This dealership is terrible! I bought a white 2016 Nissan rouge SV in July and the dealership promised me that they would install a sunroof. They did, however they return my car with stains and buckles on the roof as well as a sunroof that did not work properly. After bringing my car back 10 times for them to fix the damage they finally put me in a new car. I was put in a Blue 2016 Nissan rouge sv with trim package. However, before the truck left the lot it began having issues with the air system. When I would turn of the a.c. or heat it would continue to blow hard through the upper vent. The manager/co-owner Mike Morrelli witnessed this and still insisted that the problem would work itself out. It did it not so they put me in a Silver 2016 Nissan Rouge SL. I have been driving for a few months and now the air system is not working, only this time it is blowing out high heat. This model clearly needs to be recalled. This dealer is selling brand new cars that are defective and their service department does unprofessional work to the cars. Worst experience ever! I have to say the sales associates are not all bad. Jerry, the person who sold us the car has been awesome, considering everything. Also, Mike is a nice guy for the most part. However, he has not made good on his promise to fix the car or replace it. Also, he had been successful in fixing the issues of my car. They can only give me guesses with the cause of the issue and have no ideas of how to fix it.

I saw the vehicle posted on cars.com and called to inquire about. I was told that it was being worked on. I tried to schedule the appointment for a later date to allow them time to finish working on it, but I was told that I didn't have to wait and I scheduled an appointment with Mike Johnson to test drive the car the next day. I received a call from him in morning to confirm the 6pm appointment. I called on my way to inform him that I was running late and he was okay with that. I arrived and was attended to by Quenton who kept us waiting for about thirty minutes, only to come tell us a xxxx and bull story about not having the key and telling us that the car was in a different lot and we couldn't even see it much less test drive it. He tried to schedule me to come back another day to test drive it and I refused. Why didn't Mike Johnson make sure that the key and car were available and waiting for me since I had scheduled an appointment with him and called him on my way to the appointment twenty minutes before I got there? On my way home, I checked their website, only to find that car was $4000 more than it was listed for at cars.com. This was obviously the reason for their games. By being dishonest and manipulative, they have lost a customer for life. My time is to valuable to waste it playing stupid games!!!

I drove up to this dealership to look at the new 2017 GTR they had on the showroom floor. I was not even allowed to open the door and look at the interior. I explained that I already owned a GTR and was thinking about trading in my current car for the new one. This is where I have been bringing my current GTR to be serviced. I don't see what the big deal is. So here I am, checking the new GTR out, I did not asked to sit in it, just look. If you are going to buy a 100K car there is nothing wrong with looking inside the car, I did when I bought my GTR, and I am the original owner, purchased brand new at Passport. Because of my experience at this dealer I will take my money elsewhere. I called up another dealer and they were happy to show me the new car inside and out. That is not a good way to treat a potential customer.

I came in to look at a vehicle, first thing I was told was the salesman I was meeting with quit a couple days ago (not a big deal). I met with Tom about the vehicle; he had no idea about the features but was nice so I gave him a pass because I did my research already. Conversations were healthy and productive until he brought in his Sales Manager Velinda. She instantly came in with a condescending tone and smug attitude. The whole vibe of the room was uncomfortable; she was rude and spoke down to me as if I did not know what I was talking about. I was warned about this dealership, but I thought I would give it a try. If the Sales Manager has these types of characteristics I can just imagine how the other salesmen are. I will give Tom the same advice I gave him before I left, "Never bring her to talk to a customer again, you will lose business. On top of that she emailed me later that afternoon and still continued her arrogance. I will not be recommending them to anyone. I purchased a vehicle from a nearby dealership who had great customer service.

While the sales staff is somewhat helpful. I purchased a 2015 rogue and the seat is one of the most uncomfortable seats i have ever sit in. I have had the car back to the dealership several times and spoke to the manager with no resolution. The sales manager suggested i contact consumer affairs and that did no good. I was told by the Nissan that is was a feature of the seat. Since then I have called and left several messages for the sales manager and no return call. I would recommend not buying any car from this dealership.

Peter Ross, sales, met us for our appointment time on 7/29/15 and showed us three cars that met our criteria: a Certified Pre-Owned SUV, low miles and within our price range. We test drove a 2014 Rogue Select with only 4k miles and loved it. Peter's approach was very helpful explaining the features, pros and cons of each model. He made sure he understood exactly what we wanted in the car and he delivered. During the financing process Ricky Dickens, sales manager, made sure we received every price break available. All staff were professional and helped us through the process with great speed and efficiency. We will definitely be back!

