I will never GO to a another dealership then Nissan Of Turnersville.! The sale staff and Managers have always help my family and I find the right vehicle for us. I bought 4 cars from Nissan of turnersville in the past 10 years. There isn't a second that the team there have ever let my family and I down. This managers and sales team put us first as if I was their own personal family members. Now that's is commitment that can't be found at other dealerships. Also the services department has been their as well helping taking care of my cars , so I wouldn't be stuck on the side of the road. My fiance and I had an amazing experience here. We are expecting our third child so we needed to get an SUV with a third row. After looking at multiple dealerships who were unable to meet the monthly payment we were looking for, we decided to check out the 2016 Nissan Pathfinder at Turnersville Nissan which was over an hour away from where we live. I couldn't be happier with our decision to go there. Anthony Novak (sales manager) and Rafael (salesman) couldn't have been more helpful. We told them the monthly payment we were looking for and they were able to give us that price without any haggling whatsoever. They also offered us $2000 more for our car we traded in than any other dealership offered us!I highly recommend this dealership whether you're looking for a new or used vehicle! The entire staff was so nice and extremely helpful. They will go out of there way to make sure they meet your demands!!

I purchased a vehicle from this location in March 2011. Unfortunately, I was in an accident and my car was totaled. Because my previous experience with the sales group was pleasant and I got a great deal I decided to go back. Well, this time around was better than my first experience. It took literally only an hour to strike a deal and get the financing and paperwork underway. My experience with Ahsan at this location has made me a loyal customer. Not only to him, but to Nissan. They take care of their vehicles and most of all their customers. Great, great service.

I recently purchased my third vehicle from Nissan of Turnersville. I keep going back because it has always been a great buying experience! In the past I've worked with Mike Atoori who is always friendly, easy to work with & very knowledgable and has always helped get me into the car of my dreams for the best possible price! Since Mike is now the general sales manage this last time I had the pleasure of working with Domenic who was very helpful & pleasant .I have to add that the service department has always been so accomodating & efficient without a long wait.All in all I would have to say it's a great place to buy a car & pleasant atmosphere where you never feel pressured. THANK YOU Turnersville service team! Since the time I called this morning at 7:30am, exactly when the department opens, I had excellent customer service. The receptionist I spoke with (I believe it was Alicia or Alyssa?) was able to help me get in for an emergency appointment for my flat tire even though services were booked up. She was very helpful and informative, and most importantly kind. The great service continued. As I had to have a loved one drop off the car, Alex, who was my service specialist, was COMPLETELY AMAZING! throughout the entire day. He called me multiple times to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed and the tires I wanted. He was understanding that I was at work and couldn't answer his calls so he patiently waited in between voicemails for my response before doing anything without my permission. He was willing to call around to check what other places had in stock and gave me quotes before starting the service, even though I wasn't able to get back to him until after 1 PM yet still got everything done on time. Unlike other companies, I was NEVER pressured to getting any other services. On the contrary, I added more work by requesting another matching tire and an oil change. Alex was so patient playing phone tag with me throughout the day and leaving me messages with updates. He also took the time to explain each option to me which is no easy task as I know nothing about cars. I let him know that I understood that if it couldn't be today, that I could pick it up tomorrow. Alex promised to try his best to get it done today. Between him and the magic of Turnersville wonderful techs (unfortunately I never got the tech's name), they worked hard to make sure it was done today for me. They stuck to the agreed and quoted price, gave my car a complimentary wash, and even applied a coupon for me! This is why I continue to go to the dealership for oil changes and for today's flat tire emergency instead of going elsewhere. I am never sold services I don't need and am given the best prices available. I am given options and information instead. I always assumed dealerships overcharged but I compared to many other "cheaper" places, and their prices match or beat other local businesses. The great service continued when I came to pick my car up after service hours, and the young gentleman helped me by making sure I had everything I needed before leaving and answered all questions I had. Thank you SO SO much for all your wonderful customer service. I continue to come here because of the kind, friendly service team including Alex, Carlos (who usually helps me and is also extremely knowledgeable, patient and wonderful) and the techs who worked extremely hard for me when they were booked solid. You guys are the best and I truly appreciate it!

This was the second dealership my husband and I went to, in search of a used compact, or sub-compact car. Our original plan was to find a used Honda Fit, but they are apparently harder to find than the Blair Witch. They are good cars; owners don't want to let them go, obviously. We did check out a Nissan Versa that had over 100,000 miles on it. The test drive went well, but we felt the car was overpriced. We had done research, lots of boring research, before we set foot in any of the dealerships. And that helped us narrow down type of car, fair pricing, etc. The salesman we spoke to, Tony F., was polite. But we didn't go back, mainly because they didn't have anything we were looking for.

