John Sell and North Penn Mazda made buying a new car extremely easy. I showed up with no appointment on a Saturday morning and was immediately able to test drive the model in which I was interested. After that, I sat down with John to "run the numbers"; in reality, I told him the price that I wanted to pay for the car, the rate at which I wanted it, and how much I wanted to put down, and he made everything work. I left the dealership less than an hour after I'd arrived; the following Thursday, I returned and, after only an hour or so, left in my new Mazda3. Throughout the process, John was extremely helpful, encouraging me to reach out to him via phone, text, and email if I had any questions, and he has remained a friendly resource for my new Mazda even after having made the purchase.

I purchased my second mazda from John about 2 months ago. Really love the brand and all the exciting changes this little Japanese maker is experiencing. I saw a fully loaded 3 at Scott which caught my eye because of the price I contacted John and asked if he had anything close and unfortunately not at that price. John said it was an amazing price, so amazing he thought something was up but encouraged me that if legit then I was getting a steal. Well, it was too good to be true Scott had included a warranty that wasn't in the list price and it wreaked, totally disgusting. Long story long, I believe it was a bait and switch. Called John up he got me a brand new 3 very close to that price and better financing terms. Wasn't a GT but also didn't come with 100 years of cigarette smoke so I can live with a couple less features. Very honest dealership and that is key nowadays.

The epitome of a shady car dealer. Everything that comes out of the people's mouth is a lie and it's no surprise that the owner is worse. When I went to discuss the details of the transaction in the office, the owner came down with a stack of closing documents to sign before we even agreed to the terms. He stated that I just need to sign a couple documents in order for him to generate a quote for the interest rate. In addition, he covered the details of what was written on the contract with the top stack of papers and asked me to sign at the bottom. He then tried to charge me 22%. Who does something that bold? Ridiculous! In addition, they never upheld their promise to resolve the many issues on the car. On top of everything, the car was delivered with an empty tank of gas. When I asked them to fill it up, they told me to come back tomorrow because they didn't have any cash. When I asked them the next day, they gave me another excuse. The owner just keeps saying "don't worry, don't worry" and then does nothing to help resolve your problems. I have never had any experience in any industry that was bad enough to compel me to write a bad review online.

North Penn Mazda said we needed a new engine for our 2006 Mazda 6 because the check engine light came on - $10,400. Naturally they tried to sell us a used car instead of doing the repair. Aamco figured out we just needed a new PCV valve and that oil was being sucked through the valve into the intake manifold. That's why we had no oil in the engine yet there was no sign of leakage or burning. $400. So North Penn Mazda is either snake oil salesmen or completely incompetent. Either way, we won't be back.

In the past year, we have purchased two used Mazda 3 for our teen drivers at North Penn Mazda. Each time we dealt with the salesman, Tony Hamilton, and can not say enough good about him. His knowledge of each vehicle and past models was terrific. We never felt pressured or led to other cars out of our price range or desires. We truly felt he was on our side and worked hard to get us great deals. When issues arose, North Penn Mazda did a great job resolving them and we have been pleased. Definitely heading back there for our next teen driver in a few years.

This was by far my best online car buying experience. If I had to describe it in one word it would be "transparency". There is a lot to be said for feeling trustworthiness and genuineness via email communications, Mazda Sales Consultant Tim S. was a pleasure to work with, very professional and respectful, hardworking throughout the entire process, he went above and beyond to ensure a positive online experience and to provide very competitive pricing. When I went to take delivery of my brand new and imposing Mazda CX-5, I was extremely pleased to meet him and other staff members: Sales Manager Kyle N, and Finance Assistant Colleen C. The procedure at the dealership went swiftly from beginning to end, well worth driving 50 miles from my place to North Penn Mazda. All expectations exceeded! This is truly a testament to the high honor of being awarded the "2016 Mazda Gold Cup".

I had previously researched and new what I wanted... a 2016 Miata Grand Touring 6 speed standard in Ceramic color. I had already pre-applied and been approved. North Penn Mazda had one in stock and they are also my local dealer. I walked in on Saturday at 1:30pm, test drove, filled out paper work, went out to pick up a driver for my other car, came back and drove away with a fully detailed new Miata at 3:30pm. To me not wasting time is important and I was very pleased with the speed and quality of the experience. And yes... love the car!!

We contacted the dealership a week ahead and they were responsive in getting an appt set up and telling us what was in stock. The car was warmed up and ready to go on a cold Feb. morning so we could jump right into the test drive. Tim answered all our questions and he and another guy took us through all the paperwork. The price and interest rate was good. Great experience and drove away happy with our new (used certified) car.

