Nick Gamet took advantage of the fact that my daughter went, by herself, to purchase a car.Nick and the O'Meara Ford "team" charged her far more than the car was worth and when later confronted about it, by me, SEVERAL TIMES, they refuse to respond.Do not go to this dealership. Moreover, do not deal with Nick Gamet. Especially if you are a single female.The will rip you off and they will take great pride in doing so.

O'MEAR FORD SERVICE DEPARMENT: Do Not Go Here! The service department could careless about there customers. I purchased tires from them in Oct. 2014 they have 13,000 miles on them and they are toast! This was discovered when I had a nail in my side wall. They offered to replace that tire but I would have to purchase a new rear tire and pay for alignment $300 and the fronts should get me through the winter or next oil change. I expressed that I felt this was unfair they are 50,000 mile tires. I had researched these tires and was told by another Ford Dealer that they were JUNK not to put them back on. BRANDON in the service department told me to come get my xxxx Truck. I said is this really how you treat your customers, he said "yes!"" I guess so." They are full of a lot of excuses! Will not take responsibility! I went to Interstate Ford where the service was Fantastic!

I took my 2013 Ecoboost F-150 to the service department for a rattling noise on start up after the engine sits for a couple days. . Everything I read about pointed to a timing change replacement, and possibly other various parts. (Note to anyone, the Extended Service Plan ESP is worth its weight in gold, as my trunk is at 68K miles and I am covered until 100K) My worries: Will the drop off process be long, and I will have to miss work? Will O'Meara pay for the rental car upfront, or will I have to pay then get reimbursed through my ESP? What if they do not let the trunk sit for 2 days to hear the noise, and I have to do this again?(Many post online reveal horror stories of them not waiting, not hearing the noise then charging you a diagnostic fee). What if the repair is over 10 days and my ESP does not cover the rental anymore? Would this cost anymore out of pocket because you never know what crazy things a service center will find that is not covered? (Precautions I take is I record every conversation with the service department with my android call recorder app, and even record the in house conversations as I was that worried about being lied to. Even though I was never lied to by Allen (Service Manager), or anyone at OMeara, it is still a good practice I feel, and you should too for any business interaction where you could be out money. The apps are free. ) All these "worries" were very soon cleared up. The drop off was a quick wait in line. Allen was very understanding and agreed that it was important to let it sit for 2 days without anyone touching it. We even agreed that a runner should not get the truck, the tech needs to start the truck where it is parked. (If a runner gets the truck, drives it into the service bay, and then the tech starts the truck again, they will not hear the rattle, as the oil has already pressurized the timing chain tensioner, and we would be in the same boat of waiting again). Worry had subsided, but still there in the back of my mind. . Next worry, the rental car. The rental place is in the same building, just a few feet away from the drop off counter. Allen sent my paperwork over to Enterprise, and I was in a car and off to work in about 15 minutes. Very efficient system, as long as there are cars left. I got the last one and the poor soul behind me had to wait 25 minutes for enterprise to bring another car. Sorry man! All I had to pay was $50 (thank goodness for the ESP again), and give them a credit card number to hold on to. (If you use a debit card there is a extra fee, so be warned) Diagnostic fee worry. After two days I got a call from Allen. They heard the noise because they did exactly what I had asked and did not send a runner. So no diagnostic fee this time. There is a TSB from Ford for this issue so my research before hand payed off and I was covered by the ESP. If they had not listened I would have been very angry, as I am sure the ESP does not cover a rental car if there is no warranty work done. Good job for listening! Rental car after 10 days. Unfortunately the parts needed were not on hand. It took almost 5 business days to get the parts. They were ordered on a Friday ( I am guessing) and they arrived next Thursday. That was a long wait. O'Meara foots the bill for the extra days if you are awaiting parts. So that was awesome! (Again the call was recorded when I asked so I felt even better). The entire job took 17 days from drop off to pick up, so I get 7 days extra not of of pocket.. BUY THE ESP! Crazy extra fees worry. Every time Allen called me, or I called Him, I asked is there any out of warranty charges. I made sure the calls were recorded, and asked every call. I made it clear I am not authorizing any out of ESP work. Luckily there was none, and every part and labor hour was covered. However I had the piece of mind that I was protected because I recorded everything. I hate to sound like a jerk and dis-trusting, but there are way to many horror stories and past experiences. Allen did not lie once, and that is by far the most important thing to me when doing business. When you have a dark cloud above your head, and you are in the realm of waiting and the unknown, you need to protect yourself. Now to the 4 stars. I would have done 4 1/2, but this site would not let me. The truck was to be done on the 5th. I got a very interesting and short call.. "Your truck was put back together but now it mis-fires, they need to take it back apart and look". (Thank you again ESP.. labor hours are expensive, even if they mess up you can be on the hook by careful coding of the bill. BUY THE ESP). This made me angry as I hated my rental car, and really needed my truck back. My personal life issues should not effect my rating, however because the quality control was lacking when the truck was put back together the first time, that caused me a life issue. (My house caught fire the previous Sunday. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats. You can not put a animal in a rental car and get all the hair out of it as i do not have the time to do a full clean on it. Also any smoke smell causes a cleaning fee so all of our clothes and things that smelled like smoke until they could be cleaned could not go in the rental car. I did not have the money for the cleaning fee, so we only had one car to tote all the animals and things around to the hotel. Therefore this caused a life issue by extending the loss of use for my truck for a day). Had it not been for Allen and his acceptance of my calls and calling me back when he did, this experience could have been way worse. A simple call, and voice mail helps clear up the dark clouds of unknown, allows piece of mind and planning, and also lets you know that things are progressing. Even though these calls are not always what you want to hear (like your truck is now mis-firing), communication is better than nothing. I understand that people get busy and that some customers want to talk forever on the phone and it eats up time, so this deters service managers to call customers. However it really helps people feel like they are more than a cash cow. Also the 4 stars is because it took one day to tear the truck down, repair it, and put it back together. It took almost a week the first time. If they had to order seals, gaskets and stretch bolts the first time, they either had more on had this time, or they re-used them. That concerns me, but I was not there maybe they didn't. I will return to O'Meara for service of my vehicles, and I will probably look at new vehicles here when our fire situation is cleared up. I will from now on ask that a shop supervisor check all work before things are put back together, if all else maybe it will be a policy and help others out in the future. Thanks again Allen!