My lease on my Honda van was coming up soon and I kept getting letters from all over telling me to come in and I could turn in my lease early and get a new car. After heading back to Honda first, they advised I had negative $1000 on my van because I still had 3 payments left. What happened to turning it in early? Either way I didn't need a New car and certainly wasn't going to settle. I went a few other places and then decided to come to Nissan. Because I didn't have to get a new car, I didn't want to mess around and I immediately advised that I was just trying to see if someone could beat the best price per month I had received so far with an SUV with a 3rd row seat and if I liked the price, I had the cash that day for a down payment and would drive off with a new car. I was expecting hassle and for them to come in with a few dollars less than my current best offer. To my surprise they came down $20 -$30 lower per month right off the bat and even worked with me to get the features I wanted in my new 2015 Nissan Pathfinder S at the same price. I love my new car and am excited to go back to have my Bluetooth and backup camera installed ASAP. Pierce the salesman was nice and patient as I had my wife meet up later to test drive and I ran out to watch the kids. I had a lot of concern with the Bluetooth being installed after the fact and not preinstalled, but he called someone who was off duty just to make sure it was going to be a system I was satisfied with. The manager Anthony was the most friendly cardealer manager I have ever met. The fact that they came in with a strong starting offer really resonated with me. Anthony was even able to joke around and make me laugh. Nick the finance guy and I even shared some laughs. Not only did I come away with a car that I love, I actually enjoyed every minute that I spent in the dealership. I would definitely come back here first for my next car and would recommend that you give Nissan of Turnersville a shot and if you can get the Trifecta of Pierce, Anthony, and Nick you will not be disappointed.

This is by far the best dealership I have ever been in. Their service is excellent, I have been taking my pathfinder for 2 years for repair and service. I always get great service. I just bought another car from them recently, I was more than pleased. The sales person, the finance manager and everyone working at the dealership was a pleasure to work it. I felt compelled to write this review several weeks after my purchase to ensure it would be as accurate as possible. For years, I purchased/leased my vehicles from Woodbury Nissan. After negotiating a deal for my mothers new vehicle and her trade in, I decided to look into my options as well. As a smart shopper, I ventured over to Turnersville to see if they had the color/interior combo I was looking for rather then settling for what was on the Woodbury lot. I had every intention of having Woodbury find one for me so I could lease from there and remain a loyal customer. While in the T-Ville dealership, after finding the EXACT combo I was looking for, Pierce, Anthony and Mike did their homework and found that I was eligible for a rebate on my current vehicle. This made my payments significantly less on a new Murano lease. Got me thinking. Did Woodbury know this all along? Regardless, I proceeded with the purchase at Turnersville Nissan because due diligence won me over and of course PRICE. I was in and out of finance in less then an hour and drove my new car home. The next morning, I was hit with some disturbing news from Woodbury. They did NOT include my mothers lease turn in with her new purchase and were now trying to make us responsible for the 4 remaining payments. THIS WAS NOT PART OF THE DEAL! The turn in vehicle was left in their lot to be "grounded out". We were blindsided! Needless to say, T-Ville came thru again! Mike went out of his way to rewrite my deal to include the turn in vehicle (Woodbury's responsibility) so we would not be liable for the remaining payments (Nissan Loyalty Program).Many members of my family and friends circle drive Nissans. Without question, wherever the GM Mike from T-Ville is, we will follow. I have never experienced customer service and overall care by a car dealership in years. The honesty, integrity and will to gain a new customer was admirable. So much so that they fixed another dealerships intentional screw up. They didn't have to do that. They really "earned" my business and for that, i'm very appreciative. Also, we will be servicing BOTH of our new vehicles at T-Ville Nissan. Thank you Pierce, Mike and Anthony for earning my business and trust. Be sure to look out for referrals :-)

I have gotten 3 cars from Nissan of Turnersville and all 3 times I have gone to Amanda Ross. She is very personable and most of all is full of knowledge on all the cars there. She always makes me feel welcomed with her great smile and helpfulness! If anything goes wrong she is right on top of things. I had a bad issue with one of my cars from a recall and when I called her on it she set me up with the mechanics to get fixed right away. I in all feel like she is a wonderful employee that is an important asset to your company. Thank you for such a wonderful sales person!! Received a mailer and email telling me how much they wanted my current Nissan and how the dealership was pre-approved to give me up to a certain dollar amount for it. Last three times I was here I got up and walked out after being given a monthly payment offer hundreds...yes hundreds of dollars above what I ended up getting from another dealer in the end. So I decided to give them one more try....mistake. I told the salesman up front that this wasn't the only dealership that I would be visiting today and that I would be going to another Nissan dealership after we worked out numbers. Another mistake...no less than 5 times did I have to hear how he was only working up numbers for me to take to the next dealership to use to make a deal with them. After wasting an hour of my life looking at and test driving a car we were looking for, I sat at a table...pretty much the only customer in the building (now I know why). My salesman returned a short time later with no paperwork or "numbers" in his hand to tell me that my trade in fact had negative equity. He proceeded to tell me that I could lease my Pathfinder for the same price I could buy it for...$700+ per month. After trying my best to not laugh uncontrollably, I thanked him for his time and began to stand up. He asked where I needed to be and I told him (roughly $300 lower than the mortgage payment he just quoted me). He then went back to his "numbers guy" after telling me he would see what he could do for me since he "worked for me." Again, it took a lot not to bust out in complete laughter. He returned shortly after empty handed again...no numbers on paper, no breakdown of how he came to his $700+ monthly payment....NOTHING...and told me he couldn't help me. He did say he wanted to give me a call next week to see how I was making out with my search for a call. I promptly got up and walked out...and on to my next stop. Hopefully he follows through with that phone call...can't wait to tell him the GREAT news!!! I promised myself the last time I left this dump I wouldn't return again after receiving yet way overpriced quotes....my bad I guess. They brag about the quantity of vehicles they have in stock. That doesn't surprise me after seeing what they try to get you to pay for them.

