I've been here twice looking for the car they posted online. When I call, of course they have it but as soon as I get there "they just sold it". Most annoying thing ever!

Their salespeople were exceptionally rude. Way worse than any other dealership I've ever been to, and there are some bad ones out there. I wouldn't buy anything from them.

Found a vehicle online and spoke with salespoerson several times. Scheduled appointment and were running late so they called for revised eta (they are 2.5 hrs away). Got there and the car was "at another lot" so waited 45 min and they brought a completely different car with a bunch of body damage and a different model year. Upon expressing frustration at the bait and switch the employee who brought the different car began cussing and repeatedly dropping the f-bomb!Another person stepped in and offered the model year we wanted in a different color, citing that it is "pristine" condition but is another hour away. 2 hours later the vehicle arrives and has body damage which impedes the passenger door closure function and has been body puttied. The door rail and passenger front fender must be replaced and painted to correct so the dealer agrees to do the repairs but when the paperwork is presented, it is specified that the repair is capped at about half of the estimated cost of repair. All in all we wasted an entire day by attempting to purchase a vehicle at this dealership. The lack of respect for our time was extremely prevalent and was combined with the contiual attempts to sell vehicles which were clearly not as described. Adding insult to injury, a young employee used extremely vulgar language while addressing a much older customer.

At first I was hesitant from reading all the bad reviews, but let me tell you that they are wrong! This was one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a car! I called in about a lifted up ford truck that they had, and the girl on the phone was amazing and informative. I dont remember my salesmans name but he was amazing! I was in and out of the dealership in 1.5 hours!

We bought a new crossover from this dealership several years ago, and the purchase experience was not terrible. The offer that really made the decision for us was free oil changes for life, which they honored up until last year when there was "a change of management." We found out about this when we brought in the car for an oil change and were made to feel like we'd done something wrong. They are rude to customers who are only seeking the services originally promised.The airbag light started coming on intermittently, and so the car was brought in since the warranty was still in effect. The specialist able to take care of that issue wasn't in due to an injury, and they asked us to bring the car back in 30 days. We mentioned that we were near the mileage cutoff for the warranty and they said not to worry about it, so we agreed to come back. During that time, we exceeded the miles on the warranty and were told we were out of luck.It appears that the majority of positive reviews for this dealership on this site are from several years ago when management still cared about customer service and honoring their offers. STAY AWAY!

From the first point of contact with the girl I spoke to from the Craigslist ad, to the finance team, this has been the BEST experience I have had purchasing a new to me car! Extremely attentive from the start! The car was just as described to me, the dealership itself was clean, the salesman I dealt with, don't remember his name, and the Managers, are simply amazing! I will send all of my friends here to buy for sure!

Recent change of Manager states "they will no longer Honor they're Oil Changes For Life Program" to many people were taking advantage of it????? Where is the honor in customer service when a dealership changes their agreement just to make a current sale!!!!!!! Steer clear from this dealership, Go elsewhere. Was there 3 hours on a Tahoe ,they talk a good game but are full of lies and try to con you. We have great credit but we have always paid cash for our vehicles because we're leery of dealerships ,this is why. The vehicle was a 2011 Tahoe ltz with 125k the manager Scott said I can a lender for ANYONE in 5 min ,however they don't want to loan on a vehicle with that many miles for 26 thousand but called us to come back they " made it happen" spent another 1 1/2 hrs to be told that we had to take a day off work to drive to nw expressway to sign papers only to be told that the credit union couldn't approve it because of the mileage but they found another lender but had no time to call us back because they were shorthanded and sooo busy, we drove there to get all paperwork with our personal info in it not trusting that they shred it. AS we pulled up our salesman MR.JUSTIN OBI was sitting on a golf cart on his cell phone and took off and hid from us and his coworkers for 20 min and finally gave us the paperwork we asked for...told them no payments over 420 monthly paperwork showed 536.00 Good lord was looking out for us on this ......they are crooks!

STAY AWAY from these deceitful , misleading liars ! they get you into a deal with the highest interest they can twist out of you legally , take 45 days to get all paper work right , take 45 days to send title ,they are lairs , thieves and con artist to say the least. will not follow through after the sale and provide what they agreed to in writing . sells junk on the lot but makes you think it is brand new . has trucks that bed sides don't match , bent frames , been totaled and still trying to sell them. never followed through with second key or keyless entry as listed on the window. , sold us a truck that they swear they lost money on and the whole time I was telling him he was at top of book. their financing is a joke and could be considered illegal in okla. under usury laws ! will not give you a price verbally and don't give a price until they have all financing paperwork done and ready to sign !

