This was my worst car buying experience in the last 10 years. The dealership is very dishonest, does not disclose all the fees and has very poor customer service after you purchase a vehicle. My husband and I spent four hours in their dealership trying to purchase a vehicle.if not for The fact that we needed to purchase a vehicle that weekend, we would have gone somewhere else.

I bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra SV and the transmission blew out 4 days later leaving myself, my children, n fiance in a horrible situation where a MAC truck almost killed us because the car just died in which the truck almost hit us from behind while on a highway. After finally getting it the dealership, they said they would fix it with a new transmission. In the mean time, they gave a rental, but took two weeks to fix the issue. While waiting I was so furious that I called corporate n they asked "well what do you want us to do about it?" in which I replied that I wanted a replacement because I do it feel safe driving this car. The end result was corporate nor the dealership cooperated with our request n we are stuck with this car!!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! As a side note the only star I would give would be for our salesman Zach, but to the contrary the sales manager Bishoy was the worst person I have ever dealt with!!

The only up to this dealership was my sales guy Ray. Everything was great until my loan didn't go through. I brought the car back on a Saturday and was told by dalton they were trying to get me another deal at which time I told them I was done, I don't want another deal, here is ur car just give me my old car back and my down payment. At which time they tried to tell me they couldn't take the car back without papers from the bank. I stayed that the loan was kicked back to them, at which time I was asked how I knew that and I told him the bank and ur finance person. He left and came back and stated we are trying to go through another bank, AGAIN I informed he I was done that I don't want another deal, I just want my car and down payment. I was then informed that they no longer had my car. So now what was I suppose to do? He continued to try and pressure me into another deal for the whole next week each time I told him no. This went on on Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday I called 3-4 times with no return call the first couple times. Finally he calls me back and says that I need to come in and bring the card I used to pay the down payment and they would refund that. I then asked what about car? He said that he would give me the money for that which was $2000 as stated on the contract. I go in on Thursday and speak to another manager who finally refunds the amount I put down not including the trade. I ask about that and I'm told well I need to speak to dalton about that because this was the first time hearing of my situation (this was supposedly daltons manager) which tells me Dalton had been blowing me off the entire week, trying to pressure me into another deal or just make me go away. This manager assures me hi will call me in the morning and let me know what is going on, needless to say I call at 1:40 pm leave a message, no call back finally I call at 2:40 and still the managers weren't available this time I left a message stating that I will call corporate if I did not receive a call back by 3:30. At 3:25 I received a call from the manager stating they will only give me $500. I said $500? The contract says $2000, he then tells me that includes rebates.... My car was worth more than $500 and technically that car was not yours to sell until the deal was completed and funded by the bank. Once you are not buying a car from them you don't matter and are not helpful at all if there are problems. I really wish that I had read these reviews before I went in because I would have never made it there in the first place. Ray is great, so if you still do go there please ask for him. That's the only reason I gave them any stars at all.

When I walked into Nissan of Atlantic City, I was very doubtful that I would be able to get out of the horrible 16% interest rate that Team Nissan had me in on a base model 2014 Versa. I can honestly say that after spending three days and numerous hours with my salesman Hunter Richardson, I was able to walk out in a brand new 2016 (1 mile on record) Sentra SV. Hunter is one salesman who treats you like a person and not just a "paycheck" I have sent several friends to the dealership and have had the same caring, and honest experience as I have. If you are looking to get a new vehicle or get out of the clunker you are in now, please by all means take the time, visit Nissan of Atlantic City, and ask for Hunter Richardson. I have never been so happy with a sale in my life.

Nissan was once ADMIRAL. We bought 2 vehicles at Admiral and went back for our 3rd. WHAT A MISTAKE that was. This new management is horrible, disrespectful, shady and has very poor business ethics. We were bullied received many threatening phone calls. Need to return new car or we NISSAN will report it stolen to police. Our situation WAS POORLY HANDLED and NO MANAGEMENT was there to discuss it with upon returning the car. They threatened to call the cops on us so many times we had the police with us at the dealership. MY ADVICE STAY AWAY GO TO ANOTHER DEALER SHIP .