We were looking for a quality used car and came to right place! They had many low mileage vehicles that looked new. Our salesman , Chris Franklin, was so helpful in showing me several models in my price range and I found something that was perfect. We went to the dealership several times and were always greeted immediately and asked if anyone was helping us. We also were impressed with Rex in Finance. Buying a car is usually stressful but the level of customer service and professionalism made this purchase quite simple. Would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

On Tuesday September 2nd 2014 at around 10:00am I spoke with Britney and scheduled to go into the dealership (for Velinda) to view and discuss about the Nissan Versa Note SV. As scheduled, I arrived at the dealership at around 3:45 and the first thing was that the vehicle was not available or pulled prior to my arrival. I asked Velinda why the vehicle was not pulled and she informed me that I should go out on the lot and pick a car. I was disappointed with the first appearance and interaction with Velinda even though we have discussed my requirement and price range on the phone prior to me going to the dealership. I went to the lot and picked a Versa Note SV and went back to the building. To my surprise, they pulled up with a White Nissan Sentra (which is not what I asked for). At that time, I refused to test drive the higher vehicle and asked why they bought out the Sentra instead of the Versa. The Sentra was priced $3000 0ver my price range. I went home and saw an email from Velinda and to my surprise after wasting all my time and their several attempts to SCAM me, she was now trying to disrespect and insult me (see Velindas email below). I was not rude to anyone at this dealership but at the same time, will not open up myself to a SCAM. It is bad business to discuss and have an understanding with a customer on the phone and then do something else when the customer arrives at the dealership. I am very disappointed and will not forget this horrible experience any time soon. On Tuesday, September 2, 2014 6:48 PM, Nissan of Bowie wrote: Jacqueline, it's Velinda Price. Thank you for stopping by Nissan of Bowie. We sincerely appreciate it. As per our conversation, I am emailing to you the attached quote which is on the lesser expensive of the two vehicles that you selected, the 2014 Nissan Sentra. It would require a lesser trim level to get to the $16,000 that you require. Jacqueline, as a side note, please be mindful that everyday in this business we have to make decisions on how to best serve our customers. Even when they disrespect us and talk down to us we try to be as gracious as possible. Not because we are desperate for business but because that is who we are as an organization. Should you desire to do business with us, we are here to serve you. As of close of business the above quote will become void because Nissan will no longer offer the Holiday Cash. When my husband and I walked into the dealership we were met by Mr. Martin Ayaba and Mr. Richard Bledsoe. They were extremely professional. My husband and I went to many dealerships and by far Nissan of Bowie exceeded our expectations. We were not subjected to the "game" playing of car buying as we had come accustomed to. Mr. Ayaba and Mr. Bledsoe listened to what we were looking for and they made it happen. Within several hours they had the car delivered to the dealership from another location, gave us a fair price with additional services that were offered at the dealership which made the offer even more attractive. They had the paperwork completed and deal done. We could not believe it! There was no back and forth waiting to get an answer, switching of employees or high pressure banter. Even though it is farther than we would have normally gone looking for a car; we are sure glad we did! My husband and I had a great conversation with Mr. Ayaba. He was a great person to work with and can't say enough good things about him. We walked away with the truck that we wanted and an overall great experience! I would highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Ayaba and Mr. Bledsoe. Purchasing a car is among my least favorite activities. Before visiting the dealership we searched on the internet for pre-owned cars and found a couple of interest at this dealership. Michael Knaus had the cars that we discussed on the phone ready when we arrived so we were able to immediately test drive and make our decision without pressure. He answered our questions and was very friendly and professional. All of the personnel that we met were friendly and helpful, and moved the purchasing process along well. Recently my wife was in the process of changing out her summer tires for a winter pair due to some impending bad weather. In the process a lug nut was seized and stripped. She was able to make an emergency stop at Nissan of Bowie to get this fixed the very next day. Not only were they able see her on such short notice to remove the lug nut and put the winter tire on her vehicle but they did this at no charge. Thank you Nissan of Bowie for taking care of this little issue with very short notice and easing my stress while deployed.