This past Saturday I went into NP Mazda to test drive a 6 Grand Touring. A few weeks ago, I saw a 2005 Toyota Celica listed on CarGurus that caught my eye. When I called North Penn Mazda to inquire about the vehicle late one Monday evening, the woman on the phone told me that someone would be in touch with me soon. That was an understatement. Mike Hogan, my salesman, immediately called right back! He was not your stereotypical high-pressure salesman, and that is a large part of the reason why I ended up purchasing the car. Had I felt pressured or uncomfortable, we probably wouldn't have made a deal, and I would have left. He was very relaxed, informative, and eager to communicate with me via telephone and email. Eventually we drove over 200 miles down to North Penn Mazda, and met Mike Hogan. He stayed with us for a bit, then stepped back and allowed us to examine the vehicle on our own, which I really liked. On our test drive, he accompanied me, but only after asking if it was ok first. I'm telling you, I can't say enough nice things about him! When we returned from the test drive, they took the car into the garage to look into what ended up being a minor issue with the vehicle (a few wheels out-of-balance). We then met the used car sales manager, Mike Fontaine, who was also very pleasant. Between Mike Hogan and Mike Fontaine, we eventually closed on a deal, and purchased the car. This dealership, and the two individuals mentioned above, provided a completely transparent car buying experience for us. Everything was out on the table, there were no secrets, and no ridiculous games. I really can't thank them enough. Brent Freid in Financing was great, as well as Colleen Celec, who was very down-to-earth, funny, and a pleasure to work with! From the bottom of my heart, thank you to all of you listed above at North Penn Mazda who made my car purchase practically flawless. Maybe next time I will bring the appropriate checks. ??

I was so lucky that I bought my new Maxda3 5-Door i Hatchback Grand Touring at North Penn Mazda! The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. The Manager, Kyle Neith, first communicated with me via email, as well as many other dealerships. I had good vibe about him and decided to go there. He introduced me to my Sales Rep., Tony Hamilton and I could not have had a better person. No hard sell. Just a warm, friendly and knowledgeable man. He was awesome! He made me feel good and I trusted that I would get a great deal...image that...trusting a car salesman is really possible at North Penn! We negotiated until I felt I had the best deal and it wasn't like sparing it was just fair dealing. I got the car I wanted and at a better price that I thought I'd get. Got a good price on my trade-in on a 15 year old Buick too. After the sale, I picked up my car 2 days later...at my choice. He was so patient and we went inside my car and he went over everything on how to operate it and linked up my phone to it. He spend a lot of time with me and I knew how to do everything including using my great Mazda Nav. System, setting up the radio presets...he even showed me things I didn't even know I had! We took my car on a test drive and he even showed me more things this great car could do. Did I say he did all this after the sale! He introduced me to the Service Dept. and had me set up my first oil change/maintance appointment....they were really nice there too. If I tell you it felt like a family affair- it did. My experience with the finance rep..Colleen Celec was good too. She knew her stuff and was easy to work with. I know I have said a lot, but there is so much more good things that I didn't get to tell you for not wanting to write a book. Just know if you want to have a good experience buying and getting a great deal on your car...this is really the place you need to go. I, honestly, am happy I went here and I have a great feeling that I will be happy for all my future car service needs. Thank you for such a fantastic job, Tony Hamilton. You really went out of your way and have a customer for life. Thank you Kyle Neith for your honesty and for hiring such a great group of people. I love my new car!!

Very impressed with the whole buying experience. My wife and I purchased a 2012 Mazda 3 Skyactiv that was in pristine condition. Passed 2 Mazda dealers on my way to North Penn. John Sell literally did all the work even helped me find cheaper insurance for the vehicle. Brent was very helpful since this was our first financed car, very thorough and nice. The whole process was under an hour and John even synced my wife's phone to the car so she could listen to her music on the way home. That type of service you just don't see in the Lehigh Valley, very happy I didn't even bother with Scott or Young Mazda. Will gladly buy another vehicle. Hoping to see a good used FJ Cruiser on their lots haha.

I came all the way from IL to buy a Mazda CX-5 Its my first Mazda and the buying experience was a pleasurable experience. I was out here on Business and decided to purchases the car out here and drive it back to IL. I called the North Penn and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I needed. I showed up, signed a few a papers and drove the car off the lot. But not before Vinny spent 20 mins giving me a detailed tour of the CX-5 features. Really a no hassle awesome experience and I would highly recommend buying a Mazda and you should definitely buy it from North Penn

I give Joe Butler a 5* rating because of his quick response to my very first inquiry, even a couple of months before I was able to come in. Joe with North Penn was the first to contact me, leaving an inviting, genuine, and informative voicemail that made me call back (pretty rare for me). We discussed my options on the phone, then over the following month emailed back and forth up to the day I came in. Joe answered any questions I had and asked me the right questions in return. I felt confident about my possible purchase. This rapport built between consumer and dealer was what made me travel the 40 minutes to North Penn when I could have chosen closer dealerships! Very smart. The day I came, the dealership was welcoming and had things ready for me to take a look and test drive. Joe was professional and friendly! I enjoyed my time at North Penn Mazda!

My husband and I purchased our first Mazda last night. After receiving an immediate response to our initial email about our interest in the CX-5, we decided to visit the dealership. Every employee greeted us as we made our way to Joe Butler's desk. Joe immediately helped us locate several vehicles that met our criteria and explained the functions of each "bell & whistle." His energy and knowledge of each car was amazing. He even stayed until 10:30pm and explained how to use every extra the CX-5 GT +A had to offer.