I went in with the intention of just looking around and left with a brand new 2016 Sentra. Everyone i dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Mathew Jones was extremely honest and helpful i can't thank him enough for explaining and going over everything with me about the Sentra i puchased. Ali who is the director of finance was able to work with me and give me the best deal possible for my current financial situation. LADIES BE AWARE!!!! Literally ,I just came (22 June, 15:45pm) form this Dealership, drove couple of the cars and when I asked for numbers my salesman called the manager John (the big guy in pink shirt, sorry don't know his last name). So, John said that without my husband they can't tell me the numbers because I won't make a deal today. When I insisted him to give me at least a range of the price I will pay, he said "bring your husband he will understand what I'm talking about"!!!!!! He made it obvious that because I'm a lady they're not gonna talk to me. Listen, I'm not even talking about the deal, I asked for my options, I wanted to see the numbers and decide what to do next. So, do you think after this customer service I will want to make a deal?) I feel like this manager has forgot that it's 21st century and women have rights too and we can do some business without husbands. It's a shame, because I have my Rouge 2016 from this dealership and it seems like they don't appreciate their own customers who wants to stay with them and buy the other Nissan. P.S. In the waiting area I met a girl who said that she was treated the same way I was. So, ladies be aware!


Bait and Switch - Threats

To make a long story short, they messed up on their end with final pricing, which was a deal that I agreed to. Calls were then made of threats, threatening they know where I live, police being involved, and this is all from a deal that they wrote up and a contract that was signed for the vehicle. The sales manager who runs the place was the biggest joke of everyone, making threats and false claims. Beware of this dude, complete asssh*le, and if your lucky your kids can grow up and be just like him (in his words). I had the car for 3 days and they wanted me to come back and re-negotiate, I dropped the car off and didnt step foot back in the showroom. Salesman was nice but beware of Tommy the loser of a Sales Manager. I am a car buyer and a car collector who buys many vehicles on a yearly basis and never treated this was in my life let alone at a car dealership.

My wife and I purchased a Pathfinder at Atlantic City Nissan last summer... Recently found out it had been in an accident while IN THEIR POSSESSION. They defrauded me by purposely concealing that fact and told me it was never in an accident. They provided me with a clean Carfax report. The accident conveniently didn't show up on Carfax until a month after we purchased it. I brought this to management's attention recently, and initially it seemed like they were going to make things right...Well a month has gone by and they have been playing games and have canceled numerous appointments. BUYER BEWARE!

Although it took quite a bit of time from start to finish my experience was a very good one. Vernon Speller my sales man was awesome. Friendly guy who new his stuff. The management did a good job handling an angry customer that was in the showroom while I was getting my paperwork done. Only complaint was the time it took to get everything done. Was there for about 5 hours. Could have done without the whole back and forth with negotiations. Just wished cars had a price and you went and picked one out.

I went in there to get a spare keys for my Nissan frontier. The service reception said it will take to program it and make a new keys no longer then one hour. Also ask them to do oil change. After I was waiting for 3 and a half hours they approached me by telling that they have a problem and a car is in a lock mode and they can not start it . I explained them that I'm using my truck for construction work and I need it for next day. .Nothing changed , After I waited another hour (total 4.5 hours) they told me come back tomorrow, promised a discounted price. I came back a next day.. they gave me invoice with no discounts and asked me to pay in full.And I did .. Because I was already really tired fighting with them .My Advice: DO Not go there, They don know what they are doing.Also after the great service experience that I had,now car has grease on front seat and mats. Great Job Nissan, well done :)

I have been trying to get a final payment on my car for months now. No one will return my calls. The operator sends you to the same voicemail that's full everyday. It's crazy. Truly unbelievable. I had problems getting this car because I was lied to. And I still ended up buying the car. Don't let my stupidity rub off on you. Just say no. The dealership is horrible as a whole. My wife wanted the Altima...I said NEVER! Please don't make the same mistake I did.

Great internet price on a used vehicle until I got to dealership.Salesman(Yilver) was courteous but that is the only positive.Manager sends Yilver with a price that includes 4 extra fees: 1) Dealer Prep $995, 2) TLP $399, 3) Doc Fee $499, & 4) NON TAX fee $400 ! Manager tells me everyone pays dealer prep. I tell him the bad news that I WILL NOT ! Another manger(Emanuel) says he can make the dealer prep disappear & I ask him to please explain the other 3 fees.Manager offers 4% interest rate on loan which was actually 7% when I checked. A few days later Mike Henry calls me & tells me he can make TLP disappear. I don't hear from them for 2 weeks than I receive an email which I answer immediately. They reply & ask me to send a copy of the deal they offered which I do but I let them know that I will NOT come back to dealership without a emailed deal in writing. Mike Henry calls me tells me they are willing to remove TLP BUT they had a computer glitch & the vehicle was priced wrong by $900. I tell Mike if I made a deal & said I have decided to give them $900 less would they still sell me the car. I give him 48 hours to call me ,make the deal or don't waste my time. GET EVERYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IN WRITING !!

