I do not like the process of buying a new car. I always feel pressured and come out feeling negative to the whole experience. This time was different. John and Shelby did not pressure me. They answered my questions and gave me a great price. If you want to purchase a new Honda I would definitely recommend Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort. The staff is very friendly and explains all charges up front.

We came across one at Neil Huffman Honda in Frankfort and immediately reached out. We had the pleasure of working with John Ballback, who was so kind, pleasant and never pushy. We had to bring our 2 small children with us, who became extremely restless. But the entire staff there was amazing and helpful. They played games with the kids and never once seemed annoyed by the screaming 2 year old! This is by far the best dealership I have ever been to! We cannot thank them enough! And we absolutely LOVE our new truck!

Steve Al-Jabiri has the traits of a good leader with excellent people skills. I don't want to forget John Daniels who found us the lowest percentage on our loan and Chett Earnheart who showed us how to set up the smartphone connection on our Ridgeline. I recently purchased a 2016 Honda HRV with Steven Dunn. Everything about the process was effortless. He truly went above and beyond my expectations. I had to come back the following day to have the protective coating added to the car, and he checked on myself and my daughter while we waited, even offered to take us to get breakfast when she said she was hungry. Worst Dealership ever -- Even with emails confirming model and agreed to out the door price the general manager would not keep his word and sell me the vehicle. Even worse the GM could care less about his customers, had the gall to tell me he could care less if he had wasted the last hour of my life and that he had been in the office since 6 am. I immediately drove to a real dealership and purchased the same car in less than an hour. In the end dont trust the GM at Neil Huffman He could care less about his customers.

Buying a new car is a scary experience( at least for me, been 10 years). Tyler England and the rest of the team at Neil Hauffman in Frankfort made it way less painful. Tyler even drove 400+ miles to get me just the car and color I wanted, couldn't ask for more. Very carefully explained all the new do dads on my car, I'm not great with that stuff, but he was very patient. Love my new car and this dealership.

General Manager Steve Al-Jabiri had worked at Honda of Clarksville and due to Steve's focus on customers being number one I decided to travel to Frankfort Ky.. When my friend and I arrived in Frankfort we were greeted with a smile and much southern charm. This retired building administrator was taking a friend to introduce him to Mr. Steve Al-Jabiri who had served this customer majestically in the past. Due to the respect and excellent focus on customer satisfaction not only did my friend purchase a Honda Pilot Turning addition but I was convinced to lease a new Honda CRV. My friends, it is without hesitation, I recommend this specific dealership!

I want to start off by saying I never take the time to write reviews, but after my experience with Jeff Wyler Honda & specifically Blake Pertuset- I felt so good about my purchase and I want to send everyone I know their way. I bought a 2014 Honda Civic EX and I absolutely LOVE it.I am a young 25-year-old woman just under 2 years out of school. I did a ton of research and planning to find a great, efficient, reliable car for my first car purchase without a cosigner. Not only did Jeff Wyler Honda have the best deals/cars for me but the customer service was absolutely fantastic. Since it was my first car I had a lot of questions and was probably not really easy to work with, but they always answered my requests and questions with such a polite and respectful manor and always with a smile on their faces.It was easily the best customer service I have ever received and I definitely will be going back to them for my future car purchases. I came in Saturday, Sept. 26, really because I had seen a promo for current Civic owners. I didn't plan to drive out in a new one, but what a smart, smart decision. Gary told me about the 2015 side mirror camera (so I can see in that "blind spot"), and it runs so much smoother. The push-button Start and no-key door locks are awesome. Seeing Gary (Fordon) again was like seeing an old friend, and I knew Gary and Jeff Wyler would do the most they could for me, and did. What an excellent job, taking such time with me when there were so many customers coming in. With only a slight increase in monthly payments, it fit within my budget, and I ended up driving a beautiful Civic home that afternoon. Thanks to Gary, I no longer have that uneasy feeling when I enter a car dealership. What a superb dealership and sales associate.

