My mother is a recent widow. Mom and Dad were established customers and had bought 2 used cars from the dealership. The salesman was very friendly to both of us. I am the daughter and I was there with my mother to sell the dealership back my father's 3 series pristine car that at the most he had put on several thousand miles in 2 years due to his illness. One of the head salesmen came over and spoke to Mom and gave his condolences. This head salesman and I wish I knew his name but I don't, barely acknowledged that I was there, only speaking to Mom. He had pulled up the car on the computer and printed out paperwork on Dad's car. He said the vehicle had depreciated 8 thousand in 2 years and now the 2007 328 in pristine condition with 63 thousand is worth 9900$. They are ruthless with no conscience, lying to a widow that just lost her husband and treating family badly, SHAME ON THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my 2nd review. I have never witnessed such poor cuostomer service and incompetent people! I sent an email regarding service I needed on my BMW. I never got a response, so I called and spoke with Frank. He said he did did receive an email from me! Very interesting. I explained that I needed someone to meet me with my car at the airport in 2 days, service it, and return my car to airport in a week. He said no one could meet me at airport, so I drive my car to dealership which was 45 minutes out of my way. I reminded Frank that I needed my car returned to airport in one week. The day before I was to arrive back at airport, I called Frank and reminded him of time and place. To my surprise, no one was at airport with my car when I arrived. I phoned the dealership and witnessed again poor customer service. He forgot to send someone with my car! I waited 40 minutes, and my car was finally delivered.

In 2012 I purchased a new 2012 BMW from Orr BMW in Shreveport. My salesman was Dean and he did a good job overall everyone was friendly and did a good job and was happy till now. When finishing everything up in 2012 the sales manager talked me into a wheel and tire warranty package. I almost never buy these things but my fife had had a lot of problems with flats in the past 2 years so I went for it. Paid $1600 for it and was under the impression that it was a BMW warranty. I later found out this is kinda high for a wheel and tire warranty most run between $900 and $1200. I had two ties replaced in 2013 no hassle at all. We moved to Tampa Fl in March 2014 and got our 1st flat here this July. This turned into a bit of a hassle. Turns out the dealership didnt sell me a BMW tire plan but their own plan and since Im not at their dealership its turning into a hassle getting it taken care of. Have to pre pay for the tire and file a claim, which if you dont get preauthorization from them they will not pay regardless and then its a 30-day wait for refund that may deny for whatever reason they decide. This could prove to be really bad if you blow a tire in the middle of nowhere on a Saturday evening. I specifically remember setting in the sales mans office asking about 20 questions pertaining to this warranty because I was hesitant to get it and he reassured me over and over that it was 100% HASSLE FREE COVERAGE ANYTIME ANY WHERE. No cost out of my pocket. Regardless my word of advice is if you decide on a wheel & Tire warranty, make sure its BMWs and make sure you read it.

I have had my 1 year old BMW servised twice. The first time my ar came balck with blaqck oil on both front floormats. The 2nd time which was 1 year servise, the man that delivered it was eating McDonalds in my car- which I detest that smell!!! Also,I had asked for car to be cleaned inside and out bercaue I was leaving town the next day. Nothing was even touched on the inside and trunk which I specifically pointed out to service manager.I will NEVER buy another car from this place!

I was traveling from Houston to Shreveport when my air conditioning and seat cooling decided to not work properly. I stopped at Orr and April worked the car in for a repair. They found the issue and also performed some recall work all on the same visit. I was out the door in an hour. Great service and good people to work with!

Povl is a wonderful guy and great salesman! I was in the market for a new veheicle, but not necessarily a BMW. After stopping there and talking with Povl, I was hooked. I always wanted a convertible, but I didn't think it would be now. Well, it was and I am well-pleased with my purchase. Povl has called me several times to see if everything is still okay. We highly recommend ORR BMW in Shreveport. With a delaership only 10 miles away here in Lafayette, we were unable to negotiate a deal. An email to ORR regarding the same vehicle was followed by a friendly phone call and we reached a fair price over the phone. No back and forth, no waiting and haggling, etc. They delivered the car to Lafayette with a smile, signed the papers and that was it. Extremely nice people and easy to work with. We will be dealing with them again on the next lease. Look them up...and ask for Povl. You wont be dissapointed.

Povl was very helpful, nice, and knowledgeable about BMWs. If I had a question, he knew the answer. I went to the dealership with the intention of using my own bank. I had my pre authorization, but Povl was able to provide a lower interest rate. I couldn't believe it. I would definitely purchase another BMW from this dealership.

I was slightly intimidated going to a German car dealer after owning many American made cars over the years, but it proved to be a great decision. I had initially planned to look at pre-owned BMW's but ended up driving off in a brand new 528i. Dan Ross my salesman was very polite and knowledgeable of the cars and didn't pressure me into making a decision immediately. When it was time to talk pricing they weren't budging, but when I stood firm in my offer we eventually agreed on a price I thought was fair. Cameron the manager was very professional and helpful. I was even taken on a tour of the dealership and shown the service area (that has never happened anywhere!) Overall, I am very pleased with my ORR BMW experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Drove through Shreveport on a trip and needed to get a "red light warning" taken care of on my 745Li. They said if I had bought my car there they would take care of it immediately, but I'd have to get an appointment and the earliest was 3 days away. Needless to say I think that stinks!! I guess they never leave Shreveport in their BMWs. Very un-professional attitude.