We considered purchasing a vehicle from Nissan of AC because we were so impressed with the attention we received when having our Volvo serviced. We decided we wanted to purchase a Nissan Frontier and had researched several vehicles on-line. We decided on vehicles at 4 different dealerships, including 1 in DE and 1 in MD. Nisan of AC was the 1st dealership we visited and we did not have to look any further. Rob T listened to us when we expressed what we wanted in a vehicle and our price range, and he made the deal. The purchase was handled efficiently and professionally by Rob and Dean. Then Rob spent nearly an hour explaining all the features of our new vehicle, setting up the Bluetooth to accept our phones, etc. We have never before received this level of service.

This is by far the best dealership I have been to!!! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Jimmy Dao who by the way is a great sales person. He listens to what you want and doesn't try to force you into getting something else. We didn't feel pressured at all and honestly if I would have left there without a new vehicle it would have still been a great experience. They treat you like if your family and they treated my little girl like a princess they gave her crayons and they put cartoons for her on their laptops it was just an amazing experience with them. THANK YOU!!!!! And plus I love my Nissan Armada that I got. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Ask for Jimmy Dao he's the man!!!!

We decided on a car and couldn't get a price !The Manager/Finance person kept sending over a paper with monthly payments on it and no price of the new car !!!They wanted to know which monthly payment we were most comfortable with ? We told them, " Give us a price on the car and we will determine how we would be able to pay for itThen the sales Rep. went back to Manager for price and came back with the same paper of monthly payments but added in bright green marker we would get "Free Car Washes ", Free Oil Changes , and Free Tire Rotations a $5,000 value ! I couldn't care less about this ! I wanted to know the price of the car ! I asked for my car key back as it was going to be traded in, we were becoming uncomfortable at this point, to do business here. After 2 1/2 hrs. They FINALLY gave us the car price ! Then they told us it was a state law to purchase TLP, I knew it wasn't , so I asked for it in writing ! The Rep. came back and told us," no this was not a law but the Manager would not take it off the contract ! Do not do business with this dealership very untrustworthy. We left, and went to Honda and purchased a car in 3 hrs.

I was referred to Nissan of Atlantic City and their salesman Joe by an ex girlfriend that holds him in very high regard. So I called to see what his schedual was I was told he was out sick I said no problem I would try him monday and hung up next thing you know they are star 69 my number and trying to get me in behind the refered salesmans back while he was home sick,. Of course I was livid!! It started to get ugly and then the internet manager got on and except for telling me that this call was being recorded would not allow me to get a word in before hanging up. I think sheneedlessly took comfort that my anger was recorded instead of understanding the seriousness of their arrogance, unlike their superiors mine could care less what my language is. My number is private and for offical use! they had no permission nor reason! to contact me (I clearly stated my business with them was done until monday!) Personally as a member of a close knit team myself I am offended at how quickly they would cut their own salesmans throat while he's home sick! they didnt think twice about it! and did it without remorse!! I say what chance would I or any other stranger have in getting a fair deal there? I would have let this all go until my office suddenly and completely out of the blue started recieving unsolicited quotes from other dealerships? via true car since that line is assigned to me and the only dealer I called was Them Nissan of AC.. it wouldn't take a call from federal law enforcement to recognize a retaliatory act when you see one especially one that leaves an electronic evidence trail like initiating quotes clearly does, everything electronic today does! Let this be clear notice! I will not tolerate harassment of any kind! It would not only be smart business it would be in the best interest of this dealership and those individuals involved that these calls cease immediately! I must state that I highly doubt ownership of Nissan of Atlantic City is aware of or condones this type of practice or tactics by anyone in their employ. Its been my experience over time that actions like this clearly point right back to untrained or poorly trained mid level managment they are always the blame for undiciplined behavior and tactics like these. Either way two wrongs dont make a right Ill spend my money at another dealership...sorry Joe you did come highly recommended! I hope you feel better

I found a Frontier on their web site, emailed for info, Mike Henry left me a message saying the truck was available, I called back and spoke with him after 8pm, he confirmed that it was still available, set appointment for 10 the next morning. When we got there we found out the truck was sold the evening before. We drove an hour to get there. No phone call from the dealer letting us know.Mike Henry and the managers response was hey it happens, can we help you buy something else. I can understand if you do not know it was sold that night, but you would know when you showed up in the morning.

