I would highly recommend Nissan of Lawton to anyone in the Wichita Falls to Okla City buying area. The sales staff and management were exceptional. Dennis Kaplan was the most knowledgeable salesman that I had ever experienced. He explained all the features as well as differences between the vehicles that I was pondering which made my decision process much easier. There were no "surprises" when I got into the finance office to sign my paperwork. Damon Harris was professional and explained in detail all charges and made sure that I had a clear understanding of all documents BEFORE allowing me to sign anything. The staff from reception to the service and detail department were 1st rate and a positive energy was exuded by every member of the team. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle and will definitely purchase from them in the future.

Our sales person was very nice. He let us take our time in our selection not pushing us on a higher priced car. They had many selections in our price range and gave us a good deal on our trade in.We hope their service is as good as their sales. We only have 300 miles on our new car so will have to wait and see about service. This is our first Nissan and we really like it so far.

I feel our family has never been more taken advantage of or humiliated by any other business. During a week of dealing with a problem with our vehicle, we did not receive one returned phone call. I feel I extended an abnormal amount of grace, yet our family was repeatedly ignored. I was ready to overspend to fix our car or buy a new one because I trusted this dealership wold take care of their customers. This dealership did not treat us as a customer at all. Instead they were willing to take $$ and put my family in a jeopardizing position.

my parents have always gone thru dan mullins for their vehicles, they have since bought around 15 vehicles from them. So i had high expectations when going in there to look for a new vehicle. We walked in and were immediately greated by Dennis who would actually turn out to be our sales guy. After all was said and done he talked us into a Rogue, which by surprise is a nice SUV. He took time to go over safety features and the fun buttons and gadgets in the vehicle. Romona, who knows me from my parents took good care of us as well like she always does, if it wasnt for her and her reputation with my departed father, i would have never given them a chance. I hope to keep buying our vehicles from them in the future. They always know how to treat their customers!

I went into Dan Mullins with the intent of looking at the new Nissan Rogue. I had not made up my mind if that was what I was going to buy, or another make of SUV. After dealing with other dealerships, I have to say I got the best customer service at Dan Mullins. Cedric Pelt was my salesman, and he went above & beyond. Even came in on his day off to help me the second time I came back. The finance manager explained everything really well. They all made my experience so much easier, since I have not bought a new car in almost 25 years! The Rogue sold itself! I love it! Cedric took the time after my purrchase to explain all the new "gadgets" on it. I have already sent one friend to see about getting a Rogue. Would recommend you to anyone interested in a Nissan!

We bought our daughter her first new car since she will be heading to college after graduation. We were very happy with the service, knowledge and willingness to help us stay within our budget. We would highly recommend Dan Mullins Nissan. Our salesman called to check in with us during the process of looking around, but wasn't pushy to scare you off. He then called afterwards to check on us to see how we were liking it and see if we had any questions. Excited to know that I can send my daughter back for oil changes and check ups on her way home and not have to worry about it. We know she will taken well care of when she goes in there. Great Job!

I have owned at least a dozen or more Nissans driven by myself and my family over the past forty plus years. I have found the Nissan product to be extremely reliable. I just traded a 2007 Versa with 135,000 miles on the odometer that has cost me nothing more than oil and filter changes, a set of tires, a battery, and one wheel alignment to drive it the past seven years. I have found Dan Mullins Nissan to be as fair and balanced as Fox News claims to be. Remember, you get what you ask for. Ask for and expect great pricing and quality service and the team at Mullins will respond positively. Be well my friends!!!!!

I purchased a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder a month ago and when I go to tagg the car I finally look at what I got deal wise. I did not look prior when signing because they had financing guaranteed 2 weeks prior to purchase. I walk in and expect to sign and go but nope we sit at the dealership for over 7 hours and then once I look at the paperwork they marked the car price up from $33,305.00 to $39,565.00. As if them screwing me with a marked up sticker they also guaranteed $18,000.00 but only gave me $13,392.30 for my trade. I am beyond pissed and must let everyone know about the dirty dealing with dealer. I have also filed complaint with Nissan Regional office and I hope they will force this dealer to fix thier un honest ways. I have called and tried to speak with the General Manager but he never seems to be available imagine that......... Papaerwork is nicely folded so you cant see the actual prices. Shame on me for agreeing but shame on them for stealing...I am a pissed consumer at this time I just hope the Regional office will force a correct action to this dealer. My next stop is BBB and if a must a local attorney to get atleast the $4607.70 in return from the lies of the salesman.

