I bought my car 2 1/2 years ago and since then I've been having nothing but problems. I replaced the battery, alternator,Wheel bearing, tires, camshaft sensor, camshaft solenoid and fuel pump. I spent over 2,500 dollars and the car was broke for a month and a half and i had to ride the bus and train to get to work to continue to pay for repairs and parts. They didn't help me at all. Currently i took a job offer in Dallas,Texas and a lady named katelyn said if i show that I'm making payments they won't turn my car off. So now Katelyn no longer works there and they shut my car off without notifying me and again im in Texas not at home in Georgia. Im currently stuck in Texas and since i can't get back home to Georgia i lost my job. Their communication skills sucks. I will never in my life buy from them or refer anyone else to National Auto EVER. I've always had a car and i have NEVER had a repo or a voluntary repo on my credit until now.

Joe Dasilva, wasn't helpful at all. No one ever got back w/ me for the prices of the cars I was interested in. Talked over me numerous of times, talked to me like I was stupid & Slow. Joe Dasilva was rude, & No help at all. Ignored so many emails, & Voicemails I left. They don't try to help you get approved, or anything. I suggest going to DriveTime over National Auto Sales, so much better with better quality cars. If this had negative stars, they'd get all negative. Not one positive thing about it. I'm not one to normally leave bad reviews but this is one dealership that shouldn't even be in business.

First, I'd like to say thank you to Mr. Malcolm, Chris, and Corey. These guys are awesome! The sales team is always awesome. So awesome that I've already sent them two customers who have purchased with them as well. As far as the Century Lending finance team is concerned, I have NEVER in my life dealt with such a hostile and nasty group of people. If only you guys could hear the voicemails and recorded calls that I have. Mr. Alba or Alton (I think that's his name) The next time you plan on coming to work before 9am with an attitude, stay at home. I have NEVER been this disrespected by a man. He yelled in my ear, cut me off after every word I said, told me that he didn't have to speak with me, told me that HE gave me a loan and didn't have to, told me that HE could come get the car if he wanted(all over now $135 which is one week late, I got a new job and was without pay while training), told me that I couldn't speak to anyone else because HE ran everyone, told me that I should go somewhere else to get a car, asked me questions as if I was illiterate ect. All I could say was God Bless You. I have told them PLENTY of times, if you have to cut the car off or come get it, that's fine. I totally understand, but you will not keep disrespecting me. There are 1 million placed people could get a vehicle from. I CHOSE TO COME HERE, just like I can choose to leave. What job would you have if it wasn't for the consumer? What do you get out of belittling people at their worst? Who are you to judge and criticize? Do you think your the only person who works behind a desk? I will keep you in my daily prayers.

I put in a application and I got an email saying I was denied, my credit no repo, it has only three things on and two are years old. I get more than enough money, I called to speak to the person that did my file, he wouldn't enter call me back to explain. I was treated like garbage that u won't waste time taking it out u would just leave it. I feel sad, I would never recommend this place go to reputable dealership.

I would not recommend this dealership to Satan himself! My car was repo'd after after dealing with job loss, s/o death who was the bread winner, etc. That's not what's important. This is where the Attorney General needs to step in. (and I will be filing). My car has a very, very unique color and style. They are currently re-selling the car. The VIN number is changed and so was the mileage. They are selling the car with about 100,000 miles on it and I know when I bought it, it had 76,000 miles on it and I personally put over 60,000 on it myself as I used this vehicle to travel for work from state to state. After the fact, (I know, I know) I did a Carfax on the car and found there was 13 people prior to me who owned the car yet when I got it from National is showed around 70,000. There is no way! Nonetheless, I am taking action and caution others to not waste there time. They are been practicing this shady unethical business for years. Regardless of what does or doesn't happen as a result with the AG, I love and trust that the powers of the universe (karma) will get them (each employee) soon, very soon! :-)

I got approved online. I went to finish my paperwork and they expect me to allow them to review my bank account. They treat everyone like they are lying about employment. The particular salesperson I had encounters with was not pleasant at all. I took my business elsewhere got a car with way less mileage and a better car lot without all the hassle.

My credit is not the best. Its actually rather "challenged". My car payments are obtainable and I am grateful with the car that I was able to get.