I walked in to kind of just browse around and immediately got greeted by Thomas. I told him I wasn't positive if I was going to purchase a car but he didn't mind showing me around and telling me about each model. Kudos! Fast, friendly & honest service! They allowed me to take the car home over the weekend & bring the check back Monday. Monday the check from my credit union still wasn't ready! Marsha, the lady from my credit union was out until Wednesday! They didn't ask me to leave the car until Wednesday. They said no problem, I'll see you then! They made me feel like family! The level of trust they had in me was beyond belief! They are the best in & out of town! They even took my 2003 Acura with 350,000 miles as a trade in! Service department was once upon a time the best. The new change is horrible. My car was put on a diagnostic machine for an error code and then the mechanics couldn't read the code after the company changed hands so they randomly repaired and replaced parts at my expense until a noise I complained about disappeared. Why charge for a tire rotation when you are also checking brakes? The tires come off to check the brakes so does it cost more to put the tires on a different rim? I was told I had an additional $2000 worth of future work to be done. I was shown this list after spending $3100 and could have saved on labor had I been informed while they were working on the car. I got a second opinion and 75% of the work was not necessary. I feel I have been overpaying for service especially labor for years but it was like a bad marriage. I love my car but will never buy another Nissan due to my service experiences during this past year. I received a dirty loaner vehicle and my personal vehicle had black smudge prints all over the dashboard when I picked it up where an airbag had been repaired/replaced.

I have contacted them for a used 2012 Honda CRV. Talked to them for almost a week via emails and phone calls before deciding to drive down. Until last day the sales person has been in contact with me confirming my appointment. When I finally make my trip down there, she wouldn't even come out and let me know that they have sold the vehicle that morning (what a coincidence, right?). She sends some other sales person to give this info. When I asked for her, the new sales man reply was "What's the point in talking to her? The car that you two have been discussing has been sold this morning. I'm here so lets find another car for you". What a waste for a 170 mile roundtrip when I could've been looking elsewhere for other cars.And a day later, I get an email from here saying "I hope you were satisfied with your visit and I answered all your questions. We want your business so please call me and we will find a car for you"Thanks but no thanks. I'm never even going to bother to look at their inventory or do business with them.

I was always wary of buying from dealers and that is why I always purchased previous cars private party. But this time around I purchased a CPO 2014 370z from this dealership. They are great to talk to pre-sale but once the sale is over and you have follow up questions, good luck getting them to help. They promised me my CPO paperwork 2 days after the sale and 2 weeks went by with repeated calls and emails and I never received a reply. I had to get Nissan North America involved and they finally resolved the issue - what a coincidence. Horrible horrible horrible dealership. I wish I never gave them my business but the good thing is I discouraged one other person from buying a new car here and I'll continue to do so. Dealerships like this don't understand how important customer service is, especially AFTER the sale.

Poor, very poor service department. From what I thought was going to be a positive experience turned out to be horrible. My car was promised never returned in a timely manner. And my car being a 350Z, the service adviser did not even know that there was no glove box in this type of car. That should have told me not to keep going there. I have not returned there, nor will I ever go there again for anything. Recently I was contemplating purchasing another Z car, but not any more. After working with Ray( who was a fantastic sales person ), the negotiation process brought out the MANAGER named Tom. Tom was explaining the fees ( prep, tlp, doc, etc ) which amounted to almost an additional $2000.These fees are an insult and nothing but a money grab on a fairly priced vehicle. My wife and I walked out after trying to explain we would not pay these ridiculous additional charges.Suggest anyone down the NJ shore, take their Nissan shopping to another dealer.

Purchased a 2014 nissan sentra from them on 1/29 i made a $300 deposit with the promise to return and pay $700 on 2/11 . On 2/11 before i called to make my payment to them i called my previous car loan bank to see if my car was paid off as agreed and it was not . In fact my car was was late and fees where being assessed to my account. so I refused to give them any more of my money as they have failed to hold up there end of the deal and pay off my trade in. seems very fishy to me because my sales men alex told me they would pay it off over night ... apparently that was a lie .... not to mention after i left the dealership they had to send me paperwork to sign again because they screwed up ....plus i have 2 days left on my temp tags and they have told me i should have gotten my plates by now but nothing .....