We got a vehicle had check engine light on. The service people were gone for the day. So we agreed to bring it back. They said it was air filter and didn't have one in stock. I bought one and put it in and nothing was wrong with the old one. Check engine light stayed on. We live over 2 hrs away and they expect us to bring it back. The truck i really wanted was the same price and they got me one that I found out was in the oilfield and anyone that knows about the oilfield knows not to get a vehicle that was drove by someone in the oilfield. They knew I didn't want a vehicle from the oilfield. It wasn't detailed or serviced. Our sales people were great while we were there but now don't seem to really care about the engine light when that was my main concern before buying it and obviously don't care cause I still ended up with a truck from the oilfield. We won't buy another vehicle from there. There are worse places though. The truck i got was knewer and was pretty nice but not as nice as the truck i wanted for the same price. You don't know the prices though cause they don't know them. Or didn't when I asked

I was about to buy a Mustang from this dealer. I came up with and agreement, i asked million times about the car condition and he replies, it is perfect. But after i paid for the deposit things changed, he start to lie. And i found out the car had been in accident. Whenever i asked for more details they say we do not know, but in fact they want to hide the truth.

The salesmen I initially talked with - Will, Kenny, and Hunter - were all great. Unfortunately, everything else about this dealership is unspeakably frustrating.It took three attempts to test-drive a new car on their lot. The first car - the one I came for - emitted a terrible screech from the brakes when the salesperson drove it out of its parking space due to rust on the rotors. The next car failed to start at all, apparently due to a dead battery. These were both new cars. After finally test-driving a working (and more expensive) Mirage, I told one of the sales representatives that I wanted to put down a generous down-payment (over 2/3 listed price) and finance the remainder. What I anticipated would be a straightforward negotiation on the price and terms turned into the biggest headache I have had in years.I walked into this dealership after claiming an ePrice of roughly $12,500 on a new 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage. I checked all of the fine print that was available regarding the ePrice and found a caveat that reads "Pricing may include current promotions, incentives, and/or bonus cash." I found that an incentive listed on the car's page is a rebate from Mitsubishi, which I was okay with redeeming after purchase. Within minutes of talking with the "negotiator," he told me that only qualified buyers are eligible for the rebate. I looked at the web page again and find a small disclaimer under the rebate information which reads "On approved credit." That's it. The website fails to mention any other requirements for receiving this rebate, and therefore the advertised price. I learned about these requirements only when he showed me some fine print from the official Mitsubishi Motors website. There is no link to this information from the dealership site, nor is there any reasonable expectation that someone could know about these requirements when viewing the Norman Mitsubishi listing. In other words, the price that is advertised on the website is deceptive. We argued about this misleading advertising for about half an hour. It wasn't until I mentioned UDAAP that he left to "talk with the finance guys" for a bit.He then returned with a sheet of copy paper with "$150/mo" on it written in marker and a place for me to sign. This guy wanted me to agree to loan terms without even telling me the price of the car, which he claimed that he didn't know despite the MSRP showing plainly on the computer screen right in front of us. This is right after he pulled a bait-and-switch on me with the ePrice. I knew that he was a snake at this point.I demanded to know the terms of the loan and the price of the car before signing anything, at which point he brought me what he called an "example" of the price and terms. The numbers on the sheet he gave me had absolutely no relation to the car I wanted or my proposed down-payment. $19,000 MSRP, $2000 down... What the xxxx is this? It's a $15k car and I'm putting $10k down. That's when he told me about a magical $1,800 "acquisition fee" which I suddenly had to pay upon buying the car. I was furious at this point and told him that there was no way I would pay that. He came back with a price and loan offer after that. The "acquisition fee" that he tried to jam down my throat vanished as magically as it had appeared.I received conflicting answers about whether or not my loan application had been approved. I drove home with the car that night, but I still don't know whether the loan is actually approved. I have not received the title. After dealing with these snakes, I don't feel like the car is safe, even though I paid them $10k down. If I didn't need a new, cheap car as badly as I do now, I would have never signed with them. I will never visit this place again if I can help it. They will take any opportunity to manipulate and take advantage of you.

Two weeks ago I bought a used 05 Buick from them for my mother. Very low miles and checked out fine. Mom loves it. Today we went back and bought a new Outlander Sport for my wife from them BECAUSE we were impressed with them from the first purchase. This time I feel they went out of their way to satisfy us. We had gotten into a not so good vehicle deal from another "helpful" dealership on an 07 jeep three years previous. We were upside down in a major way. They worked through several angles to gut us rid of the Jeep and into a new vehicle. Payments on the new Outlander are approx 60$ more a month than on our 07 Jeep. Who could be mad about that?

