When I surfed online looking for a Nissan Rogue and or a Juke, Edgar Garcia responded to me right away and that was dawn and or early in the morning at 3AM. I was surprised and thinking if he is sleeping at the dealership site. The day I met with Edgar Garcia, I told him that we want straight talks and that's what he did. As a results, we end up going home with the new 2016 Nissan Rogue because of Edgar Garcia's help.

came in looking to get a car for my son since he was going off to school in LA . We were greeted by JT he was very informative he even gave us a ride thru all of there dealerships, While riding around i saw truck i really liked after buying my son his altima. JT mentioned that he got two banks to approve me so if i was really interested in the truck he could probably be able to make that work and well that was all the sweet talk i needed lol since my credit isnt the best ..... cant belive i went home with that truck but im happy i did thanks jt ill be sure to see you soon since my wife wants a new toy too

I had to buy two cars since my daughters were going off to UC Santa Cruz and they each needed transportation. I was helped my J.T he was able to slow me down and explain the whole process to me he was able to give me an amazing deal. I was hoping to get them to used cars. J.T. Was able to hook me up with two brand new Sentra's for them. I'm so glad I was able to get two brand new cars instead to give me some peace of mind while they are away from home

Nissan of vacaville surprised my family and i , we had a bad experience with a previous nissan. The service department was great kept us updated at all times , and the cashier made us feel like we were guest and not just costumers greeted us as we walk in offer coffee ,lobby was clean so were the bathrooms service was fast easy amd excellent! I really like the professionalism, that I experience every time I have visited the dealership. My service advisor Jose, really goes above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is done in a timely manner, he is very polite and courteous. I love the fact that I can drop in without an appointment and still be done in reasonable time. The dealership waiting area is clean and comfortable.

The staff was professional and Buddy was personable, in which I liked. Although it was my first time at the dealership, he made it feel as if we had known each other forever. The oil change was quick compared to a 2 hr wait at the dealership in Texas. That's also with a 7am appt and being the first vehicle there. Keep up the great work and I'm definitely coming back for all the vehicle's maintenance.

Edgar Garcia was my sales rep. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, and extremely a pleasure to work with. He was very hospitable as well. Because yesterday was a hot Sunday and I had to endure a 2-hour commute from San Francisco, he offered me snacks and water right away upon arrival. Edgar has a very calming nature about him and it certainly helped when he was walking me through some of the state of the art features my new Juke SV had to offer. He was very patient with me when I was getting confused with setting up the SiriusXM radio stations and the navigation features. I look forward to working with Edgar again in three years when my lease is up. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to see him for their next car purchase or lease. Edgar is a true asset to Nissan Vacaville.

After a few back and forth emails with Internet Manger Edgar Garcia on Feb 4 2015 I made an appointment to drive down 50 miles to see a 2015 Murano that Mr Garcia said was in stock. Drive in to the dealership Feb 5 at my appointment time and guess what the Murano is not in stock. Wasn't sold to anyone just was never there...Nice customer service Mr Garcia...

Came in today with a specific amount I wanted to pay for a new car and with the help of not only Joe but the finance department, was able to walk away with a brand new car for the price I wanted and the payments that I was looking for. So I've been in the market for a Mercedes S-Class for while now. I've been to multiple different dealerships, seen about 10 cars and even more salesmen, but by far Nissan of Vacaville had the best quality cars, and the best quality people! Joe was by far the very best salesmen I've ever encountered, very polite, & very very knowledgeable about all vehicles on his lot, never pushy, and always willing to go a few extra miles to make sure I'm totally satisfied. We ended up coming to an agreement on price, they got me a great deal and I'm leaving super stoked with my new BEAUTIFUL Mercedes S550. I would totally recommend this dealership and Joe to anyone & everyone. Make sure if you visit this store you ask for this guy, best car buying experience ever!!

