2 months after the sale and still cannot get a tag for my daughters car because Nissan of Picayune hasn't sent the required title paperwork to the bank that financed us. Now she's gonna have to page a huge fee by the time she actually gets her tag. Everytime I call Nissan to speak to Kelly, the finance manager, to see what's going on, I get sent to voicemail and she never calls me back. All they care about is the sale and not the service after the sale. I'm in the market for a Rogue but will NEVER give them my business again! This is ridiculous! And "Big Chris" is the worst salesman we've ever had.

What I like about Michael there was no pressure like some salesman have which really gets under my skin. He was a pleasure to deal with and acted in a professional manner to which all car dealers should act. I'm sure that Nissan's other salesman are just as good but being I dealt with Michael personally I would recommend sending my friends to him.

I recently moved back to Slidell, and brought both my vehicles (2012 Altima & 2013 Pathfinder) for service to Nissan of Picayune. Making the appointment was easy, and they were ready to get to work on my cars when I arrived. Michelle at the Service Center was kind, informative, and earned my trust immediately. She made sure I understood the issue I was having with my hatch door on the SUV and shared her experience with the possible resolution. She quoted the time it would take to get the parts in, as well as how long it would take to do the work. Both were spot on, and it helped me with planning my day to the fullest. I have always had thoughts that dealership service centers charge way more for parts and labor, and that they try to squeeze every penny out of you. Michelle and the team at Nissan of Picayune have made me realize that it matters WHICH dealership location you go to! I know that when the time comes to purchase a new car, I will be dealing with people that I trust. So glad to have you guys so close by!

Normally when I purchase a new car I am filled with anxiety but my recent experience with Nissan of Picayune was completely anxiety free. My sales person, Mr. James Crowell, and the rest of the staff were amazing. They were very professional and courteous. Their knowledge of their inventory and each individual vehicle was so impressive. The price negotiations were amazingly easy - no haggling and pressure - and they gave me an awesome deal. I love my new car and could not be more pleased with my experience at this dealership. I will definitely purchase my next new car from these guys. I have already recommended them to several friends and family members who are like me and usually dread purchasing a vehicle. I went to other dealerships and was ignored or pressured but when I arrived at Nissan of Picayune I was greeted immediately upon arrival and treated like family.

The service department has wonderful, courteous, friendly, professional people. Since I was waiting several hours for my car to be services because I live 2 hours away, they offered to drive me around to WalMart if I wanted to eat lunch or just browse there while I waited because it was going to be around 95 degrees. They also made sure they did all the service I really wanted done on the van. Very nice staff.

Brought my son's 2011 Versa in a little over a month ago for oil change and at that time service said there was a call back on passenger air bag, and they had to order the part and let us know when it was in. Never did hear from them so a couple of weeks ago I called and they had it but it was put on the shelf not in his name. We set up a time to come in when he was in from school and left the car.We got a call that they could not do it because the Tech had to leave. As of now my son is still driving around with it like it is...

This was the best experience that I've had buying a car. My salesman, Ed Jones, was great and he worked with me despite the horrible weather that day. He gave me a tour of the dealership and made sure that I met the staff which has never happened to me before. To be brief, this is my second Nissan that I have purchased from your Dealership. Both times I felt that I received a fair deal. Particularly, my experience was enhanced by a young sales person by the name of Brandon. Originally, I had contacted Nissan of Picayune to inquire about a pre-owned Nissan Frontier. Unfortunately, I emailed info to an internet salesman but received no reply until I had completed the deal on a new vehicle. I contacted Brandon at Mossy of Picayune to inquire about the same Frontier that was on their website. Brandon called me immediately and set up a time to appraise my vehicle and to let me view and drive the 2013 Nissan Frontier. I did so and decided to pursue a new Frontier instead. Of course the final negotiations were completed by Mr. Crumpler (Dan the Nissan Man), but if it weren't for Brandon, I would have probably gone to another dealership. Even though she works for Mossy of Picayune, she still maintains her Nissan certification and is a definite asset to both dealerships. Thanks for all the help and consideration.

They had the product I wanted so I decided to drive over and check it out. Very friendly and helpful with the purchase if our new Frontier. After a horrible experience at Slidell Nissan the night prior, these folks came through in a big way. I called Friday morning and was up front with them about my expectations. Ray gave me the price that I was looking for by phone and stuck to it when I showed up to sign the papers. After arriving at the dealer it took just over an hour to finish all the paperwork (even with our screaming baby in tow). This was the polar opposite compared to our experience just 24 hours prior in Slidell. Unlike most dealerships, I actually spoke with someone who understood the math on a lease. I didn't get some middleman for the perpetual runaround.....just straight answers for my pointed questions. In my phone calls to New Orleans and Slidell they always insisted that they knew nothing about a lease and had to operate through someone else. It seems like this would be an essential part of their job, so I'm glad to know that one of the Nissan dealers in the area actually has trained personnel capable of handling the math. I spoke with Ray and Ed, but all of the staff seems informed, personable, and willing to help. I highly recommend this dealership. Especially if you are like me....taxed for time and looking for people who don't give you the runaround.

We purchased our nissan altima at another dealership, which seems to be a problem with nissan of picayune. It took over 10 months to get the air bag fixed. they continually told us they cant fix the problem unles the there diagnosis system tells them a part is bad. It didnt matter that the airbag warning lights were lighting up. Finally the airbag sensor failed completely and it was fixed. What bother us is they have a recall for the same part and could the passenger been seriously hurt if the car would have been involved in an accident. They just kept telling me that nothing was wrong with the car. they say they have a 26 point inspection whenever you bring your car in, and the firsttime they missed that i need front brake shoes, even tho they rotated the tires. I take my car there every 3000 miles for oil changes and tire rotation, let me correct that i use to take my car there. Now I will drive 60 miles to get service done. Than i took the car in because of a rattling noise, which the altinator was changed. 2 weeks later the car left me in the middle of nowhere late at night because the battery post was coroaded in half. This is another item missed on there 26 point inspection. I made the mistake of TRUSTING which will never happen again. I am 56 years old and thought they would do the 26 point inspection they brag about and tell me something needed to be repaired. When I asked they how could they miss this battery cable since your suppose to disconnect the battery for changing the altinator, it turned into a very heated argument which i am surprised that it never turned into a fight with numerious employees. The bottom line is if you dont want your car fixed, where you have to keep brining it back go to nissan of picayune. Its a shame all i want is a place i can take my car to get fixed without any worries, you would think that would be easy especially with such a bad economy. I would want repete customers.
