Best car buying service!!

Initially I was very hesitant to make the drive to Nissan Newnan because I had been told by several different dealerships that it would be very difficult to get me out of my current vehicle and into the one I wanted. From the moment I walked through the front doors I was immediately greeted with a high level of customer service. I was also greeted by a manager which I have never experienced before. My salesman Mr. James Walker was very understanding and worked extremely hard to get me into what I wanted. This dealership is roughly a 45min drive for me but because of the service I received I have no problem continuing to work with Nissan Newnan. Thank you Nissan Newnan for your hard work and I really appreciate how much you care about your customers!!!

Nissan Of Newnan Is The Best!!!!

I have had the best experience at Nissan of Newnan! I went in on last week "just to look" even though I needed a car badly, I had a salesperson by the name of Trevor Martin that was incredible!!! He was very patient and he took care of me like he cared!!! Not just trying to sell a car which made a world of difference. However the vehicle that I originally purchased 2012 chevy traverse I began to have issues with to early on for me to feel comfortable in keeping it. At first they were trying to say I had to keep it which made me panic, but the Manager by the name of Dayton Hedges took care of me and got me in something I really enjoyed! Dayton is the right "go to guy" because HE WILL MAKE THINGS HAPPEN! Because of him and my salesman I feel like family! This was the best experience ever and I would recommend everyone to them! This is truly a prayer answered because Trevor and Dayton was like angels sent to help guide me along the way! Forgot to mention this is my first time buying a car from a dealer!!!

Great Experience

James Walker helped us find the perfect vehicle. James took his time explaining how the sale would work, did a great job showing us features on our new car, and helped us arrive at excellent financial terms. Horrible Mistake

I'm a military veteran, and this dealership was very disrespectful, and they treated me like a second class citizen. People of color this is not the dealership for you. The people who I spoke to on the phone, wouldn't come out and greet me. Their only concern is to get you to the dealership under false pretense. The only bright spot was the sales rep named Kirk. He was totally unaware what transpired behind the scenes, so he innocent, however; Brad the sales manager, Britt Collier, Haley Sweat, and another sales represenative named Ashley were really deceiving. I will tell everyone at the VA and my fellow veterans to avoid this place, like the plagued. Buyers be ware, these people will lie to you over the phone, and via email to get you down to the dealership. Prior to getting to the dealership, I was told two managers reviewed and approved my application. Moreover, once I completed the online application, I received immediate approval and my credit score. Furthermore, I was advised that I would be dealing with management only. I reiterated that I needed guaranteed approval prior to me driving an hour out of my way. Haley Sweat put me on hold and confirmed approval. Needless to say I drove home in my old car, and I was told to call back Monday. What kind of customer service tells the customer to call back, instead of telling the customer I will follow up with you on Monday. I called Britt back to ask why she never came out and acknowledge me, and I asked why she lied. Britt Collier hung up on me. Lastly, Veterans and People of color make some additional calls to other Nissan dealerships before you decide to deal with NISSAN OF NEWNAN. Great People - Awesome Facility

I am a first time buyer and had previously shopped around different dealers with my father last year. We got the run around with one particular place and received poor customer service at others. The dealerships we visited seemed antiquated and lacked that clean upbeat feeling that Nissan of Newnan has. I was tired of being disappointed so I did some research and found that Nissan of Newnan would be a great fit. Not only are their ratings superb but their facility is fairly new which I appreciated. This location is a bit far from where I live but I felt that I deserved a better car buying experience than what I received in the past. I made this trip with my Mom and we were immediately greeted by a polite clerk who made us feel welcome. She promptly brought over a salesman and off we were towards purchasing the new 2016 Nissan Leaf. Michael was my salesman. He's a professional, knowledgeable and personable young man. From the very beginning to the very end of my purchasing process he remained that way. I felt he had the intention of leaving me happy and pleased and I am. Not only was Michael great with me and my Mom but Brad, Jose, Joseph and Heather were awesome as well. In particular, Joseph had such great patience with us and answered all of our financial questions. Brad was there throughout the process checking in on us and making sure that we were pleased, which I liked. Jose was very professional and gave me a great quote on my trade-in. Lastly, before leaving the facility my new car was cleaned and inspected. Heather was great and went over all of my questions regarding the vehicle before we left. Their process is so thorough and seems very well thought out. Overall, this dealership is great for prospective buyers. I look forward to visiting the movie room and snack area when my Leaf needs servicing or charging.