Found a vehicle on auto trader. Called and asked if the vehicle was still available and was assured that it was. I wanted to make sure because this dealership is an hour and fifteen minutes away from where I live. The vehicle that was being advertised is not run of the mill and a difficult find. Any how. I arrived at the dealership to be told that they could not find the vehicle on their lot. The sales man said well maybe its on our other lot. So he drives me over to this other lot. The whole time I am thinking I am being had. Several times the sales man tried to show me other vehicles which really was irritating. I told him, NO, I came to purchase the vehicle in question and I am not interested in seeing anything else. After 40 minutes of lolly gagging around I just said forget it. Im not interested in anything else. So in all I spent 3 hours and 10 minutes of my day to be wasted by lying sales people. BE HONEST WITH PEOPLE AND DONT WASTE THEIR TIME!!! I know what I want and no you cant just get me on your lot in hopes of selling me something else. Beware of this dealership. I feel they are not being honest and I can assure that I wont be doing any business with this dealership ever.

STAY AWAY!!! Large selection but ZERO focus on quality. Car didn't even have an air filter! Flat tire 20 minutes after we bought the car because it had a patch that was leaking. Seriously. Took car back in to have them checked everything, just in case. Service mgr said it would cost us $100 to put it up on the rack to look at it. They claim to do a "120 point review" of every car w an oil change but don't bother to put a sticker in the car showing the service? When asked, the service mgr said they were "too busy". Yeah, right. Too busy to even check to see if it has an air filter?! FRAUD!!!

We called and asked about a 2014 Dodge Journey they had. My husband asked if it had a 3rd row and was told yes, he said ok we live over an hour away and our trade in does not have air conditioning so before we drive out there we would like to see if we qualify and so they had us fill out the online application and when they called back they said we were approved for anything on the lot with a $1000 down, my husband informed them we only had the trade in nothing else and they said they could give us the $1000 for the trade in. So we decide to load up our 3 kids in 95 degree weather and drive out there thinking we would be coming back in a 2014 Dodge Journey, NOPE! We get there and they cannot find the car, once they do we wait for 30 minutes for them to bring it in from their holding lot (keep in mind they knew we were coming to look at that vehicle), then once we start looking at it it does not have a third row, then I ask about a 2012 Dodge Journey they had listed online and the salesman Dustin says oh well I didnt see another one at the holding lot and I dont know much about our inventory never offered to go look or anything, then we were like ok lets see what other vehicles they have with a tird row since we drove all the way out here and Dustin says well lets go inside and talk to the inventory manager and so we did and he forces us to fill out another application, which i told him at the time I did not want to do until we found a vehicle and he said oh its just for the file your approved. When the manager comes out he says we have you apprived but it has to be a new car, they did not have any with a third row, so after talking it over we decide to settle for the new car without the third row and decide that since we are going to be paying on it for awhile it should be something we would be happy with so we go out and find a fully loaded 2015 Mitsubishi outlander Sport and when we ask Dustin to get the keys he goes in and comes back out and says the manager just informed him that it has to be a base model, ok fine well going through their inventory they had two, so I test drove it, it was ok not what I wanted but considering my credit and the shape our current vehicle was in I say ok. Go in to do the paperwork and the manager comes back and says ok we will need a check for $2000 dollars and my husband says I told you all we had was a trade and I told you before we came what shape it was in and he said well I just cant give you anything for it. He sits their and tries to get us to give up something of value such as jewelry or something to that affect and we keep telling him we do not have anything, after getting mad I finally get up to leave and he goes back to the office and comes back 5 minutes later and says yea we cant do antying with out the $2000 cash. Then my husband tells him about hat we were told and that we drove our 3 kids out in the van with no a/c and wasted gas beause its a gas guzzler and he just says yea well it happens (this is the finance manager), This place is a joke and they do not care what they put people through if it gets them on the lot where they can shotgun your credit and get you approved under rediculous terms. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!

If you are coming to this dealership to look at any used vehicles, you are wasting your time! They are shady, don't detail any of the cars, and lie to you on the phone. I called about a 2007 Durango that they listed online and talked to a guy named Zac. I asked him over 20 questions about the vehicle because I was making a 3 hour drive to come see it. This guy told me that they wouldn't be selling it if it wasn't in great shape, told me there was nothing that stood out badly, and said it went through a 127 point inspection by the mechanics. I couldn't pass up the deal if it was in good condition. The next day I got down there and couldn't even meet this "Zac" character after he had so blatantly stated that we were coming to see him, and instead was given the run around by everyone else employed there. We met 4 other people trying to sell us different vehicles.All in all, the car was total trash. They said it was ticking, the seats were ripped and stained, it had dents and scratches on the outside, cracked windshield, and the idiots didn't even know where the keys were! COMPLETE JOKE! I would never recommend this shady place to anyone!

