I took my Titan in for a complaint of Front seats not working properly, and engine light. I was told that I needed a new BCM, and a catalytic converter. The repair would be around $ 2,000.00, I also added a trans service, rear breaks, and window lubrication, to me that's a big chunk of change. After the initial repairs my trucks other cat went bad, and the BCM needed reprogrammed. My service adviser Jason, the service manager John, and the lead Technician Charlie told me to bring my truck in. Folks they reprogrammed the BCM, and removed and replaced the catalytic converter at no cost, and even put me in a rental car for the day. That includes all labor. I did not have to pay one red penny to have the repairs done. The repair wasn't done correctly They said do why should I have to pay twice. Find another dealership like this one. ha you won't These guys are honest, helpful, and went above, and beyond to take care of a customer.

Craig Pinkerton was very helpful in buying a car for my daughter. He listened to my request and helped fit us with a pre-owned vehicle. The vehicle we purchased was not on the lot on my initial visit. It arrived some time after and Craig called me to let me know about it. Not at all pushy either. The actual buying process seemed a bit long but I reckon that is because they are busy at Nelson.I recommend the dealership and the Salesman and will buy there again.

My husband had died 4 months before and then someone hit our car and totaled it. I needed a vehicle that would sit 5 people, three of which are growing teens. Robert helped us and made everything easy. He helped narrow our search to 2 mini-vans, let me test drive the one I liked, and guided me through the whole process. Received a good deal, pleasant to work with, knowledgeable of the vehicle, and followed up after a couple of days to make sure there were no problems. Great Dealership! Great Associate!

Wow! So this place is far beyond words exceptional. The service. The salesman the follow up the comfort. Peace of mind. You name it. This was by far one of my most memorable and enjoyable experiences. And of course I got the car I wanted. My salesman was Scott Percival and this guy took care of me along with the sales manager Daniel. And the gm was amazing. I would totally buy from this place again and again. Scott took care of me even after he sold me the car. I thought something was wrong with the car and got the mechanics to check it right of way. He has truly gone above and beyond the call of duty. 50 Years of experience for Nelson and it's no wonder why this company has stayed in business so long! I contacted Nelson Nissan on a Saturday letting them know I would be there the following Monday to look at a vehicle if it didn't sell before then. They called me Monday morning before getting on the road to let me know the vehicle was still there, which was awesome so didn't waste a 5 hour round trip! Once we got there, Craig had the jeep pulled up front and ready for a test drive. Craig was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy and stress free. I would highly recommend Nelson Nissan and would buy from them again!

Brent was the gentleman that greeted me check my car in and checked my car out. He told me what needed to be done for future service and explained the purpose of the service. Robert Martinez was my Sales Consultant with Nelson Nissan and he helped make my new car purchase a very pleasant experience. Easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about the car. Tom in Finance did a great job closing my loan and was very knowledgeable of all additional products, warranties, etc. that were .available The manager stopped by an introduced himself as well. All employees spoke very highly of the dealership and the Nelson family. The icing on the cake was the Christian music that played the whole time during my purchase!

This was my third new car purchase at Nelson Nissan. Recently, Sean Elliot sold me a 2015 Pathfinder. From ding to dong I was in and out in less than 3 hours. Tom the finance manager and Nathan the desk manager took really great care of me. Last week the Versa we purchased two years ago had a transmission problem. We took it to Jason in the service department and received a new transmission with a small deductible because of the warranty we purchased. Saved us $3700!! All in all, we have had great success with the Nelson team and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new Nissan.

