Totally Disappointed

I took my 2011 maxima in because the transmission went out with only 67,000 miles. After twelve days with no offer of a loaner or rental car. I see on my paperwork when I pick up my car they have put a rebuilt transmission in my car. I am very disappointed with this dealership and will never buy another car from them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

Two days after purchasing a 2010 Nissan Maxima from Nissan of Albertville the car wouldn't start and had to replace battery. The next day, the service engine light came on. After taking the car to the dealership they gave us the run around and were rude to my husband! They also told us several times that we could take the car to Kia of Huntsville for repairs because they are owned by the same person, but when we tried they told us we had to come back to albertivlle ( we live about an hour away) and that they never told us that!! Which was a complete lie!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED AWFUL AND LIED TO!!!!!

Great service department

Jimmy and Donnie took my car for a drive, when they got back they had two definite possibilities on why it was acting up. I have had my car at Landers Mclarty 3 times for the same issue, and they always said they couldn't duplicate problem. I was really impressed with the professionalism at Albertville Nissan. In under one hour they had my problem found and repaired. My Altima drives great again thanks to the service team at Albertville Nissan. I will be coming back the next time I need service work. AWESOME DEALERSHIP!!!

I don't usually write reviews, but after the great car buying experience I had with Randy Taylor at Nissan of Albertville, I felt compelled to post a review! I was looking for a small fuel-efficient car and had shopped around on-line for about a month. I stumbled upon this site and saw the reviews for Nissan of Albertville and thought I should check them out. So very glad I did! The whole experience was top notch AND they had the best price! I was happy to have made the drive from Madison, AL to Albertville! I filled out my financial application on-line and when I arrived everything was ready to go! I was in and out of the dealership in record time - the paperwork was all done and all I had to do was litterally sign and drive the shiny new Nissan Versa. Randy went above and beyond, he has worked at this dealership for 16 years and to me that says he knows his stuff! I bought my new Nissan Altima from Randy at Nissan of Albertville. I shopped on line they had all the no hassle prices posted, and they had the best price. When I talked to Randy he said they had no hassle pricing. It was a hassle free purchase for sure. Camry was number 1 on my list for consideration until I drove the 2013 Altima the deciding factor was the CVT - SIGNIFICANTLY more fun to drive than Camry, don't knock this car until you try it the MPG is awesome. Lightest car in its class. You can tell Nissan didn't cheap out. Nissan got it right by going to NASA for seat inspiration. Thank you Randy and Nissan of Albertville for making this the easiest car purchase ever.

love my Altima

Upgraded from the 2010 Nissan Sentra I bought from Earnie and must say that this Altima is amazing. The design is beautiful and the ride is smooth. The gas mileage is excellent. I chose the Altima over the Camry and Accord because of the more sporty design and standard features like Bluetooth and push button start. I love doing business with Albertville Nissan they give great deals and Jimmy in service is the best. I love the new building, and the new way of doing business.

Buying my used car

Checking around the internet lookingh for a used Ford Explorer. While checking locally I found Nissan of Albertville's website. I was shocked to find exactly what I was looking for and proceeded to make contact with Derek at the dealership. He was very helpful, took info needed to check on financing, gave my the info I asked for about the vehicle and promised to call me back shortly. Dereck called me back shortly and we set up a time to meet at the dealership to look, drive and see where we were regarding financing. Loved the car from first glance and drove it around the area. I returned to dealership and we went inside for the dreaded numbers game. Turned out there was nothing to dread, Dereck presented me with some options to choose from, I went over them with him, made my choice and a deal was struck. Mr. Hardy, the business manager, soon came to meet with me and my wife, explained every document and the signing commenced. All in all, this was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealer. From the ease of their internet site, to the quick response to my inquiry, the presentation of the auto, financing options and calm, pleasant atmosphere, my needs were met and my expectations exceeded. I spoke with Jayson later in the day, he is the dealership manager, and he was most accomodating, a joy to speak with and a true professional. My new Nissan

I found Nissan of Albertville while shopping online for a new Altima. I live in Huntsville about 45 minutes from Albertville. When I went to cars.com i was pleasantly surprised to see all of the new Altima's priced to sell. They had the dealerships pledge to provide a easy buying experience posted on their advertisement. I have bought several cars in my lifetime but none as easy as at Nissan of Albertville. I called 5 competing Nissan dealers that had please call or the sticker price listed on their advertisement. I got things like come see me I can get you the best price when your here (I don't think so). Then the one dealership that gave me a price was much higher than Albertville's price. If you want a hassle free purchase on a new Nissan save yourself some time call Nissan of Albertville and See Will or Denson.

Best Dealer around

I do a lot of research on cars before I buy them....... I was looking for a used altima for the last 4 months. Every so often I would check cars.com and everytime I clicked sort by price Nissan of Albertville showed up. I decided to take the drive from Huntsville to Albertville to check these guys out. I am glad I did. The sales staff was down to earth and the buying process was quick. I told them the car I wanted by phone and I told them the payment I could do. In and Out. Randy Taylor Randy did an awesome job in explaining our Pathfinder to us. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Randy in the past 12 years.