I recently submitted a bad review for this service center that I cant find. I am now more than pleased with my recent visit. They did the interior protection, cleaned the exterior, and gave me a new battery which fixed the interior beeping alarm that would randomly go off while driving down the road. The car looked brand new inside and out when I picked it up. They also did a free oil change. Lee was very professional and so was the other service associate I dealt with.

While looking for cars I applied for an auto loan online with my bank and was approved. While researching which dealerships where I could use the financing that I obtained I came across Nissan of Bowie. I went to their website and saw a car which I thought would fit my needs. I emailed the car information to myself and within an hour I received a couple of follow-up emails from the internet sales manager as well as my sales rep, Maurice Williams. This was to be expected (as you know if you've ever emailed yourself a car listing from a dealer's website). I failed to go to Nissan of Bowie to test drive the car. About two days later I received a phone call from Maurice Williams stating that unfortunately the car in which I expressed interest had been sold (I'd NEVER had a car sales rep follow-up WITH ME and tell me that a car that I was interested in was sold WITHOUT me calling to check). He then asked me if he could email me pictures of more cars within the same price point with similar features. I thought that was considerate since I was just browsing and I had never actually been to Nissan of Bowie or met Maurice in person. The best part- I didnt feel harassed! I did feel as though someone actually wanted to help me and actually cared about my situation!! To make a long story short, I set up an appointment to meet Maurice Williams in person (to which I was late AND showed up with my two children) and three hours later I left with my new 2013 Altima. Maurice is AWESOME! He is a helpful, friendly, knowledgeable salesman. He is respectful-a true gentleman! I had full confidence in him and was grateful for all of his suggestions. I am in the process of rebuilding my credit (I am mentioning this because some of you may be in this same position) however I was treated like a millionaire at Nissan of Bowie. I ended up getting financed by Nissan of Bowie (I got a better deal than the one that I had received prior to going to Nissan of Bowie). I was offered a great deal, got lots of rebates too!! I appreciate and am grateful for everything that the wonderful staff (especially Maurice Williams) at Nissan of Bowie has done and will continue to do for me. This has been the BEST and EASIEST car buying experience I have ever had. I am HAPPY and PROUD to be a part of the Nissan of Bowie family!!!

When I visited the dealership, Mr. Williams approached me for assistance. I was a little skeptical because of his youth, however, after working with him it was a great experience and I got the vehicle I wanted. From start to finish he was very professional, pleasant and had a personal touch to his style of sales consultant. He listened to my "must haves" that I wanted in a vehicle and was successful in fulfilling them. He kept in contact with me to show his persistence but not in an overwhelming way. He wanted the deal and he sealed it. I promised him that I would do my best to send any referral his way and to the dealership in a whole. Experience at Nissan of Bowie has been mixed. General service has been fairly good except for 30k, 60k and 90K mile service marks. The prices for those are a bit high. High enough that I can say my other vehicle (BMW) costs less to get maintenance preformed. It seems like every time I take my vehicle in they want me to flush my power steering fluid even if it had just been done less than 10K miles ago. Tell me the truth not that which will net the dealership the most profit. These are the reasons for mark down in price and customer service. Don't lie to the customer. Tip for Nissan Corporate use higher quality parts and fluid. Biggest complaint is trying to seek reimbursement for a part I had replace prior to a recall being issued. I notified the dealer of a recall on a part that I had already replaced on my own dime at the dealer and that Nissan consumer affairs stated that I needed to take my vehicle in to close out the recall on my VIN before they would reimburse me. Dealer was very accommodating at getting my vehicle in the shop ASAP. Then after sending in the invoice for the service I paid for and the new invoice of the recall to Nissan consumer affairs they continued to tell me that I needed to take my vehicle in to perform the recall. I thought I had already done this so I contacted the dealer again and they stated that paperwork was hung up and the person was not there to complete it. I waited and got a call from the dealer requesting the original invoice of the service which replace the bad part. I told them the invoice was at the dealership which they found and said that they would continue processing my paperwork. Wait. Wait. Wait. Nissan consumer affairs calls this time continuing to request the recall be performed on my vehicle. I then make another call to the dealership and am now told that I should have received a call to tell me that I need to start back over at step 1 again by setting up an appointment to perform the recall...... Frustration has now set in..... Now I am going to take my vehicle back to the dealer and hope they get it right this time. Granted they were very accommodating the first time but I don't want to sit around for 3 hours again and have them not get it right again. Waving a decent amount of money in front of someone, which they never should have paid in the first place, and hindering the process of them obtaining what is owed is very frustrating. Other than that everyone at the dealership is friendly and the quality of work has been pretty good.