Throughout the entire process it was very non-stressful and the amount of emails and phone calls from North Penn was much less than what we got from other dealerships. Even the test drive was great, as they literally handed me the keys and told me to go have fun. I was looking online at used Mazdas to upgrade from my Kia Forte. I'm going to be commuting a nice distance for school and I wanted something comfortable, stylish and most of all, affordable. I was looking on Cars and Car Gurus and found a CPO 2012 Mazda 3s Grand Touring. it was within an hour from my house so I went and checked it out Sunday. liked it so I went back with my girlfriend.We went back and we're looking around. I have a big pet peeve of getting hounded by salesmen before getting out my car. we were looking at the car and a ten minutes pass and Vinny comes out and asks about my interests. I told him my financial situation, what I can afford and so forth. it was raining and he asked to go inside to get numbers down. we verified everything and he confidently told me, it can happen. being upside down in my car and hearing similar things from other dealers and being let down, it really did happen. hassle free test drive is the real deal. it was a pleasant experience and I wish my last two times buying a car was this easy and painless. everything was ran and I had confirmation in a few hours. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. they listen to your interests and didn't push anything like typical dealers do. you know how they always try to get you in a brand new car! that wasn't the case. North Penn and Vinny were friendly, honest, understanding and pleasant to work with. they even told me I didn't need as much money down that I offered to get where I wanted. they didn't suck it up like others. I really wish to business with them again. I recommend, the reviews and ratings don't lie. thank you everyone there! I'll be for sure enjoying my new car!

I originally did not plan on a Mazda to replace my SUV, but once I test drove a 2012 Mazda 3 I fell in love with the car. The service was excellent. As I had never purchased a car on my own before, I was a little apprehensive about the whole process, but Joe was the least pushy and friendliest sales person I had dealt with compared to other dealerships. Joe did a great job and answered all my questions, from the value of my trade to safety ratings on the 3 and answered phone and email questions very promptly. Brent in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. It was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to others.

I only have positive thoughts about my buying experience with North Penn Mazda and Vinny Denardo. I stopped by on a rainy night and Vinny was glad to round up the car I wanted to drive, and believed me when I said I wasn't there to buy that night. He gave me all the info I needed and gave me a gentle follow-up the next day and tipped the scales towards my purchase. I live almost an hour from the dealership, we did a lot of the transaction by phone and the credit ap was done on line. I was in and out of the dealership under an hour when I took delivery. Im in Northern NJ so North Penn Mazda is a little ways from me, but after reading the great reviews about this dealership here and elsewhere I decided it was worth considering them for a new Mazda 6 I was looking to purchase. I contacted them through their website with exactly the car I was looking for and Joe Butler emailed me back very quickly letting me know the dealership was very interested in working with me and then followed up with a very good offer. Joe and the Used Sales Manager Mike Fontaine also offered me a good trade in value on my older Honda Civic which saved me the trouble of having to sell it privately. At the dealership, everything went smoothly. The paperwork was taken care of quickly and Joe also spent time with me going through all the car features. I was in and out within a couple of hours. Overall, this was a great car buying experience. Joe and everyone else I came into contact with at the dealership were knowledgeable and friendly and you can really tell theyre proud of what they sell. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Everyone we interacted with was nice, helpful, and,most importantly, not pushy. We were shopping a handful of different car makes and another Mazda dealer in the area did the "let me get my manager what would it take to put you in a car today" schtick and it was a total turn off. We had a very specific combo of features we wanted and everyone at North Penn bent over backwards to make it happen for us, not just try to get us to buy whatever car they had in stock. They were responsive to email and helpful at every turn. This was our second car bought through the North Penn group and I would gladly go back next time!

