Out of State Macan Purchase

I reached out to the dealership and was able to secure the deal working around my tight schedule. I was a little upset that I wasn't able to pick up the car as quickly as I liked as the dealership overlooked some title issue. However, Karina was extremely helpful as she gave me her personal cell phone. She kept me updated via text of the entire process. When I arrived from DC to pick up my vehicle I was in and out in less than a hour. (that included the time Karina sat in the vehicle to help me get acclimated to the car). For my trouble they also mailed me an umbrella and all weather mats. I have since been in contact with Karina via text about questions that I have had. That is very rare for a sales team to still entertain questions after the deal has been done. Overall, I would buy from the dealer again and recommend Karina for your Porsche needs.

I live in Staten Island, NY and traveled over 60 miles to purchase a Used 2016 CPO Porsche Cayenne from New Country Porsche sight unseen.When I called to inquire about the vehicle, I was directed to my Sales Ambassador, Fred Adler. Fred is the consummate sales professional. He went over all of the vehicle's details over the phone with me. Plus, he initiated the pre-sales process over the phone.Upon meeting Fred in person, he is professional, friendly and engaging a pleasure to work with. Fred went over the entire vehicle with me to my satisfaction. The car is perfect in every way, absolutely no issues and Im a nit picker. Also, Fred was also able to get me a fair price for my trade-in.I am very pleased with Fred and the way that he handled the whole process from pre-sales to delivery of the vehicle. The dealership is fantastic. Fred Adler and Rich Del Mazzio have been great at walking me through the porche experience and helping me once I bought the car. They have checked in with me to make sure everything is good and showed me how to work everything since instruction manuals and me don't mix. I can't say enough about these guys.

Great cars, great people -- and good cappuccino too

I first met Patrizio when buying my first Porsche. The new Cayman S deal he posted on the Internet seemed almost too good to be true: I did some shopping around, and nothing else came even close. "Check this, this and that," another dealer at another shop told me. "If it is as written, get it before it's gone." I checked -- it was. That was two years ago. Cayman S was a fantastic car -- but for every good car there is a better one, and then there's GT4. I was lucky to get an allocation, never mind the build date was not until 6 or so months ahead. Patrizio stayed in touch giving me monthly updates, until the car was finally here! The transaction itself was as easy as buying a loaf of bread (albeit a pricy one). Noah was as helpful, efficient and professional as a business manager can ever be. The paperwork didn't take any more time than it took me to finish my cappuccino. I don't intend to part with my GT4 any time soon, but if I'm in the market for another Porsche, I know where I'll come shopping for it. Oh, and did I mention their mechanics are great, too?

Proffesionalism

Very professional and very easy to deal with. Rich introduced himself and thanked me for the purchase, this is not normal at most dealers in my area. Patrizio was helpful in showing my wife what he new about her new Range Rover Sport and recommend a great restaurant for lunch. The purchase was simple and done in no time. Great customer service

We have looked at the Cayanne GTS for sometime now and did not want to pay over $100K for a car. I have been watching the Porche certified used car list nation wide and would have no problem flying to what ever state had the car of our dreams. When this GTS came up on line we went to look at it and Aldo was our sales person. He was very informative and did not pressure us. We came back to rest drive a week later. We fell in love with the car and though the car did not have all the options we wanted we loved the car. We negotiated with Aldo and his management and was hoping to get a great deal being the end of the year. We did not get a deal but felt it was a fair price. The day we saw Aldo for the test drive was his last day before his vacation. So as we finalized the deal his associates had to take over. We were impressed how well Noah and Bill handled financing and delivery of the car. It was seem less. i was introduced to the service department which reviewed the service records of the car and informed me when next service was due. We also met Jack in parts who was wonderful helping us pick out some needed Accesories. Could be more happy with our purchase and plan on being in the Porcge family for many years to come.

We bought a CPO 2014 Porsche Cayenne from Patrizio. Over the course of two weeks Patrizio answered all my questions and educated us on the car, Porsche brand, and the CPO warranty.By the time we entered the dealership, all the details had been ironed out, we took the Cayenne for a drive, Patrizio went thoroughly through the car, and we were out of Greenwich in 45 minutes. unreliable service

I had numerous problems with my 2013 911 C4S, and on several occasions I had to bring the car back for service for the same issue two or three times. I switched to another dealer, who was able to fix everything. The other dealer also looked at a 2011 Cayenne that New Country had serviced, and noticed improper work that had led to oil being splattered all over the inside of the hood. I expect much more from a Porsche service center.