Went to look at Pre Owned Car Listed on craiglist...Spoke to them before driving almost 2 hours planning on coming home with their car in their ad...We were told before leaving our house, the vehicle was being detailed, and pulled to the front to be waiting when we get there...So we get there, and walk around for 20 minutes before finding Doug who we were told to find...We then walk the whole dealership looking for this vehicle (not pulled up front, because it was Not at the dealership!) After all this he disappears again, and returns saying the vehicle was Sold, that his employee lied to us, and she probably won't have a job tomorrow...In between all of this he kept showing us other vehicles much more expensive, and suggesting we go inside and run numbers to see what financing we qualify for (on what car?)...When my wife tried to open a door on one and look inside, she asks why it is locked up...Doug replies "We keep them locked" and "Lets go inside and run some numbers" He didn't even offer to go get a key, to examine inside of a vehicle we did not even drive two hours to look at!! It was insane, and I finally told him this was a complete waste of our time, but give me a card anyway so if you do find something we might be interested in, I can check back...He says he doesn't have any on him...I'm now very frustrated after driving 130 miles to look at car not there, not even able to sit in any vehicle actually there, and now knowing I'm returning home 130 more miles later without even having the guys card or contact info...I tell him "I don't even know your last name!" (he doesn't offer it) I say "Man this is bs (I didn't use the abbreviation) He replies "Ok Sir, if you're going to use cuss words toward me..I'm done" (and walks off) So this jerk, and his so called "staff" at this crooked dealership pretty much ruined our weekend (that I may salvage a small portion of) Now 4:10 p.m. Sun June 14, 2015 (this episode took place yesterday evening) I would not bother with any of these people, as this is "hands down" the worst dealership I have ever been in! (I've worked on cars/motorcycles over 30 years) The Worst! They should probably be reported to the Better Business Bureau, but I'm pretty sure they have multiple entries there! Bill

I had a wonderful experience here! I filled out an online app after calling and speaking with Millie about a vehicle I saw on Craigslist. I was able to get most of everything done over the phone. Once in, I had a very nice salesman (TJ) help me fill everything else out. From there it was a smooth process of test driving some cars, choosing one, and negotiating price. Did I mention they gave me 2000 more for my car (trade-in) than I was offered at 4, yes FOUR, other dealerships?! The whole process only took about 2 hours. I seriously love my new car!! I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy their next car shopping experience!!

I've bought 2 cars a different dealerships before I always felt cheated when it was said and done. I found out about there deals through Craigslist and made contact with the people at the dealership. I was always greeted by a helpful person and when I got to the dealership someone was set aside just for me to start the car shopping process. I had a great experience with Millie and Doug. If need be I would go back to this dealership in a heart beat.I got exactly want I wanted and it only took a few hours.

We found a used car on Craig's list. Husband called and made appointment to go see. We called when on the way but wandered around and waited 20 minutes before being helped. The salesman was great. Things started to go bad when we made an offer which our salesman told us they accepted. He brought papers and while signing, I saw the price page showed $1800 more than what we were told was accepted. Salesman took it back and then the circus started. Finance guy came and talked down my credit (which is over 700) and explained why they couldn't let it go for less and how we were getting such a good deal with 3.9%. When questioned about salesman telling us it was accepted, he pretended to not know why he would have even told us that. He went back, another guy came out with more of the same bs. Then said he'd call the dealership owner, but in 5 minutes, the second guy came back giving us his first speech again. At the end said they could help by giving a better interest rate. Why would we not get the "good rate" to start with? The worst part was the price was more than the internet price which brought us in to start with. "Running game" on customers is deceitful and no way to do business.

The managers really need to learn how to treat their customers with respect. The salesman was nothing but nice and friendly. However, when I asked the manager to fix the things that were wrong with the car (the dry rotted tires, the strut that was clearly out, and the a/c that didnt work unless you had it on full blast) he told me that he would, if I would fix everthing that was wrong with my trade in. I am sorry, but I found this to be extremely rude when they were giving me rough trade in value to begin with. All he had to say was "I'm sorry ma'am but there is no way we can work that in without raising the price of the vehicle." Instead he chose to make a rude and offensive remark that completely lost a customer. Will not go back and do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Found a car being sold there on craigslist for about a few grand. Called a few days in advance that I was coming to look at it. Went there and harassed me the minute I walked in to buy a $24000+ car claiming it's a lil bit more than the car I came for. Then lied to my face saying I couldn't get financed for an older car. Just as I walked out the door I magically could get financed for the car all the sudden. when I got the paperwork for the loan they priced it double of what they advertised. Not to mention the car wasn't even drivable because the power steering pump was shot, windshield was cracked badly and the check engine light was on. I asked if I could see the diagnosis so I knew exactly what was wrong with it but the dealer assured me thinks it was just that. Well I got screwed on dealerships before in the past which I made him well aware of but it didn't mean much to him. Bunch of greasy liars that tell you all the fables you want to hear to make a fat commission. Really don't respect the personality of the customer. They treat you like a zombie. I'll give em props. They know how to lie and change the story up the minute you decide to walk out the door.