New ownership is terrible. After we shook hands the final contract was deceptive in the agreed price and interest rate we were supposed to pay. They then slip in a " Total loss protection" charge of $369.98 they do not tell you about but is in your sales contract with the word "optional" near it that is not optional as it would open us up to a class action law suit as the general manager put it. Over all a very shady company to deal with and not a good experience.

I did my research before deciding to purchase my new vehicle. I believe that is one of the keys to a successful experience. I've read some of the reviews on this site and I wonder if some folks did the same. I knew the value of my trade-in and my bottom line. I knew the price of the new vehicle that I was planning to purchase and did not intend to deal with "haggle." End result: I didn't have a problem. I have purchased may vehicles over the years and this experience has been the most seamless. I actually drove from VA/DC to NJ to purchase this vehicle because the price was about $10K below anywhere else. I asked the dealership to hold the vehicle for me for a few days so I could drive to NJ on 12/26/2014. They agreed. When I arrived, the vehicle was out front and clean, ready for my consideration. I was greeted with a smile and a handshake by Ron DeMarchi (sales). I cannot recommend him more. He was kind and patient. I had not made up my mind that I was going to purchase the new vehicle solely because I had driven up from VA. If the process became uncomfortable, or I felt pressured, I was ready to leave at any time. It never came close to being necessary. I took my time looking at the new vehicle, which I had already researched. Ron showed me all the features and I took it on a test drive - Ron didn't feel he needed to accompany me. We discussed my trade-in (a car I actually loved, so was not going to "give it away"). They threw out one price for my trade-in, I threw out another, and we made a fair settlement in the middle. Fairly painless.Once I made my decision, I moved to financing. Since I came prepared with a pre-approval from my credit union, I knew my bottom line on financing. Nissan was just a tiny bit different, so I decided to go with them for ease of the process. Yes, there are a lot of papers to sign, but each was explained to me and again, the process was as painless as it could be. During my time with the finance department, Ron kept my companions comfortable and entertained with conversation.No car buying experience is quick if you do it right, but from start to finish, it took about 4 hours. Not bad based on my past experiences.The service didn't end there. Ron was aware that I had come from VA/DC, so two days later he checked on me to see how the car was doing and that I made it home safe. I was impressed. Two weeks after purchase, I did run into a glitch with my license plates and registration because I had purchased out of state, but again, Ron made sure everything was taken care of as quickly as possible and everything was resolved to my satisfaction.I am very pleased with my new vehicle after driving it for about one month. Everything is in order and I have recommended this dealership to my friends here in VA/DC. A couple have looked up the dealership on-line and are also impressed by the significantly lower prices. They have stated that they may also make the journey to NJ from VA/DC when they are ready for a new vehicle.

The main reason for my dissatisfaction is that I was FORCED to purchase a $400 "total loss plan" if I wanted to purchase the car, it is not an option it is mandated by everyone that they purchase this at the time of finance!!! They DON'T disclose this TLP it is on the contract so be forewarned to check your paperwork and walkout, don't sign it like I did. After much heated discussion I was talked into this TLP scam. On another note, they don't have much inventory at this dealership but the one exterior color 2015 Murano we wanted happened to be here, unfortunately. The sales person Ed was nice and seemed honest to deal with. They don't know the product they are selling very well. Very disorganized, maybe because they are under new ownership. I'm glad others on this site claim to have had a great experience here.

