GARRETT, Service Manager and ADANTE in service pulled all stops for me and helped me in ways I've never experienced in any other dealershipEver. I never show up too much or have too many issues. I've known Garrett for nearly five years now and he is always kind, considerate and calm. Adante is always polite and professional and never hesitates to say, "Bring it in, we'll take a look at it."Recently, Garrett went above and beyond any expectations on my part when I was beside myself with a non warranty issue. He and Adante took care of me and said, "We look forward to seeing you on Saturday car washes again" which, I've been doing the whole time I've owned my Mini. We went two times since we bought our Mini Cooper. We were received by Adante Cameron both times. After that we always ask for his outstanding customer service. The service was efficient and quicker than average. The second time our appointment was by lunch time, There wasn't a very close place to eat and when we asked Adante for a taxi, he offered to take us to a restaurant that was nearby. Not very common these days !!! He doesn't only knows his job really well, also take care of his customers questions and necessities . Simply excellent ! We really recommend this dealer !

I love my Mini, so I want to make sure it gets the best service. When I dropped it off at Orlando Mini, I was greeted by Adante Cameron. I needed to get to work and was happy that he was quick with setting me up. My appointment was for 9 am, but I dropped my car off at 7:30 am. I was surprised to receive a text from Adante at 9:15 am stating my car was ready! It was so nice to just get a text. It allowed my to know my car was ready, while I was in a meeting at work. When I picked up my car, again I was greeted by Adante. His customer service was excellent and I received my car in mint condition! Thank you, Adante for taking such great care of my Mini! I would definitely recommend Orlando Mini!

I bought my Mini new in 2013. I have loved every minute of ownership. My visits to Orlando Mini have been pleasant. My recent service visit was no exception. Adante, my service rep is professional, empathetic, and knowledgable. Anthony has been my mechanic and is skilled, knowledgable, and efficient. The work was done quickly and accurately, and I was kept informed the whole time. I cannot recommend the Service enough!

I have a 2010 MINI Cooper Convertible, and I really enjoy my little car. It is cute, fun to drive ,and great on gas. However, the radio just stopped working all of a sudden --- just out of the blue! After searching the MINI forums for similar problems, I knew it would be an expensive repair. Honestly, I was considering taking it to another service facility, because I didn't want to pay the dealership prices. But, I figured it wouldn't hurt to get a price quote from MINI. I am so glad that I did! After checking my car, Adante delivered the initial bad news regarding the need for a replacement radio (which I figured). I called my husband to deliver the news regarding the repair cost. Yep, we were definitely going to shop around for a cheaper quote. However, as I walked back into the dealership from my phone call, Adante walked over and suggested that he could try to decrease the amount of my bill for the exact same repair service. As it turns out, he decreased my bill by hundreds of dollars!!! (Why do I feel like I am in a Geico commercial. ha!)Anyway, I did my research before going to this MINI appointment, so I knew that Adante offered a lower price than what I could get from other MINI-related service shops. What a relief! I love saving money!Plus, I can hear the music, again! If you are reading this, thank you so much, Adante and Garrett!! Due to your service and efforts, I decided that I am staying with MINI for my next car. It means so much to have great service available when life throws expensive (well in this case...inexpensive) curveballs. :)