My wife and I recently bought a 2014 insight at Jeff Wyler. I did the pre aprove on line and with in 15 min. my wife called and told me that Madison had called did not think it would be that fast. Talk with Madison a few times through e mail about what car I wanted and what my budget was, Madison had me do the application on line and e mail back she thought they could get it in budget. Madison was great to work with she was always quick to e mail back and the day she was off Tony sent me and e mail to confrim I would be into see the car. When we went to see the car and test drive it. Madison had the car warmed up and ready for a test drive. As I drove she explaine the car to me since this was my first hybird and talked about the features of the car. After the test drive it was just getting it into the budget I had set for buying a car madison never applied any pressure and worked great in getting the car payments into my budget. Most say I was a little hesitant at first thinking they would try to sell me a higher price car but she never did it was a pleasure buying a car off of Madison and truthfully it really didn't take that long to do all the paper work. I would highly recommend buying a car here and talking with Madison about what you are looking for she did excellent work meeting our needs.

I've gone to Jeff Wyler Honda (xxk/a Honda of Frankfort) for almost 20 years. I'm now finding the customer service to be lacking. Gone are the welcoming gentlemen who would talk with you upon check-in. I couldn't tell you the names of any of the employees I worked with. Also, Jeff Wyler Honda seems to be the only dealership that does NOT wash your car when you come in for service. There are all manners of complimentary washes and vacuuming services at various local Toyota, Honda, and Mercedes dealerships. I'm considering transferring my business to a more convenient location in hopes of finding a better experience. The quality of work on my vehicle is still excellent though.

I brought the car in with obvious rear brake issues. That was taken car of promptly while I waited. They told me the front brakes would soon need attention but it wasn't neccessary immediately. I liked that. No pressure. Additionally I was getting some noise at cold start in the power steering mechanism. They advised that the fluid was full, clean and with no leaks. Good enough for me. I like the fact that they checked things out, gave me options without pressure to commit to Uneccesary repairs. A quality experience. Thanks.

After searching for 3 months to try to secure a yellow (I specifically wanted that color) 2015 Honda Fit and having had a couple of prior not-so-pleasant experiences with your dealerships I was able last Sunday to buy a 2015 yellow Honda Fit from Jeff Wyler Honda in Frankfort, KY. The sales people there are helpful and friendly (most especially my salesperson Blake Pertuset). The finance office was competent and pleasant. The dealership is very clean and well run and, best of all, I finally was able to buy from them my yellow Fit. Before I left the dealership with it Blake made sure it was all freshly washed down with a full take of gas and ready to go! I highly recommend Jeff Wyler Honda.

Regular maintenance schedule and need for tire brought me to Jeff Wyler Frankfort. Their new service manager has been my "go to guy" for many years so time to try the "new" shop. The nice surprise was everyone else from managers, service desk, mechanics, and cashier are top notch as well. I left realizing even the cashier had me smiling and I usually don't do that when I pay a bill. Attention to detail on my 95 model was the same as my 2011 model. I worked with Olga Ghazaleh ans she was responsive and helpful. I cam in from Lexington so wanted things ready when I got there to minimize the number of trips I would have to take and she had everything ready and set up. I would definitely return to this dealer - lots of inventory and easy to deal with. A friend of mine told me years ago that if the dealer agrees with your price, you paid too much, but in this case I think our agreed to price was fair and one that we agreed to easily and without the old-fashioned dealer games. Great experience. I will go back.

I had a pleasant buying experience; my overall experience is just so-so though.This is the first large dealership that I have ever bought a car from. It was prettly low pressure. Madison in sales really worked with me to get the price on the 2006 Honda that I wanted and to get my payments where they needed to be. Madison is friendly and professional.I did have one mishap. The car was leaking oil badly the first night I got it home. I took it back as soon as they opened the next day, and Chett in the Service Dept. fixed it right away and compensated me with a certificate for a free oil change with filter. It no longer leaks oil. I was told that there wasn't a significant oil loss. Oh, and I had to re-sign some paperwork too that day; I was given the wrong forms the day I bought the car.Also, I am still waiting on my Wal-Mart gift card (for test driving a vehicle). It's been 12 weeks. I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks. It's just the priciple of it.