Tom Germana treated me SO FRIGGIN HORRIBLY, let me take my new car home, cashed my deposit check for $2500, never gave me my money back after I found my OWN financing for the full amount of the price of their vehicle and threatened legal action, filed a police report on me for not bringing their stupid car back AFTER they told me they'd finance me then didn't!!!! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE!! They're seriously the worst place I have ever been too, and I have bought 29 cars in my life, at many car dealerships, never ever having a problem!! They need to be sued, shut down and / or put out of business before they destroy anyone else's lives and futures!!! EPIC FAIL GUYS!!! I will never ever see my $2,500 again. A very expensive and difficult learning experience, writing this review to do my best to help protrct and warn other people about them before they make the same innocent mistake and trust this car dealership!! My wife had a starting issue with our 2009 Nissan Altima. We could not figure out why it would only start at certain times, our local mechanic did not fix the problem, so we brought it into Admiral Nissan, I brought the car in with a appointment to see Kim, she greeted me right away even though I was a little early. Very pleasant and concerned, they brought our car right in a figured what was wrong with in 20 minutes. Kim showed me what needed to be replaced and asked me if it was ok to do so. I agreed and the part was in stock. They showed me where I could wait and have a nice cup of coffee. Not soon after my coffee, Kim came over with keys in hand, saying " you are all set". Explained everything perfectly to me. As we were walking together to show me where the car was parked, Kim introduced me two two managers standing in the service department. JR and Tommy T, they both asked me how was my visit here with us today. I told them both that kim and Admiral Nissan had made my day.Kim explained my issue and showed me the bill and again I was very pleased, the final bill was under the estimate and my experience was fantastic. I will always come back for that kind of great service and recommend anyone to Admiral Nissan. Thanks again. Barb :)

The absolute worst service department I've been to. I was given an appointment time of 8:30 for a Saturday morning. When I was given this appointment I asked how long would the service take (just an oil change). I was told no more than one hour. I arrived five minutes early and stood at the service desk in the garage entrance about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Eventually, I handed over my keys and went to the lounge area. I was told they "would come and get me when the car is ready". By 9:45 no one had come to get me or even update me so I went back out to the service desk. I asked how much longer for my car to be ready and I was told to wait. 10 minutes later I was told my car hasn't even been brought in. I took my keys and left. Nissan service is the worst ever. Love my Nissan? NOPE!!!!!

I notice that the only good reviews are from New Car buyers. Anyone can sell a new car and make you happy. Pretty hard to screw that up! However, DO NOT buy used from this place. And certainly do not if it is not a Nissan! I bought a used Dodge and have nothing but hard times from them. They (their mechanics) installed stuff incorrectly in my vehicle and they don't want to have anything to do with it. I could have lost my entire engine and they still do nothing! Now I'm stuck with a outrageous payment and a vehicle that may not last as long as the finance term! And I'm stuck going to them for device because that's what the "extended service" contract states. A service contract that I was told I HAD to get and then later found out that that was a bold face LIE. They can NOT force you to do that. It's just been a major nightmare. And it's sad because I really love my truck:( People suck.

I had an AMAZING experience purchasing a car at Admiral Nissan!! I would recommend it to ANYONE looking to purchase a new or used vehicle! I'm from NY, and spend the summer at the Jersey Shore--so, I went into Admiral simply to look at different car options, and get a sense of what I'm interested in (with the intention of waiting to purchase once I got back home in the fall). I was immediately struck by how warm, knowledgable, helpful the staff was at Admiral, and felt genuinely comfortable (and we all know how intimidating car shopping can be!) There was no pressure, and I felt like Woody Paisly really listened to what I was looking for, and helped me find exactly what I wanted, and found it within my budget!! Overall Ron was pleasure to deal with, VERY friendly and was upfront about everything... From the moment I walked in the door I told Ron my bottom line price that I was willing to pay for a car and he promised he would would work out the best deal for me since I was paying cash. He went right to the owner (Brad) who was also very enjoyable to deal with and they gave me a deal with an amount less then my bottom line price. I bought a used 2005 Ford Escape which was just traded in by someone else. I asked the salesman can I take it on the highway during the test drive and he didn't want to.The keys were not available when I came the first time. I also told the salesman I wanted the car cleaned out upon buying, and his attitude was not pleasant. When I test drove the car there were no problems, however shortly after I bought the car, there were transmission problems which I had to spend $1700 o fix. I believe the salesman and dealership knew about this problem and didn't tell me. I car should have been priced at least $1,000 lower than what it was. They made me feel I was coming away with a steal and did not want to negotiaite in any way.

