After purchasing 4 new Nissans our journey began on searching out for a 2016 Nissan Rogue. My wife and I shopped 2 local stores and shopped online as well using Edmunds, and doing some googling as well. We ended up contacting Rondel at Oak Ridge Nissan in the internet department. When we arrived at the dealership he had a Rogue pulled up and ready for us to test drive. After consulting with him and talking about different packages and options. We finally decided on the SV trim with premium package. Rondel was very knowledgable and polite. We felt comfortable and ended up taking advantage of 0 percent financing through Nissan. Oak Ridge Nissan had the biggest selection of new Rogues compared to the other dealers we visited. Everyone was nice and helpful including the Sales Manager and Finance Manager. Great experience!

I had several unpleasant experiences trying to buy a car before FINALLY finding Mark Hartsell at Oak Ridge Nissan. He got me everything we wanted and more! We liked him so much that we decided to buy a second new car from him. He went out of his way to make sure we were extremely happy with everything including the cars, the colors, the accessories, and the payments. We couldn't have had a better experience. 5 star rating!!!!!! Won't deal with anyone but him and Oak Ridge Nissan. EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!! Have recommended him to all my friends!!! I am upside down on my current loan....I wanted to trade in the vehicle for a lower priced but higher valued vehicle so I could break even....I have had the Chevy Spark for 8 months...bought it brand new (26 miles on it). Black book says my vehicle is worth a little over $12,000.....they were going to give me $7,000 for it...it's in great condition and to add insult to injury; they said I would need a co signer and money down. I have bought 2 vehicles this year and didn't need either!!!! They just knew that they weren't going to make enough money off of me...I left!!!

Promised they could find me a vehicle and in my price range but ummmm nope. Jeremy and victory both really upset me and kept saying think about it. They said my car has no equity so basically nothing they can do. Also said the same exact words to my mother not to mention we both bought our car from oak Ridge Nissan myself three years ago and my moth a year and half. My best advice stay away from them.......

Don't plan on buying your vehicle for the advertised price. The Sales Manager plays the standard games with customers and will not honor advertised prices for vehicles listed (with the VIN) on their ads. Go somewhere that sells cars at the price they advertise (plus doc fee, tax, title and tag). For Nissans try Ted Russel or Airport Nissan. Shop anywhere EXCEPT Oak Ridge Nissan if you want to be treated fairly and get a decent price.

I just purchased a new 2015 Nissan Frontier from Kenny Christillo. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Kenny was very professional and really worked hard to get exactly what I wanted. Selection on the Frontier are a bit slim this time of year and I literally ended up with exactly what I wanted. Kenny did not mind doing the foot work to meet my needs and wants. I have bought a lot of new vehicles starting in 1978 and this was honestly the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Thank you, Kenny. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Josh Jackson also handled the financials. Josh was very efficient and the long drawn out process was streamlined to the point that it was quick and done. Josh also handles the Internet Sales as Internet Sales Manager in addition to his financial duties. So, you would not be remiss in giving Josh a shot as well. Thank you for the efficient experience with closing the financials of the deal. Scott Grupp runs a great ship and even if it takes you a bit longer than ten minutes to get there from where you live, it is definitely worth the drive to Oak Ridge Nissan.

I went to look at a vehicle, did not intend on buying one that day. Jersey and Mike made me offers I kept telling them I needed to go home and talk to someone. They put me under the pressure cooker for 30 mins before I agreed to buy the car (I was irritated and had to get to work, I should've just left but I was intimidated). I bought a warrantee bc I was under the impression I HAD to choose one, but the payment is too much for me to take on. I went back the next day with my boyfriend to get a refund on my warrantee and the finance specialist told my boyfriend he was glad my boyfriend wasn't there yesterday or he wouldn't have been able to get me to give in. Profiling!!!!! DO NOT buy from oak ridge Nissan!

