I had been searching for newer Impala and was very happy to find one at a great price. The sales team was very helpful and sent updates about pricing and availability before I went to take a look at it. They were extremely helpful and allowed us to drive the car over night before making a decision. We also set a down payment amount and gave them our max monthly payment and they were able to find financing to match our budget. Overall it was a great buying experience!

Had a glitch with my screen/camera on my 2016 Silverado, Bobby recommended that I set appointment with there master technician so they can put there best man on it (which was 3 days out), loaner TRUCK was waiting for me when I arrived. My experience with the service department of this dealership is nearly always flawless. I typically wait 2 minutes or less when dropping my car. While waiting, there are comfy chairs, hot coffee, cold water and smiling people. I also love the complimentary car washes. I am nearly always on my way again in the time they specified.

The service was excellent, and was done in a timely fashion. I was given an update for further service as to miles and when I should be back in again. The waiting room was clean, and the coffee was hot.

Unscheduled oil change, Robert Burns was able to fit me in AND get my seat belt repaired on same visit with parts on hand, Jerrod Spicer was able to get repair covered by GM so it didnt cost me anything, nice place to do business and the coffee is always hot! Very friendly cashiers too!

I was just looking around for ideas on vehicles when we stopped at Central Chev. We were greeted by Hutch and he was very helpful in showing us some cars that I might like. I was interested in a Mazda 3. He told me about the financial process and how easy it was to see if I qualified. So I went for it and sure enough I qualified. they sold me a lemon. stay away,

I purchast a truck from North branch chev and it had problems from the start. Bad water pump. Seal in the engen under spark plug number8 is bad. Signals dont work.and the canister for the power steerin was empty. I took the car in to have thhe problems fixed and they had my truck for a week and a half and get this they said they couldnt find anything wrong.the very next day after I pick the truck up antfreeze all over the water pump.engen light was back on signals still didnt work the seal still wasnt in. This is the worst place to spend your hard earned money. Trust me you will be disqppointed.. again do your self a favor stay away from this place.

Don't fix it right the first time around!

Friendly staff but not the best service. I had an electrical issue with my car and I brought it in to get repaired. They charged me for it and sent me home without it being fixed.

I have been searching for a specific vehicle for a while and recently came across one that was close to what I was looking for, but not close enough to cause me to buy it. They were very friendly and also offered to keep an eye out for a similar vehicle. Even though they didn't sell me a vehicle, they met my expectations.

I found a truck online that I wanted to see, so I made a trip to North Branch Chevrolet. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rick. He was an extremely helpful salesman. He is not by any means the typical "pushy" car salemans, rather he was taking his time with me when I was looking over their inventory. He was able to answer all of my questions and I ended up in a different truck then the one I went to see. I feel that with Rick's help, I got a much better deal than I was planning, I would highly recommend looking for Rick when you go to this dealership. OK. I was originally not a happy customer. I must say that this dealership made sure my previous issue with the stabilitrak service light not being addressed had been taken care of. What really stand this dealership out from others is the sales person Rick Schwab and the outstanding service he provides to his customer. From followup calls, working with my work scheduled to the point of offering a loaner if this issue couldn't be resolved during my availability in getting to Service while the light was on. Also, kuddos to Jesse aka Jr. in Service to check the codes without an appointment while the Stabilitrak light was on and then went to take care of the problem right then and there. Outstanding service from both. If you need a car- new or used..Rick is the one you want to work with. The reason why l recommend Rick is because he genuinely cares about having the customer to have a positive experience and to be completely satisfied with his/her purchased.

Okay. I was the perturbed person in a earlier review. I must say the dealership had reached out to work out a resolution to resolve the issue to the both of our mutual satisfaction. This is in respect to the Stabilitrak Service light and the Stabilitrak light coming on the very minute the wet ink signature of the check dried. After doing the necessary known repairs which did not resolve the issue at my mechanic's...the dealership and my sales person (who was unaware of how upsetting this was to me) reached out to me and to set up a time with service to get this resolved even though l bought this AS IS. They wanted me to know that not only do they stand behind their vehicles they sale, but they also care about my and ALL customers experience(s) the moment the key is turned and the vehicle is driven off of the lot no matter what. And l have to say with a followup phone call from my salesperson on Saturday and today I was very impressed with their professionalism,and the sincere "what can we do to get this right" attitude. I definitely feel valued,not just as a customer but as a human being. Great Service Guys!

Buying as AS IS and the pitfalls

I bought a 2006 Trailblazer LS - had my mechanic looked at it - knew things to be fixed, new front tires, left tie rod, alignment, etc - the ususal. Around $500 - $600 repairs after walking out of the door which I expected. Walked out of the door and started the SUV - the Stabilitrak service light and light was on. Mentioned it to the person I just bought the car from since I was still in the lot(cash sale) and he stated it is no big deal...just turn off the car and restart it to reset it. Happened a few more times, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and today...called back Tuesday and yesterday and it was 'geez, sorry that you are experiencing this." There isn't anything they can do - I bought this AS IS and all of a sudden there is a bad cell connection and the conversation couldn't be continued.This is at my mechanic which is being repaired for the expected known repairs when I bought this vehicle. The mechanic will also check this out and run a test, since, there could be multiple things wrong with it. So, my advice to you all - no matter how great the service, no matter they tell you call us if you have any questions and concerns and we'll do what we can for you. We are here for you for ALL of your needs, it's all talk and no action. So, my advice to anyone who would like to purchased a used AS IS vehicle - not to do so from this dealership. The purchase was made on 10/22/2012 and it's 10/25/2012 without any dealership concerned about this - just "awww, geez." So, even though the Stabilitrak is not that big of a deal and you can still drive it - it's amazing that the moment my wet ink signature on the check dried - and this icon came up - there was nothing they can do except to say you do know it's AS IS don't you? Buy new at this dealership or not at all.