My son found a 2005 Scion that he liked on the Nelson website, and was interested in trading his truck. We contacted the sales department, and reached a deal that would workout. My daughter, & son in law live in town, so they stopped by, looked, and drove the car, and it checked out well. My son & I drove from Arkansas, and it was everything we thought, and worked out a deal. The people were very nice, paid the price offered for the trade in, the saIe process went smoothly. It was a rainy morning, so there was a few small chips & dings that could not be seen at the time. After returning home with the car we discovered that the CD player did not work, and the alarm button worked, but there was a problem with the doors locking & unlocking. We purchased the car with no warranty, so Nelson Nissan had no obligation to repair, or correct any problems after the sale. I wrote reviews online explaining how we were not pleased with our purchase, and surprisingly was contacted by Tom at Nelson Nissan. I had just started the process of getting estimates, and Tom asked to let him know what the cost would be, and he would like to help cover the cost. I have had the CD player replaced, and the door locks repaired, and Tom asked me to send him the receipts, and now has a check on the way to cover the majority of the repairs. It was so nice to find a dealership that stands behind the cars they sell, and go out of their way to make things right for the customer. Thanks to everyone at Nelsen Nissan for all they did to make my son happy with his Scion. We will be back for our next auto purchase.

Our daughter was in a wreck and her car was totaled on a Thursday. She needed to head back to college on Sunday so we were in a huge hurry to see as many cars as possible in a short amount of time. Sean was very patient with all our questions and very knowledgable about the cars that he sells. I have been on many test drives but never one that accentuated so many features and benefits of a car. I live in northern Kansas and found Nelson-Nissan through a lucky break on a website. The vehicle I found turned out to be something I wasn't really looking for, but the team found me a great deal on just the truck for which I was looking. My wife and I drove down (4 hours) and the salesman, Sean Elliot, was wonderful! After a couple hours of paperwork, the wife and I were headed back to town (4 hours away) with our new truck! The people are great, the deals are great, and they truly did want me to be satisfied. I was. I am hoping Sean is still there in a few years when we need to trade my wife's car in!

It had been at least 12 years since I had purchased a car when I had to accept the fact that it was time to replace my current vehicle. Looking for a newer used car, I got preapproval for a loan through my credit union, did my research and began visiting dealerships around the Tulsa area. I am a KXOJ listener but even though I would hear Nelson advertised and discussed on a daily basis, that is not the first place I visited. I believe God was showing me what the other guys are like before he led me to Nelson Nissan in BA. I have to admit I was getting frustrated after a week of being ambushed as soon as I'd drive onto the lot, sharing with each salesman what I could afford and the type of vehicle I was looking for. I felt they had their focus only on their own interests in selling a car--any car--and not on their customers' needs. I was shown vehicles I could not afford and nothing like what I was looking for. I shared my discouragement with a friend who told me it was time to visit Nelson. The experience was amazing!!! I wasn't sidelined in the parking lot as soon as I arrived but I was greeted by Sean Elliott. Before showing me any cars, he took me into his office and began interviewing me. That's right, Sean didn't just ask me questions about what I was looking for, he interviewed me. He took notes, being very thorough and detailed. After Sean had an understanding of what I needed and wanted, he narrowed the search down to 2 vehicles on their lot that were in my price range. We test drove both vehicles. The test drives are not just around the block--these are TEST DRIVES so you can get a true feel of how the vehicle handles and operates. I never felt pressured to make a decision and Sean was totally patient with me. He understood that I don't purchase a new vehicle every couple of years...I was looking for something I could be happy with for many years. I did find my new car at Nelson Nissan. As a final confirmation that I was where God had led me, when Sean called my credit union to get the financing info, he reached the rep who was handling my loan. You see, I work for a company that has offices across the USA and Canada with a credit union office in each building. When he called the toll free number, he could have reached anyone, anywhere in any of the offices. I know it may seem a small thing but I believe that for Sean to reach the branch in the Tulsa office and get the young lady processing my loan was a complete God thing. The Nelson family has a forever customer in me. Because I feel I was treated with respect and honesty, I am now trusting their service department for all of my maintenance and will go to them for any repairs. I tell everyone I know who is searching for a car to check out Nelson and seek out Sean Elliott. They will make a believer out of you!

I had to have the motor replaced for my windshield washer fluid pump. I called the day previous and they set up an early appointment. I dropped off my car, then they offered to drive me back home because the maintenance was to take 2 to 3 hours. They had the part earlier than estimated and the service took less time than estimated. They picked me back up and the cost of service was less than estimated. All technicians and coordinators were very nice and attentive. The young lady that check me out was a bit of a smarty pants with a couple of wise cracks. Maybe she thought she was being funny, but I thought she was being stupid and not polite. I will continue to use this dealership for service.