Adante Cameron has been our go to service person every time we get our MINI Cooper Countryman S ALL4 serviced. He is a straight shooter who has helped us out on many occasions and kept his cool when our nerves were frayed. Orlando Mini has been a great dealership for me since moving to FL 5 years ago, however, this week, the experience was even better than ever! We are in the process of moving to New England and wanted to get my Mini checked out and prepared for life in a cold snowy climate. We found out during the service that we needed a new clutch at approximately $1,600. I bought a new mini 2015 in Orlando mini. When they delivered it for me I found a couple of issues regarding some damage and a missing mirror cap. I have talked to manager Dan told me I need to bring my car to Orlando to fix it. I live in Jax.. I wasn't happy for drive down to Orlando but I did. SM Dan told me he doesn't have any problem give my money back bout willing to give him a chance to fix it. So I did. 2 wks after Dan sent me an email my car is ready to pick up. So I drove down to pick up my car.. I couldn't believe what i see.. There are dent on my car and another scratches plus..previous scratches didn't even fixed properly . I said to Dan.." I'm not sure about this I bought a new car this is not acceptable" He said " You signed it It's yours ..Get a Lawyer" and He walked away.. Yes WOW.. That was the Sales Manager how treated client. Anthony Brooks stood up and said he will fix my car and bring it back to me.. But I already couldn't trust Orlando mini. GM Mike offered me 2 options 1: fix the car here 2. bring the car to Tombush (mini in Jax) Of course I did choose option 2. Because, I didn't want to dealing with anymore. ..They keep beat my car How could I??? So I brought my car to Mini in Jax they estimated to fix it $2000. Orlando GM Denied to pay. Probably from the beginning he doesn't want to pay not even one penny anyways. I understand they have to make money.. It was pretty disappointed how they treat customer. I was so mad... So I told Anthony All i want is just fix my car and done for this big time headache situation. I almost cried....Guess what Anthony did.. He drove to Jax..gave me a loaner and drove back to Orlando ... fixed it as it supposed to be and brought my car back. Now I'm enjoying my car every single min. This is what I'm talking about.. This is Customer care.. Anthony doesn't get nothing. He didn't have to involved himself in this situation.. but He did.. because he cares. Fields matter??? yes if there are no clients it doesn't matter... Do you have mini and your car has a problem?? Go to see Anthony Brooks.. He knows what he does.. He will take care of you .. I could gave all 5 stars for Anthony. Sales parts don't even deserve ONE Star.

I recently had the pleasure of Adante handling my service issue ( an emergency ), which he was able to fit my in THAT day AND replace the front brakes with a minimal amount of wait time !! Not only that , he helped me with 2 different warranty issues that no one else was able to get results on . He had the broken parts reviewed , then got me scheduled to have the parts replaced free of charge !! EVERYONE else I turned to was a dead end . I am VERY grateful that this guy REALLY cares and wants to make the customer feel like they are doing everything they can to keep us happy and satisfied . I had considered going to another dealer , even though it is out of the way , but decided to give Orlando MINI another chance . What a great move that was as Adante came through with flying colors on that . And re-instilled my good feeling about the dealership . I want to feel good about their service department and thanks to Adante, I REALLY do again !! Orlando MINI is lucky to have him and I am glad he is there . I now feel like I can rest easy , knowing he has my best interests' in his mind and is not afraid to go the extra mile to make sure I am happy about my service experience !! GREAT GUY !! I definitely recommend you coming here if you're planning to buy a Mini Cooper, or any vehicle that they may have available. Definitely get help from Sam Allegra. Great guy! He certainly knows tons of information that makes buying a vehicle worthwhile! You won't regret choosing him. He provides outstanding customer service. I usually can't stand going to dealerships and having to put up with annoying salesman, but you definitely won't get the vibe from this place or from Sam Allegra. My boyfriend and I purchased our Mini Coopers from him, and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Sam totally went above and beyond any Sales Representative could do.

Anthony Brooks and the rest of the staff at Orlando Mini are the primary reason I still own a Mini Cooper. The service they have provided after several very disappointing visits to another Florida Mini Dealer returned my vehicle to the enjoyable Mini it was when I first purchased it. Their ability to diagnose and repair my issues and their diligence to locate problems that the previous dealer's service department said did not exist is beyond outstanding!!! Their attention to detail goes above and beyond. Anthony himself checked with me regularly and kept me fully up to date on where my vehicle was in the repair process! Since my visit there my Mini Cooper is running better than ever all problems resolved and I am once again enjoying Mini Motoring. make no mistake if you are interested in owning a Mini - this is the place to get one and have it serviced. Every single time I arrive at Orlando Mini I am greeted promptly and professionally by the service team. While the whole team (led by the service manager Garrett) is exceptional, the majority of the time, my needs are addressed by Adante Cameron. I have had several Minis over the past 13 years, from the original hardtop I purchased at the downtown Orlando location, to a convertible, and now my Countryman. I have loved every one of them, but the fact that Adante has been with the company this entire time, through every transition - he knows me and anticipates my questions and concerns. He ALWAYS greets me with a smile, and makes I am taken care of quickly. One might think that this is special treatment to a loyal customer - but the truth is, I see this kind of exceptional service and outstanding communication with every customer that comes through the door - no matter if they are there with a concern, contemplating a purchase, or there simply for a complementary car wash and a cup of coffee. With all of the options available in Orlando, I cannot imagine going anywhere else when the time comes for my next vehicle. I drive a lot for work, and the peace of mind knowing that my dealership will ALWAYS be there for me (including the time I locked my keys in the car in Atlanta and they connected me with Mini Roadside assistance for rescue!) gives me a piece of mind that I cannot put a price-tag to.