My name is Tamala Starks and I came in my my boy friend April 3rd to pick up his car that he was told he was approved for a week ago. We was working with Victor but joe took over because victor was not there. He told us that my boy friend was approved. When we got there Joe told us everything's was fine and asked me would I like to go i the loan with my boy friend and I told him I would like to but I don't have my Georgia license but he said it was ok and that this will just help my credit. So we stayed there for hours and Cyprian my boyfriend couldn't start the car to test drive so I tried to help. But we explain that the car was for my boyfriend 200 times because his truck was in a accident and he needed a car. Joe comes back and say victor messed up the app and that I had to get my Georgia license before my boy friend can get a car. So I told them well take me off the loan because I don't need the car my boy friend do more then me just put him on there not me. They were so unprofessional and told us there was nothing they can do and didn't give us our original copy's of out paper work back. I just talked to Joe today and he was very rude saying we had to drive all the way back out there from Riverdale to get our paper work they he forgot to give us back and messed up my boy friend application and waste our whole day. I never seen a car lot that act this way to people who are in need. Cyprian has missed weeks of work because of this because he was missed lead in thinking when he got there he would receive a car he applied for almost 3 weeks ago and was told he was approved. Joe had me help Cyprian fax all his things in weeks ago and now no car. This is not right and its not right that we have no way to come all the way back there for our paper work that Joe and victor forgot to give back to us.. Why should I be forced to be on a loan that I don't want anything to do with? Why can't Cyprian get a car like Everyone else who comes there he has his license and income what is the issue? I will be forwarding this email to some more people that can help Cyprian because this is some what illegal or misleading or something.. We will find out..

I don't usually waste my time writing reviews however I felt I had to for this. a salesman saw that I was walking around the parking lot and came out to greet me I could not tell it was a salesman because they were wearing sweatpants however it was very cold that morning and he proceeded to drill me in the parking lot in regards to my credit my work my job how much money I make in the parking lot finally we went inside I almost had to convince him to do a credit app. he told me you need to make such and such amount in order to qualify for a car I just want to say thank you for being an xxx because I went to CarMax right after you guys and got approved for $14,000 car through CarMax if you want a car go to CarMax.

I had great luck with these guys. I went to several dealerships and kept getting turned down. I didn't want an old car but something a little newer. I went to Carmax and they wanted $3000 down at 25% interest. I was like-wow I don't have that much money. I kept searching and ran across national and noticed there low down payments. I got approved and got a similar car I was looking at at Carmax-it just had a little more miles but that's ok. The interest rate was cheaper also. It's been 3 months now and honestly I have been real satisfied. I like to post positive reviews if I have a good experience because most people don't. Most people just post bad reviews and being a business owner myself I know what that's like. I referred my cousin also and they have been real happy.Just do your research yourself and make sure you know what your signing. Maybe I just got lucky with the car I purchased but I haven't had any issues.

I had to spend $600 in repairs 2 months after I bought the car "fully serviced". The interior has fallen apart and chunks of cloth are hanging from the ceiling and off the doors. I've only owned the car since the end of April. So for about 5 months. I wish I had never bought my car from this place.

We bought a 2006 Nissan 350Z from them with a manual transmission and 58000 miles. 3 Weeks after bringing the car home the clutch and fly wheel were completely burnt out. The car was only drove 4 times from when we bought it the point when we had problems. To top it off they didnt even tell me about this issue at all and didnt do their inspection like they were suppose too. Also they didnt even bother checking the gas gauge and let me drive it out of the lot with no gas at all and it ran out of gas 30 yards after leaving the lot. The car had to be pushed back to the lot for them to go get gas for it...it was a terrible experience, go to carmax or somewhere else.

Horrible experience. Not only knowingly sold the car with trans problems, directly lied about the condition. I understand that buying a used car is buyer beware, but this lot made flatly untrue statements and once the sale was complete refused to even answer questions and repeatedly hung-up. Wish we had done more research on this dealership before buying. Don't buy from this lot!

This is a buy-here pay-here lot that offers simple intrest loans, allowing you to make payments toward the pricinple as well as your normal payment.

The staff was very curteous and respectful and eager to help.

The inventory was in very good shape with decent mileage by and large, which is rare for buy-here pay-here lots.

I was unemployed for 1 year in the Bush economy and took several hits on my credit as a result, so a buy-here pay-here lot was one of only a few options available to me. Their inventory and selection was better than a traditional dealership's offering "second-chance" financing.

I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.