I live 1.5 hours from North Penn Mazda. There are other Mazda dealerships closer to my home but I am *so* glad I found North Penn Mazda. I was looking for a very specific model when performing my search for a used car, and lo and behold North Penn had just one in stock. North Penn has a great reputation for an excellent dealer and my Mom bought her Mazda there however, this being my first dealership car purchase I was naturally skeptical. I started my interaction via a very convenient live chat feature right on the car listing page. Joe Butler was the rep on the other side of the chat, and he was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, and I decided to come in the next day to test drive the vehicle. I enlisted the Mazda expertise of a friend during the test drive and we spent about 45 mins inspecting every little part under the hood. Joe gave us all the time we needed with the car, and I felt no pressure whatsoever to make a purchase. After a rigorous examination checklist, extensive research of Carfax/service records, and the official green light of my expert consultant, I decided to pull the trigger. We came to quick, fair agreement on the price and from there Brent Freid got a me a great finance rate. When I came to pick it up, Colleen went over all the paperwork with me and answered my numerous final questions. The car was detailed, gassed up, and ready to go when I walked out of the building. I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership--the entire car shopping experience was simple and quick, from beginning to end. Joe was friendly and very knowledgable about all of the models, and I think that the entire team here worked to get me the best deal possible (which turned out to be great!). I hate buying a car, but when I need to, I do exhaustive research online to narrowdown my car to a few select models. After many reviews, research and test drives, I decided that I wanted a certified preowned 2014 Mazda 3 iGrand Touring in Blue Reflex Mica. Seeing one listed online at North Penn Mazda, I jumped at the opportunity soon after the car was listed. A price was negotiated with John Sell and I secured financing and delivery details with Mike Fontaine. I made the trek from Connecticut to Pennsylvania to pick up the vehicle. Unfortunately the car at delivery was Deep Crystal Blue and NOT Blue Reflex Mica as the website had described. I did not want the darker blue, I had a dark colored car in the past and they're a xxxxx to keep clean. Mike Fontaine, who had been so helpful during the initial predelivery correspondence was dejected and visibly embarrassed at the unforseen situation infront of him. Neither he or I had ever discussed the color of the car, we merely went by what was described online. The question of color wasn't even a thought in my mind. Visibly upset, Mike asked me what he could do. I wasn't concerned about the deal that was just blown in my mind. I was concerned about how I was going to get back to Connecticut since I took the train down to Philadelphia and was dropped off by my brother that lives locally to the dealer. Mike Fontaine offered me a rental car or have the North Penn Courtsey Shuttle drive me home. Of which I did.Still upset several days later, I emailed Mike about the situation stating that I would be willing to work with him if he could find me the same car with similar miles. He stated that he would look around. Unsuccessful with his search, he offered me a NEW 2015 Mazda3 i grand touring in Blue Reflex Mica. It was an offer I couldn't refuse. Over the next several days I corresponded with Kyle Neith while Mike was out of the office. Kyle researched all the associated closing fees associated with Connecticut's out of state registration. Some were more than initally expected so he ate some of those costs for me. AMAZING. Delivery day arrived and I was amazed at the ease. I was in the dealership and on the road in less than a half hour. It couldn't have been easier. I received my Connecticut registration and new plates in the mail faster than it would have taken me had I gone to my local DMV myself.As mentioned in my first sentence...I hate buying a car. Its not fun. However the team at North Penn Mazda gets it. They bent over backwards for me. They didn't have to. They could have simply said "we're sorry" (which they did) and left it at that (which they didn't). They realize the value of customer service and satisfaction. They realize a mistake but more than made up for it. I hope I don't need a car for a good 10 years, but when I need one I will certainly consider making the 4 hour trip from Connecticut to North Penn Mazda.

I had the nicest car buying experience to date at NorthPenn Mazda. It was a 25 mile commute from my home, but worth the drive. I was shopping for a nice, used, late model Chevrolet Malibu and had a list of seven likely candidates to check out at various dealers around the area. To make a lot story short, I chose a 2010 Malibu LTZ that they had for sale. It is a beautiful car, well maintained and I got a great deal on it which included the trade in of my old car. Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable and at home. I appreciated the longer than usual test drive, which really helped me to get a feel for how the car handled and performed. I recently purchased a Mazda 3 from Greg Martin. I can say I've NEVER experienced such amazing service from start to finish on the purchase of any vehicle before. Usually it takes FOREVER for them to get the car ready, gas filled up, finance (that's usually a nightmare everywhere). But not with Greg at North Penn. I contacted him and explained my situation and what I needed to purchase, within 24 hours I was driving off the lot in my car. I wasn't in the dealership anymore than maybe 20-30 minutes tops INCLUDING the time spent in Finance. Helen in Finance is absolutely wonderful, efficient and very thorough with explaining everything in a timely manner. It was so nice to just go in, talk to Greg and he knew exactly what I needed. I bought a new 2015 CX-5 at North Penn Mazda, and I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant car buying experience of my life, by a long shot. When I walked into the dealership, Vince Denardo in sales came over to greet me. I talked with him about the car that I was trading in, and what I was looking for in a new car, and within a few minutes we were out on a test drive. He let me select the roads on which to drive, and was happy to give me the opportunity to truly test out the car. When we returned to the dealership and I decided that I wanted to purchase the car, he asked me about the price that I was looking for on the trade in, and what I wanted to pay for the new car. I had researched the values before coming to the dealership and I handed Vince my printouts with the numbers that I was looking to hit. He brought the numbers over it his manager, Kyle, and he came back with almost exactly the numbers I was looking for. When I mentioned that I would like to see the price come down a bit more, he went back to Kyle, and they came back with a price that was even a bit better than what I was asking for. I've never before been to a dealership where everyone was so open, honest and friendly, and where they put absolutely no pressure on the buyer. When it came time to sign the papers, my experience with Jason H. in finance was just as positive.I had read all of the good comments about this dealership on deal rater before I went in, so I had a sense that this place might be different than your typical dealership. But walking in and experiencing this kind of customer service for myself was just amazing. I just cannot express strongly enough in words how completely blown away I was by this positive experience.

Bought a new CUV for my 19-year-old son......his first car. Sales person was Joe M who was most cordial and personable....I honestly do not ever remember buying a vehicle and feeling so positive about the overall experience. My son, I know, was also impressed with how Joe handled things including his test-drive.The other person we dealt with was Jason H who handled the signing of all the paperwork and whose job it was to also sell warranties, etc. I turned him down in every case because I don't believe in them and never felt pressured by Jason to change my mind.