Scheduled a routine maintenance & repair for a window, requested a loner car.....as I live 60 miles way and upon arrival was greeted by Anthony, who promptly & with an engaging personality listened to my needs and explained what will be done. Her gave me a loner car even though it is not normal protocal on a Saturday to provide one. Hey Orlando means outlets & shopping & it is the Christmas season! The repair took longer than anticipated for the window & Anthony called me at 3 & again at 4 to let me know the tech should be done by 5, but that the tech did run into an issue & it was possible it may not be done today. I very much appreciated his honesty and communication....better to know than be blindsided later. He then called again at 5:10 to say my car was ready! I really appreciate not only Anthony's communication, but also the tech who I'm sure hustled and stayed later than normal on a Sat so I wouldn't have to make another trip to Orlando..time and convenience are very important to me.! Anthony, I can't thank you enough for the stuffed animal, and even more your engaging style of customer service! It meant alot to me! This is 2nd car I have purchased from Fields Auto Group, and by far Anthony exceded my past good services I've had from their BMW dealership & my prior services at Orlando Mini by a longshot! I received an email advising my MINI was possibly due for service. When I called Orlando MINI, I learned that I was due for an annual oil change. They transferred me and I was able to quickly make an appointment that fit my schedule. When I arrived for my appointment, I was promptly greeted by service advisor Anthony Brooks who quickly filled out the service forms and ensured I knew where the customers lounge was. I informed him of my MINI showing service due in 2000 miles and, after checking on the issue, he told me it showed I needed rear breaks that he could take care of the same visit if I had the time. I also asked for the wiper blades to be replaced which he took care of. When the care was checked, he came to inform me that he issue was with the computer, nit the brakes. Since reprogramming would take longer than I had time for, Anthony suggested to plan on the reprogramming when the filters were changed in about 2 months. This will same me a lot, since it is a 150 mile round trip to the dealer! Thanks you, Anthony for being on top of your game and watching out for me!

My 2012 was repaired by Orlando Mini Cooper. I experienced an unfortunate situation with a loose clamp on a hose causing my car to overheat. The staff at Orlando Mini Cooper, particularly Adante Cameron, was extremely helpful and sensitive to my concerns. Even though I did not purchase the car from the Orlando Mini Cooper dealership, it was still under factory warranty. Adante provided weekly updates (yes it took approx 6 wks for the repair to ensure that everything was ok) and provided me with an "upgraded" version of the Min. He certainly made the situation less stressfuli.

My 2012 mini cooper was service and unfortunately during the routine service a hose was dislodge causing the car to overheat. Service advisor Adante Cameron went above and beyond to ensure that all the damage parts were replaced. The repairs took over 6 weeks however Adante provide weekly updates during the entire service period. Kudos to Dante and the service staff for their attention to detail and extraordinary customer service.

I've been buying,selling, and servicing my vehicles from dealers across the state and NY since 1958 and there has never been a dealer in my opinion that can match the service of Orlando Mini or Fields BMW. I have never had to bring a vehicle back to redo work. I attribute this to employees the likes of Mike Torres, GM and their service manger Garrett Bowling. Whenever I have a question or problem pertaining to my vehicles which include an 09 Clubman and a 08 Z4 they exceed my expectations. BTW I started dealing with Fields BMW since 1989 and Orlando Mini (previously Downtown Mini) since Fields acquired them and both operations are second to none.

