Car was exactly what they represented, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Purchased a Mazda 3 from them that was in fantastic shape with less miles and was cheaper than many others that I had seen..

North Atlanta Auto Gallery provides nice, clean cars and a casual, unpressured approach to car buying and selling. I got the car I wanted at a fair price. The entire transaction was pleasant and efficient. I am very impressed! So far the car has been everything that I expected based on the advertising, conversation with the staff and test drive.

I bought a used compact SUV from Keith at a fair price in August 2014. Shortly after the purchase, I began to have some issues with the air conditioning system. I contacted Keith about the problem and he immediately offered to have his mechanic make the necessary repairs for no cost. It took a few trips to finally diagnose and fix the problem, but throughout the process he was extremely helpful and intent on correcting the issue. This place is smaller than the big dealerships you find on Alpharetta Highway or Peachtree Industrial, but with that, also comes some very competitive prices and a dedication to making sure that each vehicle is in good condition. Definitely would recommend.

Car was not "accident free" as advertised

The car I purchased was advertised as accident free, and Al showed me documentation (not from carfax) which seemed to support that. Al also said his mechanic had inspected it thoroughly and changed the oil. After I purchased the vehicle and took it to my mechanic, I was shown where the car had been in at least 2 accidents, as evidenced by the complete paint job and bondo on front and rear of vehicle. Further, it had sustained mechanical and frame damage during these accidents, requiring a new oil pan gasket, rear main seal, and power steering rack. Over $2,000 in repairs. I feel that if he had actually had a mechanic look at the car he would have been aware of these issues and should not have advertised the vehicle as accident free.

I'll buy from this dealer again.

This was one of the best used car purchases I've ever made. Al's approach was low-key and soft-sell, but helpful in finding the right car for us. He gave us a heads-up about a problem with the lender we had selected, and steered us towards an even better deal. The lot is not a typical used car lot. It's a very low-key, simple facility with nice, reasonably priced cars in an unconventional setting.