I was certainly not impressed by the workers treating the parking lot as if they were driving a lap for the finish in the parking lot. I came in to buy a new car for my wife, and the salesman (Nolan) was very helpful! I had come in a few months earlier and dealt with another salesman. Sorry, Norman Mitsubishi. I know you wanted - and in fact, asked me for - a positive review that first night. You pushed trying to show yourself as better or attempting to stand out from Big Red. Even snapped a pic of me and my fiance after we finished the deal in front of our car. Smiles and promises. And a lot of lies.Full disclosure - management has changed since, and I have had a positive experience with Mary T? As the crooks who worked with us the first night, late September, had just come in when we arrived (we got the spiel about how they were new management and that Lackey 1 enjoyed working with Seller and Financer (I believe one of their names was Hunter), after terrible prior management. In a nutshell, we were there for at least three hours, well into the evening. Came for a Cruze we saw online. It wasn't there. Bait and switched to a more expensive car. First mistake - we came at night and weren't able to fully examine the hail damage. Lackey 1 (who still works there, as of my last visit in late October), outright said he had no idea about the car he was giving us a test drive in and his only contribution was to make us noxious with his smell and inability to answer questions.We'd done a lot of research and made it a priority to, even though with other reviews knew we'd be ripped off, to at least be able to sleep at night knowing we tried our best. My fiance made them literally change their math, after which the Seller apologized for being out of it/not good with numbers that night. This math didn't stop the financer from raising the interest rate by 1%, of which he said was small and didn't matter. During the dealer process, he tried to sell us further on the car seeing that we had questions. We even had people listening in as we spoke with them on the phone. They weren't clear about the trim. They said the car hadn't been out of state. We pushed. "Oh, looks like actually..." it was out of state, sold via auction. We'd find out from the DMV that it was actually a rental vehicle. They said no damage or anything like that, showing us a (useless, in retrospect) Carfax.They misled us about the service agreement. Second mistake. We should have made them wait until midnight to read every. last. line. Especially when they misrepresented what was detailed. Even if the financer's "wife called" to see where he was. They pull multiple sources to check our credit (would get multiple mailings from other banks detailing this as time went on, which is fine), which was good enough to get us mediocre financing - that's fine. But then they tried to tie good financing to how much add-ons we received. Right as we were signing, Dealer 1 came in to tell us looks like their might be some hail damage we should know about. Huh. They just insisted it "wasn't reported" and that we didn't have to worry about it because we could come in during the next hail storm and have it fixed then.We got car. First night we had it, the passenger mirror breaks off. We luckily see Dealer and Seller and have them get it fixed. They order the part. Well, we'd find out, no they didn't (too bad, because they weren't there anymore when we would come in later to repair it - this is where Mary was helpful, showing that it was at least marked that we were owed that part). I also tell them to detail the car (done poorly) and that it would be really nice if we had, you know, a little oil in there since it was almost depleted. We were told a variety of other lies, received more unsolicited bad-mouthing about Big Red Norman, and more of the same.We get a call a small time later, asking us to come in and fill some papers out. We do, and ask about the hail damage again (I had this conversation on a phone, too). Note there are now multiple times - maybe three? - where we have asked them about the hail damage and they say they have it covered, that it won't be on us. We had in recording. We didn't know about the damage when we bought the car and were, in fact, mislead about the state of the car. Third mistake. Get everything in writing.We finally are able to make time to return to the dealer a couple weeks later to cancel our agreement and get the hail damage aspect in writing, after horror stories at Mitsubishi and dealerships in general were offered to us. But alas, even though it had only been a very short time, management had changed. Dealer and Financer were gone. Lackey who took a moment to remember us, and initially spoke as if it was so clear our past meetings, suddenly got quiet when I informed him of the situation. Quiet when I asked him about the promises he heard. And the other lackeys we had seen, also just gave awkward looks or smirks. Mary sympathized with us, told us a lot of what the former dealers had done was outright wrong, and that things were different under her management. And to be honest, she was a lot more straightforward. We had to visit the area to cancel the agreement during business hours. My time was limited and, as Mary was the one who helped set up a meeting to get it canceled, I had hoped it would be as simple as signing a paper. Every day we waited was another day we'd have to pay toward the service agreement (even now, I wonder if they cancelled in a timely manner). We sit down with the Finance person, who must really want the commission, or to not lose the money made via the service agreement. Because even though we told him we weren't interested, he continued to sell us on why we needed it. We finally humored him and gave a bunch of terrible arguments. He repeatedly said he just wanted us to understand. We did.You pay $2500 for a mediocre service agreement and a $200 deductible from a crooked third-party company known for scamming its customers. An agreement they pay likely over a thousand less for. Mitsubishi is not getting $1000 or more from me, even though Dealer and Financer led us on that for some reason, Chevy's warranty didn't cover our car (Chevy told us that was incorrect, and wrong), which was under 23k miles. We didn't budge, and made a point to let him know we did in fact understand. When we pointed out everything wrong with the agreement, he struggled and could only come up with, "But... but it won't be in your financing! (if we got the same deal at a better rate, somewhere else, or close to when our warranty was up)."Writing this after the longest streak of not speaking with anyone over there, so many of the details are buried. Specific things said, misleading words and attitude, us having to correct them multiple times or ensure something is changed. We're usually pretty lax, but this experience infuriated us and it's stressful just thinking about it (hence the rambling, my apologies). Again, Mary proved to be helpful and most important, immediate in action. But Dealer and Finance Guy (I wish I could remember their names, Lackey remembers their names, but after being called out I think he'll be trying to forget us now) ruined it for me. You read it everywhere online, but skip the service agreement. Get promises in writing, immediately. Check the car in the daylight. And take everything with a grain of salt. Whether it's their telling you the state of the car (or the car's state of origin), or that the dealer will cover hail damage, or that a process will be quick. Or that they can't find the car you're looking for after driving around for one minute in a different lot.

