My dad bought my first car here. He got me an 03 Rav4 and I have to admit they made my experience way more fun and exciting than I thought! I'm so happy with my car and I have not had any major problems with it since I bought it last year. It takes me to school, work, and anywhere else without a problem. And during this crazy winter it was the only vehicle I felt safe driving in. Would highly recommend anyone to car shop here.

I purchased a convertible Jaguar from Omari Auto last month. I dealt with on the phone and vehicle was shipped to me to Texas. My Salesman Jason was very helpful and honest about every little detail. He flooded (in a good way) my email with pictures showing little scratches that you can hardly see in person. they also took the vehicle to a shop of my choice to get it inspected. When the car arrived it was in a better shape than i expected. THANKS!!!

Worst experience ever . Supposed to fix somethings on car before we bought the car. They did terrible repairs and would not fix it when we brought it back. They kept saying how honest they were, but they are not! Washed the car and paint came off showing broken items that they tried to cover up. Stay away!!

I recently bought a 2003 Ford Escape from Rayne (pronounced like "Renee", who is AWESOME, by the way) and I absolutely love it. As a first time buyer, they worked with me on financing and were more than helpful with all aspects of the car buying process. After about a week of purchasing the car, I began hearing a rumbling from the tires, indicating that some bearings and/or a tie rod was loose. I should mention that this sound was not present during test drives, so they likely did not know about the issues when they sold the car. Anyway, I took the car back and told them what was happening and they agreed to fix it for me for FREE. They did not have to do this, since those repairs were not covered by my warranty. However, they still made the repairs in good faith to keep their reputation for only selling cars that run properly. I think it's fair to say that this is a pretty rare occurrence at most car dealerships. My Escape is now running and sounding great. I went to pretty much every dealership in South Bend/Mishiwaka before arriving at Omari and their customer service is definitely top-notch. Go to Omari and see Rayne!

Very pleasant experience, smooth and easy transaction. Called and asked about the condition of the vehicle. I was told about a couple of scratches on the phone, when I got there it didn't look as bad as Jason ( the salesman) described them. When I mentioned that to him he said that it's their policy to make it sound worse than it is so when the customer gets there, they're in for a nice surprise. I thought that was nice of them. I'd buy from them again.

I just purchased a 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid from Omari. I must say. The service was impeccable. They did the very best they could to find me the best deal possible and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was so friendly and were very helpful. They knew what they were talking about and were upfront and honest. I will be sure to send anyone I know to this dealer. The owner was very involved in the process and explained everything to me. I had a single issue with my windshield wiper sprayer and they are taking care of it. I will definitely return to Omari for my next vehicle purchase.

We purchased a 2004 Envoy from Omari's. The salesman was very nice and the process was fast and easy. THEN the troubles started.... once we took it home, it started to make noises. We called our mechanic and Omari's. Omari's wanted us to bring it back to them to fix (I thought this was them being a good dealer and taking care of the problem) but after they (supposedly ) fixed it, the noise is still there, and now I am told they didn't fix the problem. The next week the vehicle wouldn't start. We had a new alternator, starter, starter relay, and oxygen sensor installed. Also there was a problem with the security feature, my mechanic said it looked as if someone had messed around in the steering column. Oh, and we had to put new tires on it. All in all, we have had the vehicle 3 weeks and have put $1700 into it to just have it run. We called Omari's and were told "Sorry about your luck, you should have gotten the extended warranty." SO I want to advise EVERYONE that wants to purchase a vehicle from them- GET ALL THE PROTECTION YOU CAN!!! Get the full warranty and have a mechanic check out the car BEFORE you buy!!!!!!!!!!!

We went into this dealership looking for a used SUV. Right off the bat, Bill (I guess the owner/manager) told the salesman to show us cars that were $5000 above our price range. After he showed us the vehicles, we found one that we liked, but was $3000 above our price range. We talked to Bill about getting the price reduced so that it would be more in our range, and he said that we need to get pre-approved before he could name any exact number. So after filling out the paperwork, we left the dealership. The last words we said to him were that we cannot afford the vehicle unless he came way down. Later that day, Bill called and told us that he could come down on the price $5! When I told him that we couldn't afford it, but thanks anyways, his reply was "Well can you tell me something? Why did I just waste the last two hours of my life on you?"!!!!! He argued with me about how stupid I am for not buying this car for an entire 20 minutes!!! This man puts the dealership to shame! Even if I found the car of my dreams at this lot for $100, I would NEVER give them a penny of my money!!! They are EXTREMELY disrespectful and care about nothing but money! They are true cons!! Do not EVER go to this dealership!!!!!!!!
