So clutter free, all the information you need is there. There is no gimmicks, they make everything easy to understand and accessible. They leave the buying decisions on you, they're not pushy, they always make sure you know everything. After you call them and make an appointment they have the car ready for you to test drive before you even talk about prices or anything. You drive it, you like it, then you get to make a choice. I did this and was super comfortable with my purchase. After my purchase I called them before I wanted to modify the car I got, they hooked me up with discounted parts and recommended me to their guys who were always friendly. Buy a car from Novel Motors and you seriously will not be disappointed. They treat you like a king. Novel Motors is the best used car dealership in north hollywood hands down.

Excellent Used Car Dealer in North Hollywood

WHY? I have used this dealership for the past 2 years as my wife and I have purchased at least 3 vehicles. Their service has been "Top". Everyone cares about your business but Leo takes it to another level. Every time I see Leo he treats me like he did the first time we ever meet. As long as we are in the north hollywood area I will never buy a vehicle from any one other than Novel. They are the BEST at what they do. Bottom line, if you want a nice used car go there.