In an attempt to get my wife's approval, she offered my wife a detail and tank of gas for her car, and to borrow a car to go "shopping" or whatever. Less than 48 hours later, we came to redeem the detail. Upon arrival, my wife was told that she wasn't getting a car. Then after an hour and a half, we talked to the service dept. and they said that they had recently started the 1 hour detail. This was about 30 minutes after we were told that the detail was almost finished. So we just had them pull the car out of detail and then Mary decided to come out and try to say that she was just trying to be nice and had never said that we would get a car, also said that she never said we couldn't get a car!!! Also, I was told a day ago that I got a lower interest rate, and when I came in to sign the new paperwork, they said that they told the bank never mind because they wanted more of a down payment (they didn't ask if I wanted to go through with it). Also waiting on a spare key because they "lost" the original. Just to clarify, I'm not mad about how long the st l detail took. I'm mass about being lied to more than a few time... Right to my face.

She worked with us, and the entire staff was professional, and our Salesman, Corey did an outstanding job. He was professional and had a great personality. The experience we had was one that we are proud to say we bought our vehicle from Norman Mitisubishi. The manager, Calvin worked well with us and understood that people do have challenges in life that bring them down, but he worked with lenders to give us a chance. Well for starters I had found a 2013 Dodge Charger on thier website priced at $16,981 called and talked to a Mary Peterson their online representative she wasn't very friendly on the phone but I had talked with her specifically about the car I was looking at and the price and we set up a day to test drive it. I test drove it and the sales man kept telling me his job was to make me fall in love with it, but the problem was he really didn't do anything to try to make me fall in love with it. Then I wanted to purchase the car talked with their finacial people got approved to finace it with them. While reading the papers I look at the price they want for the car it state $17,998 and for total finance price was around $20,000. So I asked and Mary said I had asked about the wrong vehicle but the vin # on website and the one I was trying to purchase mathched. Then she said it was priced wrong on website well isnt she the online representative so I told her she should fix the price. Then she told me tag tax and title was included it was listed no where in the papers. When I asked her she said she never told me that basically calling me a liar. Then she made up some bull crap that the extra money that was added to the price of the car was service fees. Well they were never very helpful in clearly explaining anything and they had made up so many different lies that they lost my trust and I told them they had wasted my entire work day that they could keep the car that I would go elsewhere. Oh and Mary Peterson had did a credit check and had my score and lied to me as well on the financing she told me I qualified for their lowest intrest rate of 2.9% in the papers it said 6.99%. My deal is don't knowingly lie to me because I will not do business with a dealership over it. I understand they need to make money but be real with me and don't fill me full of and bs.My suggestion is NEVER use this dealership.