My current lease (Ford Focus) was up in July, so I started to really think about my next step the end of May. The Focus was great for me 2 years ago; however since that time, I've really honed in on what I like & what I want. Plus, I was feeling a transmission issue... not that it couldn't be fixed, but I was surprised how differently it drove only 2 years in. A good friend suggested that I try Mazda since I like "sporty". I was going to go the local/close Mazda dealership, but he said, "No! Go to North Penn! _____ is awful." So, even though NP was farther for me AND I didn't know anyone specific, I reached out via e-mail to inquire about the Mazda 3. I was always a Honda and Nissan fan, but really didn't know much about the Mazdas. Just in my initial research, I was very impressed with the look of the Mazda 3, as it was new in 2014, as well as the trim level options.Tony Hamilton immediately got back to me & we set it up so I'd come see the car on Saturday. Quick & easy - great. I do want to commend NP in that I didn't receive a million e-mails after that. As I said, I had been looking, done some inquiries and one dealership sent me 9 e-mails one day between 4 am and 7 am. That is just WAY too much - it's a complete turn off. I understand it's automated, but it was nice to have access to Tony as a resource, directly via e-mail.The Ford dealership enjoyed telling me how incredibly busy they are. Who's more important than me at that point? I felt like I was bothering them. But, when I got to NP Mazda - yes, they were busy, it was a Saturday - but Tony was calm, cool & collected AND had a car ready for me to drive. So OPPOSITE of feeling like a PITA. :)My case was a little complicated - trying to coordinate my current lease return as well as some finance challenges - but Tony REMAINED calm, cool & collected throughout the process. I had a lot of questions and he always got back to me immediately and never made me feel like I pain (though I know I was!!!). He was very knowledgeable and I felt that he worked very hard to get me what I wanted. This continued throughout picking up the car yesterday. I had decided mid-stream that I wanted fog lights. Tony got them done & they looked GREAT. SO happy I got them! And, even something little like this.... I expressed wanting to buy the all-weather mats. They were already IN my car when I arrived yesterday. Everything went smoothly yesterday, too, in spite of it being a busy Saturday, last day of the month. The process still went faster than I expected, including the Finance part, with Jason H. Jason was also very knowledgeable and efficient. Again, they were incredibly busy yesterday - everyone - but any NP employee I came in contact with was smiling, helpful and appreciative (calm, cool & collected in spite of a hectic day!).And, the car?!? I wish you could see it :) It speaks for itself. I have good taste! ;) It is truly gorgeous, very sharp. I love all the details, down to the red stitching on the seats. I got the I Grand Touring and it really feels luxurious and drives SO nicely! I'm really pleased with my decision. Anyone I tell that I got a Mazda says "oh yeah, they're great cars". I'm just sorry it took me this long to experience it.Do not hesitate to go to North Penn Mazda even IF they might not be the closest dealership. You will feel special!

Joe was very pleasant and low key. Although he offered suggestions; he let me take the lead. When I spoke, he listened! Filled in the waiting gaps with some nice conversation. All questions I had about the car were answered. Furthermore Joe explained many of the features of the car that were new to me, that I did not even know to ask about; very informative. Paired my phone, super! Eased into the financing very suggestively and helpfully. Price negotiations with the trade-in and purchased car very handled very expeditiously; the manager was friendly, and again I stress, he also was not pushy! Joe went the extra mile politely: I had not noticed that there was a front bumper advertising plate on the car until the next day at home- my fault in the excitement of buying a new vehicle. But when I did I was not a happy camper. As a customer I despise these things, and expressed my opinion very pointedly to Joe. 'Cool Joe' took care of it for me in a very courteous business like manner and got the body shop to fill the 2 little holes with color matching plugs. On another front: your facility is very clean and the bathroom is spotless - says a lot to customers, especially women!

Really great experience at this dealership, and maybe it was due to the sales person. John was not your typical pushy salesman even though as we approach he was standing outside. (After this winter - I would be standing outside too). My daughter and I had a budget and weren't sure if we were going the used car route or the new car route. John was very patient and showed both new and used. He knows his product and believes in his product because he drives a Mazda. After consideration and a call to our insurance - we decided on the new car (plus insurance dropped from the 2009 honda civic she was driving to the new 2014 Mazda 3- crazy right). Reliability and safety are two key factors in putting your child behind a wheel, and I felt this was a great move. I first met Jason Hartman at North Penn Mazda two years ago when we were shopping for a new CX-5 for my wife. This was when they had just become available and were very hard to find. Though we ended up buying at a different dealer that had exactly what we wanted, I was impressed enough to keep Jason's name on file.When it came time to replace my car, I had two models at the top of my list - the new Mazda 3s GT and the VW GLI. Since I was less than happy with my prior experience at the other Mazda dealer, and because North Penn's dealerships carried both makes, I contacted Jason to see if he'd be able to arrange for extended test drives of both cars back-to-back so that I could really get a feel for how they compare. With an infant son at home and almost no free time, I needed to be in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible, at times that worked best for me.Despite no longer being in sales - he was now a finance manager - Jason made all the arrangements and had both cars ready when I arrived. He also made sure to get answers to the follow-up questions I had, and even arranged a 2nd test drive of the Mazda so that I could be sure my wife would be comfortable driving it if she had to and that our son's car seat would fit in the back seat.Once I made the final decision to go with the Mazda, I turned the process around a bit and put together an offer to the dealership for the exact color and options that I wanted, and that was an extremely good deal (for me), but that I also felt was ultimately achievable. At that point, Jason had to turn me over to someone in sales, and so introduced me to Tony Hamilton.It was then that I expected the process to bog down a bit and have to start negotiating, meet the sales manager, hear why my trade's not worth what I think it is, etc.. But there was none of that! They evaluated my trade and ran the numbers in the span of maybe 20 minutes, and Tony wrote up the buyer's order exactly as I had proposed. Considering that they would have to locate the car for me, and that my trade was 14 years old, I was almost shocked that they didn't try to bargain the price higher "just because".I had my new Mazda by the end of the week. Jason did a great job explaining all the paperwork and had us through that process quickly and painlessly. Tony took the time to explain every feature of the new car, answer all of my wife's and my questions, and even had us scheduled for our first (and complimentary) oil change.I'm enjoying my new car and couldn't be happier with my experience at North Penn Mazda. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