Great for out of state purchases

I was in the market for a used car recently and found that New Country Porsche had one of the best prices in the nation on the one I was interested in. I contacted them by phone and was routed to Rich the sales manager. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions within a very short period over the phone and via E-mail. Being from out of state I was concerned with how the transfer would work. He was too and had to go through a special approval process with his management. Once this was cleared the transaction carried forward without a hitch. I was able to process most of the paperwork remotely and would have been able to process all of it but decided to fly in and pickup the car instead of having it shipped. Ed from the dealership picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership. Once there Noah spent 10-15 min with me filling out paperwork. Ten minutes later I had the keys and was driving off the lot. The transaction was painless. They used a 3rd party company to process the title, registration, and plates for the out of state purchase. They collected all of the taxes there and passed them back to my state's DMV. That too was a very easy process for me. The plates and title arrived before the temp tag expired. In all the whole transaction process and the vehicle itself exceeded all of my expectations. The dealership is easy to deal with and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

First Class Operation

I have yet to purchase a vehicle through this dealership but must say that thus far my experiences have been excellent. Tom Coppinger, the Pre-Owned Manager has been extremely helpful responding to my numerous requests. I have a Porsche Dealership within five miles of my house but literally can't stand the attitude of the sales people. At New Country of Greenwich the treatment is first rate. On both occasions that I visited the showroom the vehicle was waiting to be driven and on both occasions the weather was less than ideal but the car was sparkling. One of the best buying experiences I have had. I bought a 997 turbo sight unseen and the car was everything that the team at New-Country said it would be. Everyone made sure that all of my expectations were met 100%, and if there were any questions they were there any time I had them.After the sale, they made sure that the car was everything they said it was, and when there were any deviations to the smallest detail to that, they made it right. After dealing with quite a few dealers looking for the right car and having multiple salesmen not return calls, flake out, etc... My sales experience in Greenwich was a stark contrast. Best Customer Service Experience Ever!

I recently bought a certified previously owned Boxster from New Country Porsche. Rich Del Mazzio was my salesman. Having purchased many cars, new and used, over the years I was not prepared for the pampering I as about to receive. The car they had was the car I wanted at a price i was willing to pay. That part was over before I drove into the dealership. But I had never driven the car and needed to make sure I was making the right choice. Rich spent a tremendous amount of time with me showing me and explaining to me every feature the car offered. Giving me insight into what my ownership and driving experience would be like. He introduced me to all of the dealership people I would deb dealing with. By the end of my visit I was ready to buy. But, I decided to sleep on it rather than act impulsively. In other situations thats exactly where the pressure would have been ramped-up. No salesman wants to see a ready customer walk out the door without closing. But Rich could not have been more understanding. When I returned two days later to close the deal Rich took even more time with me. By the time we were done the car was set up for me and I was very confident in my knowledge of its operation. Rich could not have been more helpful! A few days later when I was having difficulty linking my garage door opener to the controller in the car I called Rich. I don't think he was at work, but stayed with me through the whole process until everything worked perfectly. For some sales people it's all over once the deal is done, not with Rich. I know he will be there whenever I need him. This was truly the best customer service experience of my life!

Two Porsche's and two great experiences!

This year we were lucky enough to purchase two Porsche's at two different times. Both times we had Rich DelMazzio as our salesman. He was fantastic. He was patient from the initial test drive all the way thru the delivery. For each car he helped us understand the myriad a la carte Porsche options. We never felt as though he was selling an option that would not be to our benefit. We are thrilled with both of our cars. We bought a car we love and had a first class experience. We had the great luck to buy two Porsche's in 2014. My wife got a Cayenne Diesel in January and last month I started driving a Macan S. Great Buying Experience - Pre-Owned Cayman S

I explored various scenarios between a new Cayman or Boxster. From beginning to end I felt welcome by the staff. I went on multiple test drives and reviewed pricing on a potential lease. The sales staff was very supportive and never made me feel like I was bothering them with multiple test drives. In the end, a beautiful 2014 Cayman S was just traded in with barely any miles on it. Noah was very efficient in the closing.love the car.only comments are that the cost of the add ons for dings, dents, tire/wheel replacement, and interior/ exterior cleaning is a little pricey. The cost of the lease is a lot more for a similar priced vehicle from a competitor is considerably less. however, both Aldo and Noah explained to me the reasons. finally, would have liked to have the abililty to initiate phone calls handsfree or having to use Siri on my I phone. still, very happy with the Porsche. there is no substitute.