Great Dealership

Came in to test drive a Murano and a Pathfinder. Met with Tom St. Martin to take the test drives. Tom was patient and very informative. He obviously knows the details on the vehicles he sells. Tom was very patient with us considering the time we took with him. After the test drives were over we even asked him to check to see if there were any used pick ups on the lot for sale. His perseverance and patience were rewarded because we ended up buying TWO cars from him!!!! He got us a great deal on the murano and although there was not much wiggle room on the price of the pick up, he did manage to get us a bit of a price cut on that one too. But Tom isn't the only one that we had a great experience with. Mike in Parts and Karen in Service have also been a great pleasure to deal with!!!! They go way out of their way to ensure that their customers are happy and satisfied! Everyone at this dealership that I have dealt with thus far has been an absolute pleasure to work with! I recommend that anyone who is in the market for a new or used Nissan, come here first. Your time will not be wasted!

My husband and I just bought our FIRST new car on yesterday from Nissan of Newnan. After about a week of shopping around, visiting and/or speaking with sales people from other dealerships we had just about given up, but decided...after speaking with Cassie, who intently listened to my apprehensions reassured me, but went a step further to have me speak with her manager, Britt who convinced me to drive an hour and give Nissan of Newnan a shot. My husband was very negative and did not think we were going to be able to drive away...about 30 minutes after arriving, his thoughts were changed. From the moment we walked across the parking lot and met Chris M., not knowing he would be our salesperson, we met with Brad the floor manager, who introduced us to Chris as our salesperson. The first thing Chris did was takes us on a tour of the customer areas at Nissan...amazing!!!! This is by far, the most beautiful and well kept dealership I have ever been in. We sat down with Chris who listened intently to our needs, our wants, and our goals. Chris went through the necessary process of entering in our information and taking it to his finance manager...now this is where it all went uphill!!!! Chris was already outstanding as far as listening and then conveying our needs, wants and goals to his finance manager, but THEN, when the finance manager Ernest Danson, personally came and spoke with us, we were blown away. Not just because he came and spoke with us, he genuinely cared about our wants, our needs and our goals. He took the time to listen to us and then to give us some real insight into our goals. He cared and we could tell. After going through his process, Chris was able to show us our potential vehicle, and let me tell you, these sales people know their products!!!!! Before we were even giving the keys, Chris told us everything we needed to know (more my husband then me) about the engine and the new features the 2015 Nissan Rogue had to offer!! After test driving...we were sold, we continued through the process, and met Mike G who continued the superb customer service, as well as Amy who took the time to go over the features of the car with us, before we drove off. When I say this team at Nissan of Newnan is the BEST I ever encountered, seeing it is only living it. GO down to Nissan of Newnan, I will drive an hour again, this is the ONLY place I will ever buy a car from again!!!! Thank you team!!!!!

We just had an amazing experience yesterday! The staff is wonderful especially our salesman Michael M. he went above and beyond to make my aunt happy. My aunt is VERY undecidable and it took her an entire week to decide whether she wanted the car or not EVERYDAY she would change her mind on the car she wanted! and Michael waited patiently for her to decide. We never felt pressured into buying a car. He did the best he could to give us the best deal they had. My aunt is an extremely happy 2015 Nissan Altima Owner!!!.... I know who and where to go when I'm in need of a new car!!!

