My husband is stationed at Beale, and his car finally gave up the ghost. We called around to a lot of dealerships in the area, and finally decided to stop in here. BOY am I glad we did. From the very moment we stepped foot in the dealership everyone was friendly and attentive. We never felt pressured or like our sales guy (Jefet) had an agenda. We're very happy with our new (to us) car, and will definitely be coming back when it comes time to replace mine!

We LOVE Yuba City Nissan so much that we purchased two Nissan Versa Notes on the same day! This was our first time on the Yuba City lot our experience with Sunil (salesman) and Al (financing) was amazing!!! They made the buying process personal with NO stress... Very accommodating with out being pushy. My husband commutes over 100 miles a day and is averaging 42 miles to the gallon. Brought a long time friend in to the Yuba City dealership and she also purchased a new Versa Note! Excellent team :)

The salesperson - Daniel was very pleasant and explained the process very well and made the experience of buying a vehicle streamlined and easy. Once at the dealership we only spent 2 hours from beginning to end and drove away with a great truck. Also, the finance person, Al, explained the process and listened to how we wanted to proceed with finance options. No high pressure sales!

They have great humor. Because of drought, we don't wash our car. Every three months, we bring it in for oil change, and that is when they wash car. The gentleman asked if I could stay a bit longer for another service that is recommended to be done, and I told him, "I'll stay only if you guys throw in vacuuming, too." I let him know right away I was kidding, but they still took a moment to vacuum the car when they washed it. I originally purchased my 2015 Altima from Nissan in Elk Grove. Immediately, there was a problem with the tire pressure sensors (several times, too). Elk Grove "fixed" the problem (after me driving 3 hrs round trip each time, as I live in the foothills). Later, I kept hearing a strange rattle sound in my right front tire, and knew that was abnormal, and I thought it may be a loose wheel cover. So, I took my car in to Yuba City Nissan. They let me know the the guys that replaced the tire pressure sensor actually left the old one IN THE TIRE! WOW. Thank you, Yuba City Nissan.

I came into Yuba City Nissan to get an oil change on my car originally. The service staff was wonderful! Especially service manager, Court. He was very friendly and informative. He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and happy with my experience with the service department. While waiting I decided to start looking at cars with my boyfriend. I asked a couple questions about some of the cars and Court answered all of the questions he could happily. Court then introduced me to Sunil, one of the salesman. He was very friendly and started helping me immediately asking me questions as to what I was looking for and what points were important to me in buying a new car. Sunil looked at cars with me that were within my budget range and had the features I needed. HE went on test drives with me. All the while he was very friendly and gave me as much information possible that would help me with my decision. I decided on a car and Sunil and Finance Manager, Al started working on a loan and trade in deal for my car as soon as possible. They both spent quite a long time looking for the best deal possible for me as far a s a loan as well as the best possible price for my trade in. They were able to find me a loan and a trade in offer that would work perfect for me. One thing that I loved was that I never at any time felt pressured by any of the staff to purchase a car or product from them. They were very genuine and friendly when helping me. I was very pleased with what is usually an extremely stressful situation and decision. I would definitely recommend anyone buying a car or needing service done to their vehicle visit Sunil or Court at Yuba City Nissan.

I brought my vehicle in for service. The Maintenance Manager kindly explained to me that the cost of these repairs far exceeded the value of my vehicle. I was distraught! I made a decision to buy a vehicle on the spot. Sunsil Chamber, my Sales Consultant, was kind, patient and respectful. No vehicle purchase was pushed on me and he let me decide what was best for my needs. My sincere thanks and gratitude to him for handling my situation with kid gloves. I will definitely use this dealership in the future. Al, in the Credit Division was exceptional in explaining terms, and offering all the add-ins Nissan provided, and respectful when I declined. This was a painless process. I feel like I am leaving a friends living room and I have no regrets. Thanks to All!!

I just sent this email to Nissan of Yuba City. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you and your amazing staff for excellent customer service. I have a Juke in your service department getting a new transmission. At first things felt a little rocky. I brought my car in and they took readings and said they were going to contact Nissan and get back to me in a couple of days. Almost 2 weeks went by. They called and said they lost the "readings" and I needed to bring the car back in for readings. To get numbers for Nissan. I brought it in on the way to going to the vet. 10 minutes before my dogs vet appointment, something went wrong and they needed to start over. I was asked if I could bring it back another time. I was a little upset, as I live in Gridley. Patrick immediately turned things around. He offered to have a driver take me and my dog to the Vet appointment so they could finish getting the numbers. He sent the van back to pick me up after my appointment. Since that moment he has gone above and beyond. At the very moment I was ready to give up and go to Chico instead, he turned everything around and has blown me away with amazing customer service. Patrick has totally changed my view and I will recommend you to anyone interested in car sales or repairs. Thank you.


Bought defective used truck

Bought a used Dodge Ram 2500 from these guys. The options it had made it rare and it was what I wanted. Was given 1000 mile warranty. Took it back to get some things fixed and they did, except for one. I felt the clutch was not right and suggested that the dual mass flywheel was at fault. They said nothing was wrong and that they had dodge dealer check it and that is how it should be. So 6 months later someone suggest to me that my dual mass flywheel is having issues. This is eventually confirmed by dodge dealer in Redding. I end up having everything replace, and I am out over $2300. Yuba City Toyota says too bad, I did not get extended coverage so I am screwed. The fact that I repeatedly told them that it was bad before means nothing. They don't stand behind their sales. So don't let them convince you things are OK when you suspect they are not. They will leave you stranded. So the truck is now fixed and it is amazing how much better it is, but no thanks to the crooks at Yuba City Toyota