My fiance and I went to look at a new truck last night. We got there and immediately saw 6 salesman standing around outside. Very obvious that they had nothing to do, throwing around water bottles and smoking their vap pens. One of them approached us and started taking us thru the lot. His lack of knowledge was absurd. Ex: what features make that truck a sport edition? Salesmen: Ahmmm I don't know I think it's just a pretty sticker and it looks good.... ex: how heavy is this truck? Sm: ahmm you know I'm not sure... then why even work at a dealership if one doesn't know anything about the product. We asked to get a brochure the answer we got " just go online." Enough said I would never spend my money at this place. I don't know the name of the salesmen but he just took some time off to "work on his music" my fiance reached out to Tony prior to coming in and he left before we got there.

Sales rep great, sales manager blows. Bought two cars and one car 30k and was not told only one key till after purchase and was told a second key available. Sales manager steps in says no second key I have to pay for. Really a $150 key! I buy 2 cars and can't get a key when the other car had two keys. No return business will come from me. Buy your car somewhere else.

We have had the WORST possible experience at this car dealer. The details are overwhelming, but the bottom line is that they have had my vehicle for over 2 months now waiting for warranty approval and no one even has the decency to return my calls. When we bought the car, O'Meara sold us a used car Warranty that cost us $2980 and now we have been told by the Warranty Company, not O'Meara, that the damages are not covered??? The service manager, Mark has been no help at all, the sales department won't help us now because they got their money and laughed all the way to the bank and we are left with a car with a blown engine and a $1000 bill to pick it up without it even getting fixed. (That's another several thousand). The car is not even worth $5000 but no one at O'Meara even cares. I retired after 45 years of a career being a mechanic for a nationwide company, and for them to tell me that I didn't maintain the car properly is a personal affront and insult to my education and life's work. I would love the opportunity to speak to an owner of the company, but even the receptionist won't call me back!