We had a great experience purchasing a new Sentra.Orlando, Jr helped us with the purchasing portion of the sale. He was very knowledgeable of the product. He showed us everything about the car before we test drove it. He was helpful during the test drive as well. He was professional throughout the process. We also worked with Anthony, Orlando's coworker. Anthony was friendly and helpful as well. He had a genuine personality and he put our needs first. He treated us with respect and answered all questions that we had. Stanley helped us during the signing process. He was very friendly as well. I really like the position of delivery specialist. This was something I had not experienced at a car dealership. Karen was the delivery specialist who helped us. She made sure our car was inspected and ready to drive home. She went over everything about the car with us again. She was very nice with a great personality as well. Jose was the sales manager who worked with us during the sales as well. He was a nice guy to us too. He definitely knows the car business and how to make customers feel welcome. He knew just how to treat us. We really appreciate Nissan of Newman. Top Notch facility. Great service and great staff

I have purchased over 15 cars from dealerships in my life time. This dealership is hands down the best dealership I have ever done business with. Huge selection of Nissans, very clean dealership, and very welcoming. Everyone is so nice and professional. I didn't feel the pressure to buy that I normally feel at dealerships. There were many amenities, from kids play den to iPad stations and all were well kept. My salesman Chris Mackinen was a pleasant guy with a good sense of humor. He checked up on me throughout the entire buying process to make sure I was comfortable with everything. I was extremely impressed with this dealership. I recently purchased a 2015 Altima at Nissan of Newnan, and was absolutely pleased with my experience from beginning to end. I already knew that the service department was awesome, as I had brought in my son's Altima for service there a couple of times. I assumed that customer service in the sales department would be top notched as well, and indeed it was. My experience at Nissan of Newnan was totally awesome! The plan to surprise my daughter with a new car came together with the assistance of Jackie and my sale person name Chris Mackinen. There are a few things in life that all of us as adults dread! The Dentist, your taxes and a trip to the car dealership to trade or purchase a vehicle. You better count on an all day event and chances are you are going to need Tums before the "deal" is over. NOT TRUE IF YOU GO TO NEWNAN NISSAN!! Here is something you should read and know that it is true and a memory that I will always remember because of how pleasant it was and how happy we were when we left last night. I don't even know where to start...so let's start with ...WORTH THE DRIVE!! If you live anywhere in the Columbus area, or even close to Atlanta, anywhere within 75 to 100 miles from Newnan, Georgia then that is where you need to drive if you are looking for a NEW or USED automobile. Go to NEWNAN NISSAN!! The entire experience, from the time you enter the dealership till you leave with your new or used vehicle you will have a smile on your face. We had a really bad experience recently with another dealership and thought that we were going to be stuck dealing with them. I was so upset I started to do some Google research and found out that there is something called " The Customer Care Department of Nissan ". This is at the Corporate level. I was assigned to a young lady by the name of Jessica Wegrzyn, she went out of her way to not only FIND us the vehicle that we wanted but set up a meeting for me to go to Newnan to see what she had found for me. It is about 48 miles from my home, when I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was waiting for me; it had less than 25 miles on it and it was still wrapped in plastic.. Not only was the vehicle waiting, the salesman was at the door and somehow knew who I was as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle. He met me half way in the parking lot,, shook my hand and asked if I was Cindy Ragusa. Now I know you are thinking that you are always met in the parking lot by a sales person at a car dealership and you dread that moment because all you want to do is look around before someone tries to shove a car down your throat. NOT the case here!! Michael wanted to GREET me and tell me that he was there to do what ever it took to take the nightmare emotion that I had attached to this deal away and turn it into something that I would be proud to talk about. WHAT?? Where did you come from?? Car salesman...wants to help??? Really...WOW!!!! So my salesman's name is Michael Monterroso. But I wouldn't call him a salesman, I would call him a human resources facilitator! He wanted to sell us the vehicle, but more than that he wanted to make sure that we were happy and that the deal was as painless and happy and memorable as it could possibly be. He took so much pride in walking me around the dealership. Oh, and by the way, there is an absolutely AWESOME surround sound theater for the customers to watch over three hundred movies (popcorn included) while you wait for service to be completed on your vehicle. There wasn't a single person who didn't greet me. Once they found out that my husband has spent the past twenty seven years in the Army, with NINE COMBAT TOURS and FIVE Bronze Stars, I had muscle failure from having my hand shaken for his service to this great Country. And I am not the soldier, my husband is!! It was very humbling! My original vehicle was still in Columbus, so after I agreed to purchase the vehicle that Jessica had found for us, I told Michael that I was headed back to have my trade in put on a flat bed via Nissan Road Side Service. I told him that I would have to find a way to get back to Newnan to finish the deal on the new vehicle and enter the tower Manager Jose Nieves. He told me that Michael would drive to Pine Mountain, Georgia and pick me up at my convenience so that I would not be troubled about how to get to the dealership. What a great group of people