Jim Wilson was absolutely terrific! We spent a couple hours discussing 3 different vehicles while test-driving 2 of them .. Pathfinder and Quest. Jim was very knowledgeable on the vehicles and I never once felt rushed or pressured. While I did not end up purchasing a vehicle, I would still definitely recommend anyone who is in the market for a Nissan to go see Jim and enjoy your car-searching experience!

Wow! What a great experience! With tablet in hand we entered Turnersville Nissan. We had done our research.we were interested in a Murano because it received top reviews. Car buying isnt one of our favorite things to do, so we were a bit apprehensive. We were introduced to sales representative Jim Wilson. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and informative. We test drove 4 cars and he answered every question with expertise. It came down to two cars and thats when sales manager Mike Atoori came in and presented the deal. He was very thorough and we were very impressed with his attention to detail. He listened to our requests with patience and then he worked out a deal that we were more than happy with. Mike as sales manager and Jim as sales rep. both went far beyond expectations .this was by far our best car buying experience ever! We actually had fun! Oh and by the way our car was presented to us perfectly clean and detailed. I had a difficult financial and personal situation, requiring getting out of a year old sports car and needing a 4wd truck. I dealt with Kristy in the internet sales department and she assured me that they could help me out. After going to about 10 other dealerships and getting nowhere, even being treated poorly, I came to Nissan of Turnerville and met with Carlos. Nobody was pushy, I explained my situation and expressed my interest in the used 2010 Chevy Silverado they had on the lot. Carlos made me feel like a valued customer and the management went above and beyond to offer me as much as possible for my 2013 trade. The finance department worked hard to get me financed with less than desirable credit and they kept their word on getting me in the truck for what I could afford. I was really pleased to deal with them and would recommend this dealership to anyone, whether looking to buy new or used. I love the truck and best of all I'm saving money.

After my old car died I went to a lot of places and no one could get me into a car and after one day Jm was able to get me into a really nice 2005 Acura TL , 6 moths later someone totaled my car and i went back and he was able to get me into a 08 TL with less miles and more features for about the same price,I would recommend him to anyone cause he's helpful, nice and goes above to help you get what you need.

Before now, my experience with dealerships has not been great and trust doesn't come easy for me when purchasing a used car.I have always felt pushed and taken out of my comfort zone as well as my price range. At Turnersville Nissan, not only did they stay in the price range I gave them but they stayed with me throughout the day, knowing they weren't going to make a huge profit on my purchase. It wasn't about the profit as much as it was about a happy customer. The car I purchased was "as is" with no warranty, but that hasn't stopped the manager and service department from going above and beyond. My sister purchased 2 new vehicles from this dealership and I have sent several friends there. When I am finished with my schooling I will go nowhere else but here to buy a brand new car.

My fiance and I went to Nissan in Turnersville to look at a car we had taken an interest in on their website. When we arrived, our salesman told us he couldnt find the car. This wasnt a big deal to us, since we were in no rush, and we realize that things happen sometimes. He drove us around the auto mall looking at other cars, and searching for the Altima we initially wanted to see. After about 30 minutes, we were told the car was located, but that we wouldnt want to the car. Not sure why he said that, or what he meant by it since it was a certified pre-owned vehicle, but we let it go and continued our search. We were very honest from the beginning about where we wanted our payments to be. We also said we were open to both buying and leasing. After we told him that we financed through our credit union, a guy named Mike came to insist he could get us a better rate. We didnt want another rate, but it didnt seem like there was much of an option if we wanted this car. We also were told we wouldnt get the rebate through Nissan if we didnt finance through them, meaning the car would be an extra $5,000. This should have been our cue to leave immediately, but we waited to see what he had to say. After Mike ran some numbers, he came back and told us our payment would be $75 over where we wanted to be. So, not only was our money not good enough for them, but they are showing us cars that were completely out of our price range. Fed up, and getting ready to leave, he told us about a 2013 with 13,000 miles that would be closer to what we were willing to spend. Unimpressed and feeling taken advantage of, we decided to take our business elsewhere. It didnt seem like this dealership was out for our best interest by any means. I felt extremely uncomfortable and pressured during most of my experience. We went down the street to Holman Ford on the Black Horse Pike and bought a Nissan Maxima from there. We are very pleased with this purchase and had a much more pleasant experience than at Nissan of Turnersville. There was no pressure, no issues, no confusion, and no argument when we told them we werent financing through them. I will be sure to spread the word when asked where we got our Nissan.

