these people are untrustworthy and everything bad you think of about a use car dealership. They sold us a warrantie that turn out to be invalid. My engine check light came on after a few days went back to them to fix prob they said they would but did not. All they did was shout the engine check light off . Also found out a month later that the car was in a wreck, and was a flood vehicle .i wish I had not purchase this car for this dealership.

My experience is simple. I coincidentally noticed a new arrival on the lot of North Georgia Auto Brokers as I was in route to a meeting. I decided I had enough time to route back for a closer look. Upon inspection, I immediately thought this car met all my standards of condition, miles, year, model, options and below normal wear. I proceeded to discuss details with Amir who assisted me in all steps of the purchase. All concerns expressed prior to purchase were resolved in a professional way and pricing was agreeable. We are pleased with the standard of cars which North Georgia Auto Brokers offers and the competitive pricing which were unmatched in the market based on condition.

Although my review will be long, if you read to the end I promise it will be worth it and save you the same time and hassle that we went through. We brought in our 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Other than a few small dings in the bumper, there was literally nothing wrong with it. Everything worked great, it's equipped with a good sound system and good tires, and it was clean. There was no interior wear and tear, and we only had just under 53,000 miles on it. We even took it for a car wash with hot wax before bringing it over, and vacuumed and cleaned the interior ourselves. You are probably wondering why we would want to get rid of this car - my husband has a job that has us traveling around the country by car, and the Jeep is not great for space when we have a large dog and his crate, a cat, and all of our belongings. We are trying to have a baby, and once that happens there will be no room for anything in there, and we didn't want to get a tow package for the car because Jeeps do lose value more quickly than other vehicles and we really just wanted to trade in for something else. Our car was evaluated at another dealership, saying it was worth $12,000. We came to this particular dealership because they had a Nissan Armada that we wanted. We were looking for a deal in which we could trade the Jeep in, and get the remaining difference between the car we traded for and the Jeep's value, in cash. In this case, they advertised a 2004 Nissan Armada with about 140,000 miles on it for $9,900. They said it was in great condition and took very sneaky pictures on the website that made it look so, even though it had problems up the wazoo, but we'll get to that in a minute. This place is the place people talk about when they talk about sleazy car salesman on a sketchy car lot being rude to their customers. None of the cars were washed and they all had dirt and water marks all over them when we pulled up. We talked to Albert on the phone before coming to make sure the car we wanted was there, as this was a bit of a drive for us from southeast Atlanta, and we came by. Albert took us out, and acted completely disinterested. He didn't ask us anything, talk to us, he just stood aloof far away from the car. Almost as if he didn't even want to sell anything. When we got to the car, it looked only remotely similar to the pictures. It had a ton of wear and tear on the interior and exterior, but we decided to test drive it anyway. That's when the myriad of problems began to appear. Besides the fact that someone had messed with the electrical wiring of the radio in the car and some other charging ports, and that the back of the passenger seat was completely falling apart, we encountered broken windshield wipers, electrical problems with the driver's side window, HORRIBLE brakes that desperately needed fixing, it was in severe need of an oil change, and much more that I can't remember of the top of my head - but there were so many things that I actually had to make a list in my phone to keep track of them all so we could tell Albert when we got back. We did decide we wanted the car anyway, but it was no way worth $9,900. My husband fixes cars and he knew this was worth no more than $8,500. We got back, parked the car and my husband went inside to talk to Albert and negotiate. I stayed outside and talked to a nice gentleman who worked there, who told me he was only 13. The kid sells more cars than any other salesman there, it was his first day and he sold to the first customer that walked up to him. But these trolls barely pay him anything. When I congratulated him on his sale, he told me "The reason I sell is because I don't argue with the customers. The other guys argue with the customers constantly, and that's why we've had 7 or 8 people come in today and they haven't sold them a single thing." Maybe the idiots who work here could take some notes from this intelligent kid. They should keep him around, they desperately need him if they ever want to make any money, I'll be honest. I started telling him about all the problems with the car. He said, "Well, I think what a good deal would be is if you took the car at $9,900 and we just gave you the difference in cash to make up for the value difference of the Jeep." I told him that was the deal we were actually looking for. What a smart kid. Unfortunately, the idiot salesmen do not let him make deals, but that's too bad because they lost yet another customer because of it.Back inside, my husband pointed out all the flaws of the vehicle, and Albert wrote them down, although we fear he will probably do absolutely nothing about them and then sucker some poor other person who doesn't know a lot about cars into buying it anyway. Hopefully the person who buys the car will read this review before they do, but I'm doubtful. He told him we would do a trade with the car valued at $8500. Albert said no. We said we were willing to go up to $9000 but final offer because the car was literally a pile of crap. I came inside this time and pointed out all the flaws. He said "Mam, we can fix all of those things for you if you want but we aren't going to take your Jeep because it's too hard to sell." My husband luckily interjected and said no deal and we were leaving, because I was about to tell him that your ability to sell a car is not based on the car but on the quality of the salesperson, and the only person who can't sell a car of such good quality and low mileage is just a piece of crap salesman, honestly. If you want to go into business, you have to be willing to DO business. Everyone knows the business of car buying is haggling. If you're not willing to take a car that is of MORE value than your piece of crap vehicle, and you're not willing to negotiate on pricing, you are truly an idiot and know nothing about business. He even pulled the value up himself and agreed the Jeep was worth the $12,000 we were asking, he just didn't want it. It's no wonder they sold nothing all day. It's sad that the 13 year old standing outside knows more than the adult salesmen working at this place. What's sad is that their families are the ones who suffer trying to get food on the table and paying rent.If no one wanted this Jeep and it was so "hard to sell," how come we went to two new car dealerships (brand name ones too, an Acura and a Nissan) and a used car dealership and they all were bending over backwards to get this car into their inventory? Not to mention there was a Jeep dealership right down the road from this place. If Jeeps are "too hard to sell," how are they making any money? We ended up getting this same car at an Acura dealership, 2004 Nissan Armada, with 20,000 less miles, and did NOT look like a hungry Tyrannosaurus was let loose on the inside at feeding time. The dealership was unsure at first if they wanted it, but used their BUSINESS skills (because they are running a real business unlike these jokers) to negotiate a fair deal on both ends, which actually ended up being what we wanted - we got the car and $1950 in cash to compensate for the difference, and they got our nearly-perfect-condition Jeep with low mileage and a clear title in exchange. They even gave us a free tank of gas with the car, and stayed open 3 WHOLE HOURS past close and kept their best salesman there so we could get the car. If you want a real car buying experience from a family-owned business that doesn't hassle you, undervalue your vehicle and overvalue theirs - take the plunge and drive about an hour to the Sutton Acura in Macon. The Jeep's not too hard to sell for them, because they actually use their business to do business. What a concept!