I have spent months researching the LEAF and waiting for the price to come down enough to afford one. I was online researching the price again, when I saw an ad from Newnan Nissan that finally fit my budget. I made the drive from Decatur and could not have been happier with the experience. Dayton Hedges respected my choices, laughed at my jokes, and was a great person to spend a couple of hours with as we completed the purchase. He really went above and beyond the call of duty to make the experience not only incredibly pleasant, but worth the drive. I left the dealership in a LEAF and feeling like I had made some new friends. I've never had a better car buying experience.

Very impressed with the entire staff at Nissan of Newnan. At first I was skeptical of going into Nissan because my husband and I had just left the Jeep dealership of Newnan after being attacked by vultures. Therefore, I had second doubts about going for a 2nd round in one day. However, upon arriving into Nissan the atmosphere was totally different. I bought my 2008 Infinity G37 from Nissan of Newnan. It was a fabulous experience compared to other dealerships! The sales people were friendly, professional & enthusiastic. Paul F. helped me out with the car and the process was smooth. There was no high pressure sales pitch and rattling unlike other dealerships and certainly it was a fresh & welcome approach! Starting with the reception, to their delivery manager, Raquel, everyone was great! Giving car shopping a whole new experience

I always dreaded car shopping and dealing with the salesman. Well, that is no longer true. My experience of shopping for a car at Nissan of Newnan was great! The salesman, Brad, was so knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. Not at all pushy or anything like that. Just very pleasant to work with. The dealership itself is awesome! So clean and comfortable. Not one complaint from from me ( and that is unusual when I've been car shopping in the past).

About a week ago, I bought a 2015 Versa from Caleb at the Newnan Nissan. It was my very first vehicle purchase so I went in not really knowing what to expect, but Caleb was very patient with me and knowledgeable. Yesterday was my favorite car purchase EVER at the Nissan of Newnan! I have been a Nissan owner for my past three vehicles and knew in advance I wanted another one. Being from Centra Florida, where I have never liked any of my car purchasing expieriences, I was interested in purchasing elsewhere and wanted to see if the experience would be better in a state like Georgia (where most people treat you with respect and like family). From the moment we parked in the lot, we were politely and gently greater by our wonderful salesman, Wayne Carroll. Since I knew I wanted a Nissan Frontier-Dessert Runner with a tow package and hoped for red, we went right to work. I had previously visited their website and knew there were several on the lot. Wayne was an incredible host and he was very patient and knowledgable about each of the models and features offered with each truck. We were offered bottled water, popcorn, peppermint candies, and more throughout our purchase. For our test drive, we where given a choice of a short trip or long trip. Since I already knew the truck from my previous two frontiers we took the short trip. Once we were back inside, Wayne immediately gave us the sense that "he was on our side." We were given a tour of the amazing facilities, Negotiations were stress-free, and he was extremely easy to work with. Throughout the day, he was genuinely interested in who we were, where we where from, what our careers were, and you truly got the feeling that you were indeed "family." During our time at the dealership, we were greeted by many other employees. Congratulated by everyone once the deal was done and treated with respect. Our financing specialist treated us the same. Sammy was not pushy and he got right to business to get us out the door with our new truck. To top off our experience, Raquel, was extremely knowledgable as she gave us our final vehicle tour and inspection. With a full tank of gas, a free first oil change, several little Nissan gifts....we were on our way! Since I keep my Nissan Frontiers for many years, I look forward to my next purchase in about 7-10 years at this same dealership! Thank you again Wayne!!!