I had been looking at cars all weekend. Stopped at them on Sunday talked with Chris told him what a car dealer in Ky was going to do on a price for a new Nissan Altima. He said that they could do that and the next thing I know he had worked out everything and for me to go to finance. Once I got there Josh just wanted me to sign papers without looking at the amount. Once we did it was about 5000.00 more than what we agreed on. I told him NO I was not making a deal. I told him that I would just go home. So he did get it down. Monday morning I get a phone call saying that I will need a cosigner. I have never needed a cosigner. Then dealing back and forth all week on fri Josh texted me and said that my payment would be going up 20.00 I told him no that's not what we agreed on! I would never recommended that anyone use them. They all seemed very shady. and they also done the same thing to a friend. Will never go back!

we looked at 2012 nissan xeterra got ad that said 6500.00 for trade in owe about 5000.00 dollars on car they told us that for a payment of 500.00 a month we could buy a car we were also told them we could not afford that big of a payment they told us they could not take our car for the xterra but they would take it on a new altima we were also told to not pay our payments and let the bank reposses it and they would put us in a car i have never been told not to pay my bills and then have a repo on your credit your ad lies the salemen lie and i would not recommend this dealer to anyone else do not print ads that you will not abide by i will never come back up there

Josh Jackson at Oak Ridge Nissan was great to deal with over the phone and in person. Live near Atlanta and made the decision to buy and drive the 3 hours to the dealership all in the same day. Everything was ready to go, and couldn't have been easier. They even helped me load my motorcycle in the back for the trip home. Have no worries about dealing with these guys.

They ripped us off on a diagnostic test by overcharging us $126. Being new to cars, and thinking I this sounded overpriced, so I asked my mom. She called around and found out that the average diagnostic test is from $40-80, and the first 15 minutes are usually free. IThey also attempted to overcharge us for the installation of an air flow meter; they said including service charge that it would cost $486.58. I looked online, and found the part for $26, and asked around and heard that it should cost AT THE MOST $100 to have it installed.This place is dishonest, overpriced, and offers poor quality service. I would advise everyone I know not to go here.

Had to play the usual good guy-bad guy with the salesman and GM. Irritating and time consuming. Finance guy was one shady character. He tried to make me think the extended service warranty options were actually THE manufacturer warranty and that if I didn't pick one of the options, I would have no warranty at all. "Ok", he said, "If you don't want a warranty, that's up to you." The GM and salesman feigned ignorance when I asked for clarification. Shame on all of them.

This dealership has awesome sales staff. They tell you the truth about the cars you are considering. They are easy to negotiate with and give the numbers to you straight. They are trustworthy and honest about every car. This is our second 2014 vehicle we have bought from them in 8 weeks. Very happy with the entire experience. We shopped around and came back to Oakridge both times. From now on this is where we will go period. They make you feel part of the Nissan family when you are there. They will assist you get the price you want to pay and get you to your monthly payments. They always get you to the lowest interest rate and work with you until you are 100% happy. I had a very bad experience with Oak Ridge Nissan. They are liars and they will cheat you! I bought an Infiniti G36 and the vehicle history report they gave me said the car had never been in an accident and the title was clean. I had many problems out of this car and I went to another dealer to try and trade it. I was informed that this car had frame damage and they could only give me half price of what I actually paid for the car. I went to several other dealers in my area trying to trade the Infiniti, but they all told me the car had frame damage and they could only give me a fraction of what the car was worth. I was furious and I went back to Oak Ridge Nissan to try and solve this problem. They were no help. They denied selling me a car with frame damage and said all they could do was trade me into another car. I agreed to do this, so I traded the Infiniti for a Nissan Pathfinder. Again, I had the same trouble with the Pathfinder. I had many problems with it and tried to trade it. It also had frame damage. I would absolutely NOT recommend Oak Ridge Nissan. Late one night I was in Oak Ridge and was passing by the Nissan place. I saw a truck there unloading many wrecked cars to the Nissan dealership. They are a dirty dealership and they are the worst car dealer I have ever been to! They do not care about their customers. They only care about stealing your money! Please do NOT go there! I have heard of other people in my area having the same problem with this dealer and have also purchased frame damaged cars.

Online at the Oak Ridge website we located the vehicle we wanted and after contacting Josh Jackson we traveled to the dealership and after about an hour of interaction with Josh we purchased the Maxima. Josh is very knowledgeable and is a great guy to expedite a purchase.

Josh Jackson provided a fair price for a new car, and kept his promises regarding out-the-door pricing. We had visited other dealerships in the area, and were prepared to buy from them...but they both changed the price at the last minute. Josh Jackson and Oak Ridge Nissan were truthful, never changed their price with strange add-ons, and even made sure our vehicle had the necessary add on (leather) that we needed. Josh was excellent to work with, and Oak Ridge Nissan provided great, prompt customer service. We will definitely consider buying another Nissan from them in the future.