Our recent salesman, Woody Paisley, has worked with us in the past and we would always ask for him first. He is very professional to work with and knowledgeable about the Nissan products. In this recent lease he helped us find a vehicle (Nissan Sentra) that fit both our needs and our budget. We would definitely recommend him to others! I found Ron to be a very nice man who tried to work with us. We were trading in a car, and I don't care how good the condition of the car, you never get what you should when you trade. However, Ron was patient with us and the deal was made. John Summers was the worst salesman I every had. He leaves out details and just wants to make a sale. Nissan has an ongoing sale;10,000 for your trade or they'll make your first three payments. At the time I didn't know that it was an ongoing sale and when I found out I asked him why he didn't tell me at the time of my purchase? All he said was he was not obligated. Great customer service John Summers. I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere with him so I had to go over his head. Vince Patermo, general manger, was kind enough to remedy my situation. I shouldn't have to go through what I did because of a selfish salesman. When I get another car or if anyone asks me about Admiral Nissan I will gladly tell them to go to anyone but John Summers. I had a Nissan many years (Sentra, 1990) and had a great experience with the purchase (Woody is his name) and my husband drives an Altima he bought from Ron D in 2003. As a previous owner of just cars it became painfully clear that with my 15 year old son's sports that a small SUV would be far more practical. After extensive research of several small SUV's I decided the Rogue was the right choice. I went onto the Nissan site to build my 2012 Nissan Rogue and print out a price guide. I was now ready to go out and find my perfect Rogue. Upon arrival at Admiral Nissan I started walking the lot looking at the available 2012 Rogue's. After checking out all of the Rogue's I walked over to the Volvo's. That's when Hal Silverman walked out of the showroom and approached me to assist me in my search for a Rogue. Hal did inform me that he usually sold Volvo's but that he would be happy to assist me in finding the right Rogue. We walked over to the Rogue's I had previously been looking at and found one that was similar to what I had built online. While I test drove the Rogue Hal did some research so that when I returned he had all of the answers to my questions. I decided that the Rogue was definitely the SUV for me, it's small, sporty, and has great gas mileage! There was only one obstacle in my way Admiral Nissan did not have the exact Rogue that I wanted so Hal immediately started a search. After a few days Hal called with great news they had found my Rogue! I made arrangements to take receipt of my new 2012 Rogue. When I arrived at the dealership to pickup my new Rogue Hal had everything ready. He introduced me to the Bob who would be handling my financing and while I was completing the paperwork with Bob, Hal made sure my Rogue was ready to go including syncing my phone. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience! I love my Rogue!! Thank you Hal, Bob, and Vince!

My experience with the Nissan Dealership in Egg Harbor Twp was the best! My salesperson was Domenic Macrina, and I have to say that this was the first time that I have ever gone to purchase a car, and didn't feel pressured. Dominic asked me what type of car I was looking for, I knew I wanted either the Altima or the Rogue, but I have never owned an SUV before, so I was a little unsure about the Rogue. Domenic took me for a test drive of both, and I just loved the feel of the Rogue. He took us inside, offered us coffee and gave us info on the car, answered all of my questions,and then proceeded with the process. I had decided to lease the car and so Domenic took my information and we waited in the spacious lounge area, while the numbers were put together. I was also considering a trade in of my 2002 Mustang, so one of the staff also ran numbers on what I might get for my car. I finally decided to lease and make the down payment, and would sell to a family member. The funny thing is that I kept asking if they were going to check my credit and I had my credit card out for the payment, but Domenic continued along as though they were certain that everything would be fine. I never got the 'well let's see if your credit checks out, before we go any further' line! I filled out the agreement paperwork with another associate, who had me sign everything and still didn't ask for the payment yet!! Domenic also took me into the service area, to set up my first appointment and meet the Service Team. I was shown where to come, and told what to do when I got there for my first service visit - very impressive! I drove my Rogue home that day, another first for me. ( I had always gone back to pick up my cars another day) All in all, it was the best visit to lease a car that I have ever had! Domenic was so delightful as were all of the other team and I will sing the praises of Admiral Nissan to everyone, every chance I get.

I believe that Admiral Nissan is such an amazing car dealership. We recently purchased the 2011 Nissan Rogue and this car is absolutely beautiful. The reason why I gave Admiral great overall scores is because first off the customer service was fantasic. After going to 30 Dealers between Ocean, Burlington, and Atlantic Counties we were pleasantly surprised with the level of service at Admiral Nissan. Our Salesman Domenic Maceina was a true professional. He went above and beyond to insure our satisfaction. Although our budget currently allows only for a used car, he gave us all the attention to detail as if we were purchasing a new car. We called him from the road about a car we were interested in. Within 15 of our arrival he had the Carfax pulled up on the car,and the car parked in the front of the dealership with the keys and dealer plate in hand. Since there were things on the car we wanted addressed on the vehicle he made sure his service manager Henry was there to help out. He was very attentive and through to all our needs and did not miss a thing.Very polite, professional and through. After all the papers were done Domenic came in on his day off to call my insurance company to transfer the insurance, since I told him how busy my lifestyle he wanted to try to ease my day a little. Upon calling to thank him after getting off the phone when the insurance company called to verify the switch,the operator informed me he was off. He just popped in the dealership for a couple of minutes to help a client. Both gentlemen made my experience at Admiral terrific.There are 3 drivers in my house and we will definitely use Admiral again.