First, if you are looking to buy a Mini, please reconsider. I have never owned a vehicle with more problems then the one I have. My girlfriend has owned a 2007 Mini Cooper S exclusively since the day it rolled off the lot. She is a very easy on the vehicle in contrast to myself as I am more aggressive on my cars.This Mini, and the ownership that comes with it, has been a bit of a learning experience for me as I have only ever owned American or Japanese manufacturers. When a service is needed or something needs repairs, I never settle for anything other than the manufacturer's service departments to insure that the vehicle is serviced by experienced and knowledgeable mechanics that are familiar with all the nuances a vehicle may have.I will NEVER go to the Jacksonville, FL Mini Service station again as nearly all the service that has been provided was slow on implementation, misdiagnosed (for over a year), communication skills to the customer borderline disrespectful and finally difficult to coordinate around a very ridiculous schedule. (Mechanics with bankers hours practically!)Orlando Mini was a breath of fresh air almost immediately with our service liason Adante Cameron. I unfortunately have HORRIBLE scheduling, do not always get across all of my concerns in one call due to unforeseen circumstances or request additional information as a service progresses. Adante answered "ALL" or "RETURNED" every voice mail that was left with him about our service visit. I can place our call quantity around 4-8 calls in one afternoon over the span of 3-5 hours. Every call I made revolved around service cost quotation and updates, mechanical knowledge and alternative perspectives regarding the service options available and finally education regarding Mini specific mechanical issues. EVERY TIME I talked with him he provided me an answer that satisfied my concerns and was also a correct assessment regarding the vehicle as opposed to the Jacksonville Service Team's diagnoses.If it were not for Adante and his coordination with his mechanic servicing my girlfriend's Mini (I truly wish I could remember his name to give him credit as well), her engine would have literally blown up. Those of you that are not familiar with engines and mechanical function, please find someone to trust, and I find this dealership to be that place. This engine's timing chain was on the verge of breaking and had been misdiagnosed as, "Requiring more oil", for over a year. The charges for labor and parts for a task like this is indeed not cheap per se, but had this part failed while the vehicle was driving at highway speeds, it would be an entirely new engine, and not a simple part replacement as had been executed there at the Orlando Mini Service Department.So for this initial engagement where I became more involved with communicating with this Mini Service Department, I say thank you to Adante and his associates for saving my girlfriend's car from a very costly misdiagnosis.I will always make the drive from Saint Augustine, FL to Orlando, FL from now on to have this vehicle serviced.

I brought my car in because the service engine soon light was on and I needed to find out what was wrong with it. When I first got there I was told that there was an initial fee for the diagnostic test but that if I opted to have any services performed that fee would go towards the services. I was in the waiting area for two hours before I was told that there would have to be another test preformed to see if there was a gas leak, and that they would not apply the fee for the diagnostic test to the service. I didn't want to walk away and have my car break down on me because he said without the test they wouldn't know. After that test he came back to me and said the only thing that was wrong with my car was that I needed a new gas cap, which would be an additional $40 charge. I just don't feel that something as simple as a gas cap should have taken 3 hours to diagnose and I also feel that I was taken advantage of because I essentially paid over $200 for a new gas cap. When I addressed my concern he talked to the manager who gave me 10% of, but that still left me at over $200 and out three hours for them to finish everything. The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not return to this dealership for service, nor will I purchase my next mini from them.

This is the fifth MINI we have owned - the wife loves them; and the second one purchased from MINI Orlando. The sales rep (Sam) was attentive and while a little new to the dealership, was great to work with - listening and offering suggestions. Follow-up service has been exceptional - they worked me in to their schedule due to a run flat tire with a screw. A loaner was provided until a tire was delivered. They seem to be very concenscious of the customer's needs from the time you drive up to follow-up emails.

We were shopping for a new car for my daughter and her heart was set on a Mini Cooper. I tried to convince her on a more sensible car but reluctantly agreed to a Mini test drive as part of the decision process. I usually dread the auto dealerships while car shopping but the Orlando MINI experience was completely different from the start. The salesperson, Jim L., was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. The Mini test drive was so much fun that the next dealership test drive was disappointing. We decided on a Mini and the rest of the process (negotiation, finance, delivery) was the best car buying experience of my lifetime. The Mini Cooper is so much fun and economical to drive that I returned a month later to Orlando MINI and bought my own! Both Minis have been very reliable but recently a truck dropped a tree branch that pierced through my daughters radiator. Again I was pleasantly surprised as the service department bent over backwards to get her back on the road in a hurry. Orlando MINI is clean, well run, and full of nice folks dedicated to customer satisfaction. And the Mini Cooper makes provides a smile on every drive!