Seen vehicle online through a craigslist ad for a used vehicle price seemed odd but worth a look. went to dealership after work to be told the vehicle was sold no biggie went home. Received a call from the dealership stating the car was not sold so drove back up. when i arrived the vehicle was pulled to the front seemed nice better than the pictures. my credit was pulled without my consent i asked several time why it was pulled i was told since i had bought a vehicle not more then 5 months ago it was still in the system for my credit score. made sense so i calmed down i told the sales person what i was looking for on price he told it should be do able i also informed him i had a loan already for the amount the vehicle is advertise on line for. the only thing i need from the dealership was for them to pay off my vehicle i did several searches on my vehicle from nada to kbb. my vehicle was listed well about what i owed for it but i was ok with taking less for my vehicle. the sales person xavier was very kind and explained everything to me about the vehicle. when it came to talk turkey about prices he was to new to handle that area so his sales manger came in to talk to me. at various points during our meeting i told him i do not need my credit pulled for a loan i had already obtained one. when he came back told me how much they were going to give me for my vehicle i was a little shocked only a year and half old he told my vehicle had depreciated a lot i found it funny he was lying to me i showed my research i did for my vehicle and he explained to me those sites were inaccurate i asked him what he used. he simply said kbb funny how i had the same sites information with me and he was off by 3000 dollars. which when you add the difference into the loan it add up to the price they were trying to get for the used vehicle. i left the dealership not mad at all i still had my vehicle was never going to go back. the next day i had 5 hard credit inquires from the dealership. the sales manger lied to me and hit my credit 5 TIMES for what i did not buy the vehicle and did not signing anything stating i like my credit to be run. i called the dealership upset i was told the sales manger got talked to i am sure he did lol they don't care about the customer. but i was called back and told he would honor the in correct price but give me less for my vehicle. be WARNED they lie and will run your credit with out telling if you must go do go with a piece of paper saying how much your loan is for, DO NOT use they finance department and do nut give them your social number it will save you a lot of trouble just avoiding this bad dealership all together. also i told them i would write a bad a review about there horrible service it is my right the general manger did not seem to care at all.

I traded my old car in, 09 Pontiac G3 for an 08 Ford Mustang on 5/17/14 and signed a contract on the deals that we agreed on. Within a week I get a call saying that they need to send me a new contract to sign because they couldn't honor the terms of the first contract. So they mail me a copy, the percentage rate is higher and the monthly payments are almost $20 more. I call and complain and say that this is BS and not something that is right. They said that they didn't have a lender even though I was told that they did have one and that there's nothing that they could do. So I sign it and return in. Two weeks later I get another contract in the mail because they can't seem to honor THAT contract either! Even though I was told before I left that I was already approved for that payment amount and rate through the certain bank. They lied multiple times when I was there and were snakey about everything. Now I have moved to Kansas, because of my job, and my temporary plates have expired. I go to get new plates and the DMV needs a copy of the title. That shouldn't be a problem except that the dealership doesn't have a copy of the title because it has taken them so long to find a lender, even though I was told when I was there that they just got off the phone with one of their lenders and they approved the original contract terms. I called them and they said that they will be sending me a new set of temp tags while they are waiting for the lender approval. I was told that on 6/18/14 and that they would show up no later than 6/20/14. On 6/23/14 I call because no temp tags yet, they said that they will send out another set today and will arrive no later than 6/25/14. I call back on 6/25/14 and say that they still haven't arrived. I told them that they have until 6/30/14 for new tags to show up or I will be contacting my attorney. They seemed to respond to that, they said that they would overnight new tags to me. Well it's 6/28 and no tags yet. I'm meeting with my attorney on Monday to get this straightened out. On top of that, they have not made any payments for my traded in vehicle, so I'm about to get hit on my credit because of no payment. SO that has been my experience so far with Norman Mitsubishi. I've got this review going up, BBB is next, and will be contacting local news media on Monday along with my attorney.

I saw the new Mitsubishi dealership on Main St recently and thought I would go in and see what they could give me for my car as a trade for a newer model. They were wonderful to do business with. They gave me a great price for my trade and I was able to buy a newer car in about an hour. It was quick and easy and I thought everyone I talked to was professional and good business men.

I had been looking online for a new (to me) car for awhile now but have been waiting until I was in a better financial position. A few days ago I got a letter in the mail from Cody Wilson saying a man that buys cars for his store was interested in my 09 Lancer. They must have got my information because I get my oil changes there. Anyways I gave him a call where he explained everything and I ended up selling my car to him and was able to get into a brand new GT Lancer! I couldn't be any happier. I even got oil changes for life out of the deal!