My Nissan Frontier Broke down in jersey two weeks ago. I had it towed to Admiral Nissan. Worst thing that i could have possibly done. they took two weeks to get a part in, lost my truck, lied to the warrenty company, and didnt even put the parts that i paid for in!on top of which, when i finally got my truck back, there was dirt and grease everywhere, foot prints inside and out on the doors, scratches and dinks everywhere, rain damage. We had a wonderful experience working with Ron when purchasing our new Nissan Quest. While researching the Quest as well as other minivans I was really hoping the Quest would be the one for us because I wanted to do business with Ron. Woody is the best, most professional sales person I have ever encountered. I have purchased four cars from him over the last twenty years. My experience was much better than I expected. Everyone at Admiral said hello to me and seemed very friendly. My salesman, Doug Kern, couldn't have been nicer. Actually, he was really cool, down to earth, funny and we got along great. Ron is a great salesman- he is very loyal to his customers' desires. He listens to what you want and finds you that exact car! He is really accommodating and helpful in the selection process and was able to find the exact model with all the bells & whistles that I wanted within a week. He even held the car for me while I was on vacation so that I would be the first one to test it when I returned. Good price negotiation and great customer service - he ordered parts immediately so the car was in top-notch working order. You cannot go wrong with Admiral Nissan or Ron - great place, great man.

My husband and I were in a serious bind when we came to purchase a vehicle from Admiral Nissan in Egg Harbor Township. When we came to Admiral we had just paid off a six year auto loan and the engine belonging to that "loan" had simaltaniously blown up. We also have two very young children and another due in October. To add to the stress of things, and probably our largest concern, was being approved for a loan together. We were apprehensive to apply for a loan as our combined credit is a bit under established and overall underwhelming. Basically, to make a long story short, we needed someone to take good care of us and help us find a dependable, long term vehicle for our growing family, without breaking the bank. That sounds pretty hard to find huh? Well, let me tell you, you don't have to go very far at all to find a wonderful deal on a dependable car and superb customer service to back it all up. My husband and I went to Admiral Nissan to speak to Doug Kern about all of our needs. He listened to us and took into account everything our family would need over the next few years and showed us a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder. We fell in love with this vehicle right away. It was clean, ran smoothly, and was priced so perfect for us. Within hours Doug had us approved for a loan with affordable monthly payments. And just to top it off, Doug spent over an hour with us just to make sure we insured the vehicle correctly and for a good deal (which he did not have to do at all). Doug knew that this was our first auto loan ss a married couple and he and his team did everything they could possibly do to make us feel comfortable and well informed throughout the entire process. And the customer service did not end as we drove off the lot. Doug has contacted us twice now since purchasing the vehicle to make sure we were doing well. (We couldn't be any happier, btw) We could not have chosen a better place to purchase a vehicle. This dealer and Doug really proved to us that real customer service still lives and we will continue to purchase our vehicles from Doug at Admiral Nissan for years to come.

I've enjoyed buying a new car at Admiral Nissan. It opened my eye to a group of friendly dealers, a nice and excellent array of vehicles, and just an experience that I've enjoyed. I knew what car I wanted to look at. John was very easy to deal with: no pressure. We talked about the car, some of the different features, then took one out for a test drive. I told John that I was looking in the near future to buy the car; I was not ready to make the purchase on the day of the initial test drive. He understood, gave me his card. He asked if he could check in in a few weeks or if they dealerhsip got the exact car I wanted in stock. I agreed. The vehicle did come in, but I was still not ready. John was good with that. I called two weeks later to find out if he was going to be at the dealership on a particular day: he was unable to be there but set things up with Ron DeMarchi. Ron, went over everything with me again, making sure I knew about the different features of the car. He took us out for the test drive of the car I eventually purchased. Ron explained how everthing worked, from start to finish about the purchase. The entire process was verty positve and relaxed. If you are looking for a no-pressure deal, with good sales people, go to Admiral Nissan.