We were looking for a specific vehicle and they had it and worked with us. Tony was very friendly and welcoming. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Almost 3 weeks after having a baby, my husband and I decided we would need a larger car. After researching various mid-sized SUV's we agreed on the Mazda CX9, not only for appearance reasons but also,because of the great reviews and affordability. After finding one that met all of our needs at North Penn, we were disappointed to find out that it had been sold an hour before we went to look at it. We were able, though, to test drive another one which solidified our decision that this car would be a perfect fit for us. Luckily, we were told that another CX9 would be arriving that week, which had less miles and was a year newer. My son's car lease was up and he needed to turn it in and get something else. He really liked the Madza3 . Tony was wonderful. He did all the work contacting the other dealership about the lease and was able to get my son some money back since the miles were way under the lease agreement. Tony was the only salesperson who took the time to do that-other dealerships that my son went to told him that they "don't deal with the lease, it was his responsibility". Tony had everything ready when it was time to pick up the car and Jason was great explaining all the options to my son. I also have a Mazda CX-9 that I bought last year from North Penn Mazda. My wife and entered the dealership with intention's of buying a 2014 Mazda 3 hatchback. A trade and the rest cash. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to come up to us and to say "I'll be with you in a minute." Off to a bad start already. Finally, a sales person. We told him what we wanted and that we were trading in a car. We took a ride in the Mazda, got back to the dealership, he offered us a ridiculously low amount for our trade. We told him we had another appointment to look at another car. He said, "come back after you see the other car and if they offer you more I'll see what I can do" we felt like we were rushed out of there, so rushed that the salesman let us leave without our Insurance and registration cards for our trade. We got to the other dealership, they needed the two cards so I had to call Mazda and get them to fax the two cards to the dealer. The lady asked who I was and the name of the salesman, he didn't even want to come to the phone, Finally I got him to send the fax. The other dealer gave me more than double of what Mazda offered me so we bought from the other dealer. We didn't even want to give them a second chance for an offer on the trade.Then we had to drive all the way back to Mazda to pick up our cards. When we found the salesman he handed us the cards and said "sorry about that". You go into a dealership to spend $25000.00 or more, you don't want to be treated like that. Not a good experience at North Penn Mazda.

John Sell was an excellent salesman to deal with, I walked into North Penn Mazda with the intentions to make a deal and he was the first salesman to approach me. John made sure with the sales team it was ok for him to work with me because we had sent email inquiry's about vehicles. John wanted to be positive he was not stepping on another salesman's toes. I felt that type of honesty and integrity was important. My wife and I had visited over 15 other dealerships of various makes and models. While some salesman were helpful we were not able to reach a price that fit our family or found the product not as advertised. North Penn Mazda and salesman John Sell did all they could to accommodate our needs. John recognized our needs and took the time needed to show my wife all the features of our new CX9. This was my wife's second purchase from North Penn Mazda and she was pleased with both experiences. John had pretzel rods at his desk which my kids were not shy in asking for, he was more then happy to share. I do consider myself an extremely difficult person to deal with when purchasing a car but the Saturday I spent at North Penn Mazda was very laid back. I highly recommend dealing with John Sell and North Penn Mazda. Just be sure to approach or call them as they allow the customer the freedom to walk the lot and look at cars with out being stalked or harassed.