Even fellow salesman, Brandon Elliott, had good things to say about his friend and co-worker, Blake. My review today is the result of outstanding service that I recently had on my Honda Pilot. The loaner vehicle provided, prompt and quality work and specifically the proactive communication and desire to go above and beyond to make my experience good was truly appreciated. Chett Earnheart (Assistant Service Manager) handled all the details for this fairly large scheduled preventative maintenance on my vehicle. As an assertive consumer, I am at times uneasy about handing my vehicle to a mechanic shop to do work (I'm not a mechanic, but the internet makes me at least armed with some information). Chett was thorough and honest through the entire process and I left with a feeling of being fairly treated. I will definitely return to Wyler of Frankfort for future services and to shop vehicles. Over a year ago I requested some information from the dealership which lead to me getting in contact with Blake Pertuset. After a month or so, I decided I wasn't ready to make a move on anything, but I told him that I maybe when the 2011s come back from lease agreements. Blake didn't bother me during that time, which I appreciated. When I was ready to make a move to a new vehicle, I went to the dealership, met with Blake, and I left with a vehicle that has made us very happy. Furthermore, about a week after buying my car the change battery light came on. No questions asked, Blake set me up with a service time and said it would all be taken care of. I have gotten excellent service with a lot of attention to customer comfort as I always have to wait. On two occasions while they were waiting for parts they offered me a loaner vehicle to take home. that helped a lot since I live almost 35 miles from the dealership. This is where I bought the car and I feel safe having them service it. I wish it hadn't cost so much but I hope it is ready for the next 100,000 miles. I had to return 3 times as other items got included in the original trip. Parts ordered were for accessories (Air conditioner and rear window washer motor) and brakes. I don't know about price comparisons but they are certainly good to the customer - free doughnuts, transportation to local shopping, loaner cars and comfortable waiting area and that means a lot. .

On 6/7/2014, my fiance and I went to look at a used 2011 Honda Accord SE. We had been searching for a newer vehicle in the Lexington, KY for about a month, with little-to-no luck. Either the car salesmen were too pushy, would not negotiate on price, or we weren't able to find a car we were interested in. I found the Accord online through Cars.com, and called Jeff Wyler Honda immediately to schedule a test drive. We drove to Frankfort that evening after work, and the Accord was waiting for us outside. Brent Tackett greeted us immediately, was very informative about the vehicle, and most importantly, was honest. He was not the typical car salesmen that we were used to, and we really appreciated that. After the test drive, we knew we wanted to purchase the Accord, so we went ahead and completed all the paperwork, and made an agreement to pick the car up on 6/9/2014 after the car was detailed and filled with gas. The best part was that the Accord was almost $3000 under retail value, so there was no need to negotiate the price! When we went to pick up the vehicle, we handed Brent the check, and he handed us the keys. It was that simple! I would highly recommend Jeff Wyler Honda, and especially, Brent Tackett.

We traded in a 2006 Odyssey for a 2014 Odyssey EXL. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the personal attention we received from Tony Lewis, the second time we worked with him for the purchase of a new Honda. Each time our handling was superb, with a friendly and no pressure attitude which we never experienced before in all the years we have purchased new cars from dealers. If we are greeted with a high pressure attitude, we turn around and walk out to find a new dealer. Tony was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted from our informative conversation. He is like a mind reader and senses very well what ones mind is settled on buying.. When we say we do not want to sit there and argue price, he comes up with the ideal offers for both the new car and the trade in value for the old car. one price, one time and we shake hands on the deal. I've done research on old and new cars before we go shopping so I know what to expect. All the paperwork was professionally presented in a timely manner and the deal was consummated without a hitch. The service department is well staffed and eager to help with all my questions. They are true experts and if they don't know the answer, they don't give up, they go find the answer from a more knowledgeable mechanic. Our purchase of a new Odyssey, which we passionately love, was consummated in a timely and superlative manner. My wife was most pleased with all the personnel at Wyler's Honda, because they made eye contact with her and answered her questions as well. Like many people today, I purchase almost everything online. When I found the car I wanted (Honda Fit), it turned out to be in Frankfort, KY. I priced this car, knew what to expect with its add-ons, and contacted the dealership. My initial emails were with Olga, who was polite, informative, and gave me a reasonable price on the vehicle. Olga was not available when I was to visit the car, so she made sure I had information from Tony. Same type of treatment from Tony. In fact, Tony understood that I was in the middle of closing on my house (and therefore could not open a credit line with Honda in the next two weeks). With a small down payment, Tony kept my car safe. I went in the day after my home closing, and the process was pretty clean. We love our Honda Fit and thank the staff there for our excellent treatment!

