Absolutely incredibly disappointed with this dealership! Inquired online about a 2009 Chevy Tahoe Hybrid for sale. Contacted the dealership, explained my situation (out of state buyer) and set up an appointment to come see the vehicle. They agreed to hold the vehicle until I arrived to their location, over 180 miles away. When I arrived to the facility, I find out the following: a) My salesman wasn't even there, as he left for DC b) The sales manager had no idea about the appointment c) The vehicle I drove all the way down to see/buy WASN'T EVEN AVAILABLE, as it had been sold PRIOR to my inquiry last week. So when I found out about this, needless to say I was quite unhappy. Did the sales manager offer to try and place me in another comparable vehicle? No, absolutely not. In fact, they treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about, even though I had the confirmation from cars.com for the appointment AND the sales rep CONFIRMED with me the previous day!! I had to ask if they had any comparable units they could possibly sell me, but they weren't even interested in doing ANYTHING to actually make this situation right. Amazing that this dealership could be THAT unprofessional at EVERY layer of their organization.

Four items req'd attention1. recall for software update. Difficult to evaluate ,I am confident that service was done to specs.2. bracket for front bumper trim replaced. looks good.3. message regarding service to rear axle all wheel drive taken care of.4. I have not had the opportunity to check this out( automatic control of headlights from low to high beam and vice versa).will have the need to drive at night over the Christmas weekend and will see.I have every confidence in your service people. All were very courteous ,work done and completed as I was told. Good service and good people.

2014 GMC Sierra bad headlights and frame rust

Hello All ,I have a 2014 GMC Sierra. The stock headlamps are borderline unsafe as confirmed by MANY, MANY complaints on this issue, check it out online. Well GMC finally came up with an upgrade and NWHC installed the fix, definitely helped allot. While my truck was being serviced (oil & filter) they noticed a leak in a rear axle seal. They took it upon themselves to notify me and replaced the seal and bearing. I was impressed with the proactive honesty and customer service. I have one other concern, the frame started to rust within months of my purchase. This is what they committed to do.They are going to remove the truck bed to access the rear frame the front frame will be done as best as possible. Then they will grind rust away and then do a multistage process that protect against future rust.When that process is successful they will go from and 8 to and 11 in customer satisfaction. I will answer anyone's inquiry about this issue.ThanksJoe

My husband brought my 2011 Equinox in for its oil change, and also to have them check the a/c. He also had them fix the seat belts because they were backwards. They put dye in the a/c , my husband brought the car back up a week later and we are now waiting for a new condenser, they are also working with the warranty company to have them cover it, we bought the car in February during a snow storm and wasn't really thinking to test the a/c out .

This was the second service on the 2014 Sierra. There were no issues,no extra work was needed. The truck was thoroughly washed, and I was able to wait while the service was performed. The only other Service Dept. experience I encountered was a recall. Then the issue in question was checked quickly with no work required. In short --- no complaints or suggestions.

My 2014 Acadia broke down on Saturday after the service department was closed for the weekend. The dealership was able to provide me with a car to use immediately. On Monday, Brian contacted me first thing in the morning about the problem. GMC provided a tow which arrived promptly. The car was trucked to Northwest Hills to be assessed and repaired. Brian kept me updated by phone through the process, and the repairs were made. I am not happy that the vehicle broke down, but the dealership and the service department could not have provided me with better service.

I was given a loaner car - paid for by GM - and this was helpful as it did not leave me at a transportation disadvantage. Brought my vehicle in for a recall. They fixed the problem at no charge, of course. They also did an oil change and all points check which is already on a service contract.They followed that up with an air filter and 2 windshield wipers and charged me $59.00.All in all I was satisfied with the service.

I originally saw a beautiful 2013 Malibu on the lot when pickup up my vehicle from their service dept. I was helped after hours to pickup my vehicle by Jessie. I had inquired about the Malibu briefly and was on my way. Later that week I headed up to test drive the Malibu as I was looking for a full size vehicle and once again greeted by Jessie. I ended up purchasing the Malibu and it was the most pleasant process in buying vehicles from a dealership. The entire staff at Northwest Hills makes you feel like family and it shows. The entire process from paperwork to going home was about 30-45 min and they had their act together. A++ I will be purchasing future vehicles from them as well as recommending them to everyone that is looking for a vehicle.

Ralph and Brian in the service department were great communicators as the problem went on ..I decided to replace the vehicle and Howard the sales manager pulled out all the stops to give me a good deal on a new SRX . Vin in sales spent all the time I needed with me to learn how to operate the electronics in my new car. Everyone involved in the process at Northwest Hills treated me with utmost courtesy and respect.. Only wish I could say the same about Cadillac and GM They respectfully did very little towards my 4th Caddy. Lucky for me Northwest Hills sells other manufactures vehicles. They really value customer loyalty.

I was very impressed with the entire buying process at Northwest Hills. I inquired about a Jeep late on a Wednesday night and had an email from Jeff at Northwest Hills the next morning. Jeff sent me additional information on the vehicle and set up a test drive on my schedule. Jeff was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When it came time to discuss payments, Jeff gathered all the necessary information quickly and investigated a couple different options trying to get me the best deal. They were not pushy and offered a great deal but I wanted to look at another vehicle prior to purchase. Jeff followed up with me a couple days later knowing that I had gone to see the other vehicle and was able to match the pricing of a "larger volume" dealership. My experience was definitely worth the drive!!

i saw an ad on cargurus.com clicked on site. found what i wanted,went to dealership,david the salesman was great howard the mgr was very easy to work with told them what i wanted they were very accomidating. met with daren the money guy had everything all set up. got my car was the best experience i had buying a car, there not into high pressure !!!

Contacted Jeff Cormier through Cars.com. He worked out great deal for Used Volkswagen Passat. Drove from NYC to Torrington, CT. Exactly same car as pictures shown with no surprises. The shopping was easy. the transaction was easy. the product (2011 chevy silverado LT) is great so far, only 4000 miles.