We have used O'Meara Ford for service on at least five (5) different vehicles over the past eleven (11) years but had never bought any vehicle from this dealership. On Friday, September 2nd, during the Labor Day Weekend sale, we contacted Jason Greer on the internet. He met us at the dealership and spent a long time with us going over the type of vehicles we were interested in. We took a test drive and he sat with us in the car to demonstrate all the innovative technologies that ere new to us. A price was agreed upon and we bought a 2015 Ford Fusion. Jason was friendly, answered all out questions, and stayed engaged in all discussions with us. We have since spoken with him on a couple of other visits to the dealership and have found him to be helpful at all times. My wife had insisted that if we got "high pressure sales talks" she would walk out. It never happened. She stayed. We are pleased.

We saw a used car on O'Meara Ford's website, spoke with Jason twice about it. We live in the mountains and Denver is a 4 hour drive. We told Jason we were coming to look at that car. Jason's manager called us on our way down to verify our visit. We arrived at the dealer, Jason and manager nowhere to be found. After lots of strange behavior, we were told we can see the car but can't drive it as it is in the service lot and scheduled to get a new transmission. No one ever mentioned that it needed this kind of service and we certainly wouldn't have driven 4 hours had we known. Shifty, shady and dishonest is the nicest way to describe them. We went down the street to Mountain States Toyota and ended us with a new Rav4 under budget.

We had to have our 2014 Explorer towed to your dealership at 7:00 pm on the Thursday night. Needless to say that was not our original plan for the night. The next morning I was at the dealership to talk to a service consultant about the car. I worked with Mark and he was great. He told me that they were slammed but he would try to get the diagnostic work done so we could get approval from a third party extended warranty service. Fortunately it was a simple matter of a new battery which was nice to hear. Thank you so much for all of your help.

They claim to be #1 in customer service. Unfortunately for me, I arrived at 4:40pm, 20 minutes before they close, and the man said he I need to comeback on Monday, today is Friday, to get an estimate. Why are their doors open if they are not going to provide service? I find this to be as anti-business as it gets. I am sure Mr. O'Meara, the founder, would be ashamed of this behavior. Why should I make a second trip when they were open for business and turned a me away. Must be corporate bureaucracy. Sure not the mom and pop shop attitude of the customer comes first, not we close in 20 minutes go away your not important to us. We are big enough!

My car was not fully checked out before it was given to me. There were things unplugged or not plugged in completely that should have been checked which caused me a frustrating evening on the second day. As usual when I got the car it hadn't been fully dried off just like the first one purchased.Having to tow the car on the second day was not a happy situation. This too was due to something not being plugged in completely. The salesman was not as knowledgeable as I had expected when I asked questions about getting the car towed. His knowledge about the red carpet lease was lacking. Other than that he was very nice salesperson.Enterprise had a truck for me to drive. Being upset about my car and then having enterprise tell me," all we have is a truck" was not acceptable and I considered it an insult on top of injury. Justin I think is his name the manager upfront who assisted me and did it very professionally. He got everything resolved for me to my satisfaction in a very short period of time. This is why I say the service was good overall.

If there was a "worst dealer ever" award, O'MEARA would get it because they EARNED it. Super obnoxious high pressure sales tactics. The salesmen stand out in the sun with umbrellas, evenly spaced. At least two dart toward your car before you can even put it in park. Terrible, terrible deals on new and used. Couldn't get within $5000 of a good deal. They even mark normal cars UP above sticker to make you feel good when they take a paltry amount off. A truly horrible experience every time I tried. Go ANYWHERE else.

If I could give a them 0 stars, I would. My husband, who recently had heart surgery, drop of our truck to service to be greeted by George who was beyond rude. I was appalled. We took it in for a battery warranty and Earl said it was our alternator. Funny thing is we knew they were probably going to say that. We have dealt with them before with misdiagnosis. We had just replaced our alternator within the prior week just to be proactive. But they still insisted it was the alternator with a internal wire that melted on the relay. Love those call recording apps. ??" Took it somewhere else and it actually was a 10.00 plug for the alternator. Hmmm. But I think the thing that makes me the maddest is not them scamming us. It was the way the George treated my husband. My husband is a sweet man and was bothered by this the entire day. Spoke with Tom "in charge of Service" and he said he would talk to them. He said George was one of their seasoned Mechanics and is actually a pretty good guy. I love how the customers always right. We did asked to speak to Ron, Toms superior but apparently he was getting ready for vacation and we shouldn't bother him. SHAME ON YOU GEORGE AND SHAME ON YOU OMEARA SERVICE!!

