Since I bought my used car at Northwest Hills I have brought it back to their service garage for oil changes and repairs. The personnel are very gracious and accommodating -- when I need a courtesy car they supply one.I've never picked up the car unhappy.

Enjoyable transaction, great car
I purchased a 2013 Kia Soul. The salesman was very helpful, and worked with me. There seemed to be a problem with the steering. It pulled to the right. He had the wheels aligned, and then found a bent sway bar. They were both fixed. The personnel were friendly and professional.

Was not planning to buy a new vehicle for another 5 months but when I came across the truck I was looking for, I took a test drive. Absolutely the most stress free buying experience I ever had. Great buying experience
I had a specific car in mind when I walked in. I knew every feature I wanted. The salesman searched and found the car I wanted. It was Friday evening and I wanted to take the car on a trip the next Tuesday. The salesman said he would try his best but wasn't sure if he could make it happen, the car was two states away. He made all the arrangements and delivered my car Monday night.

Sales / Closing
I visited a few dealerships and amazed by how I was treated by most. They seemed uncaring, like I didn't matter. I stopped at Northwest Dealership just by chance looking at other vehicles. It was closing time, which I didn't realize, when a salesperson approached me. I noticed a Jeep Wrangler that I just adored. Even though it was closing time the salesperson (Matt), spoke with me and we actually ended up on a test drive. I appreciate a persons time especially since I don't have much myself, he did a lot of hard work to get me comfortable with a deal I could handle and a vehicle that I love to drive. Thank you, Matt.
Didn't top off all fluids!
Per my bill, all fluids were to be topped off. Power steering fluid was below the low mark. Were the other fluids checked???