Just started looking at cars since they advertised a big sale so I stopped in to see their inventory. First thing they want to do is run your credit before you have decided on a vehicle. Price of some vehicles not visible and will not give you a price on the "big sale ones" until after they try to lock you in to a credit check. Too much pressure to give up your information before you have found a car! Going to try another dealer for stress-free car search.

Went to go shop for a New Car and first they wanted to run my credit. I dont do that until i am Ready for the buying process. 2nd Thing is the sales Guy was pushy about selling certin cars and i am a take my time. THis is a big purchase and least of all . He went inside i assumed he had the finance mg with him and he was asking questions about payments and such then when i told him i am still in the looking process both of then walked away like i had never disapeared from then on i decided that i should have stuck with my gut feeling about the last time i looked there. Worst Customer Service in the World..Good luck selling cars >> I will never buy from this place. I will go out of state if i have to get a better deal.. With Salesmen like that you wont sell a thing and people are walking away and going to other places in town . Thats what another customer told me when i was at alot down the street.

I needed to by a car so I went in and the sales guy sold me a car 7/25/13. he told me that if I signed this paper and the bank came through that I was agreeing to by the car. I signed the paper and then started waiting. after I had waited for about 45 minutes I needed to get a few things done for the evening and asked if I could go get the things done and if the bank came through come back and pick up the car in the next few days. they said sure. I went home and on the way home I received the call that the bank had approved. I set a time on Sat 7/27/13. morning to come in and sign the papers and get the car. I wound up being able to come in on Friday afternoon 7/26/13. I called ahead at about 2:30 pm. the salesman that I had spoken with said that it would be fine if I came by. When I had traveled the 45 minutes to sign the papers and by my car. I got there and the agent I had spoke with told me that the car I had agreed to buy the night before had been sold but that there was a very nice substitute that I would still qualify for. I then went ahead and looked at the car and test drove it. but when I got back inside the price was a lot higher the deal I had worked out the day before was 250/month and no payments till 2014 as well as no money down. the price of the car that was now available was 315 + 500 down and only 90 days till the first payment. The whole thing was fishy then when they took my debit card to show I was serious in my offer that since they sold the car out from under me and then did not tell me and I had driven all that way the least they could do is to find a car that they could sell for the same price. so they sold the car I agreed to buy, didn't tell me about it, and also they tried to up sell me on bad service. If you are thinking of buying a car then I am telling you DON'T GO TO OAK RIDGE NISSAN!!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased a 2 year old Murano from Josh Jackson. He was most professional and was experienced with meeting our needs with both trade-in value and loan rate. Josh listened to our concerns and without pressuring us to buy, was attentive to our budget limits and worked out a deal that included a long-term vehicle warranty and very afforadable monthly payments. After our test drive, Josh explained the vehicle options, and once we worked out a great deal, the Murano was detailed and ready to go home with us in just a short time. We cannot rate the dealer's service as of yet, but we do hope it is equally as professional and satisfying.

These guys are dishonest and will sell a car out from under you. I bought Murano paid for car and then before it could getpicked up they sold car again. They refunded my money but can you believe this????? Must have found a sucker to pay more than i did.BEWARE!!!!!!!

Stay far away from this dealership!! Do not buy a 2012 Versa SL from them!! It is a lemon that I traded in that they refuse to give back to me. I thought my financing was approved, but the next day they called to tell me my husband would have to sign because my debt to income ratio was too high. My husband decided not to signed because of the trouble we had with the first car we bought from them. When I told them this, I asked if I could bring their car back and just get my trade in (which was brought in originally for a transmission leak for the third time on a 15 month old Versa). They said no, they would get it financed through another lender and I would HAVE to come in and sign a new finance contract. Two days later they called me and said they had it financed just on my income. I was contacted by my credit union wanting to verify my income because they had received an application from the dealership stating I made nearly twice as much as I really did. I went to the dealership to try to return their car and get mine back, but again they refused, saying that I had signed a bailment agreement meaning I HAD to sign their new contract. I had no copy of such thing and when I asked about it, I was told that it was in the "supplement to contract" and that they don't give a copy of everything signed until after everything is finalized and approved. I finally got a copy of it after I demanded one. They also told me that they may have already sold my trade in, even though they didn't have the title and it is not paid off with the lender. When I asked about the overstated income to my credit union, I was lied to that they just gave a copy of my paystub and the credit union assumed the monthly income. I called my credit union the next day and was told they never received a paystub, my monthly income was on the application. I have since found out that they have again falsified my income to the new lender that has approved me. This lender has now declined the loan. I called the dealership and spoke with the GM, Fred Ward, and confronted him about the false income and that it was now declined, he still refused to give me my car back and hung up on me!