Watch out for these scam artists. Josh Struck seemed like a joke guy, but he's just a typical car salesman. Pressure you into doing something you didn't want to do in the first place just to get a sale. Try to return the car and there's "no return policies in Colorado". Glad they never let me know about that as someone who's not from here. I should have known not to go here after Josh let me test drive a car on the highway with a flat! Never even checked the car to make sure it was okay. We almost weren't able to brake. Highly disappointed and I recommend that no one EVER goes here. Basically they told me they can't help me at all. The manager (I believe it was Mark) I worked with was ridiculously condescending. Every answer he had was "youve been in the car industry you should know". Literally his words on why I was screwed over. They made a ton of money off the deal and left me high and dry

Stopped by to look around, was approached by the salesman Matthew Frazier. He lied straight to my face about several things including the price of the cars I looked at/test drove. Told me the Lincoln MKC I looked at was $27k. Thought that was a great price, so after I test drove it and went back into run the numbers, he comes back with a price of $38,999 - I was like, uhhh excuse me, you told me it was $27k otherwise I wouldn't have test drove it, I'm not in the market for a nearly $40k car. His response was, "Well it is a Lincoln..." When I confronted him about it, he blamed it on the finance guys. When I confronted the finance guy, Josh Nunez, he also lied about the cost of the cars and then blamed it on Josh. I looked at a Ford Focus that Matthew told me was $15k...came back with paperwork showing it was $22,999 but on "sale" for $18,999. I asked Frazier what was up with $18.9 when he told me it was $15k?! He went back to Josh and they did me a "favor" and dropped the car to $15,200. By this time I was fed up and asked no less than 5 times for my drivers license and credit card, they literally almost held me hostage and wouldn't give me my stuff. After raising my voice to give me back my stuff, Josh came back and approached me with the "numbers"...jerk presented me with another "favor", a $2,100 extended warranty that he automatically adds on as a courtesy to his customers. I was fuming by this point and told him he had 2 seconds to give me my xxxx license and credit card. Jerk later called me to tell me he'd take off the extended warranty if I came back by the next day. That night I looked on O'meara's web-site and found the car they were trying to sell me for $15,200 was $11,999!!! I called Josh Nunez again today to "re-run" the numbers with the advertised price...he said they were charging me an extra $3k in "bank fees" because my credit was so bad. It was crazy how he lies like it is second nature. Anyway, after cooling off over the weekend, I was giving them a second chance to get the numbers right. Josh said he would re-run the numbers and call me back. Never heard back from the guy, not surprised. The car I was looking at is stock# 4213DP, still for sale at $11,999 on the website, I'm sure people have positive experiences, but these 2 particular individuals ruined it for O'Meara and lied several times straight to my face. I plan on letting management know of my experience and plan on calling the number plastered on their door that says to call if there are any concerns. I've since bought a car from another dealership, it was an awesome experience (Dellenbach up in Ft. Collins).

Curtis in finance was rude and all they care about is selling you a vehicle, after that they are done with you and if they owe you any money due to the deal/contract it is very hard to get them to cut a check. The only person that helped out was Josh. Go somewhere else to buy a vehicle, I would suggest Courtesy Mazda, they care.

I had my truck in for service and was told water pump was out was replaced and we pick up the truck it was under warranty. we drove it to shop put on 80 miles towed back to o'meara ford next day was told a critter ate the line to my turbo not under warranty i said it had to happen there when it was parked in there lot truck is parked in a shop when not in use . was told it did not happen in there lot. service man earl said to call ford. called ford nothing called service manager tom said he would call me back never did left 5 messages was told it was pressure tested before it left there if it was ate by a critter before we went there with it it it would not have passed a pressure test after repair if it was even done so now i have to spend thousand of dollars to replace the turbo as it was not repaired right the first time. as turbo ran out of fluid. I will have sue them to get my truck back on the road . i have purchased more cars and trucks for my business and self over 43 years not any more last few times I have had problems with service department. .