I saw the Nissan Maxima that I wanted on Cars.com and then went to their website. I saw a few other cars that I also wanted to check out. They have a huge selection to choose from. I ended buying a Toyota Camry that I totally love! Everyone was so friendly. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me because I'm a lady. They gave me honest answers to all of my questions! I recommend them to anyone who's looking for a great car buying experience (especially women)!

I bought a 2004 cadillac cts on March5 2014...The same night i bought it the check engine light came on so the ext morning I had it put on a machine...The catalytic converter was bad and it had a 5th cylinder misfire so i called them first thing that morning...My sales guy Michael said he would call me back because they had to make an appt with the mechanic(3 days went by no call)I called them back after the 3rd day and Michael tells me o the guy is here can you bring it?? I was unable to bring it right then, but he told me bring it Friday and i could get it Sat...Sat morning i called and he tells me o the mechanic couldn't get to it can I come back on monday or just leave it...I brought it back on monday and the guy repaired it... Few days later check engine light came on again and my car wouldn't start..I had it towed to cadillac repair and was told it needed a transmission flush and oil(warranty didnt pay i had to pay 245.00)..This was april 2 now on april 7th check engine light back on and i took it back to repair shop where i as told the computer was bad and the 02sensors needed to be changed, but the warranty didn't cover this(i picked it up and took it back to North Ga auto brokers) The owner came and told me he would take it for emissions (came back that it passed) so he said nothing was wrong just a filter needed to be cleaned...Drove the car home and a few days later while driving my car was running but not going anywhere!! I had it towed back to the dealership and they were very PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE and told me mechanics weren't free...The owner then said whatever was wrong he would have fixed but i would be charged the dealer fee to fix it smh....I then asked well how about i trade this back in and get something else(since i knew i wasn't getting money back) I was told i'd get 3,000 when I paid 7300...I then told them screw that just take it to mechanic....It was towed there at 930 and at 300 i hadn't heard anything...I called and was told the mechanic was working on it...They closed and i heard nothing!! The next day i waited till 12 and i was told the owner would call me because they didn't have mechanics number...I was like what dealership dosn't have the mechanics number?? This sounded fishy so i drove up there and then i was told o let me call the mechanic (the mechanic nobody had the number for) Now the owners brother told me they found out the transmission is bad and they can't fix it but i have a warrnty so it should be covered but they can't fix it because they aren't certified and the warranty wont pay them...I was pissed 7300 dollars and less then a month and now the transmission is bad!!??!! He told me o these things happen....Now the warranty is expired because it was a 3month or 3000 mile warranty whichever came first( i went over the miles due to going back and forth trying to get car fixed) Now i'm out of 7300 dollars and i'm trying to get warranty to honor since i put miles on trying to fix car, but if they wont fix i gotta pay 1800 dollars for a transmission

We had bought Volkswagen Pasat & Nissan Maxima. Both cars ran in to lot of mechanical issues within few weeks of buying the car. Once the car is sold the dealer does not bother to look in to the problems and ignores you completely.

Do not buy a car from these people! They advertised my car as having "ice cold AC" and when I tested it, it was cold out (so it was obviously cold air that was going to come out no matter what). When the AC magically didn't work the next day when it was hot out, I took it to a repair shop and they told me the condenser was majorly cracked and leaking. (I highly doubt that happened in just one day after I bought the car!) When I called them to reconcile the issue, they told me to "buy the cans of stuff to make it cold" and that "the owner was not going to spend any more money on that car." They also did not send me my title for over three weeks and when they finally did, they had filled it out wrong and I had to send it back to them at the last minute so I could get it registered before my dealer plate expired. They are obviously just trying to make a quick sale and do not stand behind their merchandise or care about their customers. I just hope more people don't end up getting taken advantage of like I obviously did!
