I needed a new mirror for my truck (it was purchased new from Loren Berg) so when I took it in they promptly replaced it. Unfortunately, the mirror was defective so they cheerfully replaced it again. When I went to get my truck, there it was right out front was as clean as new and the mirror was perfect! Thank you, Loren Berg!!

Travis is always very helpful and gets me in as fast as possible. He's honest and obviously cares about the customer.I'm disappointed that the "bullet proof" extended warranty I bought doesn't seem to cover anything. I was told it covered everything from bumper to bumper, but so far this month I've had to pay for two repairs which I thought were covered. The fact that it didn't cover a throttle body is mind blowing since this is clearly an engine component.

The trunk on our recently purchased 2014 Malibu opened randomly while parked. We never knew when that would happen next. When we initially contacted the service department, this quirk was apparently unfamiliar to the service team, but they did follow through, ordered a replacement part, and fixed the problem promptly. We appreciated the service because shortly after that, the first rain of the season arrived and without the fix, there could have been considerable water damage when the trunk continued to open at random.

Dan McKinney made buying the car easy. I was a little skeptical making a purchase sight unseen, however everything Dan represented regarding the car was accurate. The car was delivered to the east coast on a car carrier and it arrived on time, a little dirty. After a good washing it looks great. Dan assisted on with the names of several shipping companies which took away some stress. Have not been able to drive the car. Having problems transferring the car title from OR to PA. It has been 9 days and PA received the transfer papers 2 days ago. No payment was sent with the transfer paperwork so I do now know how long this process will take or when I will be able to drive the car.. After the fantastic dealings I had with Dan, this part of the process is disappointing. I will update when resolved.

Overly priced.. Won't negotiate even if you have cash and financing ready to go. They say they don't have to negotiate because they are internet based and someone will pay the price they are asking. So if you want a deal this would not be the place to shop. We drove from Vancouver, WA it took 2 hrs to get there in traffic. We should of known from the last experience we had with them when we tried to buy a van from them years ago(we were trying to give them another chance) and we had cash down to and they took 3 days or more to run our credit and never heard from them again.. As for us we drove home without our new/used car(new to us) that day too. WOW.. Good luck to them. I would find another place where you can get a good deal and they still appreciate good amount of cash down and your financing is ready to go. The guy we dealt with was nice but other than that we would not recommend buying a car from them. I don't know who is worse McCords or them. What happened to the good ole days when they actually wanted to give people decent affordable deals especially if they had a big down payment. PS This vehicle we looked at was base of the base of that model So yes their price was way over what it should have been and it was almost a 8-9 yr old car. The grill was bubbling and the detail job was not that great( I could have done a better job) when we moved the seats, between them it had dog hair and what looked like was spilled milk and the smell was not a fresh smell but of clean dirt. Which we told them that and also told them we would take it that way then came back at us with we did put brand new tires on it. Well, it still wasn't worth their asking price of $27K the tires alone which they probably get in bulk was not worth $7K. So the vehicle itself would have been worth about maybe tops $20K even with the new tires. If you can get a hold of them the model above this one would be worth the $27K they were asking. We still over offered at $22K with a sizable down payment cash not a check good ole green back cash and they still would not budge. We look 3 weeks later and they have lowered the price from $27K to $25K. We called and they said they sold it to someone in Portland or for their asking price of the $25K. Wow sorry for those people that over paid. So to say we are still on our search for another vehicle. UGH!!!

"shady dealer" should not be in the same sentence as Loren Berg Chevrolet!!! They are hands down the best dealership I've been to, I wouldn't buy a car any where else. They have outstanding customer service they don't pressure you into buying anything like some dealers ive been to.. My family has purchased 7 vehicles I believe, and I've personally bought 2 of the 7 vehicles. I just recently bought a 2006 dodge ram 1500 quad cab man did I want that thing after i test drove it lol.. I worked with sales man Fred McAdams he helped me buy my first rig there, he's a straight forward sales man and is very knowledgeable with the cars that are on the lot! My dad liked how he worked with me the first and the second time i bought a rig there. a week later he worked with Fred and bought a Chevy avalanche.. Same with Jim from financing he finds you the lowest interest rate he can find and hooks you up..hes outstanding!! When i signed the papers with chris he explained everything to me and was very respectful!! If there is something wrong with the car they will make it right and not screw you over! I needed a blender door fixed on my dodge, it was letting outside air In my vehicle.. Loren the owner of the dealership personal called me him self and apologize and said he'll make it right and fix it.. So Travis and Merit (hope I spelt it right lol) from the maintenance dept. Put me in a nice loaner car.. Those two guys are awesome they will joke around with you and are always nice and they are 100% honest with pricing.. And if something doesnt need to be replaced they won't do it.. Just to make a quick buck.. I'd like to thank everyone at Loren Berg Chevrolet for being honest and having outstanding customer service.. I like goin there so much I always tag along with my dad when he takes his two cars for an oil change lol if your buying a car go to them!!!!

My parents bought their car from Loren Berg in 2001 so it was no question that in 2003 I would purchase from them. I had my Oldsmobile Alero up until it was totalled in Jan of 2012. During these years I always had work and service done at the dealership. Service department has always been friendly and always willing to work with me. I can say the same thing about Loren the owner a couple times I had problems on the weekend when service was closed. He was always available and willing to help when needed. Due to being unemployed when my car was totalled I was not able to buy from them again at that time but they did look and try to find me a new car. Now a year later and I am going to buy again from Loren Berg. The Sales department has always been friendly almost like extended family at times. Always willing to let me test drive different cars to make sure I know what I want to buy. My Little brother bought his car from them 3 years ago and just traded it in for another car on their lot. Overall this is a great dealership. I have recommended them to many people.

i saw a tahoe that i found online so i decided to call the dealer up. the guy who i wont mention told me everything i wanted to hear about the tahoe. i then decided to take a trip to see it about 30 min away each way.i get there and i see the tahoe but minus the wheels and tires that were in the pictures.i asked the salesman where did they go, he goes and asks the boss i assume and he says there just gone.i started to laugh and i said is this common in the car buisness wilsonville chevy did the same thing to me awhile back. so now im getting mad and went out of my way to come and see this.the salesman then says the wheels and tires that were on there were not the right ones. i started to laugh again, little did he know i used to work for les schwab for 5 years and there was nothing wrong with them. anyways long story short i did not buy the tahoe, will not be back there again and everyone beware these dealerships are stripping them down for who knows what reason. sad they lost a sale over a measly set of wheels and tires, oh well not my loss.