My son recently purchased a very nice car from Nelson Nissan - I was along for moral support and to co-sign if needed. We had been to a couple of other dealerships, and Nelson Nissan was the last place we stopped just to see what they had. We never expected to receive all that we did on that cold, drizzly night! Not only was our salesman, Danny P. able to get my son into a car (against ALL odds, I might add, and WTHOUT me having to co-sign), his kind and gentle words of encouragement to my son were exactly what he needed to hear, and touched our hearts deeply. I am convinced that our encounter that night with Danny was absolutely no coincidence ... it was a God thing.

My mother and i went to Nelson for the fact someone told us to try the place and we called them and they were so nice to have us come out. We met some really nice sales people we got a young man named Brock and the way he talked to us and got to know us was like he had always known us. What a great guy! They treated us like we had class not like yesterdays trash. We had been to a one place and they treated us pretty badly and we were sad because of that. I mean we had great credit and we work hard for a living. But Nelson treated us with such great respect and I thank them for that. We now got the car we wanted it was a answer to our prayers. Wanted to look at a car that was everywhere on the internet in all their ads. When arriving they told me it had sold. Took my keys to assess my trade in. Took me and showed me everything they had and even the ones I said I was not interested in. Insisted on writing papers on a used Rogue, asked to have the work done on a new one. Papers came on the used one. Told them I needed a break, had not had lunch, was offered their leftover lunch from a taco place. Then the money man came and started showing me more stuff while the salesman went to "find my keys" from the guy that does that. I literally felt I was being held captive, then all of a sudden the car I came to see was checked out for the day by an employee and could not be reached! Really!!!

I had been interested in a mazda mini van and had asked for pictures since none were available on line and I knew that the car had been in a wreck. I never received the photos.If someone is interested in a vehicle even tho they knew it had been in a wreck.. why on earth wouldn't you send the pic anyway.unless it was that bad and thats all you would of had to saqy on the phone.You lost a sale..

Was looking at a used vehicle thru your website and found a listing that I was interested in. My husband came down to look at the car, but was shown a different one instead. A possible mistake I'm sure, but when I called about the one that was listed, I was told there was no stereo even though it clearly states that there is. Was also informed that there were clear pics showing that it did not have one which is not true. Your company could have made a sale if the car had been exactly as listed. Very disappointed!

Unfortunately, Nelson's screw-ups would take days to catalog, so I'll just give you some highlights (this has all been going on since I bought the car two and a half weeks ago)... They promised they'd fix two small door dings and a broken key fob when I bought the car. They had my car all day on TWO separate occasions and still, the dents remain. I was told I'd have to take the broken fob to another dealership (nice customer service, eh?) to be fixed. Exasperated, I told them to completely forget everything, that I'd be by after work to pick up the car. When I got there... wait for it... they couldn't find my car. Lol. After sitting in an extremely ugly orange chair for half an hour, I was handed my keys and I got out of there before they could jack something else up. Funny thing, though: when I got home, the 'unfixable' key fob was fixed. It's magic! ;-)One thing I thought I'd mention... This dealer is on dealerrater.com multiple times under slightly different names. This one happens to have a decent overall rating. Check the rest before you make the decision to deal with these imbeciles.

I was charged more than the price listed on the internet, which was also $2000 over blue book. The car has been plagued with issues that should have been addressed prior to their putting it on the lot...engine, transmission, battery, starter, rust...you name it. Standing on the premise of their good "Christian Business Values" is a disgrace. I got a horrible deal on a car that is not reliable. The sales department is completely unhelpful and rude, including the managerial staff. Do not look for your problems to be solved or for anyone to be sympathetic. I am now stuck with a car that does not meet the expectations set by Nelson or promised on the day of sale. Please, think twice, you can find a better deal elsewhere with a company who stands behind every car they sell.