This is not your average car buying experience at all. They went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted, at the most competitive pricing. We got an amazing deal! The selection is huge. There was no pressure at all to buy. They present the facts and let you decide. They were incredibly helpful and know their product well. The customer service is far beyond anything we have ever experienced, the standards are higher than at any dealership we have ever encountered. The facilities at the dealership are very comfortable and professional. They also have a huge very experienced service department, which makes it easy to get appointments, when necessary. The Countryman is incredible to drive, roomy, loaded with extras, beautiful, fun and a top safety pick. It handles better than any car we have ever had. I really love it when I find companies that make the customer feel like they are in it for them and not for the sales. Orlando Mini is one of those companies. I am actually from Orange Park and Orlando is two hours away from me. Jacksonville has a Mini dealer that is only about 30 minutes from me. I did contact Jacksonville but it seemed like it was ME that did not work for them. I was told that I still needed money down even though my credit was approved and my trade/payoff were even amounts. So I decided why not email Orlando? That was all that it took. Brittany, the lady I began working with, had the attitude of "we are going to do this for you"! I couldn't find exactly what I wanted so I decided to order it. Brittany helped me through it and answered all my emails promptly. She helped me with deciding on options even if her opinion might mean I would decide against an expensive option. She knew what things I wanted and that my budget wasn't unlimited. Once my order was placed I began dealing with Chris. He tracking my Mini being built and where it was in the process and finally when it was shipped to the US! Chris did an awesome job when I came to fill out my paperwork. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal and the best payment that I possibly could. I have never once gotten a car where the sales person worked so hard to see if they could get the payment lower on their own. Thank you Brittany and Chris! You are great at what you do! Not a salesperson....a people person :)

I had been up front with what I needed and they where now going to nickel and dime me to death. I walked out for a $185 diference, but more than that, I walked out feeling that this dealership played games when they negotiated and just dont want to deal with a dealership like that. This was moving into leasing and a new mini every som many years and wanted a dealership I could trust and if you negotiate like this, you are going to do the same in service.

I recently went car shopping. My goal was to find a used car that was within two years old that met all the criteria that was important to me. I wanted a car with low mileage, still under warranty, that had great gas mileage, had plenty of head room and leg room for me and passengers, and at a payment less than $250 monthly. I wanted all of this and in addition to the most important criteria I was looking for, the best interest rate possible. My best friend recommended BMW Mini Copper Store. So I headed out Memorial Day Weekend and Visited the Mini Copper store, along with Toyota, and Kia. I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism and respect given at the BMW Mini Cooper store by each and every member of the staff that had dealing with me. The Sales Man Arie listened to my needs list and he showed me only cars that met those needs. I test drove several car before deciding on a 2012 Nissan Versa SL. In the Negotiations, $1500 was reduced from the car price and the APR was approved at 4.39% and a monthly payment of $231. I told Arie to let me shop around and I would get back with him. When I went to Toyota, the sales man was pushy and using hard sales skills. A soft sell approach work better for me, but he was not recognizing that his aggressive approach was a turn off for me. Also when the sales man introduced me to the finance man and manager, they turned there back on me without smiling or extending their hands for a hand shake, and they reprimanded the sales man for not having me do a test drive yet and that he was not following protocol. I was truly offended. They should have shock my hand and then pulled the sales man aside privately. At Toyota, they were pushy, aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. The APR came back at 7.99% on a new car which was an insult. I was preapproved through a credit union for 7.5% on a used car and 5.5% on a new car so Toyota recommended that I go with the loan at the credit union and come back, but with how they treated me, I was not interested. Next I went to Kia. The sales man did not have knowledge to any of the questions I was asking. Also, they did not have the car I was wanting, so he was trying to get me into a different model instead. I did not even give them a chance to run the numbers because of the sales mans ineptness. I call Arie back and told him I wanted to close on the deal and went back the next day. During the final stage, the finance manager was amazing with finalizing the paperwork and I left a proud owner of a car that met all my needs. The level of service provided to me while working with each member of the BMW Mini Copper staff was exceptional. I am so very impressed with the quality of service provided. I do not want to forget to thank Mike the General Manager. On both days of the negotiation he personally stopped by several time in the coarse of the business transaction and shock my hand and ask me how I was doing, and whether I needed anything. The management at Toyota could truly learn something from Mike. Mike clearly has set the example of how to treat a customer and the rest of his staff follows his lead. An example of a great leader. Thank you so much to all the men and women at the BMW Mini Copper Store. It was a friends recommendation that got me to visit BMW Mini Copper to begin with, so thank you Gina for your recommendation. Word of Mouth Advertising is the best, so to pay it forward, I have already told all my friends and family to check out the BMW Mini Copper Store the next time they are in need of a new or used car.