I hadn't really intended to buy a new car. I was at the dealership for service on my 2003 Honda Accord EXL. While I was waiting for it, I was approached by Tony Lewis, salesman. He asked me several questions that zeroed in on the type of vehicle I would want if I was buying, what color, etc., and the advantages of trading in my car at this time and not waiting for it to go over 90,000 miles. He showed me a 2014 Accord EXL in the color I wanted and we went on a test drive. Obviously the car is a winner. I spent several hours talking with Tony and working on an offer for the new car. We went back and forth on the offer, not coming to an agreement. I left the dealership without making a deal. Over the weekend, I received 3 emails from various people from the dealership. On Monday, I returned to the dealership and made another offer, between my original offer and their last offer. Again, we dickered and finally came to an agreement. We briefly discussed various extended maintenance and service contracts. When I talked with the financial manager to sign the contracts, we discussed the extended maintenance and service contracts in much more detail. I had several questions and left with the idea that I could decide on them at a much later date without any adverse consequences. However, when I went back to the dealership 2 days later to have some accessories added to the 2014 Honda, I found out that unless buying the maintenance and service contracts at time of purchase of the car, I would pay up to $1000 more for them based on the car being used rather than new. After asking many more questions about these contracts, I decided to purchase them rather than waiting in order to save the $1000. Had I not asked more questions about the contracts, I wouldn't have known that I would have to pay much more money for them. I was told the financial manager was new. His inexperience could have cost me $1000, or Honda the sale of the contracts. Though this was a long process, I felt I had a very profitable and pleasant experience with all the Honda employees I worked with (minus the confusion and misinformation about the service/maintenance contracts). Tony Lewis was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, spending all the time necessary to answer my questions and trying to meet my needs.

We brought our 2011 Honda Odyssey in for routine service. Asked for oil change and tire rotation. We found out we had a bad CV axle and this was replaced under warranty. Went to pick van up and upon driving home I noticed the oil change sticker had not been changed and the oil percentage indicator had not been reset. My husband checked the oil as well as the fluids and found that none if the fluids had been topped off and the oil, although clean, was on the lowest end if the fill stick. We brought the vehicle back and dropped it back off. We were called by the service manager, Jeff Ramsey. He said the oil had been changed and that it was full. We told him there isn't any way it was full because we had just checked it ourselves. We asked why fluids hadn't been topped off as well. He essentially called my husband a liar by saying the oil was full. He offered a free oil change to smooth things over. We did not accept. We will not be going back to this location.

In praise of service at this dealership! We bought our white Honda Odyssey new in 2003 from Jeff Wyler in Frankfort and have used them for service since then as they have always been refreshingly honest and professional. The vehicle has performed wonderfully and all that was needed in eleven years was a new battery, new front brake pads and tire replacement due to age. Now, at 59,000 miles and so many years, it was time to replace the timing belt. This was completed today and we want to thank Chett Earnhart the Service Consultant and Carl Birkhead the Certified Technician. For some time there was a rattle on rough roads and during this service Chett and Carl really worked hard to locate the source. This they did, and fixed the problem by tightening several bolts that were a few turns loose on subframe, suspension and steering rack. Now the annoying clunks and rattles have gone and we look forward to enjoying the Odyssey for many more years. It is a pleasure to receive such friendly and competent service and Chett and Carl are a credit to the dealership!

