As always, I always receive excellent service, professionalism, and personalized attention. My service agent Jon Rubio explained what was to be done with fixing the passenger-side airbag recall, showed me where the "fix" would be, the time involved, and kept me apprised of the progress. He even noticed that my upcoming regular servicing was due and took it upon himself to schedule the appointment. This saved me time for calling. Very polite, personable and professional.

I have a very good service advisor, Kamuela Kalei. He is very courteous and helpful and pleasant to work with. In July I accidentally shattered my rear window on my 2014 Rogue and damaged the rear windshield wiper assembly and panel. Kmu made the arrangements to have the glass air freighted in from the mainland and made arrangements for Ace Auto Glass to do the installation. Then he arranged to have a new wiper assembly installed. That really eased my mind since I was scheduled to leave for a 5 day trip to the mainland.

Everyone was very polite and professional. Car was ready when promised. The work that was done was explained in detail. I received several reminders to schedule the work which was helpful because of my crazy work schedule. If not for the persistent yet pleasant reminders, I may have put off having my car serviced.