I wish I could rate North Penn Mazda a 10 but 5 is the highest. I decided on the car that I wanted. I was working with many local Mazda dealers internet departments because I did not want to waste a whole day sitting in front of a sales person negotiating price. After finding the lowest price, I called Greg at North Penn Mazda. I never met him before and he was able to beat my best price for the exact car I wanted. They day I picked up the car, it was prepped and waiting outside when I got there. All of the paperwork was ready to be signed and I was out the door with my new car in less than 1 hour. There was no high pressure to purchase extended anything. They did explain what was offered but no pressure to buy. The experience above happened in 2011 when I purchased a Mazda 3 for my son. After an accident in 2005, I had to buy a new car. After a bad experience at a different local Mazda dealer where they only wanted to move cars, I took a 25 minute trip to North Penn Mazda. The salesman not only made sure that I got what I wanted, but he also made sure that I felt safe in a new car after the accident.So when I was looking to buy a new car this year, North Penn Mazda was my first choice since the previous experience was great. The sales office was very busy that day, so I was able to check out the cars in the showroom and on the lot beforehand. I did my research on the 3i Grand Touring and knew that was the car I wanted.Joe Manfredi was really helpful with showing me the 3iGT, and the test drive went great. He was very friendly and outgoing but wasn't pushy like some dealers. He gave me a number for the car that was generous, and I couldn't pass the deal up. I was a bit difficult because they didn't have the 3iGT in red on the lot, so they would have to get it from another dealership. And I told him there was no deal if the car came from a dealership with a front facing license plate holder already on the car (because then they fill the holes with plastic bumper plugs; happened with my last car). Joe bent over backwards to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted!Jason Hartman handled the financing, and he was very thorough in explaining what I was getting and what was included and not included in the deal. Sales was super helpful about answering all of my questions, presenting all of the options, letting me test drive different models, and most importantly, giving me the time I needed to make a decision. I submitted an online inquiry for a used Toyota Highlander and Dan responded. He was very professional, friendly, and not pushy at all as I did an initial test drive and sent several subsequent requests for information on the vehicle. The dealership gave me a very favorable trade-in allowance on my car, and the Toyota was in excellent condition for a 2002. To close the deal, Dan offered a slightly better price and agreed to have some touch-up painting done on the vehicle. Jason did the closing on my paperwork and was very courteous and helpful. I hate buying cars, I always feel like i need a shower afterward. This time was different. I knew I wanted a Mazda and actually drove one at another dealer. A friend told me about North Penn and said she had a good experience so i figured why not? I stopped in on the way home from work and met Jason Brown, Talk about laid back this guy was easygoing and listened before talking. I explained my needs he listened offered a few comments and suggestions and I was able to make up my mind, He then presented the numbers in a straight forward fashion without the confusing BS I have gotten in the past. I said yes. The next afternoon when i went back with my trade in they looked at it and they gave me what they estimated the day before. Then Jason Hartman the Finance Guy took over and all the numbers were exactly as Jason Brown presented them, No surprises , no extra fees. The car was ready including the roof rack that had called in and added that morning. They gave me the run down on the car and I was out of there. No need for the shower to get the slime off. Dan, was an amazing salesmen. We came to mazda to look at a vehicle (small SUV) for our parents. He was the only person in several dealeships in the area that had came out to greet us. We had gone to acura and the salesman was very rude. Also we had gone to nissan and no one ever came out to even say hello. We are so glad to have gone to mazda of north penn. The Salesman Dan had provided us with an amazing customer service and was very professional. He took the time and effort to explain all the details of the CX-5. He also walked us over to all the CX-5 inventory they had in stock. It was great to see that there are genius salemen these days. Also the added bonus was that he gave us a great deal. We did not have to haggle much for what we wanted. It came to an agreement that day and picked up the car the following day. We also asked for transport for our parents to pick up the vehicle, because we did not live in the area. Walked into North Penn Mazda to get my Mazda 3 hatchback serviced. The part was under warrenty and was told it would be about an hour so I said no problem and figured I would look at the cars in the showroom. That's when I saw Dan Oestreich and figured I would go over and say hi since Dan was the guy who sold me the 3. We got to talking about how I loved the 3 but with 3 girls the car had just gotten small. We spoke about some things like room, price, and gas mileage. The numbers he talked about on larger cars were in the ballpark concidering I was only 24 months into a 42 month lease. So We took the Mazda 5 and the 6 for a ride. I liked the 5 but felt like it was more of an All Wheel step up from my 3. Not a bad thing but nothing that made me excited to try and get out of my lease. Then we took the 6 GT for a ride. Man was that fun. Really didn't expect to go in the dealership and get excited about a car!!! Dan even let me drive it over to my wife's work to see what she thought. Bottom line, Dan helped me get out of my lease and into that beautiful 2014 Mazda 6. Had to roll a little money over but kept the payments on a new lease in my range. Not to mention, because of the safety features my insurance actually went down. So that along with the mileage actually means I will be saving monthly eventhough my payment on the car went up a little bit. Glad I went over to talk to Dan. I think because he was just "real" with me and not agressive, it helped the deal get done. Though honestly I just went in to get something fixed! North Penn Mazda helped me along in my first New Car buying experience. After requesting one of those "internet quotes", I became inundated with email blasts and "come in and test drive" automated emails and scripted calls. Jason, at North Penn Mazda, reached out in the most personal, and least pushy manner. Jason simply made himself available, and prompted an exchange of mutual respect - I could tell he valued my time.At my initial on-site test-drive, Jason simply provided me with information, letting me compare the primary two Mazda 3 trims I was interested in. We talked preliminary numbers, and when I left the dealership that day, there was no pressure to buy - even when I'd walked off the lot, he didn't begin a phone and email barrage. After doing additional research and calling around, I reached back out to Jason - he worked quickly and efficiently to get the numbers to a point that met my expectations, and then take care of the back end paperwork. All I had to do when I came in was review everything and sign the paperwork.But Jason didn't stop once the deal was done - he made sure to familiarize me with the most important features of the car, as well as making it clear (in a way that let me know it wasn't just empty talk) that if I needed anything or had further questions, I could reach out to him.Jason made what could have been a big ordeal, buying a first new car, a smooth, simple and stress-free experience. I bought a 2011 Mazda 3 about a month and a half ago. I love it! The car was in excellent condition and I have not had any problems so far. I had really great service at North Penn Mazda-- Mike Fontaine was very helpful and did not pressure me at all. I was a little hesitant because of all the 5 star ratings on here. I had seen other websites where it seemed the dealership had written great reviews just to cover up the bad reviews. Not the case with this dealership! I did not feel pressured in the slightest and everyone was very friendly. Mike showed me the car, gave me the details, said these are your options for financing, and gave me time to decide. He was upfront with everything-- I did my research on car buying beforehand and read stories about people buying cars only to have the numbers changed at the last minute when it came time to sign the contract. There were lots of documents to sign (as can be expected) but everything was as it should be. I would definitely recommend visiting this dealership for a car and asking for Mike Fontaine (although I'm sure they are all very helpful!).