I informed Brent that I had a VERY negative encounter with Honda of Frankfort approximately 10 years and swore I would never do business with them. I called the Frankfort location about a used vehicle at another location. The salesman I spoke to acted like it would be no problem to get the vehicle moved. During our conversation he kept wanting my information to run a credit check which I wasn't comfortable with, before seeing the vehicle in person. I stopped by the lot after work to discuss the vehicle I had called about. I told them I was in the market for a SUV. They showed me two other options, I test drove one. After the test drive I told them I wasn't interested in the vehicle and wanted to talk about the vehicle I called about. They tried every way to talk me out of the original reason I was there. I then asked about the warranty on the vehicle I wanted transferred and the salesperson told me it didn't have a warranty. I pointed out the picture with the warranty sticker and the description of the warranty online. He told me that was wrong and there wasn't a warranty. The manager then told me it was a mistake and he would call the other lot and tell them to remove the sticker. After they had wasted about thirty minutes of my time I left. I then got in the car and called the lot with the car to ask about the car. Everything seemed great and the guy said he would drive it down for me to drive. He told me he would call me back with more information. When I got the call back the vehicle had been sold. The vehicle hadn't been sold, they didn't want to deal with the warranty. A company should stand behind it's product and warranty, mistake or not. They shouldn't try to pressure me into another vehicle that I told them clearly I did not want. I will never shop at one of these locations again.

I went to Jeff Wyler's Honda dealership to compare the Honda Pilot to the Toyota 4-Runner I was driving, and the Toyota Highlander I was thinking about purchasing. Brent Tackett was my initial contact and he was both pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Went for an oil change and tire rotation for my 2012 Honda Civic. This was my first service experience at Jeff Wyler since I purchased my vehicle there last year. The service personnel were friendly and the waiting area was so nice and comfortable that it was an enjoyable experience. The service was started immediately, even though I was early for my appointment and was finished very quickly. I could see my vehicle as they worked and that was a plus also. My grandson was with me, but I did not have to worry about entertaining him, since the waiting area had coloring books and crayons. I am very glad that I chose to purchase and service my car at Jeff Wyler!

I have purchased two vehicles from Honda of Frankfort, the first of which was in 2003, and am now getting both serviced there. The people I have dealt with in the service area in the mornings when I bring in a vehicle have consistently been friendly and courteous beyond all expectations. And with very few exceptions, the service I have received has been of high quality. I tell people all the time that it is a great place to do business and I have been extremely pleased with both vehicles I have purchased there.

Repair/service on my 1997 Honda Accord SE. There was an oil leak plus it was due 90,000 mile service. The service reps were very courteous and explained the work that needed to be done. After my car was repaired, they explained each item for me in detail. I didn't actually meet the man/men that did the repair/service work, but I trust them because they have always done a good job for me.

I purchased my Honda CRV 7 years ago from Jeff Wyler Honda of Frankfort seven years ago. I am still very pleased with my car. The service department is excellent. Will was excellent. Not pushy at all. He knew all the details and walked me through all the features (unlike some salespeople at other dealerships who in some cases learn about the car as they demonstrate it).Will made the experience easy & straightforward.The *only* nicks against this experience, and the reason why it's not "all 5s" is because it actually took a while for me to be helped by a salesperson. I walked onto the lot and started poking around, and nobody approached to help. Then I walked into the showroom and still didn't get any help. Finally a guy asked me if I had been helped -- I said no -- and he looked kinda frazzled and said somebody would be with me in a bit. It took about 10 minutes at that point. So it was literally about 25 minutes before I was finally helped.And from there it was great...Will is the best. Just saying, it took a while for me to get helped. I guess they were short staffed that day. Not a big deal, just mentioning it because that's what these reviews are for, right?I bought a 2012 Odyssey EX-L and I love it!

Zero response to email and phone complaint about service. Written complaint to GM prompted a phone message from Service Manager. We emailed back with questions, but no response. Transmission failed at 109K in our CRV; our records show they simply "checked" rather than changing transmission fluid as needed. Until this happened we had trusted this dealership. They are either dishonest or incredibly bad at customer service, or both.
