Frankly I find "car shopping" distasteful because automobile salespeople, as a rule, use scripted phrases and dont come across genuine. My salesperson, Michael Dichiara on the other hand was cordial and seemed to be just a regular friendly guy that just acted natural and that was the reason I decided to not just get a price and be on my way but stay and listen to what he had to say. By the way at the other dealerships that I visited, as soon as I heard a salesperson say what can I do to earn your business I ran out the door.

The salesman was very good the Financing I did not care for. I was promised a set payment and a week later was told it had to be higher even though I made it clear the payment was the most important part and they agreed to meet my budget and a week later they raised it.

This was my 4th service at Hyundai and my first time at this location. Frank was absolutely wonderful!! He rolled out the red carpet and was very hospitable while I waited for my Genesis to be ready. I told him I needed to be ready in an hour and a half and he had it first in line to be completed! Highly recommend!!!

Posted a price online of $14,997 for a certified Hyundai Sonata. When I called the real price of the car was over $18,000 before tax and licensing...they added a $1,000+ dealer fee for profit and nearly $2,000 for certification. Yet they advertised the car for $14,997. Absolutely dishonest.

Update: just spoke to one of the managers...had absolutely no idea what I was talking about regarding this situation, which strongly implies and reinforces your lack of ethic and organization as a company that " takes pride in customer service". You are in strong need of a management overhaul. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------My father's brand new car has been sitting in the garage because we been chasing down the registration you people "forgot" to give him when he purchased it, "misplaced" when he came back a second time and swear that you "fedex'ed it a few days ago" and that it would be here by ______day. We have given you an email address that you were going to "email a hard copy to right away". Still nothing. We've tried contacting the salesperson who sold it to him, but he was "too busy" to bother answering or returning our phone calls. I don't know how you train your staff, and I'm no expert but the words "too busy" should never be in a salesman's vocabulary. I would ask if there's any hope he'll get his registration before next years model comes out but I'm sure you guys are "too busy" to bother reading this. Worst dealership in town.

Had an extremely bad encounter with rude and nasty service manager Ricky Ramsey. He is a poor representative of Napletons Hyundai! Stay clear of him!!But I was treated fairly and professionally by salesman Mike D, customer relations Karen Leone and service manager Don. Because of the efforts put forth by these three people I left with a 2017 Santa Fe. My third car from this dealership. I hate to punish the whole dealership for one rotten apple!!!

I knew the vehicle I wanted to purchase before arriving and it took almost 6 hours waiting (betweeen back and forth with the manager and waiting over an hour just for finance. Ever since my purchase, I've been disappointed with customer service, or lack of, especially from my salesperson.

Edit: Read the Yelp reviews on this dealership before you make a purchase. Yelp Napleton West Palm Beach HyundaiApparently, I'm not alone in the scams they try to run and ridiculously bad service they offer. And there are months of the same complaints being registered with no improvements, so you decide if the GM is truly concerned about my bad experience. I spoke to Anneris from sales in the morning and got a Carfax and a firm quote. I drove 1.5 hrs to the dealership. When I arrived, Gerrett the sales manager added on a mysterious $1895.00 CPO fee, as a "certified reconditioning fee". I told him the AutoTrader ad only says, "Sales tax, registration, title, dealer fees ($899) are additional to the advertised price". He literally told me, "We add this to all cars. How do you think I get paid?" When I told him it wasn't in the ad or mentioned by the sales person, he said, "That how we get people in here."This is a CLASSIC "Lowball" sales technique, usually only employed by the "Buy Here, Pay Here" used car lots. I can't believe a large, reputable dealership such as Napleton would employ this deceptive, dirty technique, or promote people like Gerrett to sales manager.BTW, after I got home, I checked the ad again, and now they updated the body of the ad: "In most cases the reconditioning expense will be added to the advertised price.". Just list the real price of the xxxx car in the ad!

My wife and I have purchased quite a few vehicles and almost always avoid dealerships because we feel pressured and haggled to death. The only reason we came to Napleton West Palm is because they had a few cars we found on Auto Trader that we wanted to test drive and possibly purchase. We were shooting for the stars and the vehicle we wanted was out of our price range and we were ready to leave. Daniel our salesman, asked if we could wait and he came back with a few options in our price range. There was one that we took a liking to and so we gave our bottom line and they met it. Daniel was great throughout the process and the sales manager was accommodating as well. As if that was not enough, the finance department beat the financing we had already procured and the rate was out of this world.We absolutely loved the service that Daniel provided. This was really the part that made the long day a great experience.My take away from this visit is that you never know what you are going to find. An attentive and knowledgeable staff is hard to find in the car business. We did our homework financially and that made the entire process smoother. I found that the dealership was more willing to work with us because we understood the values of the cars and how much we had to spend.