I haven't bought a car since 2004. Our sales rep, Pratik Patel, was very informative and never pressured at all. That was a relief after my last purchase, especially since I took weeks looking. Got a 2012 Clubman, British racing green, 9k miles, automatic, leather sport seats-heated:) It's loaded with features; about everything you can get except turbo, sunroof and navigation. We love it, our first mini; and my son just got his learners, lucky him I had to learn in a massive Ford Ltd station wagon

we found our current car while looking for used mini countryman online when we zoomed in the pictures both me and my husband felt like this is "the car" for us. But when looked at the location in orlando makes us a little hesistant for traveling distance should we take a look at the one that 20 mins from our house after a full night of rest we both agreed just go for a long drive and "checked the car out "first. Arie our saleman let us test drive and patiently + calmly answered our questions, showed us the features of the car kept asking us if we'd like anything to drink as well as the estimate price or payment thats ok for our range. Signing paper was pleasant Cathy the general manager explained each one to us and made some joke . Yesterday, was the first time for our car service Arie took care of the service as well. we never had a salesperson took care of the details on our car before I was surprise at the royal mini family treatment ever since he put the floor mats in our car totally change my experience from other car dealer who only sales and never said hello again. For 4 hours of waiting Arie checked on us freqently A+ on service. service department is professional and done on timeOverall, We would recommand this dealership and Arie to everyone worth the 2 1/2 hours drive, friendly customer service, mini family treatment thoughout the life of your car. thank you for taking such a great care on the younger older like us. :)

I have been looking for a small, fun, fuel-efficient car for several months now and couldnt find the right combination. I finally came to Orlando Mini and got everything I was looking for. I was particularly pleased with the knowledgeable, yet relaxed, product demonstration from Jim Lentini. He was personable and easy to work with. His familiarity with the brand was extensive and he acted like a true professional. He represents your company very well.The dealership was an exciting place to visit with a great selection of inventory both new and used. I also was impressed with the modern facility with all of its amenities and luxurious surroundings. To be honest, I felt like I was buying a much more expensive vehicle. They really treat customers to a terrific experience.From the initial sales consultation, to the test drive, finance to delivery, the process went off without a hitch. Brittany our Motoring Advisor was truly exceptional. She was patient and understanding and worked closely with myself and my wife to ensure that we were comfortable and satisfied with our purchase. Mike Torre our Business Manager made sure all our paperwork along with purchase of additional options were explained very clearly before he let us put ink on the dotted line. Orlando MINI is by far, the best auto dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! It has been nearly seven years since I first walked into the original location on Orange Street. in downtown Orlando. I am on my second MINI and each and EVERY time I've visited the dealership, it has been a pleasant, relaxing, and rewarding experience. The showroom and customer lounge is always clean and neat, and each and every employee is as nice as the best members of one's family can be. I have never felt pressured or uncomfortable at Orlando MINI. More often than not, when I pull in to Orlando MINI, someone is there eager to assist me, sometimes even before I get out of the car! From that moment it only gets better. The Service Advisor always explains what they will be doing to my MINI, an while they're working on my car, I enjoy the fresh, flavored coffee, and warm, fresh from the oven cookies that are available. There is also a good supply of magazines to read, and a big-screen TV to watch. Orlando MINI has a large selection of new and used cars, and I have to do all I can, to make sure I go home with the MINI I came in with, an not another new one - ha ha. This is my second Mini. I bought the first from Kent & Larry (finance man) as a used car. Now I wanted a new Mini, but I didn't want the "typical" car salesperson treatment, i.e. high pressure & annoying. I went back to Kent because my first experience had been extremely pleasant. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and, more importantly, what I didn't want and then set out to find that car and get me the best deal possible on my trade in. Kent is a professional who doesn't take himself too seriously, but knows his product and takes the time to know his customers. And, as important, he has a great sense of humor. After finding me the car I wanted and putting up with my nitpicking, Kent turned me over to Larry who made the financing part of this transaction absolutely painless. . . no mean feat. As I told the owners of this dealership. . . I will be back in two years and fully expect to deal with the two professionals who have made this experience a delight. I purchased my MINI in October 2009. The sales team was excellent having everything ready for me when I drove over from Tampa after dealing with dealership online for pricing, etc. My experience with the Palm Harbor dealership was not good, so I was happy to make the drive to Orlando. It was well worth it! Each member of the sales/delivery team was pleasant, informative, and made me feel like a valued customer. I just had my first service for my MINI this month, and the service staff is equally as efficient and professional. Waiting for the car was a pleasure with refreshments and a shiny clean waiting area. The wait time was minimal and less than they stated. I had two BMWs from another dealership with excellent customer service, and this MINI dealership is equally impressive! I wandered all over the dealership and everyone spoke! A outstanding customer service experience!