I came in to Nissan Vacaville to trade in my versa for something bigger, I have previously bought my versa from this dealership before. I came back because the service is great. ALEX MARTINEZ, was may sales rep, HE IS WONDERFUL and the best part he speaks Spanish!!! He took the time to find the car I was looking for. I personally hate test driving, but he told me in order to like something I should drive it. So, I listened and I fell more in love with car. I ended up taking a 2012 Rogue. They got me a good deal, process was easy. I would def come back!!!

So I was shopping for a vehicle to replace my old van, I was super buried in my van and wanted a small suv.. I went to Nissan of Vacaville and ended up being helped by this wonderful young man named Joe Kaler. He ended up showing us almost a dozen cars within the span of a couple hours, he stayed patient through my pickiness and demands! (lol) In the end I ended up trying to buy a used Rogue but I couldnt get over the fact the car had a few cosmetic blemishes and I really wanted the new model, Joe and his management ended up bending over backwards and made me a deal on a BRAND NEW 14' NISSAN ROGUE in the package I wanted!! I'm so happy! I had a great time with Joe hes such a cool kid! Went to Nissan in Vacaville today to look for a new vehicle. Joe Kaler ended up being the gentleman to help me. He was very no pressure, ended up showing us dozens of cars through the three lots. He was very nice and knew a ton about the new Nissans and the variety of used cars he had available for us. I ended up leaving today in a BEAUTIFUL new Nissan Altima, for way less than I expected to pay, honestly its got to be the best car buying experience Ive ever had in my life! Thank you Alex! I never tend to write reviews but after my experience today I was impelled to tell my story. After shopping around all day for a new car. I ended up in Vacaville Nissan. And after dealing with pushy salesmen trying to sale me cars that I didn't want for a payment I couldn't afford I came across Alex Martinez. What a different experience. Outgoing , honest, understanding and most of all wasn't pushy. He went out of his way to help me find the perfect car that I can actually afford and that I loved. He stayed by my side through every step and never once made me feel like I HAD to buy a car. I spent a few hours with him how I didn't drive him crazy I'm not sure. Picking a car is not easy but WOW did he make it easy. I left with a 2013 Nissan altima that I'm on love with and thanks to Alex a horrible day turned into a amazing day. I will say I will spread the word to everyone I know and make sure that they all go to Alex when they need a new car. We all know one bad review travels to one hundred people but a good one only travels to five. But I will make sure my experience with Alex will travel to everyone I know.

I took my 2006 Nissan Pathfinder into Vacaville Nissan to have a bounce problem in the rear checked out. They said the problem was the rear shocks. The replaced those with OEM shocks. The bounce was worse that before the replacement. The tires would actually leave the ground on small bumps and the vehicle nearly flipped over on its side going over a railroad track. I returned to Vacaville Nissan but the Service Dept. was closed. The head new car salesmen checked out the car and stated that the shocks are too weak to support the weight of the vehicle. I returned the next day and there technician took the car for a test drive. He stated that there is a problem but there is nothing they can do because these are the shocks that their Book show for this vehicle.THEY KNOWINGLY ALLOWED US TO LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP IN A CAR WITH A DANGERUOUS CONDITION THAT COULD RESULT IN INJURY OR DEATH.THEY PROMISED TO FIX THE SHOCKS IF THESE DIDNT WORK BUT FAILED TO TELL US THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY 680 ADDITIONAL DOLLRS TO DO THAT.

I drove 2.5 hours from home to makethis purchase. Their internet pricing was thousands of dollars less than the Nissan dealer closest to my home. Salesman was very professional and polite. Finance dept was quick and clear. I have not been there for service and most likely will not go to them for service due to the travel time. Overall experience was very positive. I wouldbuy from them again.

After getting the run around on what coupes were available by all of the different local dealers, we went out to see Nissan of Vacaville. We live in Sacramento, and had been to two other local dealers looking for the right 370z. They didn't seem to be interested in selling us a new car, and kept pointing us towards used cars. We came in for a new Nissan, thank you.