Dan came in on his day off, had the car already prepared, and I drove it away, a very pleasant experience overall. In recognizing my needs Dan embodied all the characteristics of what an informed car buyer requires.It's easy to become informed today, and by the time a buyer shows up at a dealer, the sales effort should be perfunctory. Prior to buying the car I had shopped at two other dealerships, evaluating a Honda CR-V in addition to the Mazda CX-5 that I decided upon, and walked out of both of them due to general incompetence. I really had an excellent experience with North Penn Mazda from start to finish. I was in a rush to get into a new vehicle, and they did everything they possibly could to make it worthwhile for me to make a deal with them. What I like most about this dealership is the fact that they are low pressure, and they put forth a lot of effort to make you feel comfortable while you are shopping for a car. What a stress free environment. I negotiated a price over the phone. They stayed true to their word and had paperwork ready for me to sign when I went into the dealership. No hidden fees or surprises on the paperwork. I had to put a deposit for the car as they needed to try and do a dealer trade to get the car I wanted. I spent less than 30 min and was on my way home. My Mazda lease was nearing it's end, so we stopped by North Penn Mazda just to see what our options were. We did not expect to have the great experience that we did, and we certainly did not expect to leave with a new car on that day. I've been to many dealerships over the years, but nothing like this one. My salesman Dan Oestreich was so friendly and helpful. He did not talk at us like most car salesman do and he did not make any promises that he did not keep. He actually listened to our concerns about monthly payments that we could afford if we leased another vehicle vs buy out our existing one. It was the easiest dealer we have ever had the pleasure to work with, we were in and out within 1-1/2hrs. My husband and I are planning on making another visit this month and hopefully walk out with another vehicle. Jason went above and beyond to make me comfortable with the right choice of vehicle. After multiple test drives, I brought back my wife who had a test drive as well. Then due to closing time, he allowed me to take the car overnight. We turned it into a date with late night dinner out. We drove through the countryside and fell in love with the performance, handling and the awesome lighting the car provides. I recently purchased my 2014 cx5 on 3/15/13. I love my mazda but more importantly I was so relieved to not have been annoyed with phone calls, e-mails or pressure that usually happens when purchasing vehicles. I went to your dealer ship on the previous Saturday.of purchase Dan O greeted me with professionalism without being pushy. I told him I had interest in another name brand SUV. He didn't telll me the reasons to not purchase the other vehicle but rather points on the mazda that was important to me , he also didn't haggle the price and offered fair value for my trade in. I told Dan he gave me much to think about, he offered his business card and told me to call if I had any questions. All that week I had annoying calls, mail and offers to put me in a vehicle I wasn't interested in FROM THE OTHER DEALERSHIP! .After my experience with Dan my mind was made up. I just had the best car-buying experience from any dealership I've ever visited or bought from. Considering I am 53, that says a lot.As soon as I walked in the door on my fact-finding visit, I was greeted by Jason. First, I have to say, it was incredibly refreshing to deal with a sales person who was so genuinely polite, friendly and personable. As I explored the CX-5, Jason was great at sharing the features of the car while giving me time to think about how this vehicle would fit my needs. He was both very knowledgeable and professional in his comparison of the CX-5 versus the other manufacturers we were considering, all without degrading the competition.My husband & I returned at a later date for a test drive, arriving early. Since Jason was tending to another customer, the manager immediately had a CX-5 brought around for us to take out for a drive - unaccompanied. It was great to be able to freely discuss our thoughts on the car vs others we had driven.Time to make a deal! Jason worked hard to find us the perfect CX-5, even with us changing our minds a few times about accessories, color, etc. He stayed in touch, keeping us informed on incentives, availability and, along with his manager Ray, worked with us to on pricing as well.It was a pleasure dealing with Jason. I went to the Phila Auto Show with my wife and son last week. After seeing the CX-5 at the show I called Mike Fontaine at North Penn Mazda to inquire about a purchase. Spending most of my career in sales I knew what I wanted from Mike to buy this car. I was looking for an honest informative individual, who would work with me and make the purchase of my wife's new car a pleasant and stress free buying experience. Mike delivered on every level. No games or hidden cost. Honest straight forward communication, which led to a very quick and easy sale. I was looking to buy a new Mazda MX-5. Jason called me after I had sent out requests to multiple dealers. He got me the lowest price for the exact car I wanted, without me really having to haggle unnecessary or wasting my time.