I had to have extensive amount of expensive work done to my car. Neil Mosbarger was excellent, friendly, and helpful! He worked with me on getting the best prices I could get. My bill was over $2400.00. If it wasn't for Neil working with me, I would have went somewhere else for better prices. Neil was great with communication. He called me through whole process. I would also like to recongize the technian/technians that worked on my car. They did an amazing job as well. The car feels and sounds great! Thank you Nissan of Turnersville! March 13, 2014 - wht a great day! I went through Kristy Springle (Internet sales) to secure an appt. with Pierce Herbst to test drive a 2014 Rogue. After some negoitiating, I now own a Rogue. Horrible experience, been issues with this car since i bought the used car there. Drivers side windows only works once in a while, new tires need first six months, muffler rotted, and they quoted me a price of 500.00 to fix it, just got meineke to fix it for 137.00. Car is falling apart, take someone there that services cars, buyers beware of this dealership, once you walk out the door after the sale, that is all they care about. Just sitting in the waiting room for service, you should here the complaints, penske getting riche, and they don't care about customers at all!!!

First of all, I LOVE my Nissan Armada!! But, I spent a ton of extra money for a Navigation system in 2011 as part of my purchase. The system is a little out dated and I've tried in vane to get an update. In one hour I spoke to this dealership twice and the first time I was told to by the CD and I could o it myself. So I went to the Nissan web page and it clearly stated that the dealership needed to do this, so I called them back. On hold for about 10 minutes and they tell me that they don't have the computer to do this and gave me a number for the map dealer. So I called them. They were indeed friendly but told me that it had to be done by the dealer and that she was certain they had the computer. Even suggested I call them back to "remind them" that the system is called the C3 computer system. Again to the dealer and... No dice!So I spent a ton of money for a navigation system that the dealership cannot update!? I've gone here for other service and had a good experience but this is a bit ridiculous. I will now try another dealership an hour away. But I should feel comforted that Nissan thinks the dealership can do. It... The map company thinks the dealership can do it... But they cannot.

This sales rep that i was dealing did not want 2 work with because i did not good credit. I had a trade and it was only valued at$1500 which is crap because after i left this dealership i went to Matt Blatt and got the SAME car i was looking at at Nissan. And the price was n the same range With that being said i will not refer anybody to this dealership. I wish i could remember the sales guy name but he was so busy trying to get somebody deal close that he basically did not have for me. And then he had the nerve to tell me that he was working on a deal since this morning and trying to close it. So i guess i was not that important. I had money and trade end. He was a older white male that wore glass around his neck. Anyway i LOVE MY 2011 NISSAN ALTIMA THAT I PURCHASE FROM MATT BLATT.

After finding a car on cars.com, I called Nissan of Turnersville to make sure that the car was still available. Since I live over an hour away I wanted to make sure that it would be there when I arrived. I even requested to be notified if the car was sold. After I was assured that the car was there and for sale I made arrangements to leave work early to check out the car. When I arrived I was told that there was a mistake and that the car was sold. These guys clearly use these shady tactics to lure in customers. Take your business elsewhere!

Wow! I had a fantastic and very pleasant experience this past weekend when I purchased a fabulous certified pre-owned 2009 Nissan Altima from Liugani (Buki) Bukuri of Turnersville Nissan! She and the finance manager, Patrick, did a great job getting me a really fair deal on my trade and great deal on my low-mileage certified pre-owned Altima. Both were hospitable, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend Buki as a sales person and Patrick as a closer and finance manager. I've bought quite a few cars in my day and the staff at Turnersville Nissan were really, really great! I will look up Buki and Patrick the next time I buy a car, new or pre-owned, you should too!

This dealership is owned by a large, multi-national, and publicly traded company. The bottom line? You're not a living breathing customer, just a number and a statistic on the manager's bonus sheet. The pricing is no where near competitive. Hell, their employees don't even get a discount! When you walk into the place, it's beautiful and huge, but let's face it, you have your own mortgage to pay, why let this guy rip you off and have you pay his mortgage? Think about it, and drive a little further for a real deal. It's definitely not here.