I previously entered a not so stellar rating previous about this dealership. I received an email from the dealership to come back and give them another chance. I realize before it was not the dealership's fault for not being able to finance me, but the Nissan Quest I had I owed too much and had mechanical issues with the transmission. I expected more than they could deliver at the time and it was due to the banks not wanting to take a chance on me. But today was truly a different story. Tony and the team at Dan Mullins worked their hardest to get me into another vehicle. Not only did they get me into another vehicle, but I was able to trade in both my cars and got finance for two cars. Never in my life have I been able to be financed for two cars at the same time. But Tony and the team got it worked out. And they were able to meet the price range that I afford. And even lowered my APR. I appologize for my previous rating I take it back, I was angry at the company Nissan and unjustly took it out on the dealership who had no responsiblility for the malfunction of my vehicle. I greatly appreciate them for being a class act and very helpful to my and my family. I realize I am not the easiest person to deal with being a correctional officer, I can come across a bit unfriendly. It also doesn't help I work all night and don't have much sleep when they are dealing with me. But they truly helped me out in a real hard spot and got me in vehicle I needed. Even if it's not a Nissan. If you do try to get finance through them, don't quit or give up try again and bring some money with you. It helps to get the banks to loan out money in these tough financial times. The banks finally took a chance on me. And a good trade in always helps. I hope to bring these vehicles in two years from now and see what car Tony can get for me then. Again thank you to Tony and Dan Mullins for coming through. I'm sorry I doubted you and almost gave up on you. This will be the four vehicles I have bought through them. And I'll keep going back as long as they'll put up with me.

Watch out for the service department. They no longer have a Master mechanic but charge master mechanic prices. The worst part is that the mechanics they have don't know what they are doing. When a mechanic fails to secure a tire that is bad. And then to lie to the customer and say it just wasn't sitting correctly. Or to tighten an emergency brake so that it is always engaged is beyond belief. The return rate for serviced vehicles there is extremely high. And hopefully you don't need parts ordered. Half of the time they forget to order them or use them for someone else and then use the excuse that the part is back ordered. There is a different price for parts depending on who the customer is, the excuse there is that they need to make up for missing inventory so the parts people change the markup when they feel like it and this is what Dan Mullins himself wants them to do.

To start off i would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!!!! I worked with them for the first time in december of 2010. As a 20 year old fresh out of ait and having never purchased a vehicle through a dealership they made this place sound very inviting over the phone while i was stationed in maryland. I purchased my vehicle at an 18% interest rate. Not knowing how much i got screwed. well i was not aware on how to go about tagging my vehicle and very very shortly after purchasing this vehicle i got relocated to georgia. I never recieved paperwork i needed to tag my vehicle and the dealership did not include tags title and liscence. and did not inform me on how to go about getting tags since they sent my paperwork to the wrong place. now 9 months later its is going to cost me 610 dollars which i sent the dealership plus my paperwork that i finally recieved and im still be jacked around i have not been able to drive my truck since august1st of 2011 being military i need a vehicle to be able to get to work. now that they have my money and all my information they are still jacking me around and taking there sweet ass time. I recently tried to contact the general manager but of course like everyone else he does not answer the phone... I honestly feel i should get my 610 and back and the dealership should have to pay for it seeing as how they were supposed to send me stuff back in august when i would have only had to send 400 off but they toy with you to get as much money out of you as they can. THEY ARE CRAP!!!!!!!!!! dont use this place if you like having money.

I have been through many car buying experiences and have never been misled so much as I was when I visited this dealership. I was informed I was required to purchase a warranty per the bank I was financing through, JP Morgan Chase. (I called Chase to confirm this was NOT a requirement and never was stated to the dealership). Among other things, the finance manager Bert was very high pressure sales tactics and balked at all of my requests for clarification. He had excuses for every question I asked. I would never purchase a vehicle through this company and also it should be noted I was informed by Bert their sales manager the best rate I could get was 12.99% and he acted like he was doing me a HUGE favor by getting me that, well I find it strange that at a reputable dealership in Oklahoma City I received a rate of 5.99% and I was financing over 10k more!!! Moral of the story, stay away from this place at all costs, unless you're paying in cash for a brand new vehicle you will regret it.

We recently purchased a CPO 2008 Armada at Dan Mullins and had an excellent experience thanks to our salesman Michael Butler and the sales manager Don. We love our car and the low pressure, fair and open way Mike dealt with us was a welcome change from the high pressure "pitchman" treatment we received in OK City Nissan. I'm not sure what (if anything) transpired with the previous raters commentary, but just wanted to balance the scales by providing feedback on our very positive experience with Dan Mullins Nissan...Thanks Mike.