Got a great deal on a 2013 Nissan Rogue before the 14's came in. There was not much haggling from my end with this particular dealership. I stated my price and there was a little back and forth but overall I wasn't jerked around, and didn't have to play games and I paid exactly what I stated I would pay. I communicated soley through e-mail and the whole buying process only took 2 days. The only snag was when I went to purchase the car, they had to go get it from another dealership which I would assume would have been there when I arranged to do the paperwork, but other than that the buying process was simple.

Got a great deal on a 2012 Nissan Frontier probably because we are now well into 2013. There was not much haggling. They did not try to jerk me around. We came to terms on the truck via e-mail quickly and I came in the next day and bought it. Financing was easy with a nice, low interest rate. I was really surprised because I had tried to buy the same truck from other Nissan dealers and it was always a time consuming hassle. Beautify new dealership, too. It's right next to a Honda store owned by the same guy, so if you don't like the Nissans, you can just walk next door and look at Hondas!

This was the worst car purchase experience ever. This dealership lacks professionalism. Effective communication and quality control procedures are also practically nonexistent. It took more than six months to have a promised low jack installed, and the paint and fabric sealer applied - even with bringing the car in for service more than 5 times to have a leaking sunroof checked on the new 2012 Nissan Juke that I purchased from them. According to Nissan of Bowie, it is "normal" for moisture to collect in the pan. However, after every rainfall, "water" collects in the pan and remains for several days even after being serviced. I have even been told that the pan was bone dry and upon pickup water was very present in the pan. In addition, I have had to be the recipient of disrespectful statements on several occasions. The credibility of the "positive" ratings posted on this website is quite questionable, since customers are told to report 5s in every category. If you are into sunroofs that collect "water" in the pan on a consistent basis, love to constantly remind people to do their job, enjoy being disrespected and having your intelligence insulted-by all means go for it. As for me, I will never do business with this dealership ever again. Matter of fact, when I shared my experience with a close friend, she informed me that I should have checked with her first before buying from this dealership because it has such a bad reputation.

BEWARE.... This is NOT a reputable dealership, I purchased a 2009 Maxima from the in July of 2012 I have had too repeatedly take the car back for numerous problems. When I purchased the car e car fax was given too me with no reports, I bought the car on a Friday night I was back down there the next day to have the shocks replaced. I later got another report on my own too find out the car has EXSTENSIVE frame and unibody damage on it. I contacted Mr. Bledsoe and took the report too him and he said he wasn't aware of the damage, on my report it states in black and white DEALER WAS NOTIFIED AT TIME OF PURCHASE OF THE DAMAGE ON THE VEHICLE, he then told me he was the one who bought the car from the auction and wasn't notified. Since then I've gotten the Nissan corporate office involved, better business bureau, and the maryland state attorney general office all involved. The corporate office told me that they are NOT in any position too buy the car back, mind you this is NOVEMBER and I bought the car at the end of JULY. They also do not return calls, The President of the dealership, ( Phil Morelli) the general manager (Walter Siquenza) and the manager ( Richard Bledsoe) and they are extremely rude and disrespectful. As of today I've had to have my car towed to Passport of Nissan is Alexandria because it would not start at all and I just put it in the shop a few weeks ago, and they are VERY DISHONEST about the extended warranty you think your car is fully covered but IT IS NOT!!

By far the best experience I've ever had at any dealership. The quality of service and the overall atmosphere can rival that of any high end luxury car dealership. I was there to get out of a bad deal I made at Len Stoler Nissan which had me stuck with a 2012 Nissan Rogue I didnt really like and unfortunately I got tricked into paying the MSRP. Despite the fact that I had just purchased the car 4 days prior to arriving at Nissan of Bowie and had $10,000 negative equity in the car, Anthony was still able to get me out of that car and into a new 2012 20th anniversary Nissan Altima for a great price. I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a new car buy from Anthony Vanchieri. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible. If your looking to buy a car I honestly recommend calling him directly at 410-814-1955. Had I done that I wouldn't have been ripped off by Len Stoler and we wouldn't have had to work around that negative equity.