I bought a new ford escape in December from O'Meara and surprising had a great experience. I was very cautious as I read all of these reviews but I worked with Daniel and highly recommend him. He was great! There was never any pressure from him and he was so pleasant to work with. Another salesman tried to take over on a day when Daniel was off and I wasn't having it. I disliked the pressure I felt from 2nd salesman and refused to work with anyone else other than Daniel. My advice, ask for Daniel when you get there. He'll treat you right.

Buyer beware.... I just purchased a vehicle from O'Meara Ford and thought I was being treated very well but I found out after the deal was done that "I" should have done my homework on the vehicle that I purchased. I just thought the salesperson was being "HONEST" when we were dealing with him. I was not familiar with the vehicle that I purchased as I was looking for something else, and found out that I paid about 3-4 thousand more than the vehicle was worth. I believed the salesperson. Other questions that I asked was not answered until after the sale was done, he would just say that he would check. Another KEY, nope it only had one. Very expensive to get another one. I will never recommend or purchase another vehicle from O'Meara Ford.

My only frustration was that I was told you would call me the afternoon of the day I brought the car in~~no one did(I brought it in by noon). I waited and wasn't called by 10 the next day so I called. I was told they were still diagnosing the problem which led me to believe no one had started it the day before. I explained I really needed the car by 5:30 and was told not a problem and they would call. I was called at 5:45 to come get car, but by that time I had to make arrangements for someone else to pick it up which involved getting special permission to pay with my credit card as I have no fax machine.I have never had a problem like this before, but I have never left the store before. Wondering if out of sight out of mind has anything to do with this.I will continue to use you guys as my service provider, but I think I will have to be more proactive.

Had to make 3 trips back for paperwork, and there is only ONE guy there that can sign a check. And he's not even there when the showroom is open. Ridiculous!!!! Get someone else authorized so someone is always there.

everything went fine, but when they returned my escape, I attempted to drive home.I got about ten miles, the low air pressure in tires alarm went off. I returned toOmeara ford. they took it in and put more air in the tires and reprogrammed.It was an inconvenience and someone didnt do their job properly.

I was happy that my problem was explored and the problem taken care of. Part of it was the transmission which was {and, I hope still is} under warranty. Part of it was not covered and I did have to pay out of pocket. My car appears to be back in good running order. The guys at the service desk, especially Sean, were very professional. I was also happy that I was able to get a ride to where I needed to go with the shuttle drivers who were also very professional.

Shaun (my Service Advisor) was very professional and helpful. Work was done quickly and I was informed throughout the process. I was upset at first because I had scheduled an appointment (my check engine light was on) but upon check in I discovered I had been assigned to Tom Bieker who only works with regular maintenance. He walked me over to Shaun and I was told my car may not be diagnosed until the following. I was irritated because I was under the impression that diagnosis was the reason for scheduling an appointment, I was informed that the appointment is just for dropping off the car. I have brought my vehicle in before and do not understand needing an appointment to just drop off the car. Shaun explained it pleasantly, did everything he could to get it looked at ASAP and set me up with a rental. Everyone was friendly upon pick up as well, Shaun even took the time (I believe he was off work and headed home) to clear my "oil change needed" light for me. Thank you!

No problems on this visit. No one came around to say this or that needed to be done in addition to what I brought the car in for. Usually, someone is trying to get me to spend another three or four hundred dollars, but not this time and I do appreciate the courtesy of allowing me to tell you (instead of you telling me) what needed to be done. We did have to wait an extra day for parts to be ordered, but Lauryn told me right up front that would be the case. So, no hassles, a reasonable bill, and all is well.

On July 19th I was giving a price for a trade in difference. On July 21st I returned to make the deal and the amount had gone up $3,000. They claim I was never given that price and something about a rebate expiring. They turned what was supposed to be a good experience into a nightmare.

Mark and O'Meara Ford always treats me very well.What I do not understand is this. My A/C problem was identified to me prior to 10:00 a.m., as Mark called to advise what was necessary and the estimated cost. Since that was known, my assumption was the repair would be completed within a couple hours; thus I expected to get my car before 1:00 p.m. to do the things I had planned for the day. After waiting until 3:30 p.m. with no further info, I called Mark who then advised he was informed the car would be ready by about 4:30 p.m. I went to your location at 4:30 p.m. and the car was ready.Once someone begins the work, identifies the problem, do you not continue to complete the repair or do you just leave it unrepaired until a later hour? I don't believe your operation is like a hospital with suddenly 10 emergency surgeries surfacing, that takes you away from completing a job previously started. The time involved is what puzzles me.