I tried to get the cheapest car possible and the only reason I came to Napleton was because I have a great history with Mike at the service area. To say I'm unsatisfied is an understatement. I was there 7 hours and I got an accent (the worst car offered) for 180ish a month. I just saw several adds on TV and on the website about getting cars that are two steps up from an accent for 159$ a month. Plus another deal on an infomercial that said I could own a sonata for only 225$ a month financing. Also I had an agreed deal that I liked but it was changed last minute and because I had been there 7 hours I accepted because I was tired and hungry and I wanted to leave. At no point were my wife and I offered food and I had to run to chiptole myself at 8:30pm so my wife would not pass out of hunger. Whenever I pass Napleton I get a bad taste in my mouth now when I used to be so pleased with the service. I am a busy man who runs his own business and I do not have time and I have been called many many times for my pay stubs when I already brought them to Napleton and they told me they were too "blurry" when all they needed to do was photocopy them. The only reason I have not tried to return the car already is because it was parked and someone scratched a tiny bit of paint off it with a shopping cart or something while I was in a store at least I got the wear and tear insurance. Anyway, to sum it up, I feel cheated, wronged, and am now stuck with a car that now, after seeing deals that I could of gotten on better cars for cheaper on your advertisements, hate driving and feel like an idiot. Will not be ever going back if possible in my life and will not suggest to anyone I know or in my company. Thanks for nothing.

This dealer ship does the dishonest thing of telling you one price and then make you wait for hours till your tired, hungry and exhausted and then switch prices on the paperwork hoping you do not catch it. Cars were being sold that were faulty and defective, 2 brand new cars in processing of selling had dead batteries, allow one car door to remain open during a heavy rain shower until I the customer went out and closed it. This is a larger dealership with several locations in Palm Beach County, go south or North to Wallace and work your deals. Do not buy from these crooks.

This place is a scam shop who do not disclose complete information to customers....I was in talks with a sales lady Reina for 2 weeks for the 2013 CERTIFIED Hyundai Genesis in their lot...she disclosed the price as $24,988 as did the website....setup an appointment for Sunday, May 15 and drove down from Tampa to West Palm (212 miles). Called up from halfway to confirm my appointment and get to know that Reina is off today...so a next guy Richard confirms the price as $24,988. I drive up to the dealership only to be informed that there is a $1895 certification fee charged by the dealer...if the car was not certified...then why advertise it as a CPO as $24,988 and if there is an upcharge...please mention it to customers who are driving down....When I reach there....Richard did not bother coming out to confirm anything...the manager Gene was not apologetic at all....neither did he honor the price agreed upon...nothing out here works as it says over the phone or the website...its only to get people in the door...rest all is a game...atHyundai USA...if your competing with Lexus, BMW and Mercedes...a good product is not enough to get you there....customer service is an important aspect in the trade....

Although it took 4 visits (1 to make an appointment, 2 to assess problem, 3 to finalize problem and order part and determine if warranty applied to the Canadian car) the 4th visit had my car in and out in an hour and a half, washed and vacuumed and problem solved. This car dealership is extremely shady and unprofessional. I came to a final price with the sales gal and the finance guy and then the sales manager came over and increased the price that we had agreed on by $1,300. I left. When they followed up with me I explained what happened and of course they apologized and asked me to come in and they would make it right and honor the price and was assured that what that manager did was not the way they do business and I would not be working with him moving forward. The morning of the day I was supposed to go in to purchase the vehicle the shady sales manager called me to confirm my appointment with he and the other sales manager. Are you serious? I didn't even go in and went down to Braman Hyundai and got a much better vehicle for the same price and top notch customer service. Avoid this place like the plague.

I have dealt with Napleton's Hyundai for 4 years and I like my salesman and the service staff. I bought my second car from Napleton's on January 2,2016. I am very dissatisfied with the purchase of my 2016 Genesis. The car rides like the tires are out of balance and when I put the brakes on, the whole front end shook and made a roaring noise. Took the car back to be fix. The had to shave down the rotors because they were deformed,(on a brand new car?), They have balanced the tires, replaced the tires and wheel and the still vibrates and shakes. Napleton's has had my car 7 days out of the 11 days I have owned the car and still cannot improve on the ride. So if you test drive a Genesis and it does not ride smooth, do not by the car.