DJ and Josh were absolutely awesome. They picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership to handle the paperwork on a 2008 Ford F250 that I purchased from Oak Ridge. Highly recommend these guys. They are straight shooters and friendly.

So after many years of drving his Chevy my husband finally decided to purchase a new vehicle.We came across Oakridge Nissan and they had the perfect car, the only problem was it was located in Tenessee and we were in Georgia, we were a liitle hesitant about purchasing a car from the internet but decided to take a chance. The car advertised was beautiful, and well priced. My husband called about the vehicle and dealt with Josh Jackson. He made the process of buying so smooth. We respected his honesty and straight forwardness. So we made a day trip out of it and picked up my husbands car it was exactly as advertised, detailed precisely and ready to go we were in and out in less than an hour! Mis use of credit information of possible consumer information. On April 27th, my father, myself, & husband went to dealership to inquire about a used vehicle. When we found the car we were interested in, we specifically requested that my dads & husband credit be pulled ONE TIME ONLY!!! We REQUESTED THAT the financing be through Nissian ONLY!! However, this did not happen!!!! My Father's credit score has went from 825 to 755!!!! In less than a week!!! My husbands credit score has delcined over 30 points as well!!!! Oak Ridge ABUSED their credit!!!!!! We stated at the dealership on day 1 ALL DAY LONG! around 4pm we said we were tired, needed lunch & would return. We received a phone call from Josh Jackson and he said go on home come back in the morning, which would have been Thursday April 28th. When I called Thrusday Monring to make sure Josh & Bob were working I was told NO. The secretary gave me Josh's cell phone # & I called several times, left messages with NO return call back. We drove from Sevierville to Oak Ridge on day 2 to only discover the car we were interested in was gone, the salesman Bob, was not wokring & neither was Josh. The other salesman came out (can't recall his name) to assist us & said he recalled us being at the lost all day the day before. He said he could get us in a car but we would need to give them $200. I questioned that he said it was what a "bank" wanted for "good faith" I have never heard of such!!! Needless to say between my father & husband they have recieved over 10 letters of decline for finanicing! NOt only have they tried to runin our credit they are VERY unprofessional, & ARE SCAM ARTIST!! I consider this misuse of a credit report!!! THey should have understood when we left on day 2 that the transaction was OVER we were no longer interested!!!!! We are contacting an attorney to advise us on the misuse of our credit report. WALK AWAY!!! DO NOT BELEIVE THESE PEOPLE & DO NOT BUY ANYTHING not even a piece of gum from these crooks!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! Their record keeping seems to be in disarray. This may be a carryover from previous ownership. I had problems with the financial person making numerous errors when I was in process of purchasing the pickup. Today, I was there to have some warranty work performed. I was presented with a work authorization form. It stated to read before signing. This I did. I found information on the form pertaining to my vehicle to be inaccurate.At first I refused to sign as I did not wish to make a false statement. Penny made a copy of this form, I signed the original but made it clear that I wanted to know why facts were incorrect. I took the form to a person in the management area I expect. The people there suggested that it was just an internal mix up where stock numbers got mixed up. Still on the forms my vehicle was listed as silver, Not the white that it is. It was stated that it was delivered to me with approx 4885 miles on the odometer. It actually had 283 unless the aforementioned 4000+ was rolled back. They claimed that the VIN number on my vehicle matched the one that was being described on my work order. They said it was some kind of computer glitch. Most of us know that this usually means someone screwed up. Also said it was not anything I should be worried about. My concern is why should I trust them when they could not straighten out this problem. This mix up may be innocent but should not happen OR it could mean something not so innocent is going on.