We asked for the bluebook value of the used car and received a piece of paper from the Used Car Salesman with a figure written on it. The Sales Manager kept saying what a deal we were getting on it because we had just purchased the new car the day before. We went home feeling that something just wasn't right. After doing the research on the used car that we were prevented from doing at the dealership, we found out that that car was priced $10,000 over what it is worth. We also found we overpaid about $7,000 for the new car. That new car was on a lease, and easy to get out of, but the used car for my son was something they didn't have to work with us on. They brought the price of the used car down $6300, which was better than it was. They also dropped the lease on the new car and turned it into regular financing through the bank. When we were going over the papers, we found out that we were actually NOT getting the price reduction in the new car and that they had now bundled the used and new car together as a package deal. If we passed on the new car deal, we had to pass on the used car deal, which would have left us paying $23,000 for a car that is only worth $10,000. So, in essence, we were forced to take a bad deal to keep us safe from the worse deal. The salesmen, Used Car Manager, Sales Manager, and General Manager at this dealership are harming the community with their low and shady business deals. I'm quite frankly appalled that businesses like this are still in operation. I rated them straight 1's across the board...but don't get me wrong, they were friendly...too bad it wasn't genuine..

Then I called him for the 8th time and I was talking with him on the phone and we ended our conversation. His phone did not disconnect and I heard him talking about me. Found a used car that I liked, emailed them stating what my my budget and trade in was, was told that was "more that reasonable for the car". So I make the drive up, love the car, think it is all taken care of, then BOOM oh that car is 4k more than you were told (almost 50% higher). I then show them the emails stating that was a price they could work with, doesn't matter, they don't honor it! I called an spoke to manager "Jerry", about my experience, he stated that agreeing that a price is "more than reasonable" doesn't mean that it actually is a reasonable price! Not sure what world they live in there, but in my world that means that it is an acceptable price. Very disappointing, would never recommend.

Irwin Gallina helped us find the vehicle we wanted within the price range we were searching. We were not able to purchase a new vehicle for the price range we were looking for, but he helped us find a Certified used 2014 Limited Ford Explorer that was in great condition. He definitely understood our wants and needs. The end result was that we got a heck of a deal!

Everyone we came in contact with was most helpful. Even the cashier was so nice and answered all our questions. You have a very nice company and we will be back for future service. Jeorge was also very helpful and when he was out to lunch others offered to help. Also, when we arrived we had spoken to Jeorge so we felt it best to wait for him but his neighbor started taking our information so we wouldn't have to wait as long. Went in for an oil/filter service all was flawless as per normal, tires are wearing out and they gave me 3 estimates on the cost. I have been going here for over 10 years and they have never failed me.

Pretty good service. Was able to get it fixed sooner than I anticipated. Was a repair to my passenger window regulator and the window was dirty and greasy when I picked it up. Just a small detail that makes a huge difference on perception. I still have some issues with the price all dealerships charge for repairs and am extremely disappointed at the repairs I have had to complete on what appears to be manufacture defects that should be covered by recalls.

Once again, your service writer, Lauryn, did an excellent job and I was very pleased with the brake work that was done. That having been said, I am annoyed that my request, written down on the ticket by Lauryn, to lock the truck when it was returned to the return area was once again ignored. It is my work truck and I routinely carry significant amounts of tools in the cab and would really like to safeguard them. How hard is it to lock the vehicle and do the simple thing that I asked?? A excellent experience with Lauryn and a good job with the brakes was soured by whoever brought the truck to the front. This is not the first time that this has happened. Please address this simple request and try to comply with what I have asked to happen...........surely, I am not the only customer that would like to have their vehicle locked for security.

I brought my car in for routine service -35,000 miles.The gentleman who filled out my paperwork and coordinated the service explained there would be a wait because there were several other customers ahead of me. He told me approximately how long I would have to wait, and offered me a beverage. While I was waiting, he checked with me to advise me of progress in getting my car serviced. He brought recommendations for additional service and was respectful of my decision to wait until the next visit for this service. I mentioned a slight problem I was having and he checked to see if there was a recall. I will call to schedule an appointment to have that it checked out.