They publish cars they don't have, and when you call them, the lady (who suppose to be the Internet site manager )will ask you to come over and see other vehicle. -When speaking to her, I asked her a very basic question to know why she does not remove those fake ads? she did not know what to tell me. I finally told her that her company is been building bad publicity online. STAY-AWAY

On Feb 28 I located a new listing Chrysler 300 online at Cars.com that was at Norman Mitsubishi. I emailed Internet manager and received almost an immediate reply. Later that morning I received a call from a young man who was eager to get me to their lot. I expressed my interest in the listed car and was told that they had plenty to choose from and to come to their lot as soon as possible. I was only interested in the listed car and asked for verification that it was available. Salesman said he would check and call me right back. I am still waiting for that call. Don't think they ever had this vehicle. I have had a couple of calls since from that dealer wanting me to come in and look over their inventory. No chance that will happen. Dishonest tactics like this give the Auto industry a bad reputation. I am still looking for a vehicle but it won't be at Norman Mitsubishi.

On January 28th I went in to this newer Norman lot and was greeted out in the cold by a really handsome young man with messy hair.. I thought he was just amazing! He talked to me and my family like people and wasn't just trying to get into my checkbook from the get go like others have done in the past. My husband really liked him to. Anyway, he pulled out a Mirage and walked us around it and gave us his so called 360 view. He really took the time to talk to my kids and made me feel comfortable in all of the facts he was shooting us. I couldn't believe the oil changes for life offer! What a deal, that had me hooked. The finance part was easy. They offered us water and warmed up the car first before the test drive.. We came back and signed some paperwork in the back and in 30 minutes he was taking us out the door with the keys to our pretty red 2014 Mirage. I will do all my shopping here for cars until I'm 88 and you should too!

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER THAT LIVES UP TO EVERY BAD STEREOTYPE!AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!! I am an avid Pontiac Fiero owner and collector. I especially value the 1988s. The link to Norman Mitsubishi was placed on one of the Fiero forum boards as a heads up to anyone that was interested. The dealer's ad only contained one picture and it was of the front of the car. The CAFAX claimed no accident, but it had a 1986 SE fascia on it and not a base 1988s. I can look past that as a lot of people modify their Fieros or possible it was in a fender bender that was not reported. So in my email I requested more photos stating that I live over 600 miles away and it is not convenient for me to go there and look at the car. The following day I get 2 phone calls and voice mails from Suzanne stating yes we have the car and basically do you want to buy it. I call back and spoke with Suzanne and once again reiterated the need for additional pictures. I also wanted a short video of the car running and being revved due to the fact that the engine in this car is notorious for rod knocks. SO I get the A.O.K. will get right on it response and to expect it all in 15-30 minutes. Well almost a week went by and I got nothing but another spam email from the dealer attempting to sell me ANY car. So, today I call and spoke with Suzanne requesting the photos and video and basically it was like I was bothering her and she had no idea what I was talking about. She said the car is here and it runs if you want to look at it. Once again I stated that I am 600 miles away and that is why the information I requested was vital in my decision making. She basically said its not going to happen and if I want the car to come and look at it. I am not going to base my decision on 1 picture and a CARFAX that does not back up that picture. I called back the dealer number in an attempt to speak with a manager and it rang 4 times and them immediately I got hung up on. Suzanne I know it was you! No big deal I will just e-mail this review to you dealers server. Ironically as this process began there was no review for this dealership and since I started a process to attempt to purchase a car from them they garnered a review prior to mine. Another 1 star clunker I see!


Truck not as advertised

I went online to look at a 2007 crew cab Colorado pickup with 45,000 miles. It looked good so I went to the dealership to check out. It appeared to have more than the posted miles. The car fax indicated it had been in 2 minor accidents. It was a Texas truck that had a destroyed rear seat and a bent trailer hitch. It was also an auto auction vehicle. That was a red flag to me for so few miles. I took it to a friend and he advised against buying it at the posted price. This dealership needs a stronger management team. The young man who I spoke with did not have enough information on the truck to make me feel at ease.

The owner of this dealership is definitely a crook! He sold me a car for more than retail value and marked it up 2,000 more than he had it priced online. He told me he was giving me 3600 for my trade but just marked the car I was buying up so it looked like he was giving me this. I printed all the car values and his online ad and took it to him and he told me "oh well it's yours now". Don't trust these people they will rip you off!!

This place is everything you dread when you go car shopping. I'm not from any of their competitors, I'm just a hacked off car shopper. I find a used Honda civic I wanted and for two days was pressured to come up and look at it. I asked for pictures to be sent to me 3 times. I guess that should have been my clue but I drove from Mcalester to the lot in Norman for a car they didn't even have. They want to do all this paperwork, ect before they even attempt to show you the vehicle. I thought the salesman was unprofessional, the internet manager was a liar, and the whole experience to be awful. They really used the entire used car tactics playbook. I hope this review saves someone the experience I had. So sum it up. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!
