great experience

Steve was great to work with. I felt so comfortable talking with him over the phone that I wasn't afraid to take the train from Boston to buy a car. He handled all the paper work for me, even though I was having trouble with MY insurance company. He installed new front struts because HE wanted to. When I got the car home, it wouldn't pass inspection because of a cracked headlight. Steve sent me a check to cover the cost. Just a great experience. He sells cars all over the world making many drivers happy. Trust me: trust him and be glad you bought a car from one of his two lots.

Very good dealer experience!

Having been to a few other dealerships and vowing never to buy from another one, I was surprised to have such a good experience at this used lot. I bought a Highlander here after seeing the ad on cars.com. Steve and the staff were as honest as you could hope for, gave me a good price, and didn't even try to add any bogus additional costs. I paid to have the car checked out and they didn't find anything undisclosed. The car has been perfect. It looks like any other sketchy used car lot but I'd definitely get my car fixed there if I lived closer.

Great car, Great experience!

Every aspect of our buying process through Ofier was great. We drove 150 miles to buy our Envoy Denali because they had one on their lot with all our exact needs. When we got there they came over to us right away and had us take it for a long test drive. They sat with us and answered all the questions we had and even offered us coffee/soda/water while we waited during the paperwork process. Ofier is what good customer service is all about. Wow!! I never imagined that I would have such a great experience purchasing a used car. 2008 FX35

I PURCHASED A USED 2008 INFINITI FX. THE CAR DRIVES GREAT. THE SALES TEAM WAS NICE, STEVE TOOK CARE OF THE FINACING FOR ME AS WELL. WHEN I PICKED UP THE CAR IT WAS FULLY DETAILED AND LOOKED FANTASTIC. IT WAS A REAL PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH OFIER AUTO SALES.