This is the second car I've bought from New Country Porsche and this experience far surpassed the first, or any other one I've had for that matter. My entire experience with the many visits to see Aldo, and seeing Noah a few times was always pleasant and professional. It was a great experience, and I hope to do it again, although I am treating the Macan like a new born baby, and only drive it on nice days. Aldo always had the answers to my questions during the waiting period, and when i put the deposit down in September he said it would be built in April and delivered in May, and that is what happened.

My experience with Porsche of Greenwich and my sales person, Rich Del Mazzio, was terrific. Rich was very focused on making sure I purchased the car that fit what I was looking for and served as an advisor vs selling me. He was always willing to spend time with me to test drive the car, answer questions, discuss the various features, etc and was very knowledgeable. By far the most professional and pleasant dealership I have dealt with- from sales to service to the receptionists. Usually dealing with dealers has a lot of snags or annoying aspects to it. Here there was nothing that was inconvenient. From the purchase of the car right through the service appointment. Everything was handled as if I was the only customer. They were extremely flexible and made sure they took care of things based on my schedule, not what they had open- they made sure they fit me in as needed. Clearly you are spending a lot of money on these cars, but it was very nice to be treated accordingly and unlike any other dealership i have dealt with in the past.

Last month I purchased a new Porsche Cayenne S from New Country Porsche in Greenwich and all i can say is WOW! Most of the "WOW factor" is my fabulous new Cayenne S... but having bought and sold so many cars over the years, i have to say that Rich DelMazzio made the experience outstanding. He was knowledgable about the cars, listened well to what i was looking for, and resourceful when it came to finding me the exact car i wanted. I couldn't be happier - many thanks to Rich and the whole team at New Country Porsche!!

I found the dealership and the sales personnnel including Patrizio, Noah and the general manger very helpful and most accomodating.What I did not like was the Porsche Financing "Customer Loyalty" program. I came to the dealer knowing about the offer to, for want of a better worrd, "pay off" my old lease if I entered into a new lease. What I learned is that the leasing transition needed to be done on the precise day of a month before the next payment was made in order not to be penalized by mandating an overlap of double payments. If it were not for the efforts of the sales team at the dealership contacting Porshe Finance in order to accomodate this significant defect(or misrepresentation) in the program I would have walked away from the lease rather than double pay-even for the 3 week period that would have been required. As it is I have double paid for a week. If the program is willing to "eat" 3 onths of payments why does it not provide for a seamleass rollover from one lease into the next?

Can't express how re-assuring it feels knowing you're spending a lot of money on a luxury vehicle to have been treated so well. The car is spectacular but the service is right there with it. After looking into the Panamera 4, I pretty much knew what I wanted. I went into New Country Porshe and as soon as I walked in I was greeted promptly by Mr. Rich Delmazzio. Before I knew it I was on a road test and I was sold. Upon my arrival to pick up my new"Porshe"I was introduced to the general manager, Mr. Todd Bullock, who made me feel as if I was part of the family. BEST IN AREA1 This dealership is the best I have ever dealt with in buying cars for over 40 years. Their pricing is competitive and better than other Porsche dealers in the area. Their staff is alert to your needs with no pressure and have always tried to get what I wanted in a timely and cost effective way. Their service department is excellent. They are highly skilled and very accommodating. I am greeted like family and treated accordingly.

I own 7 porsches, 6 purchased from this dealer. They are way overprcied as is typical of a Greenwich dealer for any portion of the service. Huge reluctance to give out loaners and when they do you get a lousy Toyota Camry. Rude near abusive phone manner, faliure to deal with the most common issues in a sensible manner. Will push unecessary service options every time. Cannot be trusted in any way. Renegaded on a legitimate order and deposit for a 2010 911 GT3RS. I know because I am a buddy of the guy who eventually got MY car!