My special edition GP needed new tires, just before end of warranty - Orlando MINI reported poor tie rods but I had no time to have them replaced under warranty.However, the dealership agreed to replace them under "good will" on the cars return from a 7,500 mile trip.Returning to Orlando MINI, an additional cooling issue was found and also covered by the dealership - I was even loaned a car over the weekend while additional needed parts were ordered.Throughout the service experiences, I was always treated courteously and felt that I was important to the dealership; any questions I had were answered clearly, and I felt comfortable and happy to be there.

Service advisor Garrett is a great pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable, professional. He keeps me in the loop regularly on how my repair is going via phone calls. Brittany and Kimberly were in the service drive when I arrived, and rather than ignoring me, as some sales personnel would do; they set about placing protective coverings on the floor and seat. In very short order, the service writer appeared, wrote the car up, and escorted me inside to sit down with Garrett. Garrett was very knowledgeable and got the car serviced and had me on my way in fairly short order. I had driven up from Palm City, on my way to a meeting in Jacksonville, and everything went very smoothly. You have an excellent service department!

Everyone at Orlando Mini is always very friendly and cheerful. The service is excellent and the appointment time is kept.The Mechanic that worked on my car was very knowledgable and kept my car clean and grease free. He was very through and did everything he was supposed to do. The parts guy Joe was great to purchase a few things from. He opened the boxes and made certain the merchandise was correct and not damaged in shipping.I once went in on a Saturday and had to purchase an electrical part and Joe actually had a mechanic tech be sure I needed the part before he sold it to me as electrical parts were not returnable. (Tire Monitor) Now that is what I call "SERVICE" My service is at no charge for six years and they treat me as a valued customer.

I visited the MINI or Orlando web site to check the new car inventory for a car equipped as I am seeking. It turned out that the site gave no information about the cars in inventory, except paint color and transmission. I contacted the dealership through their web site contact page and pointed this out. It response, I received an e-mail from Mr. Brown saying he was "sorry I had trouble with the web site," and then he suggested I come in to the dealership during rush hour next Tuesday. I replied, stating that I am looking for a car equipped a certain way, which I described exactly. Also, I asked how long it would take to factory order a car to my specs. I received no reply. Then, I edited my note, eliminating all irrelevent informatin and re-sent the note under the title "Please Reply." I still received no reply.I plan to order, or maybe buy from stock a new MINI Cooper to replace the 2006 that I now have, but if my experience is the "face of customer servive" from MINI of Orlando, I may very well drive an extra 100 miles to shop at a different dealership.
