I called about getting my vehicle in for service and Bill told me to bring it right down and that they would take care of it. I was treated with respect and courtesy. I didn't have to wait very long and the service was great.

Great service and friendly employees

Told service manager where the noise was and made an appointment for next day.In and out within 1.5 hours, which was good, cause usually have had to be there allday because of some past problems with my car. Used to use a good mechanic, buthe was getting too pricey, I have found that it costs me less, which is wonderful because am on social security. There prices are better than independent mechanics,and you stand by your work.

Excellent Dealership

I love my Ford Edge! The buying/leasing experience was the best. Mike walked my husband and I through the whole process and went over and above by helping us my husband's VA benefit. I will always buy my Ford's from North Country Ford. A little far to travel but well worth it for the friendly experience.

I trust them

The service department is always friendly and helpful and keeps me informed of any issue with my car. I trust them and I had previously done all of our car maintenance with my husband for decades, so I understand the subject. I have dealt with people who did not treat me as if I knew anything and had tried to sell me something that I did not need, so I don't trust easily.

Great dealership

I had my 2014 F150 serviced at North Country Ford and everything was taken care of. Every person that works there is always courteous. Great dealership. I also purchased a 2016 Explorer Limited from them.

I have purchased several vehicles from NCF, from small cars to commercial trucks. I am always completely satisfied with purchases, the whole process is pleasant and easy. We bought a king ranch lariat f-350. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. We never had a batter experience.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable having them take care of my car and that is not easy for me. Up until the last 5 years or so, my husband and I did all our own vehicle maintenance

The staff is always helpful ? they schedule the work to accommodate my own schedule ? they always explain fully what they have done and why. North Country Ford is where I have bought my cars and had my work done for years.

Friendly, caring dealership

I bought a 2016 Escape in the beautiful blue color. I've had it for a couple of weeks now and I love it! It's so spunky! Keith and Todd were awesome to work with, taking my needs into consideration every step of the way. I'd never buy a car anywhere else!
